Over $100. to ascertain the problem and $341 to change an oxygen sensor. After the service was complete, and the invoice over $400 the car was not even washed. Tony and John were nice but another service rep was rather rude. When it was time to pay the invoice, the 15% service coupon that we received in an email direct from #1 Cochran, and was presented when I arrived, was not honored. We liked our salesperson and we like our Kia, but we are less than satisfied with the service department. This is not our first negative experience with #1 Cochran Robinson service department.

This service department is horrible. I have been trying to get in contact with this location for months now. It took my Father-in law who has an Infiniti to take his in for an oil change at another location to get anywhere. But that is where it stopped. I have several issue (all listed on a spreadsheet) with my 2011 Kia that is being refused to be considered. I was to do a ride along with Anthony but of course he doesn't call to confirm appointment then doesn't show up. I have email Oscar, Anthony's boss, still not response from him directly. He forwards it off to Anthony - well Oscar Anthony isn't doing his job. DON'T ever expect to get a job don't right if you ever get a hold of the service department in the first place.

Purchased my Kia Rio brand new 3 years ago. Have brought it in for maintenance over these 3 years and haven't been disappointed. The service crew is wonderful and my wait time is not a problem. Everyone at this dealer was very nice. I was very picky about what car I wanted (I would have resurrected my old car if I could!). Patty was patient as I drove car #1, then car #2, then car #1 again. While they don't haggle (which I personally like, but some may not), they have a system to search for similar cars in the area to have the lowest price. While I was there the price dropped $300- and they didn't try to hide that!On my drive home a warning light came on. I called them the next day and they had me in the shop to repair a broken sensor that afternoon; no charge to me.My only complaint is with some cosmetics with the car. Before buying it I pointed out some dents and missing paint spots. They gave me a Kia paint pen (free!) to cover these small spots, though I would have prefered the spots sanded and repainted professionally. I also found after getting home 3 of the 4 tire covers were substantially cracked. I brought this up to them when the sensor was being replaced; they assured me it was only cosmetic and part of buying a used car. While I should have notice it before the purchase, it would have been nice if they offered a discount on new covers if not to replace them.Overall, I had a very positive experience with this dealer after a long and stressful car hunt. I would not hesitate to go back there or recommend them to someone else.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would have. We went there looking for a more accessible vehicle for me.We spent 7 hours at the dealership and in that time, the salesman only showed us 2 cars, 1 of them very begrudgingly. We ended up agreeing on a 2016 Sorento lease because we were told it would come out at the payment we wanted. I had to compromise a lot of what I wanted, but was willing to do so. When the payment came back much higher than we were willing to pay for a compromise, the manager came over and began to argue with me and talk down to me. That is no way to sell a car. I wasted an entire day to be berated. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. They saw a wheelchair and I guess that meant I was stupid and gullible.

First of all, let me preface this negative review with the notion that I understand why large companies have to draw a line in the sand at some point when it comes to warranty coverage. Obviously that line is the duration of each individual warranty along with what is and what is not covered. I had problems that were handled under warranty, but the day that warranty ended, it was lights out, literally. I had an issue with a headlight being out on multiple occasions and when it was brought in to be addressed they did take care of the situation under warranty. Later, the other headlight did the same thing but shortly there after came back on by itself. At this point, I was told that it was no longer under warranty and because of that I would be responsible for the issue. I am sorry, I understand typical wear and tear or light bulbs going out, but this is an issue with the vehicle where the head light goes off and then back on by itself. Sounds to me like it is not normal wear and tear, but a material or workmanship error. Warranty or not, consideration should be paid to a problem that was already deemed to be a manufacturers issue. For an estimate of $350 you have now purchased my skepticism and doubt about why I would ever want to do business with a company such as yours. You are not yet 100% off of my radar, but lets just say you are swimming against the tide.It always astounds me, with the abundance of places out there to buy or service a car, how places like yours think that it is okay to treat people like idiots. I understand how your operations work and that is why people LOATHE taking their car to a "dealership" for service, but I had hoped you would work out to be an exception, I guess this is not going to be the case. I guess you are just like all of the rest. That said, i have chosen to give you one more chance because I am an eternal optimist (or maybe just stupid). Right now, my car is on the rack being looked at for a strange sound coming from the engine. I have already been charged $105 dollars for diagnostics without even knowing anything about whether there is a problem or not (I realize this work costs money). I can't wait to see what they come back with this time. I hope it is good news, but i fear that somehow it will be "NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY" if there is a problem. I can choose to take it elsewhere if I don't like what I hear, that is my right. If i don't like what i hear, i will take the car somewhere with people who can be trusted and we will see what they have to say about your diagnosis. Belive me, (as your PR department already knows) word of mouth travels with much more tenacity than just about any other kind of advertising. I will follow this up with details of how todays visit turns out, as I will be listening very intently to your explanations.The reputations of dealership service departments are well documented already and unfortunately most people are slaves to convenience or just have no other options. Right now convenience is my crutch, but i am on the verge of changing that for good and advising as many others as possible to do the same. What will you do to change my mind?

Poor experience overall. I came in to do a lease buyout for a lease I purchased from the same dealer.First, the sales person made an error by not informing us of a very large fee for a service that had already been performed. He apologized for his error and chalked it up to inexperience with the process. We asked to speak with the manager. He also told us that it was a mistake on their part. When we asked how they would fix the mistake they said that they would not and that we would have to pay. They advertise as better car buying with less hassle and no hidden costs (this was a hidden cost) and we brought this to the attention of the manager . He said that it did not apply to us as we were lease customers and that "there was no money to be made on this transaction" . He informed us that we could take our buisness elsewhere, but would still have to pay he $300 from their error. I have never been told by a sales manager that I was a lesser customer at any place of buisness.Being out $300 and over 1.5 hours of our time we decided just to move forward with the process. The sales person told us we had been approved for a certain interest rate and that it would not be affected if we wantd to added a few more months to the loan. When we ended up in the accounting department that employee told us that wwe had been misinformed and that our rate was higher and was affected by the longer loan. This was one of the larger purchases that one makes and it was just mistake and manipulation again and again.I attempted to contact the regional manager, but he was out of the office and the voicemail cut off half way through the message. I hope this matter is handled by this manager, but I am les than hopeful. Poor employee training, poor management, and no culpability. I highly recommend against.

I had my car towed to #1 Cochran on Monday, May 18th after it broke down on the highway on Saturday, May 16th. I was told it would be looked at on Wednesday or Thursday. It wasn't looked at until May 27th because technicians kept calling off. Maybe they need new technicians if the ones they got can't come to work. Come to find out I blew a hole in the side of my engine block. It took Kia until June 3rd to approve my warranty claim and I was told that my rental would be covered from May 27th until I got my car back. I had to "negotiate" with the service manager for them to cover my rental for the excess days they had my car and I was still left to pay for May 16th, 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th. I should've only had to pay for May 16th & 17th. I will never take my vehicle to Cochran for service even though they are the closest Kia dealership to me. I will continue to take my car to the dealership where I bought it. The only bright spots of this experience was Mark Pegher my service advisor as he was sympathetic to the situation and the day I got my car back. The whole experience should've only taken 2 weeks max not almost entire month.

I had an 8:00 appointment to have an oil leak fixed on my 2011 KIA Sorento. At 1:00 they still had not looked at. Finally, they called to say the oil was leaking from the timing cover & oil pan and it would be labor intensive and they didn't have time to do the repair. They also said no rental or loaner cars were available, so I had to pick up my car & reschedule the repair & they'd shuttle me to work if I got there before 7:30 am. (Enterprise rental is right down the street from their facility.) No one contacted me regarding the status of the work being performed, so at 4:40 I called them to see if it was completed & to verify the shuttle would be picking me up at 5:00. The shuttle was 10 minutes late. It was dark when I picked up my vehicle. When I pulled into my garage, I saw they had literally ran their fingers back & forth from one side of the hood to the other, hopefully it is not scratched; I wish I could attach a photo of what they did! Other than to pop the hood, there was no reason to touch it. The service advisor, John Colangelo, seemed too busy/rushed to go over anything with me at the time I picked up my vehicle & when I tried calling regarding the condition it was returned to me the woman, Myra who answered the phone, was very rude when I asked to speak to a manager. I was unable to talk to anyone, so I emailed them & I'm waiting for a response. I will never recommend their service department for anything.

Work was done quickly and thoroughly and I was kept in the loop during the process of my repair and the job was completed as promised. I can not recommend this service department enough. Bill Kompa was excellent to work with, his communication skills and technical knowledge was very impressive, again I can not give enough praise for this gentlemen. My faith in purchasing a new vehicle has been renewed, I would not hesitate to recommend # 1 Cochran Kia to any person. The only regret I have is I didn't purchase my new 2014 Kia Soul at Cochran Kia. Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and made the whole car buying experience quick and hassle free. He calmly answered all my questions regarding the vehicle I was purchasing, and was very patient while doing so. Imagine buying a car off your dad, that is how I felt when talking with Sam. He was very polite and courteous. As far as pricing...obviously I thought the price was fair or I wouldn't have bought the vehicle. The whole experience was positive and I didn't have to stress out or spend a bunch of time haggling over price. Sam gave me the same interest and attention that you would expect to receive when buying a new vehicle. I would absolutely reccomend looking at Cochran if you're in the market for a used vehicle. He gives you every option possible to help you make your decision. I walked into Cochran Kia today with the expectation of just kicking the tires and looking at a 2013 Kia Optima SX.I drove out today with a new lease purchase. The biggest reason for making the decision to do the lease is directly due the outstanding customer service from sales associate Tom Cole. He went beyond the usual salesman spiel and really took an interest in me as a person and what my needs are. I am totally impressed with Tom's knowledge of the product and his willingness to help me decide on this purchase. We worked out a deal that exceeded my expectations. Also, Rob the sales manager, was very helpful pulling this deal together. #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson was the only location when I requrested specific lease information via their website they replied in a timely manner with the actual answer to my question. All other dealerships I contact wouldn't answer my request, but instead would try to get me to call and talk to someone. When I showed up, we met Dan. I showed him a print out of the deal I was offered via email, he got the car, we took a test drive, and there were no issues with making good on the deal I was sent (I fully expected there would be hidden charges somewhere). We have been Kia customers since 2005 and presently own a 2005 Kia Sorento , 2010 Kia Soul , and have been leasing a 2010 Kia Forte Koupe. Our lease was up on the Forte Koupe and my son wanted to purchase it. Unfortunately , the Kia Dealership where we have a relationship wanted an additional $5oo dollars. I contacted Kia who informed me we could buy the lease from any dealersip ; Kia of Robinsondid not charge us the additional money and treated us like gold. My overall experience was amazing with #1 Cochran and especially with the Kia representative, Ron Gardner. To start, I emailed the dealer to receive a price quote on a few vehicles. Ian Sharpley from the online department responded promptly and I had a quote within a few hours. After that I decided to stop by Kia Robinson and that's where I met Ron. He was informative, engaging, and very friendly. Ron showed me the ins and outs of the Kia Optima. Then he took me on a test drive. Upon our return, we discussed prices further. Ron combed through the incentives and bonuses to insure I would get the lowest possible price. At this point I was pretty set on getting the Kia Optima, but if I did have any doubts the fact that they let me take the car home for the night sealed the deal. I returned the next day to purchase the car. You can tell that #1 Cochran and their representatives genuinely care about the overall customer experience and pride themselves on meeting customer expectations. Looking for a new vehicle, we rely on facts and details, not flashy, fast-talking salespeople who can tend to exert pressures on customers to make the sale. At #1 Cochran KIA, we felt no pressure to buy on our first visit- knew nothing about KIA vehicles at the time. Mike Kascak is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and let us test drive the vehicles in a no-pressure way. We dealt with Tom Cole last year when he sold my daughter her Kia Rio. Tom worked with her to get her a good price. So when I was in need for a new vehicle, I gave Tom first shot. I did some research on vehicles, and knew what I wanted and what I was going to spend. We took the test drive and then it was time to crunch the numbers. WOW! After visiting ten different dealerships during business hours and at least ten dealerships after business hours, Tom Cole explained to me why the Kia Sorento was the perfect vehicle for our family and he did everything to make certain that I would be happy with the purchase. I told him that we were price conscious and he LISTENED to me. Tom gave me a price that was very fair and could not be argued with. There were no theatrics and haggling with the sales manager and we were treated with much respect. We keep our cars for 8 to 10 years and simply HATE purchasing new cars due to the back and forth on the final price. We did not have to do that at #1 Cochran Kia. Before we entered the dealership we knew the price we were aiming for and Tom and #1 Cochran went ABOVE and BEYOND what we ever thought we would get for our money. Buying a new car does not have to be stressful! He was more than willing to listen to what I was looking for, not try to talk me into anything else, and provided me with exactly what I asked. Kia was my last stop of the day on a Saturday filled with looking at new cars. Dave greeted me promptly. Over the next hour or so I looked at a few different vehicles and ended up test driving the Kia Soul (which was NOT on my list of vehicles to even consider at the time!). The Soul handled remarkably well. Never once during the day did I feel "pressured" into making a decision.Later on I made the decision with my wife and returned with my two children. Dave did not mind when the each asked a million questions, nor did Rob when he went over some of the later details with me.During the signing process my children started to get a bit antsy. Went to Cochran Kia of Robinson to purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento. I was approached by Ron Gardner. He wasn't the type of salesman that you usually encounter at other dealerships. He let me look over several models of Sorento's before taking a test drive. We took a test drive and Ron answered all of my questions without no hesitation. After arriving back at the dealership Ron let me take the vehicle home and see if I liked it. Going back with this vehicle and having my husband drive it we arrived back and my husband and I decided to purchase the top of the line 2013 Kia Sorento. The financing took a little while since the dealership was busy. But it was done in a professional way and everything was explained to us. I traveled from over 1200 miles away to pick up a car listed by this dealership on Cars.com. I spoke several times to the sales staff about the vehicle and VERIFYING the listing online (DAVID GANSER). When I got to the dealership after driving for 8 hours, I find that the car is not what is listed OR verified by David Ganser. He was very flippant and uncaring about the erroneous information offered,or that we had traveled so far to get the vehicle (he was whistling through the test drive even after we discovered his lies!) After traveling all that way and finding out the car was not what was listed, obviously we had to fly home. I asked the General sales manager (ROB WILLIAMS) if he would help us and ship some things that we could not take on the airplane. He refused.David, Jason the sales manager, and Rob the general sales manager tried to tell me that everything that was on the car was listed online. When I pointed out that the equipment I wanted on my car was STANDARD, not OPTIONAL, the sales manager Rob said, i know that is not a PRIUS 5, it is a Prius 2!!! YET, today, November 9th, it is STILL listed online as a PRIUS 5! The sales manager told me it is a prius 2, but he still has it listed wrong!its obvious these un-professionals only care about selling the vehicle. David Ganser even tried to say that he never confirmed with me that it was a Prius 5. I would not believe a single word that comes out of his mouth when it comes to selling on of his cars.

Took my car in for the inspection and emission and I had to wait for it to be done. I don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour for anything. When you have an appt. here, that is actually the time they take you, not an hour or so later which means that they understand that my time is just as valuable as their time. Everyone is friendly and they explain things clearly. I was advised to get a new engine filter and I was shown the original one and he explained why it should be changed. I also had a nail in my time and they were able to repair that as well. Have never had a problem so far with any work that has needed done.

Very friendly and helpful service. Went in for inspection and maintenence, but forgot to switch out my insurance card that had changed 2 weeks prior. They called the insurance company and had them fax over a new card so they could complete the inspection. The time of service and price were both very reasonable. I have had my car serviced here for a couple of years. They do good work and don't try to scam you with unneccessary service or repairs.

I gave all 5's for the review because I was genuinely satisfied with my experience. Dan was knowledgeable and personable. He was upfront and honest with product specifications and pricing. He was willing to work with me to get me to the payment I was hoping for and the sales manager spent a good deal of time getting me a good interest rate. I got all the features I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and it came with excellent customer service in a timely manner. Dan was very prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. You had one green model in stock which we test drove but just did not like the color. Financing had been completed and it was down to just finding the correct color. Had my 2004 kia sedona inspected on 09/10/12. had an initial call from brian, telling me "mrs johnson, a couple things... first you have a bulb out, second your brakes need service, not enough drag on the rear wheels, they spin freely and it is recommended there be a 20-40% drag, so to avoid unneccessary wear on the front brakes".. oh, "incidentally, your tires need rotated; you have newer tires on the rear axle and you should have them on the front. i then subsequently explained how sams club, the installer of my two new goodyears, instructed that I should place new tires on the rear axle". i authorized both the brakes, and the bulb. an hour later, brian called again... "mrs johnson - a bit of a problem, we need to charge you an hour service to tear your back door panel off. the tech lost the pigtail in the commision of changing the bulb".naturally, this was not what I wanted to hear, especially since the garage charges $95 an hour. brian explained that he would try to get me some kind of discount. my husband subsequently call Brian back and proceeded to angrily discuss how we shouldn't be charged for the misdeed. ultimately we were only charged $50 to change the rear license plate bulbs, due to their compassion and courtesy to .not. assess an hour service charge.i picked the vehicle up... paid the $161 charge, signed the paper, and left.. after getting home I then realized they did nothing to the brakes that was previously discussed. since this was verbally communication, i have no leg to stand on. furthermore, i left without reviewing the itemization. your brian certainly isn't going to acknowledge the truthfullness in my claim regarding the above conversation with regards to the brakes. this particular Kia model has had nothing but maintenance issues with the brakes and I have performed all recommended service to the brakes... My advise to any consumer using this service facility is to be watchful; certainly review each itemized billing prior to leaving with the vehicle. after this incident, it is highly unlikely that I will be using the Robinson Township facility. There is a Wexford kia as well as south Hills within a reasonable distance.

This was our first new car purchase. Dave was absolutely great to work with. We first came to Cochran in early August and test drove a Kia with him at the beginning of our car search. After a lot of test drives I called Dave back in the afternoon and told him I wanted to test drive the Kia Forte just once more before I made a decision. He was more than happy to let me drive the car again with no pressure whatsoever. Every question I asked he either answered honestly on the spot or found the answer for me. He even threw in an addition I asked for that they didn't have in stock, which was a great surprise. When we sat down to do paperwork, I was a bit nervous because I've heard horror stories about dealers trying to sneak in extra charges, programs, and accessories. I've also heard how long all this takes, which concerned me a bit. I had zero reason to worry. Dave was prompt and even offered us some cold water on the hot, muggy day. He was only gone a few minutes at a time to get various paperwork and was able to match the rate we had gotten when we were preapproved at our credit union. When we sat down to sign the paperwork, the guy helping us there was great also. His name slips my mind, but he was affectionately called "The Hulk" and he was very helpful. He didn't try to get us to sign anything we didn't want, he didn't mind that I wanted to read things a little more closely or ask questions, he just gave us information and let us decide rather than pushing things on us. The entire process from the time we were on the lot until we drove off the lot was about two hours, which was phenomenal. Dave was great and was a low pressure, informative guy who got along with our joking personalities, answered all of our questions, and even offered to answer any future questions we might have. A wonderful first time buyer experience.

I was interested in the Kia Soul and Ron was very helpful and so kind, never pushy and knowledgable on products. Kevin was helpful in understanding my payments and explaining that to me as I signed all the paperwork. I purchased my 2013 Kia Soul and was headed home when I was hit in the side by a young man who was trying to change lanes on Campbell Run Rd. I have NEVER owned a new vehicle let alone ever been in an accident. I made 1 phone call back to the dealership before even calling the police and Mike arrived to help. I never imagined the care they took for my safety and my mothers safety. I cannot express the gratitude I have for them and the dealership they work at. I cannot thank them enough for offering me a loaner car to get home but I was far too shook up to drive so Mike drove us home and promised me that my car will be better than it was when I drove it off the lot. This simply is not true.Arrived at Cochran KIA to look at new KIA Rio but the salespeople all seemed to bemore interested in their iPhones than talking to me. Finally one showed interest and took me on Rio test drive. Salesman did not seem enthusiastic about anything and I guessed that they must get low commission on Rio's ? Went back to test drive a used Optima but again there was no interest from salespeople. Maybe disguising yourself as an iPhone will get more attention for you. I hope you have better luck at this place than I did. You should only spend your money at dealership that respects you.Finally, I did locate a different dealer to purchase from and it WAS NOT Cochran.

Was willing to answer my questions including putting the vehicle up on the rack to see the underside.But, ?Kevin? the big guy with the muscles that did the paperwork is another story. He came across as being bored and not interested in what he was doing. I told Todd at the very beginning that the purchase was to be in both my name and my wife's name.?Kevin? got it screwed up. Rob Cochran sure fooled me with that Opey from Mayberry schtick he runs on local TV.Went to Cochran KIA and what a sharkfest that place turned out to be. When you are looking at their cars everybody there is so lovey-dovey. From the Lot Boy to the Manager , they just can say " Howdy " enough when you are LOOKING at cars. Once you sign the papers to buy a car there you notice an Artic Chill settling over you. Ifyou have any questions or minor issues with the car you bought you notice RIGHT AWAYthat Cochran KIA employees quit making eye contact with you. GOD FORBID if you have to take your vehicle back there for covered service. They try to flim-flam you and tell you that the covered repair " isnt " covered. The 'salesmen' who sold me the carwould not even say hello to me when I brought the car back for covered repairs. Do yourself a favor and " STEER" clear of this shark's nest and find a respectable placeto buy a car. I have bought 5 cars in my life and Cochran KIA is the only place thatI ever had problems at. Keep away from this disgusting excuse masquerading as a car dealership.

In that 20 minutes I checked out the car, signed all the paperwork and learned how to use all the buttons on the car. If that is not the quickest and easiest sale in history it should be pretty close. I dropped my car off on 7/18 at 6:40 in the morning at your Robinson Service Center for inspection. I was the first car there. I called after lunch to see if my car was ready and was told they were going to check and call me back. I had to call back at 4:00 to get the status. MY CAR WAS NOT LOOKED AT OR READY !!!!!!!! that is crazy. My car was there all day and they could not get to it or call me to let me know. I had to come back the next day for something that should have been done the day before. I have use that Service Center many times and I bought my car there. This is the worst service I have every had there and it looks like I will not be buying a car or using your service anymore. And to top it off, I still had to pay for the inspection, even though your company did not follow thru with the inspection the day before. I feel I should be credited the money I had to pay for the inspection. Very impressed with both visits to Cochcran. My salesperson Dan, was great. Very imformative, helpful, and no high pressure. I stopped a few weeks ago to look, and explained to Dan that I may not purchase a vehicle right away, and may wait till fall. He did not shrug me off and was very pleasant and helpful. Our Kia Optima was due for routine inspection and oil change. The Service staff was very friendly and accommodating; my husband was shuttled to his nearby office after dropping off the car, and it was ready well before the time I had asked to be able to pick it up. We appreciated Alicia's friendly and cheerful manner, and I especially was grateful to our salesman (Sam Chiodo), who spent a considerable amount of time with me, helping me to pair my husband's new phone to the car, and to re-pair my phone to the car. The moment we walked in, Sam greeted us with a smile and wave of his hat. He was friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END!! My salesperson Tom Cole was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable and overall caring about my end results. I think I had a perfect buying experience with #1 Cochran Kia. I did my research before showing up to make sure the car of my choice was on the lot. Ron was first one to greet me. He was patient and knowledgeable about the car I choose. He let me test drive it then my husband later when he got off of work. He was very friendly and easy to work with. The overall experience I had at #1 Cochran's Kia dealership makes me wonder why I ever went elsewhere. We had stopped there, first, on our day of test driving a couple different vehicles around town.. My boyfriend told Mike right from the get-go what we were looking for & what we wanted & Mike certainly responded well. We left and returned closer to closing time & nothing felt rushed. We got to drive our 2013 Kia Sorento off the lot that evening & it was not the typical wait around all day expeirence and back and forth game. We told Mike what we were willing to pay and he & the finance gentleman got the number to exactly what we could and were willing to leave the dealership paying. When we were leaving he explained everything in the vehicle to us and made sure we had no questions. If we did happen to have them after we left we were urged to come back & ask... Not only would I recommend Kia at Cochran to family & friends, but I would also send them Mike's way!

Leased a new 2012 Kia Sportage from Kia Cochran. Salesman Mike Brophey was nice, gave a great price. However, it went down from there. The dealership called me almost 2 weeks after we were there and said the lease was wrong. They said it was supposed to be 12,000 miles not 15,000. We were told 15,000 and that was what we signed the paperwork for. They sent someone to our house (2 hrs away) to resign the paperwork. They made this right, but only after arguring. I was told that I would get the paperwork in the mail to go to DMV to get plates, etc and for my payment I called on several occasions to get this information, was told could go to DMV and they would fax info, went and waited (1 hr) and to find out that I needed the originals. So wasted my time. Called again, was told would over night the info. I was now a few days from the tags expiring and making my first payment. Still no info. I called again, they decided they could fax the info this time to the DMV (don't know why they wouldn't do this the first time). I was also told that I would not have to pay anything at the DMV, had to pay $65.00! I got home to find the package they overnighted me and it was some lady's PERSONAL info that also purchased a car, my info was not included. I had her ss #, her address, phone #, where she worked, how much she makes. I had it all. I was so upset, I wondering if my personal info had went to her or to someone else. And still no way to make a payment. My payment was due in a few days and the Kia Finance didn't even have my account set up.Jason said that Kia Finance would have my account set up on the next Monday and that I could call to make my payment over the phone. I called and they didn't have my account set up. I called back to the dealership again, talked to Jason, then to Rob Williams. Said he was so sorry about "ALL" the problems and for my trouble that they would make my first payment. I just got my statement in the mail saying my account is past due and I am so upset. Beware about buying a car from here. Nothing they have said or done has been correct. I drove 2 hrs from home to this location. I got a good price on the Kia, however, wish I would have stayed near home and paid more. You get what you pay for! Won't buy here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service went as expected. I returned because I received a discount coupon from Cochran a day or 2 after for the 40000 mile service regimen that we just completed at 37000 miles. With the state inspection the total bill was $500. Service agent (Don) could not find the manager to get permission to apply the credit and took copies of the documents. He told me to check with him the next day. I returned late the next day to find he still hadn't talked to the manager, but told me he would authorize the $50 credit to my card and took the coupon. I am still waiting for the credit.
