Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain model year 2010-2011 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 2009-2011 Freightliner Sprinter, and 2009 Dodge Sprinter vehicles, originally sold, or that have ever been registered, in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan), and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Vehicles not originally sold or ever registered in these states are not subject to this safety recall. These vehicles are equipped with certain air bag inflators assembled as part of the passenger frontal air bag modules, and used as original equipment or replacement equipment. In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the front air bags, these inflators may rupture due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to absolute humidity and temperature cycling.

I wish I could add more stars, because Mercedes Benz of Warwick truly has gone above and beyond my expectations. I recently brought my Mercedes in for service and come to find out, my vehicle was being used as a "Holiday Inn" for mice!!! Thankfully, neither I nor the service representatives had to remove any of the mice, however there was plenty of clean up that needed to be done. The service department thoroughly inspected the vehicle to find where exactly these critters where coming in from while still keeping me up to date with their findings every step of the way. After hours of cleaning I was confident this was going to cost me a pretty penny, but I was WRONG. Due to the unique set of circumstances, the service manager was incredibly reasonable with my bill and did not charge me a DIME for their clean up...that ladies and gentlemen is what we call exceptional client service! I cannot thank Mercedes Benz of Warwick enough for their impeccable service, attention to detail and their integrity. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to stop in and see for yourself just how professional their staff is!
