We waited an hour for someone to help us. Then when someone finally came out to talk to us we were told they do not negotiate process at all even for cash money. So we went somewhere else and spent even more than we werected going to spend. That's what happenshe when you provide crappy customer service. I will never be back and will never ever recommend.

After I bought my car attitudes changed these guys are only in it for the sale not the relationship. The people I dealt with to try and solve a problem were rude and started interrogating me. The man I bought the car from, Adam Graves, did not make it right.

I had an appointment at 8:00 in the morning to have a Ford Performance shifter installed in a 2016 Mustang. Since the install should have taken around three hours to complete I rented a car for the day so I would be available at any time the dealership called. I was called in the afternoon and told it might be the next day before it was completed. It is 10:00 AM the next day and I am still waiting for my car. The appointment system at this dealership is garbage.

I bought my Ford Mustang a year ago today with Adam and because of his excellent customer service I will ALWAYS be a customer of his and Woody Anderson! Adam made the process so easy and explained every bit and piece and answered all of our questions without any hassle. You won't find many like him anymore who don't make you feel like "just another number" my husband and I left feeling like we made the perfect choice in the car buying process. Adam not only is a great guy professionally but has become a friend too and has built a relationship with us that we will always value. It's great to have a friend in the car buying business, especially a great guy like him, who is always quick to respond and still let us know he will always be here to help, that's what it's all about. I was looking for a replacement for my Ford Expedition that finally bit the dust. Made an internet inquiry and also showed up at the Ford dealership. A gentleman by the name of Adam Graves was kind enough to take me on as his project while we diligently looked at several used cars to replace our loss. Was not expecting to purchase anything but a Ford, however, we found a non-Ford trade in that had been detailed and serviced and could not refuse! Had a great experience buying a gently-used automobile. Have had an amazing relationship with Adam ever since and have since purchased another gently used automobile from him and will continue to reach out to Adam for any and all of our automobile needs. My preference is to always reach out to Adam, based on such a great experience. He is always very knowledgeable of all aspects that Ford has to offer. We refer him to all our friends! He's not just a Salesman, he's a friend.

I took my 99 F150 4x4 XLT 5.4 V8 here when the ABS Warning light came on, I had already stopped at Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked, (rear centre abs sensor failure). I thought may as well get an oil change t the same time as the truck has high mileage. After waiting for 3 hrs, the rep came and told me that there were 2 codes and COULD be the abs sensor or module, I asked how much? $230 for the sensor replacement and the module is obsolete so they can't help. At this point; I thought well if you can't take the time to diagnosis the fault and lie about the abs module being obsolete, I'll take my business else where. Short story - bought the sensor for $13 and fixed myself in under 20 minutes.

I brought my car (2013 Fusion)in for routine maintenance. The maintenance work was performed perfectly. My service representative (Lisa) worked with me to insure that my car was well taken care of without incurring unnecessary cost. the shuttle driver provided courteous and friendly service in transporting me from the shop to my residence and back to the shop to retrieve my car. He called me in advance at my home to apprise me of his arrival to take me back to the shop. I was treated with courtesy and respect by my service rep and everyone else at Woody Anderson. I was completely satisfied with my experience at the shop and intend to have my car serviced at Woody Anderson in the future.

I had my GM vehicle serviced (oil change) on April 22, 2016. I emphasized that it only held 4 quarts of oil, but the service advisor ensured me that the technicians had a chart with information for that model, which I'm sure they did, but it appears it may have been incorrect. However, I was leaving to go out of town and didn't think anymore of it. When I arrived at my destination, I checked it and it was overfilled. The owners manual has a bold note emphasizing overfilling could cause engine damage. I won't be able to address it with them for a few days, but suggest in the future to check technical data more thoroughly.Jim P

My car buying experience was not bad my experience with the service department was very bad. I bought a used 09 ford F150 the other day, they keep it for 4 days to check it out before i bought the truck. I did not have a problem with that, the problem i have is when they gave me the truck when i got the truck home i could tell the truck had not been looked at other than half heatedly washing and just changing the oil. I took the truck to Birmingham for drill and noticed a noise in the motor and i brought it back to the service department at woody and they said they would take care of the problem.Two days later they call me and give a list of things wrong with it and tell me it going to cost me 2600 dollars. Well after arguing with different people there cause i just bought it and they told me it was good to go this was only like 3 days after they sold me the truck that i had an engine problem. So i had to come out of pocket 800 dollars and i found out they only fixed part of the list they gave me the first time so needless to say my truck still has a motor noise and they should just go ahead and put another dealerships name up cause they are not any better than a shady one.

car has been in shop four times since purchased new in 2014, for same issue with the recalled part, (dual manual clutch/transmission), which has been replaced now two times of the four, with same issue plus another stemming from which seems to be poor installation of the recent replacement of the part. Not a happy customer at the moment.

Worked with Woody Anderson from out of state to buy certified use vehicle, bought out of state to find exactly what I was looking for. Salespeople and finance were very honest and straightforward. Vehicle was exactly as described, paperwork was ready when I drove up and they even picked me up from the car rental facility. Financing was great, they shopped around and got me a great rate outside of Ford Credit due to a far superior rate. I initially told them I would use my credit union and they found me a better deal without me having to ask. In and out quickly so I could drive 750 miles back home. I would do it again, I am very happy with the vehicle and service. Facility was fine but under construction, should be very nice.

I only went to ford because it was the last dealership I didn't try before giving up on my car search. Growing up, I was always told never to buy a Ford. I should have listened, but I had a child, I needed a car asap, and it's the only model I could get without a cosigner. My salesman seemed to care, but put me in a car he didn't suggest at first, then once car was delivered, it wasn't gray nor black, the color I wanted...it was White! And a plain demo car. Now, a year and half later, I continue having problems w/a recalled part...which has been replaced six months after getting car, now waiting 8/9 weeks on same part to replace again! Unhappy, to say the least.

Corey is the Service department helped me when I was having issues with my truck. My truck had to be towed in, so prior to that, Corey called me to let me know that he would be the one handling my services. One my truck arrived there at the service department called me again to let me know it was there and that he would contact me once he found the problem and to discuss what needed to be done.Corey was true to his word. He contacted me and told me the problem, told me the repair process and told me how long it would take and he would call when it's completed. He ensured my warranty was good and told me he would follow up with me if any other issues arise.Again, Corey was true to his word. He followed up with me through every step and when the service was completed, he called and told me the issue was fixed and I can come pick up my vehicle.I must say that this young man is a true professional. He took the stress out off an already stressful situation. If I am ever in need of service again, this would definitely be the place I go and Corey will be asked for by name. Outstanding job !!!

Most amazing and thrilling muscle/sports car I've ever had. Ford seriously delivered on this purpose-built track machine. No other vehicle in my stable gives me the feeling this beast does. This resurrection of the original 1965 Shelby GT350 will sure make you grin from ear to ear - the moment you start it's engine. To think - a flat-plane crankshaft in a Mustang, somebody pinch me.

Woody Anderson Ford is a small company in the this business of car sales, but this is my third vehicle from them .each time the experience as being richer as the are constantly trying to improve my buying experience, but more importantly our relationship. They were not just trying to sell me a vehicle but create a relationship with me that let me know that they want to place me in the right unit base on my budget and need . An assessment was requested on the brakes and the inspection was quickly performed. Quick Lane recommended that the rear brake pads be replaced and I absolutely had no doubt of the needed repair. Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Woody Anderson a bit over 3 months ago. Checked inspection report and said everything was okay. First week I had it, the wheel speed sensor went out requiring loss of vehicle for a day - they had it fixed and all good....I thought. Then it starts to cool off and I try to use the heat. It works great on the passenger side, but not at all on the drivers side. So I research and everything I find says its's a bad heater core - back it goes for another day down and they tell me it's fixed. It is warm for a few weeks and assume it is good. Then it cools off again and again I tell them it is a bad heater core and they told me it isn't. Gone for another day and they tell me it is fixed again. So now it's in the 20's and I call to report the problem again (and am told the problem is not the heater core, but they haven't called back in over a week). I gave up and ordered a seat heater so at least my body is warm, though I have to wait a long time to defrost the windows (only the passenger side heats) and my feet are frozen (there is no floor heat on the driver side). Be VERY wary if you get a used vehicle here. Over 20K spent and I have a nice ride....in warm weather.

I was looking for a F-150 which they had. I traded in a 2009 FJ Cruiser and was told when trying to get a better trade in price that they would not be able to offer the FJ for sale on their lot not 1 time but 3 times. I was told that it would have to go straight to action because of its age. Imagine my surprise when I saw my former FJ for sale on their website and on the lot. While I do love my new truck, I do not like being lied to. I know the way car dealerships like to operate but DO NOT lie to me. I do not recommend dealing with them. I will be going to a different Ford dealership in the future.

We called Woody Anderson Ford, Jordan Lane, for an appointment to have my 2013 Ford Edge heater repaired. We were given a 10:00 a.m., arrival appointment on 09/17/15. We arrived before 10 a.m., on 09/17/15 and our car was processed in to the Service Department. We were handed a Service Advisor card for Tim White. We were told at that time that we would be called by the Service Advisor on that card about our vehicle. I provided two phone numbers. My husband called and left a voice mail on Tim White's phone to inquire of the repair status. At 3:30 p.m., that afternoon I called Tim White's phone and left a voice mail. At 4:00 p.m., my husband and I arrived at Woody Anderson Ford,Jordan Lane to meet with Tim White in order to find out about the status of our vehicle and WHY we had not heard from him as we were told upon arrival that morning. Tim started out by apologizing with multiple issues he had throughout the day and he advised he had no knowledge of my vehicle. He took us in his office and pulled up the information on our vehicle. Tim advised the vehicle had not been looked at and that they were "running a couple of months behind", yes a couple of months! Long story, short, were led to believe our vehicle would be repaired that day. I requested my keys and left the Service Department Very Dissatisfied!

My daughter filled out an interest survey on Thursday and was contacted the next day to set an appointment, which she did. The appointment was fir Monday at 6pm and was even given a reminder call that day. When we arrived we went to front counter and ask for the salesperson. After standing around looking like lost sheep we were finally approached by someone who finally paged the salesperson we were waiting for. Then we sat and waited another 15min without any one approaching us or helping us. At that point I called another who was more than accommodating. They had cars waiting for us and a friendly salesperson who helped us get into the vehicle my daughter wanted. This was a lost sale!!!

I took my car in for an oil change. As always, everyone was helpful and courteous. They called me when my car was ready. Everything was great. I love how they put paper down on my floorboards to keep them clean. They provided a check on my car's systems and fluids. They let me know what items were fine to wait on and what needed attention. There is never any pressure for additional work. I feel that I can trust them to keep my car in excellent shape at a very reasonable price.

At first I went in and had a horrible experience with a very inattentive salesperson. When I complained about it, they switched me to Adam Graves and he was FANTASTIC. The guy knows how to sell stuff to you, but you don't even care because he's so damn friendly and just made me feel really comfortable buying my first car. So far I would definitely go back to buy another car from him.

18Jun15: Took E350 Super Duty RV to WAFord - automotive a/c not blowing cold air. 23Jun15: WAFord diagnosis..."Needs a/c compressor, dryer, oriface tube...$1,738 !!!! 24Jun15: Picked up RV at WAFord and paid $106.88 diagnosis fee. 25Jun15: Took RV for 2nd opinion. 01Jul15: 2nd diagnosis... Bad connector providing power to a/c compressor clutch (?squirrel? chewed). 02Jul15: Picked up RV. a/c perfect! No a/c components or refrigerant needed. 08Jul15: Called WAFord service (truck) dept to complain. Spoke with person over truck service..NO sympathy. Tried to find reasons why they were correct, i.e. something happened between when I picked it up from WAFord and when I took it for the 2nd opinion. HUH???? You mean like the compressor was bad, but then "healed" itself, and in the meantime a squirrel chewed the connector. Yeah, Right! Bottom Line: Paid WAFord $106.88 for a diagnosis worth $0.00 WAFord IS the professional shop.. the Ford "dealer," not some shade tree "jack of all trades." Either incompetent or trying to take me for $1,738 when a $25 connector was the problem. I report; you decide.

Adam and Darryl went above and beyond. I went in to Hsv Woody Anderson just looking and found a used truck I really liked. After buying the truck at a fair price I drove it home. Three weeks later the first time I went to open the sun roof it made some "bad" noises and locked to the back. I called my salesman Adam and he said bring it in. After talking with his manager while I was on my way in with the truck it was decided to put me in a 2016 F-150 rental car while they had my truck. Two days later Adam called me to tell me my truck was ready to go....I showed up, handed Adam the rental car keys, he took me out to show me what had been done and I was back on the road. Keep in mind this truck I bought was 5 years old and had 98,000 miles on it and they STILL STOOD BEHIND IT! I will ALWAYS start at Woody Anderson when looking for a new (or used) vehicle.

I responded to a factory recall notice for a defective air bag component, and was given a prompt appointment, and advised that my repairs would require me to leave the car all day. I reported to the service representative, who made sure that everything was taken care of. Excellent response to my needs by both shops (Tim White and Jason Roden) on present and past needs! I upset the usual routine by changing my mind about self-pay versus insurance pay, midstream. This did not affect the workflow, other than a slight delay while Allstate responded. The work was started promptly, and finished quickly.Dealership personnel were very considerate and helpful, and arranged transportation home on the weekend when the shuttle was not in use.As a result, I have great confidence in the Woody Anderson team.

My 2012 F-250 had an EGR message so, I followed the online booking to set my appointment. Not knowing the facility layout, I pulled up to the service area and spoke to the first person I saw. Sadly, I do not recall his name but he was EXTREEMELY nice. He explained that I needed to go to another area where they service the diesel trucks. He then physically walked me, I drove slowly behind him, to that facility and then he introduced me to the two service managers there. Kudos...as I felt that was awesome personalized service.As they created my trouble ticket, I discovered that the on-line sign up didn't work but, they still honored my appointment and I waited just a short time for a check out. They confirmed the error code that I had received and proceeded to do a computer flash upgrade that was part of a recall I had not known about. They ordered the EGR cooler part I needed and asked that I bring the truck back the next night. That was so the engine would be cooled off for the repair early Wednesday when the part came in. I brought my truck in the next night and I asked to be emailed when the repair was done. They completed the work and emailed me just like I asked.When I picked it up, I dealt with a different service manager named Doug and he was simply AWESOME. I asked him questions about future servicing, things that I could do for preventative maintenance, and other "newbie" questions. He treated me like I was a brand new buyer of a new vehicle and like he wanted my business for the long term! The truck had been washed and I was ready to go. Then I had a follow-up question about my Sync/GPS system so, they addressed it too by running a check on it while I waited and made sure I was good. Overall, I will say that the Woody Anderson service team was fantastic!!! I plan to return for normal maintenance work and certainly any warranty repairs.

I was very pleased with the salesman, Richard Bean. He took the time to answer my questions and I felt he was genuinely concerned with my search for a new truck. He took the time to help guide my purchase without attempting to pressure me into something I did not want. I had a concern about the headliner that was not immediately addressed by the service department. The service department did not schedule a time for me to bring my truck to the body shop for further review, but instead told me when the shop opened. A trivial item that I will get addressed.

The paperwork is confusing. After we returned home we went through the paperwork line by line. We found that the starting number (dollar amount) on several pages was different. The ending number was the same. We return to the dealership for a detail explanation of each line of the pages that we reviewed. The detailed explanation made sense. I just wish the dealership had done the detailed explanation before we left the first time. Also signing for a mortgage takes less time to complete then purchasing a car from you.

The service ran a little longer than the rep indicated but he did come out and explain they experienced difficulty with a fuel line clip. Better right than rushed. Waiting room in truck service is pretty meager.
