I absolutely loved the customer service at West Herr Ford Hamburg. Our salesman Hasan Razak was great. Hasan was honest, professional and very efficient. I will choose this location again just because of him. This was the first time my husband and I had to purchase a vehicle due to our jobs. Hasan basically held my hand throughout the buying process and explained everything in detail making us feel confident in our buying decision.

Best customer experience ever

I went to purchase a vehicle 2 years ago from West Herr , my experience was less than desirable. Having a few friends that work at the dealership, they told me I have to try them again. The time came when I was looking for a replacement F150, so I decided I would give them another shot. I walked into the dealership, and met the person who was going to help me have a great experience. I met Sabrina C. I myself am a District Sales manager, so I love to see how others in sales perform in their industry. The first thing that struck me was her ability to listen to what I wanted, and to literally filter through the thousands of vehicles and find the perfect fit for me. instead of walking tirelessly through the lots , looking at countless vehicles, Sabrina said I will be right back with your truck. She pulls up in a truck, exactly what I wanted, the right color, the right package, it was perfect. We test drove it and we came back to the dealer. Then came the part I just knew that would trip us up, the pricing.. Sabrina said I will be right back, let me get the price for your truck and she left me for a few minutes. Meanwhile, at least 3 people not involved with the sale, stopped in to check on me, to make sure I wasn't in need of a coffee, or a water, or to just say hi. Well Sabrina comes back, puts the deal in front of me, at which time there was no way I could say no. The truck was perfect, the price was spot on, and Sabrina spent the time to go over every aspect of the truck with me. It was now 730pm, and the detail department stayed to clean the truck and get it ready for me to drive home. I commend West Herr for the absolute knock it out of the park service provided. I highly recommend going in and asking for Sabrina, as I am confident you will experience the same outstanding service. Thank you West Herr for employing her, a definite asset to your company!

AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH SABRINA!!!!!!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS explains my husband and I's car buying experience. In the beginning we gave Sabrina (OUR WONDERFUL car saleswoman) very little information as to the type of car we wanted (price, miles, year, etc.) She took what little information we gave her and ran with it. She pulled out all the stops. She was in constant communication with me via call and text to make sure that she was informing us of cars and finding what we really wanted and needed in a vehicle. The car we purchased, we took for a test drive, which was the most enjoyable and informative test drive I have ever taken. Sabrina told and showed us the features and accessories of the car before, during, and after the test drive. The buying process was just as enjoyable of an experience. We worked with Sabrina, Eric, and Tony and cannot say enough good things about the three of them. They were always professional, smiling, and showed they cared about our car buying experience and our lives. Once the car was purchased and was mine to drive away in Sabrina still continued to treat me like royalty. Three used vehicles, all great service

We are very grateful to Sabrina Courteau and the effort she put into finding the vehicles that would serve the best for three of our family members. One was purchased in May of 2014 and the other two in the month of August 2015. The cars are getting us to our destinations. Sabrina listens to what you need in a vehicle from style to budget. She searches and locates the vehicles for you to try out. Sabrina contacts you and works with your schedule. They were all used vehicles but Sabrina worked just as hard to find the "right vehicle" for each of us. Sabrina is very accommodating,very detailed and explains all the paperwork. As a return customer, I have not been disappointed yet. The salesman Gary was a great guy to deal with. He had all the answers and if I asked something he didn't know, he found out. We bought a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 Sport. And my wife, the person I bought the car for, absolutely loves it. Car is in good shape, we got a fair trade in for the old vehicle, and to my surprise, no cash down. BAM! sold us the car with several options, to which we took advantage of.ie, Glasscote, Platinum extended warranty, Simonize the interior,etc. Several people asked me why I chose West Herr Ford and my reply was they treated us great with the first two vehicles we bought when things weren't so good, so I would say satisfaction brought us back to their door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking to buy a vehicle. Good quality nice clean and inspected vehicles.

Horrible customer service

Bought my ford edge from west herr 2 yrs ago. Decided to try and trade for a newer edge because the miles are getting high on mine. Delt with Lou then and the transaction went very smoothly. For 2 weeks now I have tried to deal with Lou on trading my car for a new one. Have emailed them,called them,left messages. But no one responds. We have been treated like a piece of dirt. Horrible customer service. My husband even drove all the way there ,test drove the car and a few days later the car is no longer on the website. When I call and ask about it, they really didn't know where it went. And when I did get a hold of Lou ,and told him,he's like well it was there yesterday. Its my day off so I'll call you back later. We'll it's 3 days later and still no call from lou. Will never recommend them ever again.

Friendy pressure free purchasing

Went to look at a few different vehicles at West Herr Ford on Camp Road and with the friendly approach by Sabrina we bought a 2014 Nissan Xterra from the West Herr Nissan location on Southwestern. Great Experience

We met with Lou P. and due to some miscommunication on both sides the vehicle we were to test drive was not available. We decided we would be willing to test drive another vehicle and it was at another of their locations. Lou made the arrangements for us to take the vehicle overnight and offered to provided a dinner for the inconvenience. We declined the dinner as these things happen. After test driving the vehicle we returned and applied for credit. After a short time Lou was able to to give us an idea of what it would cost. We decided we wanted the vehicle and returned 3 days later and purchased. We got a very good rate, a fair price, and Lou had the vehicle gone over and serviced. He made sure the fuel was topped off as well. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and are happy with the purchase and the process. I would recommend West Herr and most likely will purchase again in the future.

2013 F-150

Jim Clifford is one outstanding salesman! Just leased the 2013 F 150 from him, special ordered it, and talk about detail. Sat with us and went through the whole list of options, made suggestions as to certain combinations and then double checked them with us. Gave us a timeline as to when the vehicle would arrive, and planned on that, but the truck actually arrived a week or two early and processed the turn in lease, went through and made sure we understood the truck. Clean, immaculate, full tank of gas, Sirus radio linked to my Blackberry, explained all the electronic in and outs. As the West Herr Auto Group is fantastic, but Jim stands out at Ford, and we will return!

Rrescued Traveler

We were on day 1 of a month-long cross-country trip in August 2013 when my 2003 F150 started missing. Unfortunately, I was very familiar with it missing-having replaced all 8 cylinder coils over the past 2 years. I knew another one had gone bad, and that I couldn't head west until it was fixed. We were towing a small camper and had a motorcycle loaded in the bed. From our campsite at Darien Lake SP, I googled "Ford service recommendations near Darien NY". West Herr Ford in Hamburg came up as a highly recommended repair shop with multiple favorable reviews. I called them late that afternoon and spoke with Scott McSparron. Scott rearranged his next day's schedule to accommodate us. We got the truck in the next morning, and Scott called me twice the next day-once with an estimate that was reasonable (and quite accurate), and again about 3:30 in the afternoon to let me know the repairs were complete and the truck was ready for pick up. We spent the day at Niagara Falls, which was our original plan anyway (on our motorcycle). The truck performed perfectly for the rest of our 8,200 mile, 26 day trip -which may not have been possible without Scott and the fine folks at West Herr Ford in Hamburg. Thank you for saving our trip! I'm spreading the word about you guys :-)

I recently leased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Steve Hart at West-Herr Ford of Hamburg. I find making a big money purchase an anxiety-filled experience but going through the process with Steve was anything but. I was a life long GM customer until the auto bailout debacle which occurred at about the same time that we were shopping for new vehicles. I had worked with Steve Bielinski to purchase a 2010 Mustang GT Convertible which was a great experience overall and the best "muscle" car I have ever owned. Then when my wife needed a new vehicle we went with a 2013 Ford Escape for another great buying experience. Given Ford vehicles are typically the best rated domestic cars, we are likely to stay with Ford and West Herr Ford.

this was our 5th buying experience with west herr, the 2nd working with vaune gresco-uliakzek. our experience could not have been better. we were coming to the end of our 2010 fusion lease and were debating on whether we wanted to move into an SUV and were not sure about the make or model. there was absolutely no pressure to buy FORD. Great Service, Very Patient

I went to West Herr to buy my first 'real' car. After finally having decided to stop buying junkers and really invest in a good car, I was not going to make the choice lightly. I spent about 4 days and a total of probably close to 20 hours trying testing out so many different cars it was a bit ridiculous. Finding the Ideal hardly-used Ford

I was looking for a specific type of used car, a 2011 or 2012 Ford Fusion V6 SE, and West Herr Ford had one in stock. This slightly used Fusion even happened to be in one of the colors I was looking for. Steve Bielinski helped me get a great deal on this car which was partically new. This Ford might have had around 25,000 miles on it, but you would never know that if you didn't check the odometer. When I purchased this car, one of the tail lights had a crack in it, so Mr. Bielinski replaced it with a brand new Ford part for no charge. This is an example of the great customer service at West Herr Ford in Hamburg. As for the Fusion, I love the mix of power and fuel economy it gets on the road. This car can handle the weather here in Buffalo too, I drove through three inches of snow easily. To sum it up, if you go to West Herr Ford you will not be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at West Herr Ford, buying an '08 Jeep Liberty. Who would've thunk it...

I never would have thought that a lease would be right for me because I drive too many miles in a year. I like having a new truck every few years and I was taking a bath on the trade in value. It was not until my salesman Ken Lenfest explained to me that I could get a lease taylor fit for me with higher milage than is advertised on tv. When I called over to West Herr, I was transferred over to Don Nowak. He explained that my paint protection plan did not cover chips in the paint caused by stones. He offered to order touch up paint for me. I told him that I don't get out to Hamburg that often and he said he'd hang onto it for me. I called 2 months later and when I gave him my name he immediately told me "I've got it right here on my desk." When I arrived there he came right out and handed me my paint with a smile.
