Ben Farfan went above and beyond to give me the exact car I wanted without any nonsense. He made the entire process hassle free, and got me the lowest possible interest rate and monthly payments for what I qualified for. He wouldn't take no for an answer; and everyone at Kia helped me buying a brand new car a reality. I couldn't be more grateful for everyone at Kia for everything they did for me. I couldn't be happier!

Bad Experience

Dealer could not provide us with any starting prices on used cars, but expected a shopper to tell them which ONE car thy prefer. Rude manager, who just got up and walked away from the table when I simply asked for their preferred prices(s) on used cars. Went elsewhere and got a great deal on a used Toyota with a dealer who made the buying experience so easy; we were provided prices, carmax on multiple cars, drove 3-4, and allowed time on our conditions to make our choice. Spent five digit figure on a 2 year old years car. KIA's loss. I will NEVER shop for anything at Kia of Visalia, however. Don't have time to play the games or jump through their hoops, or have tolerance for rudeness. .
