I was shopping for an E92 BMW M3 when I came across UDrive who fortunately was very local to me. They had a very well optioned car in a cool color combo that was just what I was looking for. Just going through their lot you can tell Todd, Marc, and Matt are true "car guys" who know what they're talking about and go out of their way to by the best cars, they aren't just pushing random used stuff they think they can make money on. Overall I had a great experience & got the car I wanted at a fair price. They even let me send some aftermarket parts to them to be installed before I picked the car up, so it was exactly what I wanted when I drove away. Two thumbs up!

Not Impressed with the way they do business

Called Todd prior to driving an hour to get there, so that my wife and I could test drive a BMW Z-4. Upon arriving, find out that Todd is not there and there is a new sales associate that doesn't know what to do. He proceeds to put on a dealer plate and my wife and I are all set to take the vehicle out. The sales associate comes out and says, Im sorry, your wife is going to have to stay here while I go with you (2 seater vehicle). I don't think so, we got in our car and drove an hour back home. No apology , no nothing from the owner. Ended up purchasing a nicer BMW elsewhere anyway.

2005 F150

We bought a 2005 F150 from UDrive a couple moths ago. We worked with Todd throughout the entire process and he was great to deal with! We found Todd to be an honest, straightforward, salesman and our truck was very well represented with the description and many photos (which were especially helpful!). We were a little hesitant about buying a truck through the internet but with this company we had a great (no-hassle) experience! We are really enjoying our new truck and definitely recommend UDrive to others!

A repeat customer

As a 4 time customer I can say with assurance that Todd and his folks have handled my 2 sales and 2 buys with professionalism and creativity to make deals happen. This can be a tricky business for anyone to navigate and they bring client confidence to a very comfortable level. Even is what you want isn't in their inventory, they can put together clients and the cars they want from multiple contacts within the industry.

Ultra Convenient!

I saw the perfect car on this site, a 2007 Porsche Carerra S in slate grey and aero kit, and I had a trade that I had been shopping around getting offers for. I got an immediate response and was able to get over the trade amount that I requested! Since the place was almost 2hours away I wasn't sure when I would be able to get over there to look at car and possibly do the deal. They told me they would transport car to me, look at my trade and if all goes well, we do paperwork, I keep car and they take trade back with them! When I heard that I was shocked and there was no reason why I would pass this up! They were completely ok with me having the car inspected by my local shop. Due to their professionalism I was ok with them coming to me and to my house to look at my car! In addition, I noticed that on their site they are very upfront about any flaws the cars may have. I would definitely go back to them again it was a completely pleasant experience! The convenience factor alone is HUGE!!!

Amazing!

I've purchased cars over the Internet before and have never had an experience as excellent as this one. The car description was spot on, with lots of photos, any imperfections were noted. Todd responded to emails quickly and was always reachable by phone if needed. Pickup date was flexible to accommodate my schedule. I didn't even have to worry about a pre-purchase inspection as one had already been done by a third party and they disclosed the results. The guys at UDrive were super-nice in person too. Matt noticed that I'm a fellow photography enthusiast and happily shared the full-size photos of the car, then drove me to a nearby rent-a-car office to drop off the rental I used to get there. The bundled 3 month / 3k miles warranty only covers powertrain, aka big and expensive items. After driving 200 miles home, a check engine light appeared. I took the car to a local BMW specialist and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue which was not covered by the warranty, but is a common problem with these cars. The guys at UDrive couldn't have known about it as the car drove fine and it took hundreds of miles to appear. Moral of the story: if you're worried about minor repairs and are not DIY-inclined, buy an extended warranty that covers everything, not just powertrain. The 3 month plan was complementary, so still a nice bonus in case of a bigger problem. It seems that UDrive focuses on clean cars without accident history and with good service records. That to me is impressive, because many independent dealers buy whatever is cheapest at the auction, then resell for a quick buck. Not the case here! The BMW I purchased from UDrive is a low-mileage, 1-owner car. It was signed off with a clean bill of health by 3 places: local BMW dealer based on service history, third party inspection place in PA, and a BMW specialist in CT, who commented that the car is in very good shape after looking at it for a day. Overall, this has been a great purchase and I would gladly recommend UDrive to anyone. Todd and Matt are top-notch!

INCREDIBLE CAR PURCHASED

I just had delivered a 1994 Camero Z28 that I bought from UDrive Automobiles. Saying that I am amazed with this car would be a major understatement; while Todd Myers is a great salesman and nice person, he told me this was a good car to use for my purposes and that was very true but he didn't stress enough that this car looks like new and drives very well. Todd arranged everything for the transport from PA to FLA and the shipper was excellent also, they actually delivered the car to my street corner. This was a totally stress free transaction and I will continue to buy to cars in the future from Todd. If anyone has any doubts about buying a car over the internet, trust me and buy from UDrive, you can really trust these guys and they are the real deal and there cars are incredible; I am loving this Z28. DIY-er

I was browsing the cars listings for used Infiniti M and came across those guys. As price was less than 35% of the original MSRP for 5 year old vehicle I felt a bit uneasy, especially after all those "flood-damaged vehicles" coming from NY/NJ areas. All my concerns evaporated when I saw the car at their place. It turned out to be very well maintained, one-owner vehicle (very local, same town) that was a trade-in for a new car. In the past I've bought 3 new cars from new-car dealers and dealing with Matt was nothing even close to a typical car salesman. No pushing you into various financial scams (some dealers claim error on the low web-price and it would be valid only if you finance through them at ridiculous terms) or useless warranties. Matt's down-to-earth personality makes you feel like a friend. While waiting for the detailing shop he took me to another part of the building and showed me several motorcycles (and I didn't even ask for that). It was obvious he has a passion about bikes as well. One of those rare occasions to deal with a person who knows what he's talking about. UDrive gave me a car at a price you can't find from a private party, with the added value of passing PA inspection, which by itself gives you peace of mind at least on some parts of the vehicle (ie. brakes, tires, cat, ...) Also as a Do-It-Myself type of guy, Intiniti was quick to hook me up with 7 volume factory authorized shop repair manual that has description of every nut and bolt in that vehicle.

Land Rover Family

After my brother and his wife bought a Land Rover l3 from Udrive in West Chester I knew this was a dealership I wanted to deal with! My brother just kept talking about how low key working with Todd and Matt were. I went on the website and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a Land Rover Discovery for sale. The website was fantastic with tons of pictures showing how great the car was and even some of the flaws (which were very minimal). After test driving the car it was time for the dreaded talking numbers time. Not the case with Todd and Matt!!! It was like hanging out in a friends living room just chatting. They worked with me and I left very happy with my trade in value and price of my new car. They even set me up with a local credit union for my new car loan. At that point I couldn't of asked for more but they weren't finished making me a happy customer! I had a few questions about some of the mechanics of the new car (buying my first Land Rover) and they sent my to their mechanic to ease my mind. If you can't tell I had a very pleasurable experience and would (and already have) recommend Udrive to anyone!

Professional, friendly, fair, know cars, a rarity.

Todd and Matt love cars and are passionate about helping a customer find the right car and educating them in the process. They are professional and easy going and accommodating. My '97 Carrera was priced right, meticulously detailed and documented. I think this may have been the best car buying experience I've had with having owned 30+ cars over the years.
