Brian Klein took time out from his day off to help me purchase my new truck. He was patient, answered all my questions, did not attempt to hard sell the product and helped me set up Bluetooth and on star. He even made sure I saw the corvette parked in front of my new truck so I wouldn't hit it o my way out of the parking lot!! Good idea!Ross Turner came out to say hello to my 95 year old father and make certain that we were getting all the information we needed. He helped to make my father feel comfortable with my purchase which was very reassuring to me. I thank you all for your time and efforts in helping me to feel comfortable in purchasing a truck that cost as much as my first house!

Very easy to make service appointments for my new 2015 GMC Sierra 3500. I ask the service guys to do certain things with the tire rotation, etc. and they get it just right. Last time I had the shuttle take me back to my house since the truck had a recall in addition to the regular service and the shuttle driver was a great guy and this saved me a lot of time that day.

I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured. I felt that Tom, the salesman, listened to my wants and needs and was able to meet them. I felt that the negotiating process was fair and respectful, which was greatly appreciated. I also like that there has been contact with the dealership beyond the day of purchase. I have heard from the service department to set up future appointments and the salesman to follow up and make sure I didn't have any questions. The finance process was quick and efficient.

I contacted Don through Cars.com and was instantly rewarded with a really good person who came to my work to show me one of your cars. I am not buying just yet but even when I went to your dealership I was impressed. Don was very friendly and didn't push me into buying right then and there as most dealerships do. I am a ex-car salesman and I know what happens when one goes to a dealership. I told Don this and he never once tried to use the traditional salesman techniques. I will buy a car from your dealership in the near future and have ceased to look for cars at other dealerships. When I am ready you have my business!
