Brian Klein took time out from his day off to help me purchase my new truck. He was patient, answered all my questions, did not attempt to hard sell the product and helped me set up Bluetooth and on star. He even made sure I saw the corvette parked in front of my new truck so I wouldn't hit it o my way out of the parking lot!! Good idea!Ross Turner came out to say hello to my 95 year old father and make certain that we were getting all the information we needed. He helped to make my father feel comfortable with my purchase which was very reassuring to me. I really enjoyed working with Tess and Wendy. They were phenomenal. Tess was able to get most of the deal done before I drove the 86 miles to get there, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Turner GMC

Very easy to make service appointments for my new 2015 GMC Sierra 3500. I ask the service guys to do certain things with the tire rotation, etc. and they get it just right. Last time I had the shuttle take me back to my house since the truck had a recall in addition to the regular service and the shuttle driver was a great guy and this saved me a lot of time that day.

Amazing service throughout all aspects of purchase

I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured. I felt that Tom, the salesman, listened to my wants and needs and was able to meet them. I felt that the negotiating process was fair and respectful, which was greatly appreciated. I also like that there has been contact with the dealership beyond the day of purchase. I have heard from the service department to set up future appointments and the salesman to follow up and make sure I didn't have any questions. The finance process was quick and efficient.

The service manager and personnel were helpful and congenial. The service was completed quickly (actually there wasn't a whole lot to do but I arrived at the scheduled time and the work was started immediately). I liked the email reminders. Generally very professional.

Couldn't be happier!

I bought a car here in March of this year. It was the first new car I bought in 20 years. I did the whole deal online with the internet guy Joel. I had it in for an oil change last week and I'm just really glad I bought my car from those guys. I was treated like royalty. My car had a recall too and they took care of it right away. Every time I have to deal with them, I leave feeling like they really care about me as a customer. Kudos to Turner GMC!
