Best dealership you will ever find!

I have been looking for a used Tesla for acouple months now. I have been to atleast 5 different dealerships in NE Ohio to look at their cars and talk numbers. The other dealerships have all been overpriced for the vehicle offered with the given options on the car. The cars also did not have the options and features listed online when I would go to the dealership to look at them . At Thomas Classics the price listed for my vehicle was on track with the online suggested resale value, and the online description was completely accurate with the actual vehicle options. I was in contact with Mike at the dealership for several days, and always received quick responses to my questions or calls in a very timely manner. When I went to he dealership I was beyond impressed with the car selection, friendliness and vehicle knowledge, and with the dealership hours (Mike stayed open late so I could make it after work). They were incredibly helpful with the loan process. This dealership is different then ANY I have ever dealt with. There was No pressure or pushing, No haggling over price. Very competitive with the value for my trade in and worked with me beyond reasonably on the purchase price. I am in a job where I know and deal with a fifty different dealerships on on a weekly basis, and I truly believe this is the best I have ever seen. I recommend them to everyone. Easy transaction, great experience...

I've purchased many items via the internet but never a car before. After reading the numerous positive reviews, a personal referral, and speaking with Chad multiple times, I felt confident in making the purchase of my Panamera GTS. I do have to admit there were times I second guessed myself, its not often I buy an auto sight unseen from 1200 miles away. However, Chad answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. Thomas Classics also accepted my 911 in trade and gave me a fair trade in price, again all sight unseen. We both relied on photos and trust. Allison was very good with the paperwork and addressing my additional questions as well. Once the paperwork was completed and overnighted back to Chad, I received my Panamera GTS within 2 days from Akron to Tampa in a covered transport. They loaded up my trade in and all was complete. The Panamera GTS I purchased was just as great as it looked from their pics. And kudos to the young man that takes their car pics, he does a great job. All in all, it takes trust to purchase a luxury/sport car based on pics and conversations. You can trust Thomas Classics and feel confident in your purchase.

I have been looking for a Porsche GT3. I found the color and spec I wanted at Thomas classics. I purchased site unseen only from from pictures. I felt comfortable with Chad the owner, he assured me the car was in prestine condition. When I received the vehicle by covered truck, I was SHOCKED, the car was brand new, perfect condition. The previous owner had it detailed monthly making it better condition than a brand new vehicle. Finally A Dealership Worth Speaking Up For

By far the best car buying experience I have had...and i have bought many specialty cars. The truth and commitment both Sam and Chad pour into their customers is evident by the extra effort they put, not only into making this deal work, but also in making sure i was satisfied throughout the whole process...even up to the 6hr one way delivery trip it took to receive my Dodge Viper ACR. My wife took some heavy convincing...so when i decided on a whim to leave at 2am to drive the 6hr one way trip, Sam came in on his day off...and opened shop an hour early for my convenience. I took all the time i needed to inspect what i saw online and it was exactly as advertised. Chad clearly made a business out of something he loves and loves coming to work every day making customers into repeat customers. I would definitely repeat the process. The only reason i rated the facility as 4 star...they didnt have my S7 Saleen...but that's for another time.

From the moment I talked to Chad on the phone, I knew Thomas Classics was a special place. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. That way, when he found THE car, he knew it was a fit. When the car was delivered to the dealership, Chad called me to tell me the good news, and I'm not sure who was more excited, me or Chad. Fortunately, I live close enough to Akron that I was able to see the car before I purchased it, and it was exactly as he described. In fact, on many levels, it exceeded my expectations. If you are one of the many who buy from Thomas Classics and don't make the trip to Akron, do not fear. You will get a detailed, inch by inch examination from Chad and the team, and if they find an issue, they will make it right. In fact, three days after I purchased the car, I found one very small issue that I was just going to ignore. But, when Chad called to make sure everything was perfect, I decided to mention it. He took care of it immediately and reminded me that his goal is to sell the perfect car, every time. I dont know why I would buy a car from anyone else.

Amazing showroom and incredible cars.

In the hope that someday, warm weather will come, I began to look for a convertible roadster. A search for Porsche Boxters showed one only 12 miles away at Thomas Classics. I called and talked to Sam Moore, who had all the details at his fingertips and was helpful and knowledgeable. When my wife and I visited later that day, the showroom was spectacular: some of the finest cars you will ever see, all parked side by side. Not a single "ordinary" car. Every car was meticulously clean and cared for, and Sam knew everything about every car. The boxter was a dream, and the price was more than fair. The decision to buy was an easy one. One story to illustrate the care given to these cars: my wife had brought her golf driver to see if the clubs could fit in the trunk. It did fit, but as she walked around the showroom with the head cover still on, Sam was about to have a heart attack for fear that she'd drop it and dent one of the cars. He carefully took the driver out of her hands and carried it to the office like it was a gallon of nitroglycerin. Only then did he start to breathe again! That is the kind of attention and care these cars get.

Very courteous and knowledgeable

I was impressed that Sam remembered my name from just phone call. When I walked in, the entire staff was attentive to my needs. They provided me with information, details, and all documentation related to the car I was interested in. Although I didn't initially want to test drive the car, they suggested I drive the car to see exactly how the car handled and performed. The test drive was just what I needed to reinforce my decision to purchase the vehicle. I was surprised how quickly the car became mine. I wasn't planning on driving it home that day but was happy I did. I am now the envy of the neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They worked so well together. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a high end or collector's vehicle.

From Terrified to Delighted in one transaction

So I decided to buy my wife a hot little convertible for the days when she can take a break from the SuperMom Van. I didn't find a lot locally that inspired me so I decided to open the search engines up to "unlimited distance" with the expectation of cashing in some Frequent Flyer miles to find the right one. Given the fact that the Mrs. is a James Bond nut, I clicked the "Aston Martin" option in the "make" field just to humor myself. That's when Thomas Classics appeared and the rest is history. It only took one (albeit long) phone conversation with Chad for me to be convinced that I needn't search any longer . I really didn't have the time to fly to Akron to see it and he convinced me that buying this beautiful exotic "sight unseen" was not going to be the horror story that my soul was telling me that it would be. Still, I was petrified at the "what if"!! I must have sent him 35 e-mails and text messages over the next 10 hours with every question I could come up with and he patiently talked me off of the ledge every time. He even went as far as saying "look, when it arrives, if it is not exactly what you were expecting, I'll take it back". One more phone call later and the paperwork was overnighted, the wire transfer was done and the Aston Martin Vantage rolled out of the enclosed transport onto my driveway... all in under 24 hours. Perfect Transcation, thanks Chad!

I had spoken to Chad previously about a Maserati that ended up getting away from me because I didn't act quick enough. Fast forward a few months later, I'm looking around at Ferrari 458 Italias. I find exactly the colors, mileage, etc that I am looking for and it happens to be at Thomas Classics. I send Chad a message, remind him of the details of my trade (an 07 Ferrari F430). He gives me a call, we go over our cars, talk some details, come up with some fair numbers and as easy as that everything is taken care of. Within days Chad has a truck at my door delivering an absolutely stunning 458 Italia and at the same time picks up my F430. I cannot imagine an easier transaction with a nicer guy, a true car enthusiast, NOT a car salesman. Looking forward to my next transaction with Chad at Thomas Classics.

super buying experience

I purchased a 2008 Aston Martin Vantage convertible from Thomas Classics sight unseen from the Internet photos, Sam was great to work with, we had the deal done in an hour on a Monday, he had the car on transport on Wednesday and I received the car in Des Moines early Friday morning. The car was exactly as he described it and I was very satisfied, they were willing to answer every question and made the car buying process about as easy as it could be.

Great experience

2013 Viper SRT 1,700 miles. After loosing a couple of cars online (cars sold) I found Thomas Classics one Saturday morning. I spoke to Chad and after a few pictures I made a deal with him within the hour. We agreed on the price and made an agreement on a virtual hand shake, Chad did not want to take a deposit. I was very nervous about buying a car online but something about Chad and his operation made me trust him and the process. Monday mid morning my loan was approved and the paper work was just as smooth as the loan process. When the initial transport guy showed up the truck was not really equipped to handle the loading and off loading of the car. Chad made an executive decision and didn't let that particular transporter take the car. He found another outfit better suited for the job. He looked out for me as well as the car. When the car got here it was exactly as he described it. It was perfect to say the least. I am very happy with my purchase and encourage anyone looking for a nice, trustworthy dealer to give Chad a chance. I know I will use him again for my next purchase. Treated like a queen!

Couldn't be happier! I was treated like a queen from the moment I called in and spoke to the person who answered the phone... THE OWNER!! It wasn't like any previous car buying experience I have ever had ( thank goodness). It was hands down the only way I will buy another car again. This car was one I had dreamed about for quite some time and being that I found it online and am all the way in Florida I was never really serious about the purchase (because of the distance) but I said what the hey, I'll call anyway and give it a whirl. In just minutes I was so at ease and actually felt confident just by talking to Chad. Hearing about the history of the car and how he does business, made it a no brainer for me. I have never sent money to someone via wire transfer, especially to someone that I hadn't met in person, let alone buy a car that I didn't test drive or see with my own eyes....but I went with my gut and pulled the trigger. The next morning I received a UPS package with very detailed instructions from Allison (so sweet). I had everything signed and notarized that day and sent it back in the FREE ups she had enclosed and off it went. My dream car was on its way just a few days after and I have to say....when it came off the truck it was everything Chad told me it was and more. I am just so thrilled with this purchase and how smooth and easy the whole thing went from beginning to end. I can't imagine going back to (for lack of better words) "Chain/ new car stores". The money I saved by buying a slightly pre owned car, and the aggravation I avoided, made this the new way I will buy from now on. I don't think I will even bother shopping elsewhere, they made me feel so comfortable, no games, no hassles. Used Car Purchase Made Easy

I have never purchased a car via the internet/phone only. I only saw pictures that were published by the dealer. In the end, I purchased a 2010 Audi R8. It was in immaculate condition for 5 years old. All the pictures that Thomas Classics released were perfectly accurate. All correspondence was accurate and truthful. I started speaking to them via telephone on a Monday. By the end of the day we had decided on a fair price. Paperwork was in my hand by the next day, and returned to them by Wednesday. Detailing was completed and shipping was scheduled. I had the vehicle by Saturday. Again, this was my first purchase in this manner. Thomas Classics made it easy and fast. I would definitely do business with them again.

I have visited heaven...in Akron of all places.

I took a quick ride to Thomas Classics to see an M3. I have to admit, I got extremely side tracked. They have one of everything. All of the cars are immaculately presented, I don't think there is a door ding in the entire showroom. After I drooled on all the cars outside of my price range, I took a quick ride in the M3 that had drawn me there in the first place. No games, no trips to the manager, no fooling around. I was signed and on my way in 30 minutes. This place is great, the cars are amazing, everyone was super polite and Chad is about as straightforward as anyone I have met. The whole experience was different than I have every had in a car dealership. They have a winning formula. I highly recommend.

If you have ever said anything bad about a used car dealer, take it back. These guys made my purchase completely stress free. Sometimes, as a woman, I feel that I am being talked down to, or even lied to at car lots. Chad and his staff were polite from the first call all the way to me driving away in my dream car. I wasn't pressured or made to feel uncomfortable at any point. Chad answered all my questions without pause. It wasn't like any store I have been in before. If felt like a boutique. I worked with the owner of the store from start to finish. The cars are beautiful. Every one is sparkling clean and even smelled new. I got a Range Rover that I spent weeks shopping for. I found Thomas Classics via the internet 2 years ago and am now on my 2nd Maserati Gran Turismo (2008 and now 2012 Stradale). Chad, Allison, and staff make luxury car buying a simple, trusting experience and now I won't go anywhere else. I enjoy my trek to Akron to talk with Chad and check out their collection of impeccable vehicles. I have had no issues whatsoever with my Maserati's - they are clean, detailed to the hilt, and the process to buy is smooth as can be. I have known Chad and have been buying cars and trucks from Thomas Classics for the past15 years. I have purchased over 20 vehicles for myself and or family members in that time. It's hard to find a used car dealer that truly cares about the car that he's selling more than how much money he's making. I work long hours and don't have the time to play car dealer games. All it takes is a few phone calls and a few minutes of my time and Chad does the rest. If he doesn't have what i'm looking for, he finds it. If the windows need tinted, he takes care of it. I only wish I had found this place sooner!!

I have never written a review online before. I want to tell everyone this is NOT your typical car dealer. I buy a car every year but still get anxiety before visiting the dealership just about every time. Not here. Everything about this experience was different than I have experienced before. From the time I walked into the showroom and browsed around, I was amazed. Every car in there is indoors and detailed perfectly. I couldn't find a ding or curbed wheel in the entire store. Chad(the owner) walked around the showroom with me. He knows every car in his inventory, who owned it, exact options, original MSRP, miles, how they drive, etc. I never felt pressured, but I did feel like they wanted to earn my business. I decided on the 911 that originally drew me there. It was everything they described it to be. It was even better than the photos online. The car was immaculate, had all its original sticker, keys, it even smelled new inside. It only took a few minutes to come to terms. Chads sister Allison started on the paperwork while we walked around and admired all the other cars I cant afford. 10 minutes later I was signing and was driving home. They even offered to follow me home so I didn't need to leave my work car there. These guys care about their customers and it shows. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of products I didn't need, no back and forth with the manager. I was only there an hour or so, but I left feeling like we were old friends. I can see why so many people from around the US shop here, the condition of the cars is unlike I have seen anywhere and the process of buying is without the normal dealership games. This was the first time buying a car was fun. I cant wait to buy another one from Thomas Classics. Keep the 458 warm for me. My only wish is that I had known about this place sooner.

I have bought 3 cars from Thomas Classics SIGHT UNSEEN! I know it sounds crazy but once I got to know Chad at the dealership I realized his standards for cars are above mine. I have come to trust his judgment for my car purchases. Chad has even helped me investigate cars that are not in his inventory giving me solid advice each time. Thomas Classics made my wife a very happy woman. I purchased a white 2015 Mercedes Benz from Chad. The deal went smooth and my wife left thrilled with her new car. I purchased my 2007 Corvette Z06 from Thomas Classics, they made me a customer for life! The cars are spotless and the dealership is beautiful. Chad knows every car in the showroom in and out. He's a class act that conducts himself extremely professional. If you're out of state and looking at one of his cars, look no further. You will not be disappointed with the quality of paint, interior and condition of his cars. I crawled around every car inside the showroom and couldn't find a flaw on one of them. I was looking for anything to try to get the price down on my car. Hey, just being honest here, but the car was perfect. Where do I go from there? Exceptionally clean cars all dispayed under cover

I was looking for a used convertible, with an automatic transmission, in good shape, with either a V8 or turbo 6 engine. I had inquired about other vehicles at other dealerships before I saw this 2008 BMW 335i at Thomas Classics. After calling and talking to them about the car and seeing other reviews about this dealership, I traveled a ways to see the car. It was in pristine condition and just as they had described it and I bought the car on the spot. So far, I am very happy with the car and have no regrets. The buying process in their office went very quickly and smoothly and I would not hesitate to look first at Thomas Classics when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

The perfect red convertible

I started looking for a red convertible early in the summer. I really had only 2 qualifications; red and a convertible. After a few months in working through many cars, I finally settled on a Porsche Boxster. I was looking in the 2001-2008 years. I was aware that Porsche engines had an issue during this time, so I was searching for a very particular car - a car that had an owner with meticulous records and had dealt with the engine issue. I saw several cars. Then I ran across Thomas Classics in Akron. Almost 800 miles from me, but seemingly with a pristine 2005 Red Porsche Boxster with sand interior. I had multiple conversations with Chad Gano, the owner. This was my first venture into buying a used "fun" car, and I was very nervous about the distance and the quality of the dealer. Chad gave me a lot of assurances, and I finally decided to leap, booking a one way ticket to Akron, to drive the car home. Everything was EXACTLY as promised. Thomas Classics was incredible. The car was the best I had seen in any location - just fantastic. Every single time the car was in the shop for any reason it had been documented in the original Porsche folder. Every single service. It was perfect for me. Chad had my paperwork ready, and I was out in about an hour - the only reason it took that long was because I was captivated looking at his inventory of gorgeous cars. After 1,000 miles of road trip, I did take my 'new' car to my mechanic for a once over, and he told me after review it was the cleanest car he had seen. They couldn't believe it was 10 years old. I will be back to Thomas Classics. If you are worried about a long road trip because they has your perfect car, don't worry. Chad and his team will treat you right.

I am a business owner and world traveler in the music business and work 100+ hours a week and so obviously I don't have time to mess around with loser dealerships (99% of all I have dealt with) who basically waste my valuable time (and money). >> Chad is the most reputable and honest and knowledgeable exotic car dealer I have ever seen or heard of!From Chad/Thomas I have purchased Ferrari's, a Maserati and now my favorite, the Bentley SuperSports and couldn't be happier! Chad is a straight shooter and stands by his word. If you want info or service he will know the answer or know who does know the answer.if you need financing (even if you don't) Chad makes it happen if it's at all possible. I have no complaints, only praise.and wouldn't be the least bit worried about buying an expensive car (his prices are very competitive) sight unseen and have it shipped by him cross country or overseas. We drove up from Columbus and have been looking for 6 months for a vehicle. Sam took amazing care of us, and knew the car inside and out. Amazing Service

I called about a car and found that the owner knew as much about the model as I did. He was able to get me in a car with less than 1,000 miles on it for $20,000 under MSRP. We put a verbal deal together and he arranged pick up for shipping to KY the next day. We made the deal Thursday and I wired the money on Friday. He had already arranged pick up for Saturday and I received the car just after lunch on Sunday.

Was searching for an exclusive very rare collectible. Discovered what appeared to be the exact car that I was looking for on their website. Considering myself a perfectionist when it comes to cars, I am always reluctant to accept someone's description as accurate, esp. on a phone call. An RS5 is a very hard car to find so when I started my search I knew it would be nationwide. Sam Moore at Thomas Classics was awesome to deal with, get specifics about, and negotiate with. Top end service and text updates about the process when I was purchasing a car site unseen. If you have your eyes set on a car from here I would highly recommend working on making it work. I usually go the private seller route because I have had bad luck with dealers being dishonest. Thomas Classics is the opposite and they made my car purchase flawless. My boyfriend purchased a BMW 5-series over the Memorial Day Weekend in May 2014 from Sam. We loved the BMW from the 1st moment of our test drive so my boyfriend purchased it. A Great Place to Buy a Car.

I found Thomas Classics online using cars.com. I was a first time car buyer and picky to say the least. Before the pictures were even online I called to get the details of the car. My contact was Sam. He was super detailed, quick, and easy to work with. The vehicle I was looking to buy had many options with 20" rims and a JB tuner installed. I wasn't thrilled about either addition. Sam went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. He switched out the wheels to a more preferable option. On top of that, he tested the car for issues, learned about the JB tuner good enought to teach me, and printed off a manual. Because I was 2.5 hours away, a lot of the negotiating was on the phone. When I decided to go see the car everything went very smoothly. Sam wasn't the typical salesman. There was no harping and trying to convince me the entire time that this was the best car in the universe. He was more of a friend helping me pick the right car. Test drive, tutorial, and paperwork went very well. The car itself was super clean. Every car there is super clean. Shined, waxed, vaccuumed, you name it. No one believes that I bought a 6 year old, used, car. Thomas Classics is the perfect place to buy a car and I will be looking to them again for my next toy.

Our first impression of Thomas Classics was while driving down Main Street in Akron when we would slow down to ogle the fine collection of automobiles behind their windows. We had been casually looking for a new vehicle, but expected nothing less than to be snubbed as we had before during other experiences with luxury car dealers. It took no small amount of courage to finally pull into the lot and peruse what they had to offer on the showroom floor. We were given time without being pressured and hassled, and when our eyes fell on a certain model, we fell in love. Jason spoke with us, and was amiable, knowledgeable, and polite from the start. We set to talking shop, Jason highlighting the many impressive features of the car we were interested in, and he pulled the car out of the show room for us to take a test drive. When we returned, Jason was open and honest with us as we discussed the car and how it aligned with our tastes. When we revealed that we did indeed love it, but desired something a bit sportier, Jason set to finding us the perfect car. Gold Standard for a Dealer: 4 Deals In 7 Months!!

Buying through Thomas Classics was the first time in my 27 years of buying cars that I bought a car ('11 CTS-V) sight unseen while on a golf course in CA. Great service on an out of state purchase

I recently contacted them looking for a particular BMW. They did not have that vehicle in inventory, but offered to try and locate one for me. I accepted their offer. In a reasonable amount of time I got an email with pictures of a car that was better that I had hoped I would find. We agreed on the price and they arranged delivery of the vehicle to my house. The paperwork came to me already filled out with highlighted sections as to where to sign. They also sent me return envelopes. I highly suggest this company.

Just purchased the 2008 MB CLK63 AMG Black Series at Thomas Classics. This was the first time I dealt with this dealer and I was impressed with Chad, Jason and the entire staff. So easy to work with. Best experience I've had yet buying a car

I recently took in my Audi Q7 and Nissan Rogue to sell and the offer made was very quickly and high enough that I took the offers without hesitation. I then proceeded to purchase a new Yukon that was fully loaded. The owner then gave some suggestions to further upgrade the vehicle which I am doing. All in all the process was fast, no hard selling, simple sharing of information, offers were made that were very fair I didn't even ask for anything else and signed immediately. The credit process was done in a matter of minutes and the rate was below market. All in all, by far the best and easiest purchasing and selling experience. This is the second time doing business with Thomas Classics. I had the exact same experience with a Corvette that was purchased a few years ago and I plan on doing more business with them in the future. Highly recommended.

We called first to get additional info on a car, then again to dicsuss logistics and purchase details without any sales push or pressure. Buying from a distance

My fiancee and I had been searching for the right used Toyota 4Runner, and found one at Thomas Classics via Autotrader.com that met our criteria. We were rather skeptical of pursuing the car from a distance (we live in Maine), but read the reviews and initiated contact with Thomas Classics. Sam was our sales contact, and he was fantastic with communication. I tend to avoid speaking with car dealers, preferring written discussions & documentation, and this was not a problem with Sam. He was prompt, clear, concise, thorough, honest, and - above all - helpful! My fiancee and I continued our search, just in case, but really couldn't find anything that matched the condition of the 4Runner at Thomas Classics. Given the car met our exacting criteria, along with the quality and finer nature of the rest of their inventory, plus the clear care they take with every client interaction, we decided on purchasing. We discussed and negotiated a few items briefly with Sam, who was willing to agree to a deal we were comfortable making. Yesterday I purchased an SSR from Chad at Thomas Classics. I did make the trip to Akron to meet Chad and view the SSR. Chad was very helpful in getting me to fly into CAK in a reasonable timeframe. I not only enjoy buying low mileage vehicles but enjoy meeting and hearing the "story" of the dealership and the owner. I was not disappointed by this experience. The SSR was as perfect as the pictures online. The showroom and cars were a car guys dream. Everything went exactly as planned. The SSR is being shipped to me due to the bad winter weather. That process was fully explained. I would definitely recommend Chad and Thomas Classics if you want to buy a beautiful vehicle. Though I would not hesitate to buy from Chad without seeing the vehicle, visiting the showroom was awesome. Honest and up front with beautiful cars to sell is how I would describe this dealership. 2006 1 of 200 Dodge Viper

I have wanted the poster "blue and white viper" since I was in middle school. I have had many vettes since I had this poster, but felt empty. I finally was in the financial position to be able to buy my dream car, but the newer version, not the 90's one. I did some internet research and found my car at this random dealer in Ohio. I looked at the ad...7k miles...one owner...clean carfax...what do I have to lose? I called up, said Im interested, heres what I'm putting down, I already submitted a credit app, where do we go from here? Chad took care of me that Wednesday. I made plans Thursday to come get the car, and on Friday by noon I was there, looking at my childhood dream car poster in real life. The car is perfect! Ive put on 1k miles in just under a month. Chad made everything easy and truly wished I lived closer to his dealership because I know when its time to buy my next rare/exotic car I will turn to him. LOVE the car, super clean facilities, unreal photos taken and given to me. Just an amazing experience that I have ZERO regrets from. For all those in question, supercars/rare cars do break, its a fact. I have auto-x'ed and road raced my car three times before submitting this review, not because I was worried but because I wanted to say this car is ASTOUNDING, ZERO HICCUPS. Thank you Chad and team. I can seriously die a happy man because of this purchase.

Excellent Experiance

We drove two hours to visit Thomas Classics after my husband had an excellent conversation with Allison on the phone about the car we had seen online. It was probably the best car buying process i have been through. No pressure! I looked over every inch of the car in my own time, no one tried to distract me to look at anything else. I took it on a drive with no "backseat" commentary. Though neither of those things were necessary. The car was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I actually felt so comfortable with Chad and his expertice that i talked through all my thoughts i had been having on the type/ year of car i was looking at. Then what service plan/ maintenance i should consider. I walked away not only with a car that i am proud to own but with so much more knowledge then i had before.

40th Birthday Surprise!! - 2012 Porsche Spyder

I want to thank Sam for helping me from beginning to end to provide my husband with the best 40th bday surprise he could ever think of!! When looking through their online inventory, it did not appear that they had what I was looking for BUT, since we had previously purchased four cars from Thomas Classics over the past several years and have been VERY happy, I wanted to give them the chance to find what I was looking for even though they had cars elsewhere locally that I could have easily went and purchased. I went in with a list of my specifics and why I was looking for those things, based on comments my husband has made in the past...it can be very difficult to purchase a car for someone else...with those things in mind and his in-depth knowledge of the cars, he pointed me in the right direction. My 13 year-old son was in LOVE with the car instantly an KNEW it was perfect for his dad!! There was NEVER a feeling of pressure or sales tactics...they don't need to...the cars, the prices and their condition speak for themselves!! We got all the paperwork complete, and a plan in place. Sam drove about 15-20 minutes to bring the car to a location where I knew I could surprise my husband. We texted often to make sure everything went as planned and when I walked my husband out of the store we were in, there it was, HIS new (practically as it is a 2012 with 1250 miles on it) Porsche Boxster Spyder sitting in the parking lot with a bow on it...delicately put into place by Sam before he hid around the corner to allow the surprise to unfold! My husband drove the car back to our house with Sam in the passenger seat telling him ALL about it. I can not tell you enough what a great experience it was all the way around. They truly are a company that treats their customers RIGHT and EARNS lifelong customers! Thank You!

Everything should be this easy!

This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review of a Dealer. My buying experience at Thomas Classics was so much different from any I have had before, I felt compelled to share it. I buy lots of cars, it has been a hobby/addiction of mine for years. I have become accustomed to the dog and pony show put on at most dealers. The games, the hassles and the headaches. I cant even count how many times I have traveled to see cars that were inaccurately described. This time was completely opposite of that. This dealership knows what "mint condition" actually means! On my first call, I had a good feeling about this dealer. I got Allison(the owners sister) on the phone and she was a breath of fresh air. She answered all my questions and was very straight forward. She explained to me that they only bought the cream of the crop and that Chad inspected nearly every car they have himself. She went on to tell me that they sell lots of cars to people out of state "site unseen". That sounded a bit crazy to me....until I made the drive there. My wife and I spent 2 hours there walking around like kids in a candy store. I didn't see a ding, curbed wheel or scratch in the entire showroom. After being there, I'm confident in saying that I probably will never travel to see a car again. I would have taken any one of the cars home to my garage...and I am picky. I now see why people buy from there without ever seeing the car until the transport drops it off in their driveway. Next time, I will simply call and ask Allison to send me my new car. The paperwork and financing took about 25 minutes from start to finish. I was never passed off to another person at any time. Allison handled my call, the sale, the financing, the paperwork, everything! I was never pitched on lifetime rustproofing or any other BS stuff dealers push on you. I got a great rate, even better than my credit union back home. This is a boutique type experience. One on one interaction without the games. Straight answers, outstanding service and amazing inventory you just cant get at big dealers. I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. I asked for the best price, she gave me the numbers, I found them to be very competitive, did some paperwork and I was done. We could have been in and out of there in a 1/2 hour, only my addiction to cars kept me there longer. We were able to meet the entire team while we were there, they are honest, respectful people. My wife, who normally hates going with me to dealerships asked Allison if she would mind finding her an Edge Limited when her lease is up. Although most of the cars are high end, she was eager to help us with any kind of car we need. (They know who the previous owner was on just about every car in there)Since my purchase, I have called several times(they are helping me with aftermarket upgrades) and every time I call, I get the same person, they call me by name when answering, Chad, the owner, is there everyday. Even after the sale they have bent over backwards helping me with small details and upgrades I am doing. This is a very cool place to buy a car. The cars are immaculate, the service and people are even better. It was so nice to see folks run a business the way I run mine, with integrity....that's not so easy to find these days, especially in the car business. Thanks guys, we will be back soon!!

SWEET SHELBY GT500

After a few email and a phone coversation with a hand shake for price.We were on our way to check out this beautiful 2011 GT500. Thomas Classics is over 6 hours for where I live. When we got their I felt like a kid in a candy store to see all the premo used cars under the same roof. Then I saw the GT500. It is every bit as nice a Chad said.There was no pressure from a salesmen. I took my time checked it out. He had the car driven out of the show room. He offered the keys to the Shelby and any other car I wanted to test drive. the test drive was assume no salemen in the side seat trying to sell me the car. the car has more options than were listed also. It has the SVT Track Package with 20" wheels on the rear. They were great to my family (children) as well concidering all the chreey cars in the showroom. I wil be doing business again with Thomas Classics. Maybe next time I'll have the car shipped and save 16 hours. Thanks again for one beautiful and fun car.

Chad / Allison / Sam, Thank you for making the purchase of my dream car a reality, it was a pleasure doing business with you. -From what I understand, the purchase of used high end / high qaulity cars are typically done 'sight-unseen', though I did have a business trip nearby, and was able to validate, similar to another review. And similar to my standards, Chad is very meticulus in his auto selection process, which was evidient by the condition of the cars in his showroom. It's nice to find someone who, if he says the car is in mint condition, it actually is. Allison and Sam were also very helpful with respect to the paper work, attention to detail and helping with shipping the car out to California. The car had all manuals / keys, including a CD with all the professional pics of the car, and was very nicley detailed, inside and out. It was very exciting to see the car unloaded from the truck in front of my house, even my wife was impressed and approved, and that's a good thing! Overall, a great buying experience; its always a pleasure dealing with someone who's passion is reflected in the job they do. i just bought a 599 ferrari from chad.i have purchased numerous exotics in the past and i have to say this has been my best experience!!most of the time when the dealer has your money it becomes difficult to get them to follow up.this is not the case with chad he followed up to make sure i was happy and he doesn'sell junk very pleased with the car also use earl gibbs for your ppi he is great.I AM VERY VERY HAPPY

Amazing, literally every car there is perfect

I was just a bit scared to buy a car site unseen online. After talking to the owner, Chad, I felt that I could trust this dealership. They sent tons of cars out of town to people that have never been in the showroom before. I was about to be another site unseen buyer and was quite comfortable with that decision. I sent the money down and they overnighted my financing paperwork and a return pre paid fed ex.. Then I waited anxiously for my car to arrive. As luck would have it my company had me in cleveland a couple days later. I stopped in unannounced . Holy crap!! No wonder people buy site unseen from here!! I'm serious, everything in the showroom was like new.. I didn't see a ding, dent, scuff, scratch... Nothing. I couldn't find a single car that wasn't in amazing condition. They were all detailed and inside under bright lights and looked like the photos online( the best I've seen).. My car was already on its way to my home in covered transport arranged by Chad. This was the coolest way to buy a car.. No bs no car dealer games. You actually get to talk to the decision maker everytime you call. Very laid back.. We talked for 1/2 hour like old college buddy's.. The staff were in street clothes, like me.. Jeans and sneakers. Only 3 people in the offices and a few in the back cleanup shop and photo studio( very cool). I won't need to come here ever again unless for fun.. I think next time I'll call and ask Chad if the car is perfect, he will give it ro me straight.. No real negotiating necessary, he's to the point. Make a fair offer or just ask for the best price like I did.. This place and experience was so good.. Then I saw my BMW!! Better than I imagined it.. I have never taken the time to write a review of anything online before.. But this was so different and quite frankly a better buying experience than I have ever had and wanted to share it in case there are others like me that want somebody to trust in this business. True "Car Guys"

Very easy to work with. Our salesman, Erik Green, took care of everything. He and Chad got us a better interest rate than our bank offered. The paperwork was all ready on our arrival, just sign and drive. They were honest and up front, and I highly reccomend them. The next time we're in the market for a vehicle, we'll go there first.

I do not know where to begin. I have purchased my last 3 Jeeps from Thomas Classics and I couldn't be any happier. From the first phone call I could tell this was the place for me. No games, no smooth talk, just honest precise information without all the "car dealer" hassles. I did not know that buying a car could be this easy and stress free. They cars are amazing. The words "honest" and "Trustworthy" aren't usually associated with buying a pre-owned vehicle. You won't have that feeling buying here. Chad made something I dread, actually enjoyable.
