South Park Mitsubishi HORRIBLE Service

Mitsubishi warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on because they don't want to cover parts that should be under warranty. I took my Endeavor in with a oil leak when it was under warranty and I was told that they fixed the problem. The oil / grease mark in my drive way stopped. Later I found out that it was front end problem which they missed when I took it in under warranty. ( they fixed the problem which was nothing) I just took it in for a state inspection only be told that I had a ripped boot on my front drive (C V joint) and the bill would be 890.00 dollars. I took it to a NTB and they looked it and said that's the clamp for boot was not made right and that the boot was not ripped. Please note the car only has 44,000 miles on it. And we purchased the car new and it has been babied from the start. We normally get 9 to 10 years out of a car due to the low miles and fact that we take care of it. I called the service manager at South Park Mitsubishi about the problem and told him that boot was ok and that it was not ripped just a poorly made clamp and that I was going to send the parts to Mitsubishi to review. I was told to take my business someplace else that they did not need my business, then he just hanged up on me. I did take my business elsewhere - NTB repaired the car for less half the cost of the dealer. It is sad to be ripped off by a new service manager and when you catch them with the price that was twice the cost and not the same problem that was told to you. I use to deal with the old service manager Mike and he always worked with me and did not over charge for repairs. I was told by NTB that oil / grease link on boot could have waited because of the low miles and use age. Oh have Outlander Sport that I can't get them to repair right. The Bluetooth radio will not work right it keeps locking up and I just give up trying to get them to fix it. And the Outlander Sport runs right when it wants too. I was told that's it normal for the shift funny and pro form poorly,Don't worry once my other Mitsubishi is out of warranty or I find a different car I will replace it. I learn my lesson my Mitsubishi is a second rate car company and that there warranty is the best because they just don't repair your car till you have to pay for it. Oh 48.00 dollars for a oil change!

I started shopping for a new car a few months ago for the first time in my life. South Park Mitsubishi made everything so easy. I worked with Tony Goodwin mostly. He is knowledgable, friendly, and he was not pushy at all. He gave me all the information I needed to make a smart purchase, and he was very accommodating. In our first consultation, he showed me all the ins and outs of the car I was interested in (Outlander Sport) and allowed me to test drive two different models. He was very patient; I never felt that he was in a hurry to get me out the door. Aside from customer service, the dealership itself is conveniently located, and there is a repair garage right next door. Their warranty is unmatched by any other dealership, and the purchase of a vehicle comes with many perks. I could not be happier with the experience.

The first new car I ever purchased was a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer from SP Mitsubishi. Then I purchased a 2013 Lancer. Both great experiences and great cars. I had no complaints whatsoever. And then for some reason (mild case of stupidity) I decided I wanted to switch to Lexus. I sold my 2013 to SP Mitsubishi (also a great transaction) and I kept the Lexus for a little over 6 months before trading it in on another Lancer. This time a 2017 model and I couldn't be happier. The guys at SP Mitsubishi probably think I'm insane for trading a Lexus for a Mitsubishi, but I'm not. Why pay all of that extra money for a vehicle that has the same (or LESS) than you can get for a vehicle at the half the price! In addition, I have always had really great customer service at South Park Mitsubishi. Everyone is super friendly. No one is pushy. Everything they say, they actually do. -- In comparison, my experience with Lexus was terrible. Terrible customer service, terrible handling of the transactions. All reasons I got rid of it. ---- Take it from me, this is the place to go. The cars are great! They transactions are handled appropriately. Everyone is super friendly and efficient. Glad to continue doing business with them and I highly recommend them.

Bill Burns and Jason Adwar helped my wife and I pick out the right car for us. From the time we entered the showroom we were addressed with respect and promptness. We never felt rushed even though it was late on a Friday night, actually after hours. I have bought many cars and have been to many dealerships and what set this one apart was how the entire staff worked together to make sure your experience felt personal. I would recommend going to this dealership if your in the market for new or pre-owned vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. They sold themselves first. The dealership and the benefits of the vehicle second. John was well educated in the features of the Outlander. He was able to answer all of my questions along with providing education as to how the Outlander would best suite my needs. All of the management team came and introduced themselves. And were very professional. Over all a really great experience!

Sold me a car with a cracked transmission fixed it poorly and will not give me my money back. Transmission broke again after 3000 miles and he said i can trade it in he will give me a trade in value. Lost 4000 dollars in 4 months. Taking legal action now. PS: Bought another car from a different dealer.

Purchased a car, when got there to pick it up it was an upgraded model and said they sold the car I bought earlier in day and wanted me to pay difference and buy an upgrade model. Red flags were all showing up before came to pick it up. They would not give me Vehicle ID number so I could check insurance rates, etc... The General Manager tried a bate and switch on us and thought he could talk us into buying the more expensive model. Made us drive 28 miles to pick up a car we bought that he knew he did not have and thought he could talk us into more expensive model but he didn't. I would not purchase anything from them. I am glad it turned out that we went else where for a car. Buying from scammers only would have been a nightmare. As they say everything happens for a reason and glad we did not purchase from a dealership that has such poor business ethics.

Jason Adwar the salesman I dealt with was great he is easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Jason and Bill Burns the sales manager were very accommodating and easy to deal with no pushy sales gimmicks here just straight forward honesty with these guys. I highly recommend them. LOVE my new Outlander secondary only to the top rated service by Jason who was patient, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and knew I everything about my new vehicle. He even took time to connect my cell phone to Bluetooth. The dealership literally drove the Outlander off the showroom floor, filled up the gas tank, then let us know of a good restaurant close by where we could enjoy a meal on the way home. Going in with a price point, can normally be ignored or overlooked, but this dealership have personnel who are dedicated, professional and can make it happen-they did for me. They are focused on CUSTOMER satisfaction to the point my husband purchased a CPO pre-owned vehicle that same night! A scary part of buying a new car can be all the paperwork. From top to bottom this is the dealership who makes magic happen! Tony was our sales PROFESSIONAL, and he was not only knowledgeable and kind, he made sure that we were happy with the vehicle after the sale. I have never had a salesman who took an hour and a half of his time to ensure we were absolute experts on the new car we were buying. He had the swagger of a General Manager and the demeanor of Mr. Rogers! Super friendly! Go ask for him personally when you go!Bill was the other absolutely AMAZING piece to the team. He was able to make our deal not only work, but work to the very significant benefit of my wife and I. Again I found a PROFESSIONAL, who was completely dedicated to his customer. He always put our needs first and even negotiated to get the price point we needed with the ownership(without even have to ask). I decided to go back to SPM to trade in my Leased Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for the 2016 model. John Kozik & Tracy Aracich listened to where I needed my payment to be and ACHIEVED it. Went to "look" for a new car. Was met on the lot and from then on it was a very easy decision. Any and all questions and hesitations were addressed and I actually drove off with my new Outlander Sport! Professional and friendly staff were incredible. I came to South Park Mitsubishi to look at some cars. This was my first experience of ever buying a new car in dealing with an actual dealership. All of my previous car purchases have been used cars and bought from an individual person. I was nervous to buy a new car but everybody that I dealt with at the dealership was extremely helpful. I also didn't feel that they pressured me to buy anything I didn't want to buy just to make more money. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a very easy and honest car buying experience.

This is my first Mitsubishi and I am in love. The 2016 Outlander looks great, drives great, gets amazing gas mileage and most importantly I feel safe having my family in it. The staff at South Park Mitsubishi make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door until you pull off the lot. Not once did we feel any type of pressure. It is with much satisfaction and appreciation that I share with you my recent experience at South Park Mitsubishi. I was warmly greeted upon entering the dealership and told a salesperson would shortly be with me. Husni Daghles introduced himself with a friendly smile and a firm handshake and asked how he could be of assistance. He led me to his desk where he excitedly told tell me all about the vehicle in which I was interested. He was very thorough in his presentation, informative about the vehicle, and not overbearing in securing a deal. We then went for a test drive where Husni provided me with additional information on the vehicle and expertly answered all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured by Husni. We then returned to his desk and went over some figures on the vehicle. The agreed upon price was the best price I had gotten compared to the other dealerships I previously visited. I was very impressed with Husnis product knowledge, easy going demeanor, and professionalism. I then met with Tracy Goodwin who completed all of the paperwork regarding the financing of the vehicle. She patiently explained every piece of paper I signed and caringly asked if I had any questions. I found Tracy to be very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Overall, my experience at South Park Mitsubishi was outstanding. I highly recommend South Park Mitsubishi for your next vehicle purchase.

I bought a used car from them earlier this year. Of course it was in the shop 3 times already (once for the window, door, and headlight, once for the gas pedal sputtering, and once for the fuel pump leaking). When I took it to their service department they were very nice and treated me well. They cut me a desk because I bought the car there. But every other month it needed work. When I called to inquire about possibly trading it in or exploring my options, being that it was a lemon, the sales people basically told me to kiss off. When I asked if I could come in and talk to someone his exact words were, "I don't want you to waste the trip". So they sold me a lemon and then refused to help me make the situation any better. I went to century three Chevrolet the same day left in a new car in 3 hours. You missed out on a sale and I will never recommend that any of my friends go there. Lesson learned.

The no haggle pricing and customer service is the best we have ever received. In the past 4 years, we have bought a car, a jeep and a truck from other dealerships and we have never been treated better. We had been to several dealerships looking for a new vehicle that was more accessible for me since I am forced to use a wheelchair. I am a recent college graduate who just recently bought a brand new 2015 Outlander Sport SE from South Park Mitsubishi. I had went to several other car dealerships and it was obvious that I wasn't being taken seriously because of my age and lack of credit history - I am also a woman. SPM was my last stitch effort for buying new before I was going to look into used cars.As soon as Husni Daghles approached me, he treated me like a real person. During the test drive he gave me tons of important and useful information about the vehicle (not just tell me that it was a pretty color and had a cool radio like other salesmen had at other dealerships). He made sure that I tested all parts of the vehicle during the test drive to get a feel for what it had to offer. He talked real car talk to me and I appreciated that so much. On top of Husni being so helpful, he was also very patient with me. I was struggling to make a decision and he was more than willing to give me time to think things through. He had family coming in that day that he hadn't seen for YEARS and STILL took his time with me. He wasn't pushy at all and I really feel like he was giving me the best deal that he could offer. When we were looking for a used Toyota, we didn't think it would be found at a Mitsubishi dealership. However, with all the searching we did, the South Park Mitsubishi not only had the best pricing but it was less than what we expected to pay. It was even less than what was recommended buy the Kelley Blue Book pricing. Coming from Monroeville, it was definitely worth the drive. The sales person, John Kozik, made the car shopping experience so pleasant. He was the first car sales person we have ever dealt with that did not fit the typical "car sales person" mold. He was informative, not pushy. He worked with us over the pricing and financing instead of making it feel as if we were in a debate match. He was fair and respectable. Even though it was a Toyota, he was very knowledgable with the car and features. Something we have not always found with sales people even at a Toyota dealership. In the past, I have always cringed at the thought of working with a car sales person. I only wish all car sales people were like John. It was such a pleasant experience. We are truly grateful for all his help with our car purchase. Thank you, John. You truly were an answer to prayers :)

Simply the BEST. I live over one hour away from South Park Mitsubishi. I started with my first Mitsubishi Lancer. What a experience!!! So I went back for a used Jeep Wrangler, perfect experience again, then again for a Chevy Truck, just amazing again!!! So why not again, just picked up my 2014 Volvo S60 T6 R-Design. I recently purchased a preowned Chevy Avalanche from South Park Mitsubishi. The abnormal thing is they're just outside Pittsburgh and I'm in Charleston, WV. I found the vehicle online, called in and was connected to John Kozik. John and I introduced ourselves and spoke briefly about my long distance situation. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I informed him that I had a few questions and didnt wanna take up much of his time because I knew I was probably 5-6 weeks away from making a purchase. Over the next 5-6 weeks however, I bombarded Mr. Kozik with repeated questions about the vehicle, its condition, how thorough they are when servicing a trade, the dealership itself, his managers attitudes and styles, aftermarket warranties, just about everything I could think of before driving 3 1/2 hours to even look at the vehicle. He never missed a beat. John even offered to come in on his day off to show me the vehicle when I was in nearby Morgantown in mid November. Finally the time came for me to purchase. I was looking at 3 or 4 different vehicles and could've gotten a similar vehicle a lot closer to home. However due to the excellent customer service I had received from John and the fact that he had been there ready and capable to accommodate my every request for almost 2 months now I decided to visit South Park first. When I arrived I found everything just as I had been told it would be. The vehicle was just as advertised....and the price was right enough....so I bought it. They even accommodated my unique request before purchase to view underneath the vehicle. Tracy was also very helpful in finance and helped me pick the correct warranty to cover my new(to me) investment for years to come! Thanks John, Tracy and all at South Park Mitsubishi! Honestly, if John worked that hard to make a deal happen for someone from 200 miles away I'm sure he's more than suitable to trust as ones local salesman. Long distance purchase made easy!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. After visiting a few other car dealerships while keeping my options opened, I luckily decided to visit South Park Mitsubishi. I bought a 2015 Outlander GT and I LOVE it!!!!! It's fully loaded and is the best suv I've ever had. Mitsubishi thought of everything possible when they made this vehicle. Before I had gone to S.P.M I had a bad taste in my mouth because of the experience I have had with other car dealerships in the past, as well as a few recent ones I've visited before arriving at South Park Mitsubishi. The other dealerships I went to completely took the fun out of car shopping for me, due to the mental head games this one particular saleswomen was playing on me, .....you know the kind where they switch numbers around to make it seem as though your getting a better deal then you really are?! We've all had bad car buying experiences in our lives one time or another, and one time is enough to never let it happen to you again!!! Immediately arriving at S.P.M, I could feel the relaxing atmosphere there. EVERY single employee there smiled and talked to me and my husband and made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. Our salesman was Brian Sten. Brain made my vehicle buying experience so easy and so stress free. He was so polite and so knowledgeable,answered every question we had. At one point after the sale was over, Brian was in the middle of explaining all of my SUVs capabilitys to me, how the navigation works and so forth, and an employee walked over to tell him that another customer had just arrived to see him. Brian patiently continued explaining in detail, my vehicles options. Not once did I feel rushed because there was a new sale waiting for him. Some may not think that's much to acknowledge, but I do, because in today's business, you don't find many companies or employees who treat their customers as a priority!If your looking for an honest, friendly, easy going atmosphere, don't hesitate going to South Park Mitsubishi. I was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport to replace my car. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and taken care of immediately. The whole experience was so low key and there was no pressure to buy. I was shown multiple vehicles in different years and with different features. On top of that, they even wrote up and gave me detailed quotes on the two vehicles I was very interested in. There was no pressure to buy one versus the other but instead weighed the financial and features with me and found which one was a better fit. Husni Daghles, was such an amazing salesman! Me and my fiance were in search for a mitsubishi evo and happened to find a 2013 lightly used one in our area and had a horrible experience! We got ahold of South Park Mitsubishi and Mike kusky, the service manager, was so kind to walk us through the whole process taking the time out of his day to help us and offered for us to make a trip out there and we would be taken care of. I had a nightmare of an experience with another dealership in the area and was hesitant to go anywhere else. After speaking with someone online about some cars they had at south park, i received a call the next day from john wanting to set up a time for me to come out. I was rushed because at work, but he was very understanding and kind. I went out the next day to look and he was very centered around my needs. He didn't go outside of my price range and only offered other cars but let me know that they may not be within my right price range. They had multiple cars available with many options for me to look at and he was so honest and knowledgeable about all of the cars. The reason I would like to post a review is because I would like to take this opportunity to convey to as many people as possible the excellent customer service, friendliness and my overall experience at South Park Mitsubishi. On June 30, 2014 I had an appointment with Husni Daghles Sales Representative to inquire about trading in my 2010 Lancer Sport Hatchback that I purchased from South Park Mitsubishi in July 2010. Husni as he was back in 2010, showed me my options to fit my budget-- so friendly, knowledgeable and he took the time and was very patient while I was thinking of my options. While I was debating on what vehicle (if any) I should purchase ,Bill Burns Manager who is also extremely nice, approached me and gave me another option to think about. All of the people who work at this business are so helpful and caring. Finally after 2 1/2 hours I finally came to a decision, I got another Lancer Sedan and my payments are exactly where I want them and I am very satisfied with the vehicle. Of course after you make the decision, that's when all the fun starts "paperwork". Tracy Goodwin, Business Manager zipped through the paperwork in a matter of 20 minutes, so nice, knowledgeable and friendly, she made it so simple.I guess this is why I came back to South Park Mitsubishi -- because of the service, staff and quality of the vehicles.

The staff at South Park Mitsubishi is fantastic, from ownership and management to sales and all the way through to the service department. The team there makes the buyer feel so comfortable because each and every one of them works in a professional and, more importantly, honest manner. My family believes so strongly in the ethical practice of the group at South Park Mitsubishi that we have now purchased seven vehicles over the course of the last four years strictly from South Park Mitsubishi; every car owned by an immediate family member is currently a Mitsubishi. The vehicles are reliable, well-made, and are marked by a fantastic warranty, which inherently makes the process even more rewarding. The sales team utilizes a very pressure-free and tactic-free approach. It is evident that they believe in the quality of the cars that they are selling and also relate very well to the perspective of the buyer. The service team is just as dynamic and is honest with the owner when discussing the vehicle, whether it is routine service or more significant repair and maintenance. Recently I began to look for my first new car to purchase on my own. I had found the car I really wanted - a new Mitsubishi Mirage and I went to my local South Park Mitsubishi dealer. When I went in I talked to a manager there named Bill Burns who was very helpful with giving me information about the car and financing. I then talked with Tony Goodwin who showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. Bill and Tony both made my first car buying experience so stress free. I didn't feel pressured and they talked right to me - helped me learn everything about the car, my options, and assisted me through affordable financing. I felt confident in what I had learned about the car from them, and confidence in my first large investment. Tracy made all of the scary paperwork easy to understand and much less intimidating. It was such an enjoyable experience working with a team that love their jobs and now I have them to go to for all of my future car needs which is a great feeling - and the greatest thing is I have an awesome new car!!

I went to South Park Mitsubishi after looking at the inventory online looking for a car for my daughter to replace the one that was lost in a crash. We were looking for something that had AWD or 4WD. Brian greeted us very professionally and courteously. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory onsite. Helped us look for something in her price range and test drove a couple of vehicles. She then settled on a Suzuki Kizachi. As we were waiting on the paperwork to be signed, I mentioned that I wanted to trade in my Toyota RAV 4 for an Outlander maybe. So Brian had gone out and pulled one to the door and I test drove it and really liked how well it handled the road and told him that I had to go home but that I would be back on Monday. Come Monday I did return and test drove a couple of other vehicles and loved them, but with my current car situation and loan we weren't able to work with those used models. However, we were able to work with brand new and ended up with my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander, a car I have had my eye on for quite some time. I am very please and would definitely and have recommended this dealership already. Thank you to all who made this a very pleasant experience, one I write down as best so far buying a car, but two actually in two days. Great Job!!!

I was interested in a AWD SUV with the third row seating, so I did research from home and seen that Shorkey's was only 10 miles away. I stop by and looked at the Kia Sorentos and Mitsubishi Outlanders. The salesmen (some 20 year old kid) didn't seem to know much about either of the vehicles. After test driving an Outlander we went back and looked over some numbers. I had a trade in (06 Chrysler Town and Country minivan) that ran fine but needed some work. They offered $200 for it. I lmao and told them I would just keep it and sell it myself. So next we tried to work a deal with out it in it. They advertised the Outlander online for $22800. They wouldn't give me this price. After a few hours of waiting and going back and forth, I let them know where I was on the car and left. They called me a few days later and wanted to go over the price and rates. So I called back two days in a row and left messages and no one would return my calls. The following Monday I decided to stop by and asked for the GM that called me and he wasn't there. They passed me on to a sales manager that had no idea what was going on. So after waiting a few more hours and gone back and forth, we worked out a deal. I called my fiance and she was ecstatic!!! While she was on her way and they were finishing paper work, they told me they needed the keys to my van. I asked why and they said "its part of the trade." I argued with the sales manager and ran into the kid I dealt with the first time. He agreed that I had no intention on trading in the van and that it wasn't anyone on the paper. Even after all this they still wouldn't give me the deal we agreed on. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone higher than them or the Gm. The one salemanger left me there so he could go talk to another customer, while the kid kept arguing with me and backing off his statement. I left frustrated and furiated while my fiance was heart broken. I have never been treated so bad! Myself being a customer service rep before, couldn't believe the way they treated me. I have bought 8 different cars in my life and this is by far the worst experience I ever had!!! The next day I went to the South Park Mitsubishi delaership and had a totally different experience. They gave me a lot of information about the vehicle that wasn't on the sticker and things I didn't know. They matched the price of the other dealership and gave me good value for my van. They worked with me on my credit, price, and treated me with respect. Within a hour we had a deal. They were so much easier to deal with and upfront about everything. I spent less time on the whole process including the drive than at Shorky's. Its a 20 more drive from where I live, but definitely worth the drive. I wouldn't recommend Shorky's to one my enemies (if I had one). Don't make the mistake I made, save yourself a headache and just go to South Park Mitsubishi.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the 2nd used vehicle I have bought from them within the last year. ( One for my daughter and one for my son ). The sales staff was corteous, proffesional, and attentive to my needs. The service department is one of the best I have ever encountered. Went over everything that was done on the vehicle prior to me taking it home, these guys take a lot of pride in what they do. This was a great car buying experience, no pressure what so ever! Just a group of people that listen to what you want, and do what they can to take care of your needs. If you are looking for a straight forward dealership without any of the "mumbo jumbo" that is associated with car dealers, then this is the place for you. Just purchased our second vehicle through South Park Mitsubishi and I don't think I will buy a car anywhere else. My husband bought his car there about 2 years ago and was a great experience then as well. When I decided to buy a new car, I looked around at a few other places but was very disheartened with the service I received. I really liked the simplicity that South Park offered during the purchase of my car, and they were not aggressive at all, which is refreshing.Pros:-Bill was very available and eager to help-John wasn't pushy at all and knew the car and brand very well-I got a great deal on a new car (albeit, I ended up paying more than the advertised price)-They handled all of the paperwork associated with buying a new car-Bill arranged for my car to be brought to me to accommodate my scheduleCons:- I wasn't 'eligible' for one of the discounts which was part of the advertised price of the vehicle, which was a little misleading, but not out of the ordinary for car dealerships to do. I still got a great deal on the car, so it wasn't that big of a deal.- I never received the promised 24 hour follow-up phone call (or any phone call) after I purchased the vehicle

This by far was my best used car experience of all time. These guys take the time to do the research on the internet to make sure they have the lowest priced cars. Seriously how much better can it. My father drives a new S550 AMG, my mom X5. I have a CL 500 Coupe, and I needed a winter car. I found on Auto Trader they had a used ML320. After doing the research they had the best price around. I went to the dealership and the service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealer, and the BMW dealer combine. The sales manger Bill, and my salesman John were so nice. Not pushy in anyway. Plus these guys are car guys, they speak my language and just love cars, and love to talk about them. The ML was in great shape. They explained to me when they take cars in on trade they only keep the best stuff, the cars they do not want they send to the auction. Let me tell you my ML is great!!! Everything in the car works great, and the condition is next to new. By all means I would recommend South Park Mitsubishi to all my friends and family, they got a new customer for life.

The buying of a car is never easy and sometimes never friendly. My experience with South Park Mitsubishi was completely opposite. It was so easy to buy my car from them because they made it easy. There wasn't any negotiating going on. They gave me a price, a really good price, so I didnt' need to negotiate with them. The paperwork went fast and they did all the work. I test drove a few cars and that was easy. They didn't try to put me in a car that I didn't want, it was my choice. The people there are so friendly. They work with you on the paperwork and get you in and out with the car that you want. They detailed my car and drove it to where I worked so I could have my car the next day. So when Gokhan became one of the owners of South Park Mitsubishi, it was only natural that we would follow him there. With the extended bumper to bumper warranty most repairs have been covered.Most recently we purchased a 2012 Galant with 3 miles on it, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Again, Gokhan gave us an excellent deal on it. Before we drove the car from the dealership, Gokhan made sure the car was washed and had a full tank of gas. In addition, Brian made sure all of our personal belongings were removed from our old car. We had a factory remote starter installed on it and Tim, the technician who installs the remote starters came to our house and picked up the Galant, installed the remote starter, and brought the Galant back to us totally washed.South Park Mitsubishi is about 20 miles from our home and although there are quite a few car dealerships within a few miles of our home, Gokhan Cinar and his staff make it worth the extra miles to come to South Park Mitsubishi to buy our cars and to have them serviced. We consider Gokhan a good friend!Steve or one of the other employees in the Service Department are always willing to take me to the Lytle T station so I can get to work and to pick me up in the afternoon so I can pick up my car. Everyone be aware of the sales manager named Bill... To start things off I couldn't get a price quote on a new lease off of him over the phone... Second , I take the hour drive to visit the dealership and get treated like I know nothing about my trades true value.... Then they call me to come back in so that they can give me a better trade number on my car and when I walk in.... The sales manager Bill gives me a lower trade amount than what was originally quoted.... I have purchased a dozen of new vehicles over the last few years and have never been treated so poorly by any other dealer that I have ever visited..... I went to South Park Mitsubishi with my eye on a 2013 Lancer Evolution. I had recently been in an accident and totaled my Subaru WRX STi. I wasn't sure if we would be able to get a deal done, because I was still waiting for a few pieces of paperwork on my previous lender's end. The team at South Park Mitsubishi was awesome. They had a real passion for their vehicles, and they worked hard to get my deal done. The best part was, they got it done quickly. This was a huge factor for me because I didn't have rental insurance. They didn't keep me waiting around in the showroom for hours upon end for no reason. Gokhan showed us both the outlander and the outlander sport, went over all available options within each model. He asked us questions regarding what WE needed within a vehicle. The questions he asked helped us arrive at the decision to purchase the outlander sport, which I truely believe was the correct choice for us! Gokhan and the finance department found a very low interest rate lender for our loan. The paperwork was seemless and explained in detail. The delivery of the vehicle was made by Bryan. South Park Mitsubishi gave me the best car buying experience I've had. My wife needed a new car yesterday as her car had ran its course. She loves the smaller SUVs so I brought her to South Park Mitsubishi to check out the Outlander Sport. We ended up speaking with Torre. He was extremely knowledgable about the 2012 Outlander Sport. From the smoothe engine to the room in the car and gas mileage. He answered all questions we had. My wife fell in love with the car, especially when she asked Torre about the safety of the vehicle, which if memory serves is a 9.2. When we decided to get it - the sales process was seamless. Everyone at South Park Mitsubishi was very personable and helpful. They gave us an excellent value for our trade in. Most dealerships try and lowball you. I came in prepared and accepted the offer without hesitation. Torre spoke with us while Tracy was getting the paperwork together, rather than just leaving us in the showroom. When we moved into Tracy's office she was wonderful to work with and made everything simple and quick. Torre even took the time after the sale was over to hook my wife's phone up to the blue tooth in the car to make sure everything worked properly. Our review of South Park Mitsubishi:This is our second purchase at South Park Mitsubishi. We previously purchased an Outlander here. We returned for 2 reasons...the ease of negotiating a deal and the quality of customer service we receive when visiting the service department. Negotiatiing is hassel free, quick, and at no time do you feel pressured into making a decision. You can sense right away that you're going to get the best deal they can give, My husband and I always research every purchase we make, and the dealership was "right on the button" when it came to what we believed to be a fair price for both parties. That's why we returned to purchase our Lancer. We take excellent care of our vehicles, and the owner has taken note of that, even complimenting us on our trade-ins. He just doesn't come at you with a "book" price. He makes us feel that the extra time and care we put into our vehicles was worth it because of the deal he gives us. He also makes us feel at home and special by taking time to chat and getting to know us. We've never had a service problem with our Outlander. And that was a first for us. So many of our PREVIOUS new vehicles were in the shop almost immediately for problems, some small and some not so small. But our Outlander has been problem free for more than 2 1/2 years. Visits to the service department have been for maintenance only. The staff is always accomodating with our schedules, making inspections easy, too. And they've helped us purchase and install accessory items, too. So if a vehicle doesn't come equipped with something, fog lights for example, there's a good chance you can get them and have them installed promptly as we have done.I would be remiss if I did not speak to the knowledge Torre Kohl brings to the selling floor. My husband always asks....why should I buy a Mitsubishi and not this make or that make. Or what's the difference between this vehicle or that vehicle. Torre's answers are clear and precise and you leave knowing without a doubt that you've made the right selection.There are at least a dozen dealerships within 20 minutes of our home. The drive to South Park Misubishi is closer to 45 minutes, but it is well worth the drive to us because we have confidence in the knowledge, abilities and workmanship of the South Park Staff. My experience at South Park Mitsubishi was perfect. I purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. My salesman was John Kozik, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic, and helpful. John met my fiance and I in the lot and was knowledgeable about safety, features, prices, etc. about all of the Outlander Sports, but he was not pushy. When we decided to test drive the vehicle, he knew everything about the car and was able to answer any questions we had on the fly. Back in the showroom discussing our options, everyone was very professional, helpful, and so personable. While discussing the offer, we asked several times to tweak different numbers, and this was done quickly and without any questions. Tracy made the paperwork process quick and simple. My fiance actually commented on how all of our questions were answered and how efficiently everyone at South park worked to make the process go smoothly. Before we left, John sat in the car with us and walked us through each and every gadget and set up both of our phones for Bluetooth. I see bad reviews on this place - and ownership in particular - from 2006, 2009, 2011 etc. so apparently my experience was not an exception. Our salesperson was John Kozik and the sad part is that he was actually pretty good. He was informative and helpful without being too pushy or coming out with any of the typical (and transparent) used car sales garbage. John - you are better than this - get out of there asap.This "dealership" is small and difficult to find. It is hard to get into and out of, and its difficult to even turn a vehicle around here. My next letter will be to Mitsubishi Corporate recommending that they reconsider this place as a dealership.After test driving a Mitsubishi, my wife and I were sitting at a desk in the "showroom" and the "owner" (we were later told he was the owner) was shouting at another guy (employee, business partner, lawyer ??)using language that I will not even type out. He was saying that he would "hide" every f---in vehicle in his whole f---in inventory. The other guy said he would have to have a big hiding place. He said he didn't f--in care etc... So this was our first taste of him. Why was he going to "hide" vehicles? Tax situation? Divorce case? Whatever the reason, I did not need to hear that and I am never happy when someone talks like that around a lady - especially my wife. We should have left at that point. We liked the vehicle and John seemed fair so we tried to continue to strike a deal. Unfortunately this "owner" had to get involved in our deal and we got the typical used car game where he believes his vehicle is "rare" and "hard-to-find" and worth a high price; but my trade-in vehicle is worthless. He would not move from asking price and he was extremely cocky, arrogant, and short with us in the process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Don't put yourself or your family through this. WE ARE VERY GLAD WE DID NOT BUY HERE - can't imagine dealing with them again if there was a service issue etc.

I recently bought an eclipse from a used auto dealer. A few days after the purchase the service engine light came on. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. They used car dealership told me that it was under warranty and I had to have the work done at a dealership. Unfortunately this was on a Thursday and I was to move on Friday. South Park Mitsubishi was the only dealership in PA I could find that would fit me in to do the work on Friday. They were super nice and even washed the car for me when they were done despite the fact that it was raining anyway. I could say enough good things about these guys. Everybody in the service department was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure my car was running correctly before I left!

My wife and I had stopped in at South Park Mitsubishi recently and although we weren't ready to purchase a vehicle that day (We made that abundantly clear to our salesperson) we were still treated very nicely and were shown several used units as well as a few new ones that were in the showroom. We stressed that we were just looking and wouldn't be buying right away, but weren't pressured or brushed away then either. The sales staff took their time with us and answered some questions we had regarding financing and possibly trading our current vehicle. We still haven't made a purchase decision yet but plan to go back to South Park when it's time as they seemed very eager to earn our business and were very straightforward in their process of answering our many questions.

Being a young girl living hours from home, I am not equipped to deal with car issues. I purchased my 09 eclipse from South Park Mitsubishi in 2009. So while I was home for the holidays and my car wouldn't start the day before New Years Eve (I was about 2 hours from Pittsburgh), South Park Mitsubishi was the first call I made. I was transferred to a guy in the service department named Steve. Although I was panicked and it was only an hour or so before the service department was closing, Steve very calmly walked me through some trouble shooting, gave me directions on what to do, and was absolutely wonderful in helping me through my car issues. My dad originally thought it was the starter, so Steve directed me to the Roadside Assistance number and told me what they would do, what to expect, and who to contact at the nearest dealership. When I contacted the nearest dealership (Sendell in Greensburg), they were not customer friendly, and only upset me. I needed to get back to Pittsburgh for work, etc. So about 3 or 4 calls to Steve later (during which I am sure he probably had things he needed to do to close up shop), Steve talked me and my dad through some troubleshooting and got the car to start. He was very patient and calm with me (which I am sure is difficult when dealing with a panicking young girl). He kindly notified me of some other things I could be doing (like a better grade of gasoline) to help keep my car running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Steve and the Service department at South Park Mitsubishi to anyone looking for car service by people who care.

We were shopping for a 2011 Lancer. The salespeople and the Sales Manager went above and beyond to make sure to get us a great deal. They are up front with pricing and their is no pressure to buy something you can't afford. They were quite busy when we were there and they still took their time with everyone. Professional, great service, great price! Needed to trade my Acura TL for a truck to help with construction projects at my house. Found an F150 on line at South Park Mitsubsi. They made the best trade in offer for my TL. Bill spent time with me, listened, and wasn't pushy. Test drove three different pickups. After my brief visit at South Park I have found that my brother was exactly right. The customer service is outstanding. I have bought many cars over the years, and have owned my own Service Garage for 33 years. I walked into South Park Mitsubishi looking for a used truck to drive back and forth to work and had the pleasure to deal with the Sales Manager, Bill Burns. There was no pressure from the beginning, just concern and sincerity about what I was looking for and luckily they had a truck that worked for my needs! I was able to take a good look at the truck before I made the purchase and was extremely satisfied with the condition and efforts they made to put the best product they could out there and comfortably put the dealership name behind it. From what I can tell, they have stood tall and I waited a month to write this to make sure there were no surprises. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle through South Park Mistubishi and have nothing by compliments for the wonderful service I received there.I landed a new job a few months ago and was on the cusp of growing out of a quite smaller vehicle and decided to swing by South Park Mistubishi to check out some of the smaller fuel efficient SUVS as an upgrade.John in sales was extremely friendly, helpful, informative and bent over backwards to MY needs and get me within a very reasonable price range for my tight budget. I could have walked at any moment if the vehicle was not in my range. John and Gokhan were beyond helpful and above all extremely honest with the numbers. All the bad reviews for this dealer I never saw. The guy we dealt with was very friendly and knew everything about the car. This was the first time I ever bought a new car and did extensive research on the prices and went to the other 2 dealers in the area and SPM had what I wanted for the best price. For those of you who got inspections done at the dealer. Who does that?? You know they are going to rip you off for parts and labor. Thats what they do!!!!! All of them do that!!! Never take your car back to your dealer unless it is under warrenty!!!!Over all SPM had exactly what I wanted for the best price. I would go back there again.

Do not go to this dealer! They are shady as can be. I bought a car there and to give some highlights, they lied and said the car was fine, a second opinion from a goodyear tire service center said that someone cleared the diagnostics codes on the car to make it look like the car was fine but there was $1600 worth of needed repairs. The owners of the dealership and garage manager blamed previous owners and ME for clearing the codes (like the avg joe knows how to do that or even has the equiptment, plus its illegal). They yelled at me and my girlfriend calling us liars and telling us that we were trying to commit fraud by taking the car somewhere else to get fixed. We had to call the police because they would not speak to us like adults and work with me to either rescind the contract and return the car or upsell for something nicer. They threatened to have me arrested before I even got there because they were having an event and said if I "ruined it" they would call the cops. I called the cops after they were jerks and they almost got arrested! The cops told me to leave the car as they could tell I had done nothing wrong and was trying to work things out. I cancelled my payment, they are in bed with thier loan agency and for a small 2,000 loan they tried to make me keep the car. well because my down payment was so high and they hadnt cashed my check, I cancelled it, the car was gone and I sent in notice to cancel my loan. They hassled me a couple times with threats of court but I welcomed anything they wanted to try. I returned the car "no problem" (sarcasm). DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND CHEAT YOU!

When I picked up the vehicle, the bill was not for the amount that was agreed upon. When I tried to discuss the matter, I was treated very unprofessionally. This is a good place to stay away from.

I was looking for a new car to replace my Chevy Malabo and stop in to just look at cars. I was in no hurry to get a new car. The owner showed me different cars and insited I just take the Galant for a test ride. I fell in love with the car and different features. By far this was the best car purchase. I had a older 2000 Grand Am for trade and I wanted to buy a used Outlander. My salesman John was great, he really took his time and explained everything to me. I actually got the chance to meet the owner of the dealership. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied!!! I also got FREE state inspections for the next five years that I own my Outlander. I purchased a 2010 Lancer from them last year. I took it in for the inspection a few weeks aho and while I was there I purchased a 2011 Endeavor. My family and I were going on a camping trip and the owner got everything done in time for us to go that day even though I had know intention of buying a car that day. We even got to take the new Endeavor camping. I love the fact that you get to deal with the owner of the dealer and they give you a fair price without making you play all the games other dealers due. I have purchased 6 cars in my life and without question the last two have been the most enjoyable car buying experinces I have had. I was to buy my car at Sendell, who I have got 5 cars from in the past! My son told me to go to South Park he had talked to one of the owners and he told him over the phone what they would give me for my trade in without seeing my car!
