Pleasant Experience with a Knowledgeable Salesman

We were greeted by Bryan in the parking lot and he was welcoming and friendly. Offered to get the keys to show us the vehicle immediately. While looking at the car he was personable and knowledgeable. If there was a question that we had that he didn't know the answer, he was able to get back to us with a response after he had time to research. The sales staff was flexible and easy to deal with. We are glad to be in our new vehicle and enjoyed dealing with the staff of Salerno Duane.

Had A Good Experience There

Found a Grand Cherokee on the internet for a good price. Went there to check out the situation and worked with friendly John Cola to get a deal worked out. John explained the pricing and fee breakdown in straightforward honest terms, then kept in communication with me through emails/texts throughout the process, because I was coming from CT. He even helped wash the vehicle after a light rain; now that's customer service! The trade-in process took just a bit longer than I would have liked, but that's a necessary thing I suppose. I would buy again from this dealership.

Happy customer, great experience

Stopped by Salerno Duane dealership looking for a very specific car. When I drove by, I noticed they had a big selection of vehicles. I stopped in and was greeted by John Cola. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. He was able to find the car I wanted. We worked out a deal that was reasonable. He was very honest and knowledgeable. We made a deal within 2 hours on a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. Andreas from the finance department explained everything in detail. He organized all of my forms. They also have a great warranty plan for things such as small dents, lost keys, problems with tires etc.. at a good price. Again, another quick meeting and I was able to take my car home. Best experience I have had when buying a vehicle thus far.

Great Experience

I've been looking for a vehicle for over 6 months, got close a couple times only to get bait and switched or not dealt with professionally. What a difference at this dealership. Found a used 2016 Dodge Journey here at cars.com, and went to Salerno Duane to check it out. It was right there on the lot, they gave me the keys and said let's take it for a drive. Brian was a big help out of the gate. Got back to the lot and John Cola took over for the sales process. What a great guy! He was straight forward, honest and reasonable. We had a deal done within about 15 minutes that I was very happy with and had me in my car very quickly. Andreas was super efficient in the finance department. Great experience at Salerno Duane

Just purchased 2 Jeeps this weekend from Paul Shorrock at Salerno Duane and I have to say it was a terrific experience. Paul did a great job advising us on what models to consider, and guided us through the process of buying both cars. He was informative, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his customers. I purchased my last Jeep GC at Salerno Duane 5 years ago, and I will continue to be a loyal customer thanks to Paul and the rest of the staff.

Daughters first Jeep

So one of my kids was in the market for a new car. She's working so she figured time for her first car that she would be responsible for. Thing is in my family it's Dodge/Jeep only. So I checked Yelp and came across a few dealerships that were close by. Salerno had good reviews so I shot over. I was greeted by Marisissa. She was courteous and polite and listened to everthing I had to say. Next thing I know she's taking us for a test drive. I was so taken back by her professionalism that I decided to get my kids Jeep from her. I live in NY and usually I go to my dealer in LI. Did the credit app, my daughter chose the Jeep she wanted. 2 hours and we were done. What a place ! Coffee bar, fridge complimentary water/soda/wine and a wonderful sales rep. You want a Jeep and live in NJ then go here and ask for Marissa. I highly recommend this place.

Smooth and easy experience

So Salerno Duane had this 14 wrangler sahara in stock. Went to check it out it had all the options I was looking for. Joe Salerno helped me out thru the process and made my experience very easy . One of the BETTER dealerships

Purchased a slightly used charger from Marisa at Salerno and Duane. Marissa was a great help and thankfully didn't push me into making a hasty purchase. The facilities are clean, staff courteous and it was overall a pleasant experience. I've seen my share of dealerships and dealers and Marisa and Salerno rank up there! They will definitely be seeing me in the near future.

A different experience

I had literally just had bad experience at another dealer and was referred by a friend to Salerno Duane and it was a total different process than the first dealer I went to. I don't do well with the in your face stuff. Robert was very soft spoken and took the time to explain everything top to bottom. A very patient dealership. A different experience and I love my jeep!
