This Peoria Subaru dealership was a totally different experience for me. I never felt pressured at all during the process of deciding to lease or buy. Bob Shotwell made my daughter and I feel extremely comfortable. I was very impressed that he knew so much about all the vehicles and was patient and honest with us. I absolutely LOVE my new Subaru and I am glad that I leased the new Crosstrek vehicle instead of the 3 year old one I originally contemplated purchasing. I visited 4 other Phoenix area dealerships before driving out to Peoria, and it was worth driving the extra distance to work with Bob!

Customer service was on top of their game. Peoria Subaru was efficient , friendly and did everything they could to make purchasing a new vehicle hassle free. The sales associate know as "Subaru Joe" and the rest of the team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was searching for. They made the process go quickly and smoothly. I must say the chairs in the waiting area are some of the most comfortable I've seen.

The Peoria sales and customer service team made the experience of buying a car very pleasant. The terms were as agreed per our phone and Internet arrangement with no hidden costs upon arrival to pick up the car. In 2015 on the way to a family reunion, my husband and I stopped in to Peoria Subaru to check out the Outbacks. We met Subaru Joe, who explained all the workings of the car and took us both out to test drive the car. We loved how the car handled and knew this was the car for us. We told Joe that when we were in the market for a new car, we would be back. Yesterday (about a year later), we bought our 2016 Subaru Outback from Joe. The whole experience has be great. We left knowing that when we replace our other car, we will return to Peoria Subaru and have Subaru Joe handle the transaction.

I was looking for a used car. Trade in was a joke but I offered to meet half way on price. I sent three emails to the Sales manager named Amanda and never received a response. Not a good way to run a company. I was willing to pay for car in cash, They would have know if Amanda returned my emails. I find a better dealership and gave them my money. Oh well, your loss.Would not recommend to anyone

First of all I would like to thank Ramon our salesman for a fast and easy buying process. Me and my husband came in to look at a used 2015 Subaru Forester not sure what to expect. Not having bought a car in over 10 years, since we like to keep our cars for a long time Ramon made everything easy and simple to understand. He explained the benefits of buying a new car instead of used, like the 2 years free maintenance you get with a new Subaru. I found a vehicle on their website. A reasonably-priced used Crosstrek. The dealership was a long drive away, so I called the night before, and again as I was starting to drive to see it. I got confirmation both times that the car was still there on the lot. When I got there, I was told the car was sold, but they were quick to try and divert my attention to other cars that were much more expensive. Sleazy tactics.

I have been to this dealership several times for oil changes. If you go plan AT LEAST two hours. If you add the complimentary car wash add another hour. This last time was the worst. I dropped the car off and spent two hours waiting in the customer lounge. After two hours I went to see if the car was done and was informed that they HADN'T EVEN STARTED. I took my car and left. I won't be back.

With all of the Subaru dealerships in valley, go elsewhere. The sales department is slimy and unwilling to work with the "average" consumer. The service department took five times to acknowledge there was a problem with my 2015 WRX with 9100 miles on it. I had to get Subaru of America involved and they were willing to step up and help accommodate my needs. Lets not forget that I was left stranded without a replacement rental while my car sat in the shop or how the service staff said they would follow up and never called me back. When I called in, I was hung up on four times in a row. I had to drive down there to have the pesky service advisor to acknowledge that I still was without my car. If you EVER have a problem with this dealership, contact Subaru of America immediately. It is very obvious this dealership is run unethically and is only focused on growth. Between my family and I, there has been three generations of consumers who have bought from Matt Moore and associates and we are now no longer customers. I will throw a huge shout-out to AutoNation Subaru in Scottsdale for getting me out of a bad situation into a good one!

***CONSUMER TIP: See photos on my yelp review (Jonathan E's review of Peoria Subaru) for true dealer cost for new 2016 Subaru Outbacks (i.e. Dealer Invoice minus Dealer holdbacks and incentives). The sales staff here inadvertently handed me the sheet with invoice pricing AND dealer holdbacks (incentives) for all 2016 Subaru Outback models. If you're in the market looking for a new 2016 Subaru Outback, look up your model's invoice price and then deduct all dealer holdbacks to arrive at true dealer cost. But, whatever you do, do not patronize this location if you'd like a seamless, fair, ethical and transparent transaction.***SHORT STORY:- Terribly hostile and unresponsive Sales staff (particularly CHRIS DONEVSKI).- Unethical business practices ("forgot" to include my $1,000 deposit in final purchase order).- Won't install already paid for dealer accessory unless I give "all 10s" perfect score on manufacturer's survey.- Unnecessary fees (e.g. Vehicle Prep Fee of $895 on a new Subaru).- High Dealer Doc Fees ($479)- Made it impossible to take delivery (wanted us to back out of the deal so they can sell the car to someone else)- Bait-and-switch pricing practices (low advertised price but mandatory dealer-add-ons).- Potentially illegal practices when mandating Social Security # disclosure regardless of financing source.***FULL STORY: I custom-ordered a high demand car from the factory after a $1,000 deposit using Subaru's VIP Pricing program (no-haggle 2% below invoice). After 3 months of waiting (manufacturing + shipping), I arrived to take delivery. From the day I placed the order, I had made it clear that I'd pay with my own financing. Since I had my own financing, I declined to provide my Social Security Number (SSN) at delivery. At this point, the sales manager, CHRIS DONEVSKI, abruptly started screaming at me & my wife demanding to know why we wouldn't want to use dealership financing. I calmly explained that we had a check from our credit union for the balance, and SSN was not required. At this point, CHRIS DONEVSKI stood up screaming at me & my wife stating "We do not want customers like you. I don't want to do any business with people like you. You can take your money and go away. I can sell this car for way higher than the price I am giving you in less than a day." After this tirade, Mr. DONEVSKI stomped out leaving us standing in the middle of the Sales floor. After being completely humiliated in front of other customers and sales staff, we were asked to walk away from our factory-ordered car after a 3-month wait. With as much humility and grace we could muster, we decided to walk out - but they wouldn't let us. The sales associate, BOB SHOTWELL, had keys for my trade-in. So, we were left waiting on the sales floor after this hostile outburst without any car. We were toldWhile waiting for my old car keys, I threatened to contact Subaru of America, a finance associate, DAVID HAY, stopped us and agreed that my SSN is not required to complete the transaction. He asked us to come back and finish the deal. It took the dealership another 1.5 hours to "prepare the paperwork." We had been at this dealership for 4.5 hours now. On the final purchase order, DAVID HAY, conveniently "forgot" to include the $1,000 down payment we had made when we ordered the car. After all this drama, we were too exhausted to catch this mistake and simply wanted to leave the dealership with our car. But, we couldn't. DAVID HAY & CHRIS DONEVSKI would not release the new car until the check from my credit union cleared because I did not provide my SSN for a back up contract. This is on top of a down payment and my trade-in. Furthermore, they refused to provide a loaner (standard practice) until funds cleared or allow me to lock in my trade-in pricing. We were told that the car would be available for pick up in 7-10 business days (about 2 weeks). So, after 3 months of waiting on an ordered car, followed by a 4.5 hour humiliating ordeal & $1,000 overpayment, no car.After 12 calls and 7 e-mails, KEITH DISKIN, the general sales manager got involved. He promised to refund me the $1,000 for the down payment which was omitted from the final paperwork (and did so within a week). Keith also agreed to pay for my car rental expenses while my credit union check was being cleared along with my transportation costs.Finally, I was able to pick up the car only to realize that the dealership did not install an accessory. We had requested the installation 1 month before delivery and paid for parts and labor. The Sales Consultant, BOB SHOTWELL, stated that the dealership would not install the accessory until I completed the manufacturer's survey and gave the dealership a "perfect score of all 10s." I was asked to come back again to install the accessory. Completely exasperated with this news, I calmly stated that I never wish to return to Moore Auto Group. Finally, they agreed to mail me a check for the accessory and labor. They also incorrectly calculated AZ state title and registration resulting in a $256.97 overpayment (which was also refunded).Unless this is your last resort, go elsewhere. Moore Auto Group's practices are definitely unethical & most probably illegal.

I came knowing I wanted to buy a car but wasn't really sure where to start, most sales people can be slightly intimidating and pushy, but Mr. Shotwell was the complete opposite! At 52 years old I have purchased 16 new car's in my life. Always a hassle and time at the dealer ship is 5 to 6 hours if not all day. Well not at Peoria Subaru best service I have ever had by far.I did my home work called got the price I wanted. Pull in to the dealership was out in one hour.Yes, one hour. Bob Shotwell was my sales person he was right up front no BS and did a great job.If your buying a Subaru and don't try here your a fool. I called every dealer ship in Arizona, spoke with each one. None even came closed to my deal. Their Family owned too and so is my business , love that.

We spotted a couple of Subaru cars in the used inventory on Cars.com and they were both at Moore Chrysler Jeep, so we went in as our car was overdue for replacement. Chris Wesley came out to meet us, and the front parking lot was empty. He explained that today was one of their Customer Appreciation Lunches and that all of the cars were moved to the back lot to make room for the customers. He pulled the keys on the cars we wanted to look at and wheeled us over to them in the back lot. He showed us several used Subaru cars and SUV's, but we eventually settled on a 2015 Outback Limited. Chris told us that this dealership was the only dealership that he has worked at where the management allows sales between the different brands, and Peoria Subaru, a Moore dealership, was right next door. I told him around noon that I needed to get lunch for my wife, and he got us into the Customer Appreciation Luncheon, which by the way, was catered by Dillon's Barbecue from Peoria, the place I was planning on taking her for lunch. While we ate, he gathered several options that were within our discussed price range. After we ate, we tried both a new Forester and a new Outback Limited, and although the Forester was nice, the Outback Limited literally floored me. He showed us a similar used Outback with low mileage, but when we ran the numbers, the dealer financing rate made it a no-brainer when deciding on the new unit. We spent the requisite 6 hours total at the dealership, which is what I expect when buying a car at a dealership, but the friendly atmosphere made it seem like a fairly quick day. The finance person, Evan, was friendly and no-nonsense. He laid out what worked for us, and as first time Subaru owners, we got an extended warranty with a rebate. We kept the anti-theft option, purchased another option that supposedly flashes the center rear brake light when you stop. It seems to have been not activated, but that is something that they are in the middle of resolving. The Subaru Delivery person, Henry, walked us through all of the features and was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us move the contents of the trade-in to the new car. He also walked us through the service center, even though we live in California, he said that when we visit my dad, bring the car in and have it inspected. He will shuttle us to the mall and back while it is inspected and it will be washed when we get back to pick it up. Overall, we got a good deal, as well as getting what we wanted from the trade. Happy Happy HAPPY!!!! We will be coming back again for another Subaru when the other car is due for trade.

As soon as I introduced myself to Salesperson Henry Ajiboye I knew I was in good hands. My husband and I sat down and expressed our wants and our offer and Henry worked very hard to make a deal for us. We didn't have a vehicle trade in and our credit was excellent so we knew we were in a good position to get a great deal. Henry was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show us all the features of the 2014 Crosstrek XV. And when he brought back his offer we felt it was fair. I dread the finance portion of the sale with all the hidden costs and surprises that I battle down with smart xxx finance guys. When we sat down with Nick Cetwinski in the finance office it was a breeze !! Nick was honest and very helpful. THAT'S how you sell a car ! They have earned my business for years to come.

I wrote my original review before I talked to the finance dept. When I talked to them, I chose not to take the Gap Ins or Extended warranty. The person I was dealing with became angry and short with me. Very unpleasant gentleman. Then I had a problem with my car in the evening. I was unable to unlock the door. Again the gentleman I spoke to was rude. He sounded annoyed that I had bothered him and I had to ask for the phone number to road service. I have never encountered such rude people. I will be looking for another dealer to take care of my needs with my Forester.

Horrible customer service, rude and dishonest sales people, completely inept. Stay away. Every sales person I worked with at Moore (Joe, Amanda, one other who I didn't catch the name) were extremely difficult to work with. When I brought up my concerns with them they blamed me for the difficulty. Additionally the sales personnel intentionally hid the fact that the car had some mechanical issues but when I brought them up they refused to fix them even though it would have been easy for them to do so right there at the service department.

We bought our 2014 Subaru Forrester in May of 2013. Bob Shotwell was excellent! Never have we enjoyed a "car purchasing experience" so much. Bob was comfortable, knowledgable and very friendly! Gave us the best deal, wasn't afraid to let us leave to look at 2 other cars. Welcomed us back when we came to purchase from him. Today, I had another great experience with Kevin Youtsey who helped me with my blue tooth and phone situation. I hate buying and leasing cars... at least I thought I did. Went in intending to lease one model for my fiance (Impreza hatchback) and walked out with a lease on an awesome XV Crosstrek. Kevin did not use high pressure sales tactics, was completely forthright, patient, was willing to take but also give, and was an overall fun person to be around and do business with. Basically the antitheses of the stereotypical car salesman. He also spent a good portion of his time, including some of which was after his shift had ended teaching us how to use everything in the car. We never felt rushed and Kevin went so far as to tell us that if we couldn't get the garage door opener to pair up, that he would physically come to our home and set it up for us. The car he leased us was pretty awesome too :)

I had contacted Mr. Reyes a week or so while looking for a car on the dealership lot. He was kind enough to show me what I was interested in. I advised him that I want to think it over, and he asked if he could check back with me in a couple of days. I happened to have to be out of town when he called, but advised me that he would wait for my return. On 5/24/14 I again went to the dealership and completed a sales agreement. Mr. Reyes was nice enough to come by my home to have my wife sign papers she needed to sign. She was suffering a severe headache, and her not having to go to the dealership was a tremendous help.Later that day I went back to the dealership with a question. Mr. Reyes was busy with another customer, but Kevin Youtsey asked me if he could be of assistance. I was in to the service department this week to have my foresters maintenance done. I pulled in to the service lane and was greeted by Lisa. She was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. My service work was all in all great. It was quick and the people friendly. My issues lies in when I was out in the service lane there were two employees standing off to the side like in the parking area smoking. While I understand they were out doors, the smoke was wafting over to the service lane where I had to stand and made me very uncomfortable. I do realize they were more than 20ft from the door however I just thought it was unsightly and poor manners to allow employees to smoke so close to a customer area. I know they were employees because as I waited for my service to be completed I saw them in the showroom in the raised up salesman area - and here they displayed loud, foul language, large tattoos and bright hair. While I may be a little old fuddy duddy - this just does not seem to be the place to display such "individuality". All in all my experience was good beyond these minor things. If you are looking just for quality maintenance this is the place - if you are looking for quality atmosphere, look elsewhere.

Went into dealership to get cell phone paired. Our original salesperson was away at training. Another salesperson attempted to help us but was not familiar with the system. Kevin Youtsey offered to help us. He did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about the system and had our phone set up in less than 3 minutes. At that point he could have told us to do the rest from the manual. In spite of the fact that he was scheduled to leave for Flagstaff, Kevin remained with us and reviewed many details of the system and had us practice setting up contacts. He then proceeded to ask about other features of the car. He found a few that we were not aware of, and showed us how to take advantage of those. The time he spent with us beyond expectations and very much appreciated. We would recommend him to anyone.

30,000 mile service should have been "Let the Buyer Beware of 30,000 service". Bill was $872 when all that was really required was oil change, brake fluid and air filter. Was sold a transmission flush and spark plugs! Was offered a $333 credit when I complained, but it will take 2 years before I can use the credit because no major service should be required. Robbie was not the least bit friendly and the courtesy driver was flat out rude. Make sure you know what is required from your maintenance book, because these guys will upsell you. Perhaps being a woman had something to do with it. Shawn (service manager) said he is being generous to offer the credit because I signed off on the work. That's it - blame the buyer for trusting the service rep.

I rate my previous new car buying experiences right up there with root-canal procedures, even worst. Not so at Peoria Subaru. They treated my wife and I like we were intelligent, serious buyers. Salesman Bob Shotwell was excellent. Here is an example how he made it easy for us: Instead of dragging us all over the lot looking at different available cars, he put the cars we were interested in right next to each other in front of the dealership where we could make comparisons side by side. His knowledge (and experiences) about the Forrester was terrific. Better yet, he was an interesting individual to hang out with during the buying process; a lot of good advise. He should write a book about the people he has met selling cars.

Man, Kevin was great! I left the dealership knowing EVERYTHING about my car and Kevin was sure I knew how the car worked, ran, etc.. All that is nice, but where he really showed his dedication to customer service happened the next day. I had left the keys to my trade-in there at the dealership, (and not thinking) and I had forgotten that my house keys and work keys were attached to my trade-in's key chain. I called Kevin on his cell at 11 PM that night and you know what, HE ANSWERED!!! Not only that, he met me early the next morning and had my keys in his hand ready to give them back to me. I said, "man, what time does you shift start?" to which he replied, "noon", I said, "man sorry for asking you to show up to work four hours early!" and just said, "I just want to make sure you are taken care of. Showing up early is no big deal at all". Needless to say, he went WAY above and beyond which is not what most of us expect when going to buy a new car. Thanks again Kevin, you are the best!

While we are very pleased with our Forester the process was not any less stressful than a regular vehicle purchase process. We feel the process was acceptable but not great and did not exceed our expectations for quality customer serviceOur experience at Peoria Subaru was more stressful than expected. After reviewing vehicles online and attending Phoenix Car Show in November my wife and I decided a Forester best fit our new car needs. We decided that going tthrough Costco would help reduce the stress factor of the purchase process and would give us a better chance at a reasonable deal. Costco provided a contact name and a salesperson from Peoria Subaru contacted us via email. We responded and set a time to take a test drive and check pricing. When we met with the salesperson showed us only a single Forester and indicated that no other vehicles were available that fit our criteria. This was in spite of the fact that our research checking online inventory showed several that filled our desires. We were told that this was the only vehicle available. After a test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase. Our salesperson did not show us the Invoice price but he did show us the MSRP and the Costco price. This was acceptable to us. We discussed purchase and finance options and agreed on a price and payment that met our needs. We moved forward and started the finance portion. Well waiting the salesperson had us sign a form indicating that he would introduce us to folks in Service and other areas as well as go over all features in the vehicle. While we did have a short review of setting up blue tooth we did not visit or meet any of the folks in Service/Parts. After waiting for some time we were introduced to someone in finance. He apologized and indicated that he was having trouble with printers and we needed to go next door a different dealership to print. When we walked over and he began telling us about extended warranties, finish enhancers, and additional security for the vehicle. We declined and he said that while he was printing the folks in warranty may reduce the price which they did; however, we still declined. As we were completing the paperwork we noticed a charge that said "add-ons" for $1990 which completed eliminated any discounts that we received with the Costco agreement. This "add-on" charge was never explained. We were satisfied with the final payment price which remained the same that was quoted by salesperson so we signed the contract.While we are very pleased with our Forester the process was not any less stressful than a regular vehicle purchase process. We feel the process was acceptable but not great and did not exceed our expectations for quality customer service.

This has been the best experience in car buying that I've ever had. Kevin was nice and thorough in his explanation of the Subaru Outback. Any question I had was answered until I understood. He never made me feel inferior. I must also add that this dealership is the most "non-pushy" that I had dealt with. They let me work at my own pace and didn't call me every 12 hours for a "deal" like some others. I heartily recommend Kevin and Peoria Subaru for your next purchase. Now about the Subaru Outback, I love this car!!! I feel like it was designed for me! Everything is so ergonomic, and the ride is so smooth. *LOGAN FOLZ sales person at Peoria Subaru 8600 West Bell Rd. 85382 was my sales person we sat down to discus my vehicle trade in value for a new car he came in with a low number and I refused he asked what # I was asking for I told him I was quoted this # by another dealer and that is the # I would like for my vehicle or close to it he said he would have to speak to his SALES MGR. he came back and said you got your asking price plus a small discount off the New CAR asking price I said ok to it and they started the paper work Meaning ( SALES PERSON LOGAN FOLZ ) and ( EVAN ROBIN FINANCE MANAGER ) they both knew of each other lived in same neighborhood and that EVAN ROBIN helped LOGAN FOLZ getting the SALES POSITION at MOORE Automotive Dealer Ship which I came to find out later. This is where the ( BAIT and SWITCH ) comes in LOGAN FOLZ went into Sales Mgr. Office ( Moose ) but did not submit any transaction of the trade price of my vehicle for new car we agreed upon EVAN ROBIN had all the paper work made or drawn out and rushed through it all like he had to be somewhere else Plus extended warranty which he said was Subaru own contract for said car and price and in addition Vehicle Theft Protection policy and this is a normal or typical program what we sell and customers buy so I agreed to it and the deal went through and now I am an owner of NEW SUBARU AUTOMOBILE. The only thing good that came out of this was the ( CAR ) I am at fault for being to trusting and taking some ones word , Lets start, I sat down and began reading what transpired looking at every word carefully taking my time now and not being in any rush I found discrepancy, I went to speak with sales manager MOOSE about my trade in value which we agreed upon sales person LOGAN FOLZ and I, which he said HE WAS NOT APPROACHED or AWARE of and KNEW of any KNOWN AGREEMENT which reverted back to low price which I declined to accept , went back to question LOGAN FOLZ after talking to MOOSE LOGAN FOLZ being cornered had admitted that he went into office and made it look like he submitted my counter offer and LIED to me that he did , now EVAN ROBIN overcharged extended warranty by at least of $2000.00 that's correct $2000.00 and Vehicle Theft Protection by $700.00 talk about crooks and thieves I am now trying to correct some of the wrong doings on my part and of MOORES AUTO DEALER SHIP in PEORIA AZ. at 8600 W. I went to finance and paid for the car. Two weeks before I took delivery I noticed an outstanding loan on my Chase account for a car that had not been delivered. When I called to question finance on why they put a loan through on a car I had not received, I spoke to T.... He was rude and argumentative. He stated at the end of the conversation that he would speak with accounting the next day and call me back on the issue since I was not told this. As expected, I never heard from him. I never knew a loan could go through on a car before it is delivered. Luckily, the car was perfect and the closure went well. I purchase a new car every two to three years and this visit was among the best car buying experiences I have ever experienced. Kevin Youtsey was our sales person and he was beyond exceptional. This sales person never pressured us and he went far more than the extra mile. We purchased a 2014 Forester and wanted a specific color combination. On his day off Kevin drove nearly 300 miles to obtain the exact Forester we wanted. Also, this dealer does not add any dealer added options" that you do not specifically order. The dealer quoted us a price while we were still shopping for competing vehicles and they honored it to the letter when we returned later during the weekend. The finance manager was also very pleasant and did not pressure us to buy anything we didnt want. If you want a Subaru, this is the dealer for you!

Kevin Youtsey at Peoria has been the biggest help for buying a new car. I was in the market for a small SUV and visited many dealerships. I brought it through the Costco program and the process was smooth and friendly. I would like to start by saying I am a ruthless critic, I hate car dealerships, and hate filling out reviews even more. TLDR: Is at the bottom.I had a great experience at Peoria Subaru today buying my new 2013 Subaru Sport Premium Impreza. David was great when I went for the initial test drive. I had been to 3 or 4 different dealerships that day and I was actually in a pretty bad mood by the time I got to Subaru. He had a great attitude towards the whole situation. I came back last night right before they closed and Grant and Moose stayed helping me for about an hour after the closed. Once again they were very informative and I left having a good experience and looking forward to coming back. Today when I came back I had the opportunity to work with all three again. Grant took me for the 2nd test drive and also was a great experience. Very informative and like David allowed me to do my test drive how I wanted too unlike most other dealers who tell me when and where to go, nag at me for testing out the vehicle (go figure someones rough on a test drive), and gave a uncomfortable environment. Grant didn't even mind me fully testing the brakes lol. I brought along my father and nephew today as well. They were very nice to both of them as well and Moose personally kept them company for most of our time there. He was exceptionally friendly with my nephew when he was being silly asking for arm and thumb wrestles. When it came down to crunching the numbers they gave me a better deal than I expected. I go in and throw an offer out on the car and like every dealership they turn it down and offer one back. They didn't throw some insulting high as xxxx deal they offered me $600 less than I asked. Never have I been to a dealership that not only treats you well but they went the extra mile in order to help save me money. On top of selling me the car for less than I offered they didn't throw an insultingly low offer for my trade. When I was there last night I told him what I had for a trade and he said he wasn't going to beat around the bush and would give me $1200. On his own he asked a few more questions and offered me $2000. Today came along and I bought my trade in and they did the appraisal on it. They then decided it was worth $1500. Moose was a man on his word and gave me the full $2000.TLDR: To recap they sold me the car I wanted for less than I offered them. They voluntarily gave me $500 more than my trade was worth with out having to try to haggle the price up.They were very friendly, no pressure, informative, and a great group of people to work with. This is my first Subaru and if the car is as great as the people I worked with I doubt I will take my business anywhere else after this experience.

My trip to Peoria Subaru was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our new 2012 Outback was a great price and we were given a more than fair price for our trade-in. My wife and I felt very comfortable with both David and Nick, and we're still being wowed at the level of post-sale customer service. On June 6, I bought a 2012 Impreza and was charged $3425 for auto-theft system (standard and paid for in purchase price), third light (required by law; not an option), and VIN window etching (comes from manufacturer)-- ALL under "an accessory." Outlandish price and I'm sure NO one else has been charged that much. They took advantage of me -- recent widow and lost my youngest son (I'm not at my best mentally). I was too naive in buying a car. Crooks. I like the car, but I'm very mad. All three men are in agreement to the overcharging. Where are you, Mr. Moore?

My husband and I are expecting our first child and were in need of a family-friendly vehicle. My husband has always been fond of the Subaru Outback, but I needed convincing. Trevor Underwood (Manager) was very knowledgeable about the model and styles and the incremental price for each add-on. Mitchell Smith (Sales) was very patient, answering all our questions and taking time with us. We got a very good price compared to internet pricing and we didn't have to spend a lot of time negotiating. Neither the manager nor the salesman gave us any "hype" which was a pleasant relief after car shopping for several days. Mitchell spent a lot of time on the test drives comparing the Forrester and Outback performance. We ended up buying the Outback and were very happy with out decision. My wife is very short and sat in several cars at various dealers before she found that the Forester worked the best for her. She had a specific color that she wanted and several dealers said that they could "get one in" later in the month but Bob called and said that he had one in stock and that he would hold it for us. He quoted a very attractive price and we drove down from the White Mountains to pick it up. After experiencing Phoenix traffic my wife was reluctant to try to drive it from Peoria back to our motel by Beeline Highway. I purchased an Impreza sti from Peoria Subaru and when i arrived the car that I eventually purchased had not even had the protective shipping plastics removed. David took all the plastics off amd because the car hadn't been through inspection yet went and got the keys to another sti so i could test drive one. There was not the normal back and forth negotiating, we told him that we were in a hurry and gave him the numbers we were wanting to be at and they did it. We would have been in and out faster but there were a few others in front of us to go to finance. Once we got into finance we were done practically in the blink of an eye. I would recomend that anyone looking to get a new Subaru to go to Peoria Subaru.

Really liked our sales rep David Lutke, very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and the one he didnt know he was genuinely interested in finding the answer. I also liked that he was not coercive. Mostly we felt the Subaru was the best product and value for us when compared to all the different makes and models we viewed. I didnt even know this Subaru dealer was here on Bell Rd. My wife drives a Subaru Outback and we had to take to a dealer across town. I always take my Jeep (my SUV) to Moore Chrysler Jeep and found that they are also a Subaru dealership and the Subaru service department is right next door. Mike Anderson is a good advisor and seems to know his stuff when it comes to Subaru. Glad to know we now have a Subaru certified dealer in Arrowhead area. They seem good enough to recommend to other Subaru owners.

I have only purchased one vehicle from a dealership and it was not a good expierence. Needless too say I wasn't too thrilled to go looking again. We stopped at a few dealerships off of 101 and Bell. When we got to Peoria Subaru it felt so welcoming. This is where we met Bob, he was extremely knowledgable and honest. I dealt with three different dealerships in the valley when making a final purchase decision on my 2011 Outback. This was by FAR the best of the three I dealt with. The internet sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They sent me a very reasonable quote thru the internet (which is what first brought me in) and were quick in negotiating when I was working with them to finalize which car I took home. The best part about it was that they didn't give me a lot of pressure about buying the car. They laid out the vehicle facts and gave me a great price. I would definitely return to Peoria Subaru for my next vehicle purchase.
