My 36 month lease on my truck had just expired and I was not sure if I would lease again or buy. I thought about the 36 payments I had just made to end up with nothing at the end. I started shopping around online and saw this beautiful RAM sport at PBs . I made the 1 1 /2 hour drive down with a friend never expecting the truck to be so nice and the deal to be so good. I was financed in 15 minutes after taking it for a test drive. Thank God I brought a friend with me because I would not have wanted to leave without my new truck. I LOVE IT! Brian and Rob were very nice and easy to deal with. Super super happy with my purchase. Bring on the snow!

Pleasantly happy and strongly recommended

I recently purchased a car from PB's Auto Village and I was very happy with their friendly customer service. Usually when I am car shopping I feel very pressured right as I step out the door but they were very inviting and made me feel very relaxed. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and never tried to push me out of my budget. i would strongly recommend buying a car from them.

Went there to look at a truck I had seen advertised online and as soon as I parked myself and my family were greeted by the sales man Rob. He was great from the start. Made us feel comfortable, at ease and no pressure whatsoever. Needless to say got the truck I wanted and am very satisfied.

Wonderful Experience!

I had been searching for a new car for a while, with no luck, when my fiance came across a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale at this dealership. We drove up to check out the car, and were very impressed with the condition of the vehicle and the dealership itself. Nick kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, making sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. He definitely went the extra mile, even when we had an issue with Mass RMV, he apologized profusely even though nothing that went wrong was his fault. Brian was very efficient in explaining all the closing paperwork and making sure we understood our payments and interest rate. Overall, this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They're fair, honest, and don't try to give you the run around. They're not pushy, nor do they pressure you to buy. I will recommend them over and over to anyone I can, and if I need a newer car again, I'll definitely come here first!

Fair price and excellent service

I was looking for a vehicle and found one that I liked at PB's Auto Village. Rob was very helpful and got my less than stellar credit approved. PB's Auto Village offered me a fair price in comparison to local dealers. I have since taking my vehicle there for routine maintenance. The mechanics are knowledgeable and the service is excellent. I can count on getting a fair deal whenever I go. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was in New Hampshire visiting and of course my car broke down. I went see several mechanics The cost to repair was outrages. So I decided to just purchase another vehicle I went to see a few dealers who all wanted to put in cars cars I couldn't afford or did not want, I stop at PBs Auto Village Brian and the guys showed me the cars that i could afford and that I liked. friendly and efficeint

After looking online for several week trying to find the perfect car to fit my needs. I stumbles across a car at PB's Auto Village. When speaking with the sales staff who was very accommodating. I figure id stop in to look at it. Getting a 5 star treatment. I drove the car and was given an excellent (under book value) deal I then committed to buy the car. Once the paperwork and everything was ready to go i came back in to sign and drive my new car away. Everything went as smooth as can be. no errors on the paperwork and the car looked great! would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a great deal and outstanding service.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable

I was very pleased with the Buick Enclave that I bought from this dealership. I was not an easy customer to deal with and my 3 kids were out of control. The salesperson showed so much patience with me and was very accommodating when I asked to drive and re-drive my final selection 3 times. The kids love the new car and I'm very happy too. Nice Silverado

I was looking online for a new truck...came across an ad for a Silverado from PBs. It was a very competitive price and when we saw it and test drove it, we knew it was the truck for us. They made the whole process so easy and we continue to service our truck there 6 months later. Because we bought the truck there they provide us with a loaner which is very helpful . My 19 year old son put money down and signed papers to buy a car from PB`s. Before the car was ready for pickup my son found a car he liked better at another dealership. I bought my car in July and am still loving it. Prior to going to PB Auto Village my car shopping/buying experiences have been stressful and I have even felt bullied at times. This was my third stop trying to buy a work truck. After being given the run around at the other dealers PBs got me approved on a truck I wanted and I took it home the same day. No pressure and a great "laid back" atmosphere. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Great dealership

was intrested to get a vehicle from this dealer however when asking for the car check all I got was the run around and some snippy answer from Justin..the customer experience is not what expected .I felt like I was bothering him ,he got really upset because i called out the wrong vehicle .Once we strightened that out when i asked the second time for him to share the clean vehicle check ..I got crickets..too bad it looked promising but like they say if you cant get a clean report don't walk RUN!! good luck

Great value and Great experience

I visited all the BIG dealers in town and all they wanted to do is sell me a new car or over-priced used car. I found PB's Auto and experienced friendly courteous staff and a level of attentiveness that wasn't over-bearing or pushy. They offered me more for my trade than the other places, i got a great value on the car I was buying and when I had a minor issue a week or so later they addressed it quickly and without question. After so many poor experiences at other places in the past I was so relieved to have a great car buying experience.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!!

This guy is a crook and will do anything to take you money and time. I basically left a deposit on a potential vehicle (which I later discover on CARFAX) the suv was involved in an accident and had two previous owners. I went back to get my deposit back and was told I would loose it. Prior to this the nightmare the owner stated that I could get my deposit back at anytime. Completely dishonest and rude sums up my experience. Also, do not let the accreditation by the BBB fool you. ANY business can get the accreditation just by paying the BBB and receiving high praise (its a scam). Do what you want, but be prepared to hand over you hard earned money if you interact with this guy.

Very easy transaction

After being disappointed in what a new car dealer offered me in trade for my car, I decided to try PB's Auto Village, mostly out of curiosity. Brian looked at the car (in the dark, no less), took it for a quick test ride, and offered me 25% more than the new car dealer did. That price, it should be noted, was still lower than the lowest value listed on the NADA site. Anyway, we agreed--with a handshake--that I'd bring the car to PB's the next day, that they'd give me a check, and that they'd give me a ride home (about 15 miles away). Everything went entirely smoothly, including our stopping at a bank so that I could cash their check. They made the whole thing easy, and it was clearly in both their and my interest to do the transaction. Thanks, Brian!

Good experience, no BS

I test drove a used Prius with Rob back in April and I didn't buy the car until May. In the interim, I didn't get any cheesy high pressure sales calls. When I was ready to buy, they fixed the stuff that needed fixing and even worked to get me a better financing rate than what my credit union was offering. I recommend these guys -- pleasantly different from the typical car buying experience.

By far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. John, the salesman, was not pushy at all and found me a car I like a lot, and got my financed with my extremely poor credit score. I have nothing negative to say about these guys, they are great people. Rob let me test drive several vehicles with no-pressure when I told him I was just trying to decide on a make, not a particular car on the lot. I went back several times and they were great every time. They worked with me on a Toyota Matrix first but I love the one I bought (BMW).

Better rates

I've been looking for a Rav4 for a few months and have been to several dealerships. Thought a found a good deal in Portsmouth but was surprised that the dealer tried to get me to finance with them for almost 6 percent so I checked PBs. Found a great deal at PBs and they offered me 2.9% financing. That's more like it!

Great buying experience

I recently purchased my 2008 Acura TL here and had an excellent experience from beginning to end! They got me a great rate even with my less than perfect credit. Brian, Rob and Mike were very helpful and friendly through my entire experience. I loved the atmosphere of the dealership also. They weren't the typical pushy, aggressive salesmen. They helped me through the entire process and made it very simple. My car was fully serviced and cleaned when I picked it up. Not knowing much about cars, my tire light came on when it was a little cold out and I called Brian and he told me to bring it right in and they would look at it and correct the issue. Happy to know nothing was wrong, it was reassuring to know they took care of it right away. I would recommend buying a car here to any one of my family and friends. Sold me a truck with none of the work done to it. And it can't even take a sticker. And there shop can't handle more than 3 cars a day. I needed a truck to start my business now I have a truck full of engine codes that's poorly serviced

Car shopping can be daunting. Every visit to an auto dealership could be a frustrating night of speed dating salespeople with only one thing on their mind - MONEY!After visiting four dealerships in two days, lots of headaches of "can't you put any more money down?" and the haggle, the traffic and what seemed to be an argument everywhere- I finally got out the laptop and searched for other dealerships nearby. I found PBs on Craigslist!A human answered the phone. And, not just any human, but this person actually had a personality and was very personable. Her name was Laura and she was nice to speak to me for a while and find out exactly what make and model of car that I wanted along with any bells and whistle desired. Laura informed me she would give me a call back. I was positive I would not receive a call back until Monday. But, a few hours later, I received a phone call from Laura and she informed me she had FOUND the perfect car for me. It had every feature I wanted and with a price that beat the dealerships by $200 a month! Basically, I had the same payment as my old car with very little down. The best thing - ONE trip is all it took to take care of this new car purchase. No running around town - haggling back and forth on my time.

I recently purchased a vehicle through PB's Auto Village and I must say I had a terrific experience. I have been to many different dealerships and this dealership was not only the best but the friendliest (not pushy) and the pricing were great!! Brian Beattie was my salesman and he was outstanding. Brian was very patient with me, when I came to PB's I was not 100% sure what I was looking for so I test drove a few cars and SUV's. Brian went through everything with me, vehicle by vehicle. I did come back a couple of times to test drive a few more to really get a feel for what I wanted, Brian was so helpful. I went with a SUV and I absolutely Love It!!! Brian also explained all the paperwork to me step by step to make sure that I understood exactly what I would be paying, what my percentage rate would be etc. no surprises. My overall experience at PB's was fabulous & the pricing was unbeatable compared to any other dealership I have ever been too. There were a few corks for an outlet inside of the van that i didn"t need so right away rob said I can have those cut out and sealed up. I had paperwork done the same day and they were great all the way around. My salesman was good at getting everything done and took care of all of my needs for the vehicle. Will be going there again.

My recent experience with PB's Auto Village couldn't have been better. I was dreading visiting a dealership with two boys in tow and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with them; and it is greatly appreciated! The atmosphere was very professional, but laid back and most importantly pressure free. The gentlemen I worked with was friendly, very knowledgable and accomodating. I can not say enough about my Experience at this dealership. I honestly just drove through the lot because a new model Camaro caught my attention & I wanted a closer look. Brian ( I think he may be the manager) came out to see if I was interested in taking it for a ride and I thought hey why not. There was no pressure what so ever to buy and I really wanted to drive this car. After a 10 minute test ride I knew I had to have it. I googled other local dealerships before I went back to PB's to see if the price was fair and the other dealerships were a few thousand more for the exact same year , model and mileage.. I knew what my trade in was worth so I figured if the #s work maybe I would actually buy it after all. The finance lady was very nice too, she was very fast preparing my paperwork, you can tell she had been doing it a long time. I was shocked to see that used car interest rates were so low! My payment barely went up! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only do I have the car of my dreams for almost the same monthly payment as my older car, but it only took 1 hour to get in & out compared to the last place I went to buy and was there 1/2 the day. These people make things so smooth and are not pushy. I hate pushy car salesmen. Their cars speak for themselves. I would never buy anyplace else I can guarantee it.

I have verified through a private investigator that the vehicle was damaged from a accident prior to it being repoed and that at the time of its repo it still had not been repaired and remained in that condition at the time of purchase by PB's Auto Village. Prior to purchasing this car Brian told myself and my fiance Ally that the eos had been in no accidents and that it had a clean carfax. upon receiving the vehicle I notified PB's Auto Village that the VW eos purchased on 04/17/2013 had a serious steering issue to which they agreed to fix with a alignment that only made it worse. After picking up my car from the dealership, the airbag fault light came on. I was in Northampton, MA and stopped at Exotic Auto Repair, that specializes in imports. That mechanic who's name was Paul diagnosed the issue of noise and instability as being a wheel bearing and stated the car to be "unsafe to drive and to have been a long standing issue to have been in that shape" he also stated he would not do anything with airbags and suggested going to a VW Dealer. Upon my Fiance telling brian of the wheel bearing he informed her the warranty was run out due to mileage and that he couldn't help her. When she pointed out that the dealership had agreed to bring the car to state inspection guidelines and that it had illegally inspected the car Bryan then offered to pay for a 3 hour tow and once he received the car claimed nothing was wrong with it and asked My fiance (who I had previously authorized to make decisions on the account) if she wanted new tires on the car for their cost, to which she told you no and to not change the tires. Upon calling to pickup the car bryan informed me he went ahead and did the tires anyways (in an attempt to create a cause for the resolved wheel bearing issue that he didn't want documented) and then proceeded to say the air bag light had gone out on its own but that they had the code and that it needed a sensor (VW verified this year car will never clear a airbag fault on its own and it has to be done by someone). After picking up the car from PB's auto village the car was brought to Miller VW in Lebanon, NH where they verified PB's auto village had cleared a airbag fault prior to us purchasing the car and during the time they had the car in their possession to fix the wheel bearing and resolve the airbag fault. PB's auto village then brought my car to a Independent inspection station (after clearing the airbag fault with a vag-com) to which neither of those I had authorized. The independent inspection station also verified the recent body work by noting the number plate lights that had been painted over. Since the car was at PB's Auto village it has had a major steering failure (due to steering wheel being improperly secured, car sustained no damage and nobody was hurt) to which they agreed to fix and claims the alignment did fix it and that it was no longer present. Upon reviewing past vehicle history provided by the past owners and having the car inspected by Property Damage Appraisers it was determined that the steering failure was pre-existing and it can be safely assumed they were aware of this due to how the steering wheel was removed and proven through past owner testimony. Property Damage Appraisers found at the time PB's Auto Village received the car the existing damage exceeded the allowable 74% in NH pursuant to RSA 261:22 and that what repairs were done while the car was owned by PB's Auto Village were not done to industry standards. This car was fraudulenty sold with a clean title when by NH law it should have been branded salvage.

I bought a Honda Civic 2010 a little over a week ago. Asked to see a car fax and also did my own. Came out clean. After purchasing car, had my own mechanic check car out to make sure it was OK to drive cross country. Within 5 minutes, he asked me if I knew it had been in an accident? I asked this question at PB's and was told NO. The front nose, left front panel, drivers door, rear bumper and right back corner had all been recently repaired and painted. This brings down the value of the car significantly. Called PB's and spoke to Nick, my salesman, he said he had no idea. I find that hard to believe since they checked out car and did brake work prior to sale. I do not feel they were honest with me and would never recommend this dealership. Lesson learned--have your own mechanic check out car prior to sale...was not possible for me since over 2 hours away.

Happen to be in the area and I decided to stop and have a look. 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee later, I finally had my truck, a nice Ford 150XL. No pressure, attentive, professional... basically really great customer service., it was painless. I recently purchased a used 2003 Totoya from PB's Auto Village. I stopped at their Hampton Falls location and was very impressed by their used car selection and pricing. I was instantly greeted by Mike, the salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I requested information and the keys to the vehicle he gladly helped and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and most important, was not pushy. After doing my research on the vehicle, I realized that their asking price was right on with what I was finding online. When I went to officially made and offer on the vehicle, I worked with Brian, I assume the owner. We discussed the price and came to a deal that I felt very comfortable paying. I picked up the car a few days later, it was clean inside and out. I was greeted by both Brian and Mike as they congratulated me and watched me drive off in my new vehicle.

I've bought many vehicles before and am usually prepared for a long , dragged out hectic purchase process but this was not the case. The truck was in perfect condition and was exactly as described. Financing was a breeze and I was in and out of there in less than an hour ! The staff was so helpful and even offered to buy me lunch. I purchased a used Toyota Sienna from PB'S Auto Village on 12-29-11 after finding thier advertisement on Craig's list. I was traveling on vacation from CT back to my home in ME and they made the purchase go very smoothly. I test drove the vehicle, negotiated the price, closed the deal, and was out of the store in less than two hours! They had agreed to assist me with 4 new tires and a front end alignment and were prepared to have it done right then and there. Because I was going to be traveling back down in that area and it was more convenient for me, they agreed to have the work done and have it ready for me on 1-6-12. I ended up picking it up earlier than I had originally stated, and it was no problem for them....they got the car gassed up and ready to go immediately. The van needed a part for the tire preassure system and they made all the arrangements to make it happen so I could have the vehicle tip top and on the road back to Maine. I was very happy with the overall experience and would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a NICE used vehicle that is LIKE new....go to PB'S Auto Vilage and have fun shopping:-)

They spend there time with you, not try to rush you into something your really not sure about just so they can make a deal. Living nearly 2 hours away, I saw a car I was interested...

Living nearly 2 hours away, I saw a car I was interested in online. Spoke several times on phone with Jason to try and determine as best we could what to reasonably expect for my trade in. Even made a 20 mile trip in opposite direction 1st to get the summer wheels/tires I'd be trading with the car. After driving the car I was looking at, Brian looked over my car. The best they could come up with was he thought 2 tires were marginal. They were inspected by a Maine inspection station the next day and found well within legal limits, but at any rate, they offered nearly $700 less than we had discussed on the phone. You expect these kind of games at the big dealers, but you'd hope for better at these little guys. They were friendly enough but in the end, I wasted half a day when they didn't even come close to what they had indicated on the phone and the only thing they could come up with was 2 tires they didn't like on my trade. 2 tires don't cost $700, even though they were legal. So, I walked and low and behold Jason had the nerve to call the next day and leave a voicemail at work and ask if I'd be be interested in the car if they came down a few hundred dollars. I wrote an email reply and expressed my displeasure and said I wasn't into playing the manager back and forth game like the big guys do. Their chance to make a deal was the first time I was there. If while I had been there they would have said "Hey we think 2 tires need replacing so we'll have to deduct $150 from what we quoted earlier", I'd have made the deal on the spot and would already be driving it. As luck would have it, all things happen for a reason: I found a much better car 2 days later, same model, 1 year newer and less than half the mileage for only $500 more than they were asking for their older, higher mileage car! Go figure. I also was able to sell my Volvo in 26 hours on craigslist for over $1000 more than I'd have gotten on trade in so I was able to walk in with cash on the newer car deal at another dealership. Their loss, my gain!

A few months ago I got my 2007 Honda accord from P and B's Auto Village. Brian was a tremendous help! The service was excellent, and overall there was a great selection of used cars to choose from. I am so happy with my accord...it even has a GPS in it! I will certainly be getting my next car from P and B's as well. Financing was not an issue and the offered insurance package was great. I was in the market for a SUV with low miles and a third row seat. I checked out PB's website and found a few that peaked my interesat so I drove up to NH. Upon arrival I was greeted by Brian Beattie owner and was offered cold bottled water or fresh coffee. He then showed me his cars and I found a Volvo X90 and Toyota Highlander that fit my decription. I drove both cars and and decided I liked the Toyota as it was a limited edition, woodgrain dash and all options with 36,000 miles. Brian put a dealer plate on this car I took it home to show my family in Andover, they loved it. I then swung by the Toyota dealership and pulled the service history from the VIN number and jut as I was assured by Brian it was maintained perfectly with no accidents. When I got back to PB several hours later I went back inside the dealership and we agreed on a price, filled out the appropriate paperwork and two days later the delivered the car to my house with with new MA plates, registration and inspection sticker. My overall experience was excellent! I've heard so many horror stories about used car dealerships but I strongly reccomend the drive to Hampton Falls to see PB Auto Village...I'm glad I did and will return for future purchases.Regards,Hank

I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra for my son and traded in my 2000 Lexus for a 2007 Mercedes SUV. The salesman Brian was a gentleman, showed me the carfax on both vehicles and offered financing and warranty. I've had both vehicles for 6 months now with no issues. The cars were clean and well prepped at delivery. The dealership called me after 3 months to see how things were going, I plan to use them for general repairs to my car and my 4 kids cars. It's so great to find honest people so close to home.

First of all, i'd like to comment on how incredibly clueless every person in the shop is about basic automotive knowledge, and how rude they ALL are. I called asking a simple question, "does it have a limited-slip differential" and nobody could give me a straight answer, and said they would find out and call back. well, they never called back. I then called them again, and again they said they would call back. Nothing. I called a THIRD time and they said they assume so but there is no way to find out. i said to lift up the rear end and spin a wheel. they said they had no access to a lift, or even a jack. Isn't that strange? A car shop with no jacks or lifts. After the salesman lost his patience, i kindly ended the argument and he replied "K" and hung up on me. Also, they false advertised the price, mileage, and model of the car. All this place does is prey on innocent people with little automobile knowledge. Every single one of them seems to always be in a hurry, and in a lousy mood. I highly encourage everyone not to shop here, nothing but low-life thieves.

Brian gave me so many details about the car and was informative on how it ran well and it would be perfect for my money worth . The owner Brian was kind and was informative with any car questions. He went through the step by step process on terms and financing. When I was in the dealer I felt welcomed and had a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new car. Overall of the experiance it was excellent. All of there cars are taken cared of and clean. Great services and great prices.

I went to PB's Auto Village to look at a 2002 Ford Explorer. We took the car for a test drive and then drove to my mechanic so he could take a look. I was working with a very limited budget. There were a few problems that my mechanic had found, but knowing what my budget was, Brian did all he could to get me into the car and still be within my price range. He not only said that the problems would be fixed before I purchased the car, but he gave me a 30 day warranty. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definately go back to PB's again.

I found a vehicle listed on craigslist by this dealer that I was interested in so I emailed the dealership for more information as well as to ask them about my trade in. I received an email back telling me to bring my vehicle in for an appraisal. I drove over an hour that same Tuesday in my truck that gets 13mpg to check out this vehicle that I was looking to buy and to have the dealership appraise my truck to see what kind of deal we could make. After test driving the vehicle I was hoping to get some numbers to give me something to help me make a decision, but was told that they were too busy for that that evening and when I decided if I was definitely interested in the vehicle then they would go over my trade in then. I was a little annoyed because if I had known that they were not going to appraise my vehicle that day like they had stated in the email they would then I would have taken a vehicle better on gas to the dealership. Two days later, that Thursday, I returned to the dealership and again drove my truck over an hour. I test drove the vehicle again and knew that depending on what kind of deal I could make with the dealership I would definitely be interested in buying this vehicle. We sat down to start filling out the paperwork to see what the numbers were going to look like when I noticed the price on the paper was about $2,000 more than what the vehicle was advertised for on craigslist. When I brought this up to the gentleman I was working with he denied that the vehicle was ever listed that low. I reminded him of a conversation that we had just two days previously about the price which he also denied. He told me multiple times that I must have gotten this vehicle mixed up with another craigslist ad by this same dealership. At this point I was annoyed by the fact that I knew he was wrong and was lying to me so I decided this was no longer a dealership I was willing to work with and I left. Within the half hour I received an email stating that I was right and that his boss "after seeing what everybody else was selling them for had felt he had it priced too low and raised it this morning." It seems interesting to me that they raised the price even though they knew they had someone in the process of possibly buying the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service here and felt that if they were truly at fault here and were going to finally acknowledge that then in order to gain PR and to keep my business they should have cut their losses and offered me at the original advertised price. They were obviously making a profit off it at that price anyways.I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. They obviously have very little consideration of their customers.

Alright even of all the bad reviews I have read, mine might be the worst. I bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee with 130,000 miles. Was originally $4,995 but I talked them down to $4,200 after test driving the vehicle and it ran fine with a slight noise from the left rear tire. The dealer told me it was probably just needing a realignment, NO BIG DEAL. After looking it over, I decided to purchase it if they would take the price down for anticipated maintenance costs. Since I wrote a personal check I had to wait a week for it to clear just to get the car, and I live an hour from the dealership each way. I had to drive there and back AGAIN just to get the title and paperwork for registration and plates. I originally chose this dealership because of a craigslist price and the fact that New Hampshire has no sales tax. Anyway, to get to the point, not an hour off the lot, literally five minutes from my apartment, the left rear tire fell off the car, I kid you not. The lug nuts, from having been tightened with an air gun and not loosened with a torque wrench, snapped, tearing out the brake mechanism and ruining the bumper and wheel drum. This damage alone will cost me $1,600, not including what it will take to pass inspection. After notifying the dealership and letting them know about this accident which could have been fatal for me or other vehicles on the road, they are doing NOTHING, not even covering the tow bill. DO NOT go to this dealership. End of story. They were trying to deceive me from the beginning.

I looked beyond that as maybe their fair prices were reflected in the lack of upkeep (UNDERSTATEMENT) to their building. I had emailed numerous times asking questions about a certain vehicle and was told to call only. When I called I was told to visit the dealership. I drove there and test drove the vehicle I was interested in. It was a fair price but didn't exactly run smooth. I asked why it didn't have an inspeciton sticker...was told "we don't put stickers on until we sell the vehicle". NEVER heard that before!!! Talked priceing and trade. After some discussion and coming up with an acceptable figure for my trade. I wanted to seal the deal...THANK GOD I DIDN'T!!! They told me I couldn't have the vehicle that day but rather wait until later in the week. They needed to inspect it and sticker it. Hmmmm....ok. They gave me a fake purchase and sale agreement to give to my bank for financing...wasn't until I got home did i realize they filled out the P&S for LESS money in trade and MORE money in price of the vehicle to purchase! I decided to email them and thank them for their time but because of the misleading info, that fact of sales tax upon reutrning to Maine, I was not interested at that time in doing business with them. I worded it VERY professional and kind. The response I got from the OWNERS SON was "Good luck getting a check from Kelly Blue Book or NADA..I can't sell your domestic anyway so I'm glad I don't have to work with you....and two words for you ANGER MANAGEMENT!"There is NO need to treat a customer that way. VERY unprofessional and rude. These two guys were wearing hats backwards and calling each other "dude". The email response was OVER THE TOP...I can't believe these people stay in business with service like that. I went to a "big dealership" and got $2000 more in my trade and a WAY BETTER vehicle with a warranty.

Well .... I bought the Firebird Formula mentioned a few posts back and am very VERY pleased with the car. (That's an understatement).I did't buy a car I bought a machine. Buddy you screwed up this is a SWEET ride. Your loss my gain.Possibly some of the misunderstanding ,.. Car needed the rearendrebuilt, also had rear brakes done at the same time. Upon safetyinspection it needed front brakes and rotors, front wheel bearings,and a window motor. All completed. BTW the mechanic they use hereis very good and takes the time to talk to you about the car. Bigplus for me. Made me very comfortable buying the car.The check gauges light goes on when it gets low on gas... I wasn'tsure of this but after driving it a few days I have found this to be fact.Both Craig (the sales guy) and Laura (the finance lady) were very easy to work with and very pleasent. Very much catered to my many questions and concerns.Not sure about the other negative posts. Folks you need to go in knowing what to look for , if you don't then hire a pre-purchase inspector. They don't give the cars away, they are out to make a living. I felt no deception of any kind with this transaction. Actually I got the car fora lot less than what I thought I would. Yes it's got a few minor items but man what a SWEET ride.... MINE all MINE.

I saw a 2002 Pontiac Firebird Formula in their lot I went inside to inquire about. I started the car in the lot and it sounded great. There were no dash lights on (check Engine)and the engine ran smooth. It was getting late so I decided to come latter that week for a test drive. The salesman gave me a price of $7995.00 on which I agreed upon pending on the road test. I asked him several times if he need to check pricing because that price he gave me seemed low. He assured me that was the price. We went through the sales agreement and I put down $500.00 to secure the deal. That night I looked on their web site and saw the same car with the identical VIN numbers being posted for $12995.00 on their website and $11995.00 on www.autotraders.com The next day I received a call from the sales person telling me that the car had all kinds off issues wrong with it. I told him let me test drive the car and then I will make my decision. I knew what happened, that the salesperson made an error on quoting this car and he wanted to get out from this contract.I went there the next day to test drive the car. I started the car and it sounded terrible all the engine check lights came on and the car wouldnt run correctly. I couldnt believe that this was the same car. I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership. The owner is a crook.

I bought a car buy here pay here from them and the odometer and the speedometer stopped working first during the test drive. I was told that a wire came unplugged and I asked them to fix it and they said they would. I put down a deposit, went and picked up the car after work and the odometer stopped again, I called and asked that they fix it and they refused, so I cancelled the second deposit check and asked that they refund the first deposit check and void the contract and take the car back. They refused and took the car and never gave me my money back.

I WENT BACK TO THEM AND THEY ACKOWLEDGE THEY MADE AN ERROR AND THEY WOULD FIX IT. THEY SAID WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW WARRANTY CARD. AFTER WAITING 45 DAYS OF SO I INQUIRED AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND SAID IM NOT GETTING ANOTHER WARRANTY. BE ADVISED THESE CRIMINAL SCOFLAWS USE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS TO SELL USELESS DRIVETRAIN WARRANTIES. TO THIS DATE WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE AND IT IS NOT COVERED AS ORIGINALLY NEGOTIATED AND PROMISED.

Ok so I just bought a 96 Jetta and when I test drove it there was some rattling and they told me it was a loose heat shield. No big deal right??? Well, wrong because it wasn't the heat shield it was the catalytic converter blown apart in the exhaust system that was rumbling around. This dealer sucks, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!!! AT ALL!! Stay away!!!!!

False information over phone, false photo on cars.com. Very bad service. They asked 1500 for vehicle...after I was about to leave they suddenly asked 500. The car had major body damage (missing parts), destroyed cat converter, corroded engine parts and wires, severe rusting on underside of doors and body. IT WOULDN"T START to test drive, even after they tried to jump the battery!!! More cost in repairs than the original asking price. They should have payed me to take it! And they knew I was driving a long distance, but still misled me to believe there were no major problems. I do not recommend this dealer.
