John Szulczewski , the service advisor was very nice and easy to work with. Very customer service oriented. This attitude is what I treasure most in a car dealer service department. Ron Cook, although no longer a service advisor (now a dispatcher) is my usual go to, he's the best. Carlos is also excellent as well. The work was done quickly and I was very pleased with John's level of customer service.

My sales person Tom Richer jumped through hoops to find me the right vehicle with all of the options that I was looking for. Tom and his manager Ted Hendrix went above and beyond to locate the vehicle with those options. I was planning on selling my Lexus GX470 to Carmax, however they offered me the same price, applied a portion towards my lease and will be sending me the balance in a check. I could not have asked for better customer service.

There was a good selection of the particular type of used vehicle we were searching for, so we had a lot of options. The sales manager let us take the van home for an extended test drive, which was awesome. So great to get the kids and car seats in, see how it fit in the garage, etc. I would highly recommend they continue this practice. The stall tactics during the negotiation (that dragged it out for hours) were not appreciated though.

I felt the customer service was great. I went in for an oil change and they found that I needed a software update along with a tire rotation. While waiting I had a few questions about adding a tow hitch and tint, which were all able to be answered right away. the wait was a little long but I was asked several times if I needed a shuttle to get food or if I as doing ok.

Came in for an oil change package and the advisor John Szulczewski, without us asking, took extra care to clean all the windows, made sure it was vacuumed up to our standards and also put tire shine on the tires. Recently, my beloved '98 Honda Accord finally hit the point of not running and worth fixing anymore at 336,000. Needless to say I was saddened and not looking forward to replacing her. I wanted to keep with a Honda Accord and I had tried looking around the Memphis area where I live but not really finding anything that moved me to want to buy it. I then did a Car Guru search nationwide and found a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L from Palmen Motors in Kenosha. Not sure why I was taken with this car, especially since Kenosha was so far away, but I was determined to check this car out. After expressing interest in the car, I was very impressed with the way Caroline Hennessey of Palmen followed up with me and communicated. So last week, I took an Amtrak train direct into Chicago, a metro train to Kenosha, and a short Uber ride over to the dealership to meet with Dave Knudson a sales rep who was expecting me and quickly made me feel at ease. Initially, when I arrived at the dealership with all my luggage from the long train ride through the night, I was met by manager Mr. Don Smith who welcomed me and thanked me for coming up. Between Don and Dave, me being scared to buy a car for the first time in 18 years evaporated. After my test drive, I knew of course I wanted to buy the car and Dave, Don and Chris in finance went to bat for me as far as financing. What they did for me was something I will always thank them for, and I can honestly say I know now why I was drawn to this dealership from the many others I investigated/researched. They made it easy for me to buy the car I wanted and I am most happy with her. Still cant get rid of my old '98 model just yet, but I guess I will let go soon. Palmen Motors is a first class business in my book and I will gladly take the train again through the middle of the night to buy a car from them.

It seems I was sold a flooded vehicle without being informed and paying full market value!!! I just found out late last night that my special edition Fiat (purchased pre-owned 2yrs ago with low miles from Frank) has mechanical and wiring problems due to corrosion (explains why the drivers side door handle loosened and snapped off!!). As it i still too early to contact Palmen, I am praying that this isn't going to be an uphill battle to rectify.

Came in to look at a used pickup but it was sold that morning. I didn't have an appointment but Jeff was very accommodating and with the help of the sales manager(Ted) worked to get me a deal I was comfortable with on a brand new pickup. The finance manager(Kody) seemed to be pretty backed up that day but was friendly and handled my paperwork quickly.

This is the second time I have purchased a Jeep from Palmen in Kenosha and I would definitely go back for another if needed. The staff is always so friendly and has made me so comfortable, especially due to the circumstances that brought me there this last time. Alonzo was awesome, very personable and made me laugh many of times. I also really enjoyed working with Cody in the financial office. Overall I had a great experience once again and would recommend Palmen in Kenosha to anybody. My fiance will be looking for a new car after our wedding and has already said Palmen is the place to go.

Needing a new vehicle, we went to Palmens to see what we could do financially to purchase a new truck. As soon as we we walked through the door we were greeted by Pam one of the sales associates. We explained to her what we were looking for and wanted to see how we stood as far as finances went. We liked Pam right away because not only was she extremely professional, she made us comfortable because she was a very down to earth and personable. She took our information, had someone in finances look into options for us. And before we knew it we were the proud owners of a new truck. They all made this investment for us a very smooth process. My father is a Chrysler retiree, this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Palmens. As a side note, the 40 2litre bottles of soda we got with our new truck was a pretty good perk too!

It was fairly quick, and we received things we were not expecting (like a ton of soda). Also, let's not forget our sales guy (Irwin) he was great. Seemed knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking at despite it not being a Chrysler product. And he ensured that things went great and made us feel as though we were the only ones that were important to him at the time. And the finance guy was great too.. Had everything ready for us when we went in by him and we were in and out of his office in like 15 minutes.

Working with our sales person was wonderful. Larry Steponitis is one of the best. He is respectful, honest, and understands the buyer's point of view. There was others at the dealership that made the process much more difficult, and I feel that we could have come to a deal much sooner without all of the "dealer talk" from other associates. Larry was on point and wonderful. I would recommend him at a 10, the dealership at a 6.

Mourice Maserati, our sales person was great. Probably one of the best car sales experiences we have had. He was honest and genuine in his discussion and also got to know us vs. just trying to sell a car. Teddy was also very nice. I also heard from our insurance agent that Teddy was very polite with her as well.Mourning and Teddy had to search across Wisconsin and Illinois to find the car we wanted with the features. They finally found one they could get from another dealer. When we picked it up is was detailed and sparkling in the sun. Had everything we wanted. Although my wife and I were only planning to test drive a specific vehicle, we changed our perspective the more we interacted with our sales representative Warren Larsen. I am a strong believer that if a sales person wants to earn one's business, they must be knowledgeable about their products and enthusiastic about what they are doing. It has been over 15 years since I purchased a "new" vehicle and never from Palmen. Warren and the Palmen sales approach were the difference makers. Although we experienced the usual negotiation maneuvers, we never felt pressured or that we were wasting anyone's time. As a result of the deal we negotiated, we ended up purchasing the original vehicle and leasing a second one. Based on my experience with Palmen, I would certainly recommend them to family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. Although our sales experience was outstanding, time will tell if the follow through from Palmen is equivalent and our enthusiasm continues for years to come - we are optimistic.
