PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PAPERWORK!!! long story short, made a deal with Bill Tang,,, when came to the paperwork was not what we agreed on,,, then he blames the finance manager Doug Oda, then it turns into a he said she said game, and they also tryd to convince me that the paperwork was correct. i should have left after that train of lies but my ignorance got the best of me. An expensive lesson learned, wouldn't want anyone else to go thru that. Take notice of thier reviews, and compared to other Hawaii honda dealers, they have a history of negativity..

Beware of the Agreements that you going to sign. Contracts are serious business and should never be entered without a great deal of consideration. Take the time to read, understand, and approve a contract before signing. You should ask the dealer too. Because some of their ACCESSORIES are "NON-CANCELLABLE". once you overlooked this crap your really got sucked in by that offer.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and made a reasonable offer (MSRP out the door). Not only did they scoff at the offer and make me increase my offer $500, they wouldn't even counter offer because they are super greedy. If your stock is limited and you can't do that price, call me back and re-engage/follow up when inventory comes back. I believe their exact words were "there's nothing wrong with profit." No, there isn't anything wrong with a dealer making a reasonable amount that is mutually beneficial for buyer and seller, but thousands over MSRP? That's just unconscionable. Service department is no better. On multiple occasions, I identified the same issue that is covered under warranty. Both times they denied anything was wrong so I took it to another dealer who immediately agreed with the issue and fixed it under warranty.Despite the fancy, expensive showroom the way Pacific Honda treats their customers is shameless money-grubbing. Take your business elsewhere for real customer service. Pacific Honda is only out to soak you and line their pockets.

We live on Maui, but because Pacific Honda had such a good deal on a car we flew over and they picked us up from the airport. They had great service and teamwork! Jocelyn and Ben helped us out and they were both fantastic. After we looked and test drove the car and finished the signing they took us back to the airport. The whole trip was very seamless and easy. We highly recommend using Pacific Honda for buying cars!

My daughter is stationed in Hawaii, she took her car there to have it serviced, oil change, tire rotation and have her brakes checked. She bought the car new. It has about 60000 miles on it, she was told her brakes looked new. Charged her 200.00. Two days later her front brakes started making a grinding noise. She had to have it towed back to the dealership where she was told a rock got in between the brake pads and rotor. They charged her 350.00 to replace pads and turned the rotors. That's 550.00 she had to pay. I feel they took advantage of her because she's a woman. I wish the Honda corporation would investigate this dealership. It's not right what they did, they should be responsible for what happened after they serviced the car.

I've bought a lot pf cars in the past 40 years - all of them new off the showroom floor. My car-buying experience at Pacific Honda was easily one of the best. Service after the sale continues to meet that same high level of commitment from the dealership. Our salesman Holu went the extra mile during the sale. When I needed service later, Wes Katekaru responded immediately. This is the kind of commitment that is rare these days. Give these guys a chance to garner your business; you won't be disappointed!!

One of the most time consuming things to do is buying a car. Stan Lum at Pacific Honda made this a very simple process. We came in talked to Stan Lum and he did everything. He showed us the car we wanted, took us for a test drive and told us everything about the car. Stan Lum offered us a price we couldn't refuse. The whole process took about 2 hours. We are very happy with the car and very happy that we had Stan Lum take care of us.

my new black CRZ took about a month of in and outs , he was pleasant and not like some other guys who are just in it for the sales and pressure you , there was the same car at another dealership with a better feature i wanted , but i ended up buying it on May 8th from Kalai Mukawa ONLY because of his service... he is an inexpendible asset to honda

Purchasing the car was fine. It was their service department that made me 120% sure I will NEVER go there for anything, ever again. And I will do everything I can to prevent anybody from making the mistake of purchasing a vehicle there.Long story short, I took my car in for warranty work multiple times. My brakes were failing on me. I took my car in three times, and every time I visited, they claimed "Could not reproduce problem." Funny thing, because driving in, and leaving their property, my brakes were acting up on me. Elliot Tam (I believe that's what his name was) the master technician there himself claimed he couldn't figure out what my problem was. Frustrated, I drove out to Tony Honda, and the moment I told them my problem, they gave me a guess on what the problem was. Their theory was correct: Cracked brake master cylinder. This is a potentially life threatening issue with the car, and Pflueger Honda's technicians failed to, or neglected to address this issue. Again, I repeat, they put me and my family in HARMS WAY.My other issue is with their service advisor Lee Ann Shishido. Let me tell you some background information. She is INFAMOUS on this island as being an arrogant, pompous person. She has been banned from Hawaii's biggest car enthusiast discussion board. And when I met her, I understood why.She was the most unhelpful, snobby, lying customer service representative I have ever met. I had noticed that my door was crooked, which is a factory error, thus something that should be covered by factory warranty. When I brought the issue up during my multiple visits for my brake issues, Lee Ann Shishido repeatedly told me "Your doors are crooked on purpose. It's called positive flushness and it's to prevent rock chips."Amongst my ASE certified friends, Positive Flusness has NEVER been heard of. Funny, as none of the other cars in Pflueger's lot had this POSITIVE FLUSHNESS. When I called Honda of America to clarify this, even they had a good laugh, and told me my service advisor (Lee Ann Shishido) was making stuff up. Sure enough, after my complaint, Pflueger's service manager called me up to apologize on her behalf. Nothing from Lee Ann herself.Pflueger Honda's service department failed to find a life threatening issue with my car, and their service advisors make things up on the spot to trick their customers. I absolutely, ABSOLUTELY advise EVERYBODY to STAY AWAY FROM PFLUEGER.

Just got my 10 year-old Accord serviced at Honda yesterday and it was as easy as always. My wife was in a hurry and dropped it off at 6:45 am and she was in and out in no time. LeeAnn took care of her and called soon after to get approval to service what issues they found. The car was ready within a couple of hours. LeeAnn always takes care of us and makes these possibly stressful visits comfortable for us. Thank you again.

Lee Ann Shishido is professional, efficient and gives great service advice. I trust them to always provide the best quality of service. The location is so convenient to just drop off the car and walk to work. Pflueger maintains the highest quality of customer service and everything is always so clean. I have been going to LeeAnn Shishido for over 25 years to oversee my Honda repairs. LeeAnn is professional, friendly, courteous and almost feels like family at this point. When I check in, I know I'm leaving my car and service decisions in capable and responsible hands, and on top of that, it's wonderful to see LeeAnn. The repairs are always done on time and are complete. Everything requested is done satisfactorily. If a part must be ordered, I'm given an expected delivery date and notified when the part arrives. Repairs are done within the written estimate or I'm called prior to completion with a revised estimate. LeeAnn has saved me money by letting me know when I can wait to the next visit to take care of a particular problem. I've never had the impression that she wants to sell me something I don't need. That's just not her. She is honest and straight-forward. Repairs at the Service Center are done correctly the first time, and I'd like to say a special thank you to Paul Kamau who was the last technician who worked on my car, identified an intermittent problem and repaired it. I also LOVE Pflueger Honda's shuttle service that does everything in their power to get you where you need to go, and when you need to get there. The new shuttle driver (whose name I'm sorry I don't have) used his personal cell to contact me when Verizon was down, and waited outside my building for some time so that I wouldn't miss my pick-up, hoping I would soon get his message and appear. It's just superb service for your car and makes car maintenance and repair tolerable, and in fact maybe even nice!

I had been waiting for 20 minutes without being recognized by any Service Consultant, so I moved to another area. Lee Ann Shishido greeted me with a smile. She shared her professional knowledge in getting everything done on my 10-year-old Honda Civic. My car needed Recall service and it was done quickly and efficiently. I always use Pflueger Honda and especially like getting Lee Ann to be my Service Consultant. Mr. L. With my busy schedule it's important to me to be able to schedule my service appointments early and have the service completed timely. I've been working with Lee Ann Shishido since I purchased my 2012 Civic and she has been able to get me in first thing when the service department opens at. She brightens your morning when you bring your car in at 0630 with her cheerful personality. She takes care of business quickly and sends me on my way and calls immediatley when the car is ready. This week I asked if i would be able to have a quick turn around and my B1 service was completed and car ready for pickup in 60 minutes. The service was truly outstanding. It's a pleasure to work with a true professional believing in customer service. She's a definite asset to Pflueger Honda.

I've been going to Leeann for so many years...can't even remember! Perhaps, from 1990. Leeann is very thorough with my car. Makes sure my car is in capable hands. I also appreciate the fact that she doesn't make me do all these repairs just so the dealership can make money off of me. She tells me approximately how much longer my brake pads will last...or how long my tires will go on for. She makes sure they last for as long as possible! Times are hard so I am grateful to her. Not to mention...her friendliness to me! Thank you, Leeann!
