Customer service is second to none!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ohio Auto Warehouse. I drove it home and noticed a big oil leak after letting it sit for a few hours. I called them up and informed them of the leak and they agreed to have one of their mechanics look at it. Their mechanic confirmed the leak and Robert offered to fix my vehicle at no cost to me. It was by no means a cheap fix and my van is oil leak free now. Brian and Robert are honest and trustworthy guys who go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Ohio Auto Warehouse will be the first place I'll check when i buy my next car or truck!

No response????

Called at 9:30 am about a vehicle. Receptionist said the vehicle is available but salesperson was busy and would call me back. No return call. Must not care about my business or have enough business already? In a competitive marketplace with vehicles available all over the country at a touch of the fingertips, you would think that responsiveness matters.

Great prices, great salesman

I drove from Youngstown, Ohio to look at a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer Lazur was my salesperson, he was very knowlegeable, and helpful and I got a great vehicle at a great price. Before going anywhere else I would recommend people to go here to get a used vehicle at a great price!

Superb Experience Buying Cadillac EXT with Ohio Autowarehous

I just bought a 2008 Cadillac EXT truck over the Internet from this dealership, and it was a multi-factorial VERY POSITIVE experience. I'm so glad I did. Brian Long was a pleasure to deal with. Here's why:1- Detailed online information and photographs really helped me decide that this was exactly the truck I was looking for. Carfax was available for verification. The truck had had all 4 wheel rims replaced and also brand new larger 22 inch tires, which were an upgrade.2- Brian volunteered information of a few minor few areas of paint defects on the vehicle and seat wear. He emailed me pictures, so there would be no surprises. I asked Brian to have his body shop correct those defects, and I would cover the paint repair at their cost, much less than it would cost me elsewhere. I asked Brian to install Weathertech floor mats as well3- Fair competitive pricing.4- Very timely paperwork processing, fast nice body shop work, and head spinningly fast transportation to Florida, all with excellent communication. The truck arrived last night, and it arrived exactly as nice as it was depicted. I liked the service so much I have referred a friend.

First great experience buying a car on the Internet

This was my first experience in buying an SAV over the Internet. I was somewhat concerned and uneasy about buying a very expensive car I have not seen or driven before. Zach and Robert were honest, upfront, pleasant and did exactly what they said they would do. Beside a few minor delays, this process has been a great positive experience and I strongly recommend buying any car from theses guys

I did not know you needed an appointment so just showed up ans Zach helped me and worked it all out with the banks to get my financing in record time did not take all day like most places. Great experience

After a lot of research I found the truck I was looking for on the Ohio Auto Warehouse website, a 2011 Toyota Tundra. I talked on the phone with Brian Long and he was very forthcoming with information and I didn't get the feeling that he was holding anything back. I live 2 hours away so I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. On the test drive the check engine light came on and Brian said they would take care of getting that fixed. They took the vehicle to the local Toyota dealership who fixed the issue related to the check engine light. OAW also took the truck to a local body shop to have a few scratches on the front bumper and tailgate fixed and painted. They also offered that I could have a local dealer perform an inspection on the vehicle if I wanted to. Only issue during the process was that the Toyota dealer had the truck for approximately 3 weeks because of the part being on back order and the holiday season but that was not the fault of OAW. OAW delivered the truck to me once everything was complete and it looked like it came off the showroom floor. At no time did I feel any pressure from anyone to make the purchase and they kept me informed of the status while it was being repaired. Great experience and truck!

We found Ohio Auto Warehouse online and found several trucks we were interested in. We made an appointment and met with Zach, a very helpful and friendly associate. Upon test driving one of the trucks, we decided to purchase it, and the financing and paperwork process was quick and painless. We will definitely be working with this company in the future as other vehicle needs arise.

Excellent Transaction

I have been very pleased with my purchase from Ohio Auto Warehouse. I live 6 hours away from the dealership and was unable to see or test drive the vehicle. Brian was an excellent sales rep who helped me throughout the entire purchase. I purchased a 2008 Envoy sight unseen which is very scary I must add. I had the vehicle inspected at MR. Tire near the dealership. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The assessment of the vehicle they gave was spot on. I had it inspected once it arrived at my home and the mechanics gave the same report. There were a couple of minor things on the vehicle to repair but it was less and $100.00. I would buy from this dealership again.

Dream Truck!

Started casually looking for a truck. Decided if I found the exact truck with all the whistles and bells and a price that I could afford without trading my first born, I'd buy it. Saw the Tundra on eBay but went to the website to see how much they were asking. Surprised at the reasonable price, I called and the rest is history! Brian was a great help and kept in contact. Flew to Cleveland, picked up by sweet Zack and arrived in Canton an hour later. Brian had new rear brakes put on earlier that day when he heard noise in the rear when he moved the truck. I was on the road within an hour and a half. Drove home to St. Louis. Great cruising truck. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE it! Thanks go out to Ohio Auto warehouse and their awesome staff.

Good buying experience

We went just to look at a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. We were greeted by Brian and the van was inside the building for us to look at, we took a 15 minute test drive and 30 minutes we were driving our new van home. This by far was our easiest buying experience we have ever had. Everything that was on the website was exactly the way the vehicle was no B.S. At all just straight up no pressure here is the bottom line. Brian and the rest of the staff were great to deal with, they have the correct way to purchase.

Delt with Zack primarily on my 2009 fusion and he stepped up and took care of the small setails that I had about the car. The group of guys as a whole was very sown to earth and not the typical pushy salesmen that you get at those other car lots. Rob even was doing battle with the lender to take care of me better. Top Notch Experience!!

I was not really in the market for a vehicle but I thought I would search to see what was out there. I came across an F150 at Ohio Auto Warehouse. I submitted a request to take a test drive late at night and the very next morning I received a phone call. They were very accommodating in setting up a time to work with my schedule. The description of the vehicle was spot on. When I arrived to take the test drive I instantly fell in love with the truck. The buying process was painless and I picked the vehicle up the very next day. You guys rock!!

Sight unseen car purchase, flawless

Never did I think id be buying a car to far away for me to see. However, after to Zach about the vehicle and getting know the way the transaction worked i felt more confident. He went out of his way to send me pictures of anything that caught his eye so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing. When the car arrived, perfect. They were able to work around my schedule to set up a test drive. It was a no hassle buying experience that I would recommend to anyone! careless and clueless

I had two experiences with this dealership. The first experience I discussed an SUV over the phone with a salesman on a Tuesday after he called me in reference to an online email inquiry. Due to the 2 hour drive to the dealership I made arrangements to stop at the dealership on Thursday as I was to be in the area for a different appointment along with my wife. Luckily I called first when done with my first appointment and talked to the same salesman who not only didn't remember me, or our phone call, but told me that the truck had sold earlier that day.Next experience, I talked on the phone to a different salesman about a newly listed truck and he could answer no questions about it what-so-ever. He took my phone number down and told me he would have a salesman call me on Saturday that would go to the vehicle and call me to answer any questions I might have. Today is Monday and I have not received any such phone call.**** After submitting my less than favorable review here, I received a phone call from Robert and a text message photo of the sticky note he left for Zak to call me on Saturday and he believed that Zak called the wrong phone number due to sloppy hand writing. A short time later, Zak called me and apologized for his mistake in reading my phone number and requested the opportunity to make good on the experience. I declined as I was on my way to a different dealership to look at a vehicle that I ended up buying. I may have given them the opportunity to show me the vehicle but there is no need to now and it really wouldn't have changed either experience anyway. I understand that mistakes can occur and appreciate their attempt to rectify the second experience but they did occur and it is unfortunate.

Not as advertised, AT ALL!

Met Zack, he was professional in person and on the phone but the truck was completely misrepresented. There was damage not noticeable in the pics because there were no close ups of it. Everything was at a distance. When I lifted the bed mat in the truck (which was listed as having a bed liner, not a bed mat), it was rotting off of the body mounts. Not what I was expecting for a $17k truck. I drove over 2hrs each way and it was a complete waste of time. I looked at it for less than 90 seconds and determined it was trash. I never opened the hood or even a door. For the record, I am a licensed Pennsylvania inspection mechanic, not someone that isn't familiar with motor vehicles. My advice, look elsewhere. This place is a waste of time. I will never consider it again nor recommend it!

Awesome Experience!

Ohio Auto Warehouse sold me an SUV in April. My husband and I had a great experience dealing with them. They took the time with us as we made sure the vehicle was for us. They promised a new taillight,because the one on the vehicle was cracked, and they came through for us. I was nervous buying an expensive used SUV. But, the vehicle rides like its new. We really got an awesome vehicle for such a great price!! Thanks Ohio Auto Warehouse!!!

Manager (Robert) returned phone call to previously mentioned issue. After a nice conversation - we were able to return to VA, without a vehicle, but were ultimately satisfied with the trip and their response to our concerns. We appreciate the phone call and follow through. Perhaps we can do business in the future.

Business Does Not Honor Agreements

Experience began good however, once the sale was done, customer service was non-existent and the owners did not honor their commitments.

PERSONALLY DELIVERED DURING A BLIZZARD

Ohio Auto Warehouse sold me a 2007 Suburban this February. They could not find an available shipping option to their satisfaction. Robert Smith set out on a journey through a blizzard with my truck and personally delivered it to my wife and I. It was a little squeaky so Zach ordered me a serpentine belt. They even refunded $100 of the delivery charges. They did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with their service. Thanks Ohio Auto!

Good Auto Dealer

The SUV I purchased was what I was looking for at a great price. The gents I dealt with were all professional. As with buying any used veahicle there were issue but everyone at OAW made things right even though I bought it from the other side of the country. Me and my wife recently purchased a Chevy Traverse from Ohio Auto Warhouse. The dealership is casual but very professional. We dealt with Robert he was knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. Their bank rates beat my local bank. We are very happy with our purchase. I would deffinetly recommend them to any one looking for great deal.

Different but all in all ok...

I bought a 08 Tahoe for a really good price....I drove a few hours to pick up the car which stunk but not their fault. The car was almost as described.... Belt buckle was broke but they fixed on the spot. A month after I purchased my Tahoe it had to go in the shop for a few weeks and had miss fire problems which was $3800 worth of work to the engine... The service plan did cover about 80% of it so that was nice just inconvenient....

2008 Lexus IS250

I purchased my 08 Lexus is250 awd with 78k, we are local in town and found them on autotrader.com. The car was very clean for the miles and accurately described. Zach went above and beyond, took care of our financing and we were out of the door in about an hour.

My experience with Ohio Auto Warehouse was great. The Pilot looked and drove even better than described. Not only was the price amazing (it was by far the cheapest price I could find online or in person), but they were even able to get me a better financing! strange but good in the end

the car Cadillac I bought was very nice, I just thought that the 2 hour notice that they required was a little inconvenient ,I waited a week just to see the car and it was hard to get answers about it,but in the end it was worth it

ford diesel

Three months of searching for a diesel truck and I finally found one. Ohio auto warehouse had about 9 to choose from and made sure they were all available for me to see when I got there. I drove 3 hours to check this place out and it was the best buying experience I've ever had. The financing part was rather quick and the rate were better than my own credit union. Zach helped us out from the time we first called to the time we pulled away. The truck was priced lower than majority I had seen and was cleaner than the rest. Ohio auto warehouse went out of their way to make sure that we got everything we needed. I definitely recommend them to everyone especially if you're looking for a diesel. Easiest Car Purchase Ever

OAW had a 2006 Sequoia with lower miles than we had seen anywhere on the Internet for an awesome price. We called on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours we had put a deposit down. Monday morning at 8:30, Robert and his crew dropped off the car to us (for free) on their way to an auction in WV. They gave us a more than fair price on our trade in--about $2000 more than others had offered. These people want to move cars, so they price them well and buy trade ins for more than most will. I would highly recommend them for quality cars and friendly, quick customer service.

Quick and easy

I have been looking for a newer car with low miles for a while. I came across Ohio Auto Warehouse online and noticed they had nice cars with decent miles and prices. As soon as I went there, Zach was more than willing to help me. The first car I took out to test drive, I ended up buying. He never hassled or forced me to buy the car like other dealerships do, he made me feel comfortable. When I was sure I wanted the car, we went into the office and shortly later, I was all done and had a new car. Everyone who worked there that I met was so friendly! Cadillac Escalade in canton

My husband and I found a escalade at Ohio auto warehouse on cars.com in May. We scheduled an appointment and looked at the 4 they had in stock. I was a little leary at first because all the vehicles were indoors. Everything worked out, they took my wore out tahoe on trade. I was suprised they were able to get me 2.75% for 72 months to keep my payment reasonable. Thanks for everything and good luck with my tahoe!

I live in Massillon, OH and started looking for a newer Acura on autotrader.com I found Ohio auto warehouse and their acura had lower miles for a cheaper price than the acura dealer. Diesel Truck

Finally found the truck I've been looking for with low miles. Ohio Auto Warehouse is a good drive from my home but the best dealership experience I've had in 20 years easy to work with no pressure and extremely friendly. I will definitely look at their website first when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

We had been looking for a car for my soon to be 16 year old daughter that had her heart set on a Mitsubishi Endeavor. We had gone to Cleveland which is about 2 hours away from where we are located and dealt with pushy salesmen all day and way over priced vehicles, my daughter was actually paying for more than half of her vehicle. As we were looking she saw the Endeavor they had listed and we called immediately since it was also on our way home, Robert answered and we set an appointment quickly, I was amazed by how fast we scheduled the appointment and how nice he was to us! When we arrived he showed us the vehicle and told us about, it was in amazing condition of being an 2004 PLUS it had brand new tires and stereo! Robert was not pushy at all and when we talked about price he gave us a better deal than any other salesman had that day and it was not rusted like the other vehicles were. He had explained that it had needed a small simple part replaced and they had already ordered it and would put it on for free also the car had a manufacture recall on a part and they took it to a dealer and had it fixed for us! He was super nice to us about everything and was not pushy!! It is so hard to find a dealer that does not push you like most do! I"m very pleased with this vehicle since my teenager will be driving it! I HIGHLY recommend going here for your new vehicle, I know my husband and I plan on shopping here when we get any new vehicle!

2007 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo

I was looking online for a Honda Odyssey and found one at Ohio Auto Warehouse and several in Cleveland. I looked at the van at Ohio Auto on Monday (it was very clean) and planned a looking trip for Saturday, one of which was a very similar van and similar mileage for less money. I called Ohio Auto about it. When he called me back, he had his numbers ready and was well below the other van's price. We accepted his offer and really like the van.The only down side was he worked by appointment only which in reality turned out to be no problem at all.

He had to leave a voicemail at that time. Within 5-10 minutes, to his surprise, he received a call back from Robert Smith. They chatted for a few minutes about the truck and set up an appointment the next day. We both work until 5:00-5:30pm and was worried that we wouldn't be able to see it right away. But, Robert set our appointment for 7:00pm. We live an hour away. When we arrived at the dealer's warehouse, we were welcomed by Robert in a very friendly manner. He spoke to us very full of knowledge and not a typical "pushy' salesperson. Just what we were wanting! The truck was right in front so we had easy access to begin looking it over. We took it for a test drive along with Robert and he took us around the area and on the highway so we could get a good feel for the truck. My husband loved it! We made the sale and was very very pleased with our experience. Robert was a great person and offered extended assistance even after the sale. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for hassle free buying!

Exceptional price, truck exactly as described

I got everything I was looking for and nothing I didn't need. I wanted a specific truck & found it here for way less than other dealers. I loved the pictures of the truck. I knew what I was going to see before I got there. Other dealers only put a few pics & I always wonder what they're "not" showing me. My truck looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotless when I got there. I went to some dealers & wondered if they even bothered to clean the truck. I felt like I got an honest deal without a bunch of useless stuff I didn't need. I bought my Lexus this past November and the transmission went out. I did purchase an extended warranty that covered replacing the transmission and I just had to pay my deductible plus tax. I initially did not contact Ohio Auto Warehouse about this which later I found out I should have and they could have helped take care of some issues in the beginning process of getting this taken care of. After speaking with Robert he offered to reimburse me for my deductible and tax that was paid once car was fixed. I'm pleased with this and appreciate him offering to do that

Last month I went to ohio auto warehouse to look at a tahoe they had for sale. I drove about 5 hours to go and look at it. When I had got there the car was in the warehouse with the rest of their inventory which was good because it was raining. The tahoe was priced well under book value which made it even better. I was given the free carfax and they pre-approved me so when I got there all i had to do was sign the papers and left with my new truck. They rented me a car hauler so I could tow my other vehicle i drove back home. I would recommend these guys to everyone and my sister is going to look at a car from them here shortly too. I live in Akron, OH and purchased a Chevy Suburban from ohio auto warehouse in Canton, OH recently. I like the fact that the suburban and yukon xl we wanted to see and test drive were both indoors and dry when we arrived. We looked them over and then went for a test drive. Everything went quick besides the financing but i didnt go to the website to get pre approved prior to my appointment. After about a 35 mins the bank answered back and we were back in business. They were able to get us approved with chase bank with no problems. My husband took the 4 hour flight to Ohio and was picked up at the airport in our car.
