Steve H was magnificent. He was patient as we switched from car to car as well as color choices. We wound up with a Scion iM where we were able to qualify for zero percent APR. Also George in finance was great. We were in and out of there in no time. Overall it was well worth it to travel from the Vine. Would recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone looking for a Scion or Toyota.

We purchased a 2015 Rav 4 from this dealership on July 1st. We went thru a car purchasing program from Consumer Reports . from start to finish it was a great experience. Our sales associate, Amanda Goodgion provided excellent customer service. All the expectations that we were given from the Internet program we used were met and exceeded. It was a pleasure doing business with Amanda as well as every other person we interacted with. I have never had a car purchase go this smooth. I highly recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone needing a car , you will get professional service in a relaxed atmosphere.

I was just about to give up on looking for a car I went to so many dealers ships and nobody wanted to help me ..I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A USED CAR .Then I came in to Toyota of Norwalk and spoke with the most caring wonderful people who gave me a chance and now am leaving the lot with a brand NEW 2015 TOYOTA ...I couldn't be more grateful and excited ... Excellent dealer find Dider Moreno for information

Look for Dider Moreno he sold me 3 car and every time I go he try's to get me the best for me. He like to keep his customers happy and he is very respectful, if he see something you don't like he'll do his best in his power to get it fixed for you. I would go again to Dider Moreno to buy another car. Every time I go I always look for him and he always welcome me back with respect.

Friendly staff

Went to get my CAMRY services and I had a great time. I've serviced at every dealership from Carson to Longo and Norwalk was great. Was looking at the new avalons and the sales people were smart and friendly. Kept my CAMRY and will definitely be brining it back for life - or until my lease is up and I do get that Avalon!

Wrong Car

I did a credit application and got approved over phone. I was told they had my Red Camry XSE. When I got there ut was Silver! They tried to make me take it! 4 hours later I went home with NO car! Tommie called me a month later saying they had my Red XSE. They brought car down from Norwalk to me at 8 pm on Thanksgiving eve, & rushed me to sign the contract! The next morning I realized they bought me the WRONG car! It was a Camry SE- not XSE! When I looked at contract it was written for the SE but they were still giving me the higher payments for the XSE and they didn't want to ammend the payments for the cheaper car! When i told them to come get the car, they gave me a hard time about coming to get this car I did NOT ask for! Who does that? I had to contact the owner of dealership to get satisfaction! General manager was of NO assistance! I would have kept the car if they would have ammended the payment!

No Response

Tried getting information on a vehicle and they never sent the promised email. Tried more than once to receive the information but nothing. Truck was listed on cars.com but not on their website.

POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. I BROUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 SCION XB TO FIND THE NEXT FEW DAYS THE TIRES HAD OUTTER WEAR DAMAGE, WINDSHIELD DETTACHING FROM THE MOLDING , AFTERMARKET PARTS, RUNNING PAINT ALL OVER THE CAR. TOOK THE CAR IN SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO SHAKING, HESITATE TO START AND ALL THE ISSUE STATED ABOVE. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING JUST REPLACED THE TIRES. I CONTACTED SCION CORP AND MY LAWYWER TO INFORM THE THAT I WAS SOLD A LEMON.... TWO WEEKS LATER THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN AGAIN AND WHEN I ARRIVE I WAS TOLD BY THERE SALES MANAGER (DAVID) THAT THEY WOULD'NT BE FIXING ANYTHING THAT THEY WILL JUST BUY THE CAR BACK. EVERYONE AT THE DEALER IS SHADDY AND KNEW THAT THE CAR WASN'T IN SCION CERTIFIED CONDITION TO BE SOLD. I BELIEVE THE CAR HAD FRAME DAMAGE FROM A FRONT END ACCIDENT BUT IT WASN'T NOTED BY CARFAX. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NORWALK TOYOTA...............................
