Kevin Ruscio did an excellent job explaining the two cars we test drove. We selected the 2017 Ford Escape Titanium model. After we settled on the price we signed the papers and alsmost changed our minds after finding out we had to decide on purchasing coverage for dings etc. from the Finance man. The manager stepped in and gave us the contract for free. Kevin should have explained that before we went to the finance guy (suggestion). Kevn did everythingelse we asked. When we picked up the car many, many features were explained (a difficult task),

I purchased a brand new Ford Escape from the dealer. Very happy with the car itself, but the amount of time I spent at the dealership was unnecessary. Too many people who should be support staff to the sales person but seemed unaware of where paperwork was, if the insurance cards had been called in, etc. I told the salesperson he has lack of support and that it is as if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They have very nice products and I am sure the sales people are there to make money. The dealership needs to streamline their operation so that it is totally customer oriented, professional, and make it a great buying experience. They would actually increase their sales and the salespeople would be able to concentrate on what they do best - sell cars.

This was my first time buying a car without a co-signer and Darlene made the whole process a breeze!!! My first time there, I wasn't able to find a car. Less than a month later, Darlene emailed me about their Friends and Family Discount and asked me if I wanted to come in and try to work something out. The vehicle I wanted was a Ford Escape and nothing was within my price range. Less than two weeks later, Darlene emailed me again saying they had a 2010 Ford Escape within my price range. I went for a test drive and bought the car. Michelle was my finance manager and she was amazing and made sure I understood everything. She also got me an extension of three years on my warranty!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better team to get me into the car of my dreams.

I went to Metro Ford yesterday to look into buying a new Fusion. I called ahead of time before going in and a guy named Ryan Rocheleau answered my call and I am so glad he did! I told him what I wanted, I had already knew the stock number of the car I was purchasing and he had it up front and warmed up and ready to go on a test drive! He got the numbers quick! and overall he was an amazing sales consultant! I hghly recommend him to anyone!! Hes awesome! Jim Rosamino was just as amazing to work with! Overall I will definitely be back to metro ford to purchase more vehicles!

My mom and I walked into Metro Ford in Schenectady knowing very little about buying a car or any of the lease options available to us. I wanted to get a truck, since I recently bought a new house with a bunch of land. I have a lot more maintenance to do so a truck makes sense. I had a Harley to trade also. This is pretty uncommon, but Metro Ford was determined to help me out. Long story short, I got the deal I wanted, they took the bike on trade and I was out the door pretty quick. The bed liner was not in stock however... and Ryan Rochelau made certain to get that it as quickly as he could, and he called me to let me know a few days after the sale. The kicker is that Ryan had just undergone surgery that day and was recovering at home and going through his email. He sounded terrible, but the fact is he was taking care of his customer. And you don't get that kind of commitment on a regular basis.

We stopped on a week day to test drive a car 15 min before they closed. Allen Powell met us in the parking lot and took us for a test drive. After the drive we explained what we were looking for. He took us inside and sat us down. At this point they were closed and we were they only customers in the store. Allen came back a few minutes later will one of there buyers and pictures of a 2012 Lincoln MKX with everything we explained we wanted. They said if we were interested they would buy the car for us the next day. We were and they did. The MKX turned out to be more than we could have wished for. After searching for months and talking to several dealerships Metro Ford in Schenectady found us our car in one day. We had our car home in less than a week. WOW is all I can say!! Allen was great and the dealership really took care of us. We got the car under list price and with four brand new tires. Gotta get into Metro Ford and find the car of your dreams!! I went to Metro Ford and a few other dealerships this past Tuesday with Metro Ford being my first stop. I had a great experience with AJ over the phone who oversaw my internet inquiry and Joe Camuglia and Jimmy when I walked into Metro Ford. I am very thankful that I went to Metro first otherwise this would have been a very stressful day with how my expereicnes went at the other dealerships. Aj, Jimmy and Joe were very easy going and very helpful with all of my questions they have since followed up with me after my car purchase and cared a lot about how I enjoyed by new Fusion. Just bought a new Ford Fusion from Ryan Rocheleau at this dealer. He was very pleasant and professional. He was easy to talk to about my wants in a new car and helped me find one already in Metro Ford's large inventory. I had to wait a week for the sunroof to be installed as it was out of stock, Ryan followed up and let me know when to come in for that service and provided me with a rental car during that install. I was already familiar with their service center for my previous vehicle and liked dealing with their service staff and using their lovely new waiting room. The only minor problem is that the wait time is usually no less than two hours. Hopefully, that can be improved.

This summer was my first experience in buying a car alone, and it did not go well. After having three awful experiences at dealers in the area I had basically given up on buying a car. My sister convinced me to try one more time and found a car at Metro Ford that I liked. Ryan R. was so helpful and didn't rush or pressure me at all. He gave me time to look the car over and think about the financial aspect carefully. His calm and relaxed attitude helped me relax as well. I decided to buy the car, and he followed up with me several times to make sure that I had everything I needed and that the experience had been positive. All of the staff at Metro Ford were helpful and kind, but Ryan really shone. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

back in 2011 i was car shopping and i was only 19 i found a 2006 BMW 330i i fell in love with so i tried to get a loan by myself and i couldn't do by myself they said i needed a co signer but the ? is did they try hard enough to get it for me by myself or did langan jeep just want to get a sale. well i ended up buying the car the salesman told me the car had run flats and all season tires but coming to find out they were summer performance tires and no run flats i was very very furious i told everyone i kno never to go there or give them a time or day if they stopped there. so after 4 years of having the car it made my life miserable until august 17 2015 i stopped at metro ford on state street in schenectady and i had the best experience Ive ever had at any dealership I delt with kevin ruscio he was a great salesmen and he did anything he could to get me in what i wanted and could afford by myself they gave me a great deal on my trade in and on the new car i would reccomend everyone to go see him and tell him what your looking for and can afford and they wont let you leave until your happy and i left yesterday in a new car and really satisfied

I was only stopping in for a test drive when I saw the car I went to see and was approached by salesman Anthony D. to help me. That was great so I did not have to find someone. In no time I was able to test drive the car that I decided I wanted for my son's first car. Assured that all of the fixings that needed to be done would be before I picked it up. I decided I wanted it. Very easy process to purchase the car. Mike R. did a wonderful job with explaining everything with financing as I had not purchased a used car in a very long time. Troy was the sales manager who made sure everything was complete and done before picking up the car. I also met Jason the sales manager and was told that If I needed anything at all to come and see him. They make you feel right at home! It was a nice, pleasant and non stressful experience! I had the opportunity to purchase a used truck from Metro. I sent the information request through Cars and was contacted by a very nice representative (forgot her name) to let me know the truck was available and that who I could speak to when I come in. I arrived to the dealership and asked to speak with Jason who was the sales manager. He introduced himself, welcomed me, advised me that he would be available if I had any questions or concerns. He then introduced me to my sales representative Joe A. who would be walking me through the process. They had the vehicle pulled up and took me for a test drive. I pointed out a few concerns that I had with the vehicle and he quickly let me know that it would be taken care of prior to delivery if I so decided to purchase the vehicle. They take care of all of the service and such prior to delivery. I sat down to start crunching the numbers. We had a spirited discussion over trade in value which was not stressful at all. We finally reached numbers in which I could know that would not be a burden to me. I did already come with my own financing, but when speaking to Mike who ran the numbers for me he made a quick call after pulling my credit and secured me a 2.24% rate. Great experience. I came in on Monday (looked at car and signed deal Sat 4pm) and went ahead and completed the fun process of signing all the documents. In the meantime the final detailing was taking place and went to go and get the truck FULLY FUELED (yeah, 36 gallons!). Everything that I had pointed out was resolved, the truck was washed and waxed, and was ready to go for me. The facilities were beautiful. Easy to get to, easy to navigate into the parking lot which is great. Everyone there is incredibly personable. I have purchased 4 to 5 vehicles from dealers, and I have never had a better experience. Highly Recommend Metro Ford!

He then in turn assigned us to a salesman. Jason was a little overbearing at times and needs to step back and let his sales staff do their job. Once he was out of the picture, we worked with our salesman and purchased the vehicle.

I totaled my car a couple of weeks ago and called Metro Ford to purchase a new vehicle. I received a very friendly phone call from the Internet staff to set up an appointment to come in. Sales Manager Jason Geras called to confirm my appointment. When we (my fiance' and myself) came in for the appt we were immediately greeted by Jason, eager and willing to help. He introduced us to Salvatore Fazzone, our salesman, who was quite friendlly. He actually ended up selling us 2 vehicles! My fiance' ended up trading in his vehicle for the 2015 Ford Edge in a lease deal! We couldn't be happier! The whole transaction was handled efficiently and with professionalism. I had first visited this location in hopes of purchasing the perfect car. I was in the market for an Audi S5 v8 and was specifically looking for one with the drive select feature. Upon deciding on the car at this location I had asked their sales representative if the car infact had drive select, which he did not know. He proceeded to ask his manager Josh Sawyer who confirmed that the option came equipped with the vehicle. I proceeded to purchase the car. Given a couple weeks time I was puzzled as to why I still couldn't find the option and had read the manual. Come to find out, the car did not have this 3,000 option. I had called to follow up with Josh regarding my concern only to find out that he did not even know what drive select was. Absolutely unacceptable! When I expressed my shortcomings to the general manager he apologized and stated there was nothing that could be done to compensate my lack of 3,000 option. Car came with a stripped oil drain plug that I took the liberty of getting fixed myself. The car itself is a great car, but not what I agreed upon when purchasing the vehicle. If you plan on shopping here, I suggest bringing your own car specialist being that you can't take the word of their used car manager.

Our salesman seemed very impersonal, and we felt as though we were being pushed through the purchasing process to get us in the door, and back out as quickly as possible. The salesman explained to us that what we were looking for as far as our trade, and options we were looking for "were what they were" and that there wasn't much he could do to help get us exactly what we wanted. He was willing to let us walk out the door without making a deal, over a $500 bed liner. He never let us know that our first oil change was complimentary, when our first payment would be due, or even what our monthly payment would ultimately be without us asking first. I'm not sure if all of this is due to us purchasing a "used" vehicle, or if that's just the way it is with him. With that said, the F-150 is an awesome vehicle, which I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a truck. I also know that this is not typically the buyer experience at Metro ford, due to having purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership, and never having felt as insignificant as we did this time.

I came into metro ford looking to lease a new explorer. I met with Joe who was my salesman. Joe was an older gentleman and he was extremely understanding to my needs (and easy going and funny) and not pushy at all. In fact- he told me after the test drive that when the time is right he will work his tail off to earn my business and left the ball completely in my court. I had never been given the opportunity to simply walk away without a pressurized sales pitch. I told him I wanted to go in and have my trade evaluated and consider leasing the explorer. Once he had his manager appraise my trade we talked some more and they were extremely generous with their trade offer on my equinox. i know they were generous because i shopped and I went from being very upside down at other dealerships to minimally upside down due to how bad they wanted to earn my business. But they didnt just give me an exceptional offer for my trade, they also went and gave me a great price on the explorer. so they weren't just pushing numbers from one side of the page to the other like is the case in most car buying experiences. I told them I wanted the night to think about it and consider my options. They were understanding of my desire and left the ball in my court. I called FOUR other local dealerships. 3 flat out said they couldn't touch that offer. 1 tried very hard to earn my business as well but by that time I had moved on to the high end explorer and was no longer comparing apples to apples. I called up Joe my salesman again at metro ford and told him I was on to the Sport model and wanted to know what they could do with that. They beat the BEST offer from all competitors in the area by $30 per month. On a lease thats a significant amount of money. At that time I went back to the dealership a little apprehensive because it kind of seemed to good to be true. $30 difference after working and working a number down with all dealerships is a substantial difference so i didnt know what to expect. I went in, and everything was exactly as they had explained. Not a penny more, in fact if anything I screwed up and they were more than accommodating. I did things at times by mistake that could have put the deal in jeopardy and they were smooth as silk. On to the finance professional, Michelle. She is the most genuinely sweet woman you could hope to encounter. She's upfront, caring (in a real way) and honest. She's on point. Most likely because she actually cares about her customers. You don't sit around waiting long on her behalf. She has her act together and then some. She even bent over backwards after the deal was done the following day to help me out of a jam i had gotten myself into. There was no financial incentive for her to help, the deal was done and gone. But she STILL helped me and she made my day. I've worked at car dealerships, I have bought many cars and they really will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied. More importantly they show it through their actions and not just rhetoric. I'll be back in 36 months.

This is the second car I have "bought" (1st car was a purchase, this is a lease) from Kevin R. Great guy, always helpful. I had turned my lease in 1 month early and since I already paid the last payment, they could not help with making any of the payments. But they were very willing/happy to give me accessories to go with my new Escape to help make up the payment. It was so easy to lease-I found my car at the dealership, did all the prelim paperwork over the phone and picked it up on a Sunday-done Did so much better on the financing of the lease than my local Ford dealer-not sure why since it was a Ford lease, but I got a better equipped Escape and additional accessories for a slightly better overall cost.

I found a used truck online at Metro Ford and talked to Josh Sawyer. Knowing that this was a used truck and had spent it's life in NY, I asked very specific question about the condition of the truck. I let Josh know that I would be coming from out of state, and relying on him to inform me of the condition of the truck. I called the dealership back several times to ask additional questions insuring the condition and reliability of the vehicle. As it turns out he misrepresented the condition the truck was in. The underneath side was completely rusted, and numerous rust areas on the body. Josh knew that I had over an 800 mile trip home, and yet the alternator, water pump, and air condition belts were cracked. In the end, Mr Sawyer did not even have the courtesy to come out of his office to apology. Instead he left his sales person the responsibility of dealing with me for his short comings. This has not only left me with a bad experience, but also the time and expense involved in traveling.

I was recently in the market for a used pickup truck with heavy towing capacity. After looking at other dealerships in town, I stumbled across Metro Ford in Schenectady. I met with a nice young gentleman, Ben S. He listened to my needs and did everything he could to find a suitable vehicle for me. After a few days, a truck came into the lot on a trade that was in the price range and had everything on my checklist. Ben S. allowed me to take an extended test drive and provided me with the Carfax report. When I decided I wanted to purchase the truck, he worked with me on arriving at a mutually agreeable price without too much haggle. What I really loved was the no pressure approach that these guys used. Even the finance guy did not pressure me into after-sale upsells/warranties that are all too common in the auto buying world. They simply offered what was available and allowed me to make my own decisions. Ben S. made sure the vehicle was equipped with a brand new set of mats at no charge. When i discovered a minor equipment defect, they agreed to replace the item with a brand new one no questions asked at no charge. Overall, it has been a pleasure dealing with these guys and I would recommend Metro Ford / Ben S. to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle, new or used.

Today I had a salesman tell me completely false information to get me to the Metro Ford facility. I had told him I was short of time. I specifically asked while on the phone with him if a car was a one owner and if it been a rental owner and he said:Yes One owner, NO rental and I should definitely come take a look at the beautiful car. I get there and the car had three owners and it was a rental and the car was 15 minutes away on Altamont Avenue. He repeatedly refused to print out the specs of the car, said that b/c it was not a "Ford, etc" he could not print out the specs. When I got to the car, the stench was disgusting of smoke and nastiness. He thinks he can waste my time and lie to me. When I pointed out his errors in fact, he handed me to another person. (This second rep printed the specs out for me and was professional.) Is that how you want Metro Ford to represented? Unethical, inconsiderate, uninformed, and weak to boot? You should be ashamed for having someone like him on your payroll.
