I am really upset and disappointed from Mercedez Benz of Pompano Beach because I came to return my lease but all the "employees" "working" today which all of them was doing nothing said that they can only do a new lease but not a ( return ) which is ridicule that a big dealer as this one don't want to work the way is suppose to be, It's very disrespectful that they don't treat you as a good customer when you are returning a lease and you are not getting a new lease that means the clients are only important when they are signing a new lease or buying a new car but don't you think that a happy customer is a customer that will come back to you and a customer that will refer another client to your business. There was not a good attention to me at all. I was standing the whole time at the main entrance and nobody even ask if I need water or just have a sit, only Reggie was the only kind trying to help and drive the situation in a positive way. this gave me a really bad taste in my mouth and this will be known by all my friends and family to think twice before doing a lease again. Pleasant Surprise

After I received my cost estimate I shopped around for other options and found only a small difference in price. I went in with an estimate of my cost and came out with a lower price with the same quality Mercedes products. To be able to say this is not normal for car service is an understatement. They were able to pass the savings on to my bottom line. I know this is not a common practice but being retired, every savings is a blessing. I required brakes and four new tires. The car rides so much smoother. Thanks Mercedes of Pompano for a smooth ride and a smoother price.

I had issues with tire pressure and emptying key battery on my 1-year old Mercedes Benz C300. The pressure issue was caused by a nail. The tire had to be replaced. Because it was my second issue with tires on my car The dealership took care of the installation cost and miscellaneous charges. Bradley Markoff, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated the issues promptly and clearly.I can only recommend the dealership and Bradley.

Bought a used vehicle told they would FedEx plates the next business day; nothing ever arrived and temporary tags expired so can not drive the car. Lots of money to spend on something that I can't drive. After they take your money no help at all with solving the issue or getting an extension on temporary tags.

There are so many reasons I would recommend this dealer! I sent in an inquiry and they were great about contacting me right away! When I arrived there was a gentlemen at the door that was so polite, and pointed me in the right direction to find Chip. Chip was the best to work with to get my new car! He was very friendly, and patient while we test drove a few different cars. At first they did not have the model in the color, and options that I wanted so I left, but I was so happy when they called me back to tell me they found the perfect one for me (and fast!) When I came back that same day the gentlemen that had greeted me earlier said "Your back again, good to see you here" which was nice to see that he remembered me! This is a great reflection of the way this dealer is run that everyone is so customer service oriented. Chip got me the car I wanted and worked so hard to make sure I was able to get the car of my dreams! Do not trust there quality of work

I recently purchased a car. The car is beautiful and i like it a lot. I live out of town so i bought it off pictures, what the sales associate told me about the car. She gave me a service record showing all the services the car had done previous to me buying it. Once the car was shipped out here and i took it off the carriers truck it was making a noise. I called and spoke with my sales associate and she assured me it was nothing the car was just serviced prior to me buying. I took it to the Mercedes dealership just to have it checked. They told me it was the belt tightener and sheave pulley. Usually I wouldn't care because the car was sold as is but the dealership just changed the serpentine belt prior to me buying it. Which means they either didn't put the belt tensioner and sheave pulley together properly or they knew it was broken and didn't want to fix it. Again if it was a new issue and they didn't touch it prior i wouldn't care. But it not and I emailed them a copy of the invoice asking to see if i can be reimbursed. I spoke with the sales associated and asked if the James Mullen/sales manager can call me and even sent him a email on 01/15/2016 and he still no response. Its 10 days and i have got a response. I guess this is how they do business once they receive your money

This is by far the best place to buy your vehicles from! I just bought a C-class from Vincenzo Pintone and I must say he was phenomenal to work with. Great Service at the Speed of Light!!!

Never had such a great service in the shortest amount of time, I've always questioned the fact that besides having an appointment a person had to spend the whole day in the service lounge at a dealership while their car was being worked on. I think people at Pompano Mercedes Benz had finally figured it out, and realized that service doesn't have to take forever to be good or great. The notion of looking good by taking a long time working on something had been proven otherwise by these people and commend them for doing that. Great work, great old fashion customer service!!

My bad experience with this dealership

I tried to obtain information on a car available for sale. The sales lady was very unprofessional. Acted like she could care less in obtaining info. on car for me. I waited 7 hours for a call back on availability of car. Tried a different salesman,same treatment. It seems they were very confused and could not find the car that was showing for sale. Stay away from this dealership,there are others much more professional!

Worse dealer ever

April 25 ,2015 my husband purchased a used BMW 750 LI from this dealer. The sales person was very helpful until we signed the papers. Since we live in Michiagan we decided to leave the car in Florida for a month and have a relative drive it just to make sure there is nothing major wrong with it since there was a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty on the car. Oh ,, And there was. The dealer tried to hide the problems so my husband took it to a BMW dealer near by and got close to $7000.00 estimate on it. At first they tried to cover that up and finding excuses but when my husband got a bit loud they agreed to fix it It took them more then 3 weeks to get it done and when we took it home there's still problems with it. We have called every one there any manager we could get and left messages but no returned call from anyone. Not even the general manger John. I have seen a low class dealer but this one tops it... Once they took your money they want nothing to do with you We had to go back to Florida twice to pickup our car which cost us a ton of extra money .Run from this dealer as far as you can If the general manager is unprofessional don't expect any better treatment from the rest of the dealer. They don't deserve any stars!!!

I am just thrilled with my new 2015 C300! My salesman, David Byles, couldn't have been any better. The whole process what not what many perceive as the "unpleasant" car buying experience. David was very easy to work with, he didn't apply any sales pressure and it was so obvious that he genuinely cared about me and wanted me to get the most out of my car. He even arranged for me to get a tutorial with Harriett who did a great job demonstrating all of the whistles and bells of which there are many from the command console to the blind spot assist . I live in the Florida Keys. So, pretty much everything is done over the internet. When I was in the market for a new car I did my homework, read all the reviews, watched all the videos and asked friends about the new car I chose. I'm tall so size is a concern. Since I hadn't driven in over 5 years due to medical conditions I asked a friend to check out the new CLA-250. Not enough leg room he said. But I should look at the 2015 C300. Totally restyled. I picked out the colors and options and proceeded to shop online. There are three other MB dealers between me and Pompano. All with good reputations. But no one answered the questions I presented or found the car I wanted. I expanded my search to include Pompano/Palm Beach. Merisol Cruz, the internet rep from Pompano called within minutes of my query. By the afternoon she had found the car. By the following morning I had a firm price. She was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the sale. We arranged to have the car delivered in four days. My driver took me to Pompano where Merisol had all the players (finance, managers, etc.) waiting. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. The deal was done. Car was immaculate. And they made me feel special.The drive back to the Keys (about 95 miles) was to be my baptismal under fire. I hadn't gotten 1/2 hour South on the Turnpike and a large truck dumped some good size stones on the roadway. Right hood and right A pillar took the brunt. Scratch on the hood and good sized dent in the pillar. I notified Marisol. Service and body shop were alerted and a mere three days after the original delivery the professionals at Pompano MB had the car looking like new.Every step of the way was handled properly. I've been in service related business for 55 years and know when something is done right. Well done Merisol and the rest of the Pompano Beach Mercedes-Benz family.

A customer oriented dealership

My business relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Pompano was totally professional and customer oriented. I contacted the dealership about a used 2014 Porsche Cayman S they had for sale from a previous trade-insales transaction. Not only was this one great looking car, but their asking price was far below any other Cayman S that I found through a diligent search of the Internet. My sales associate, David Byles, answerd all my questions (truthfully) and made sure I was absloutley comfortable with the entire sales transaction. I strongly reccommend this dealership to anymore who is seriously considering buying a new or used vehicle. FYI: Most of their used vehicles look brand new and are competitively priced.

Was looking for Jaguar XK convertible and found one on the Internet at Mercedes of Pompano. Drove 3.5 hrs to take a look. When I arrived, I was treated very well and a salesman was available right away. I was shown the vehicle and immediately allowed a test drive!!! No pressure!!! I went to MB Pompano with the intention of leasing a CLA250.I've never been that into MBs. Prefer BMWs. However, since I was told at work that they had a special deal for expatriates (had just arrived to US), I decided to give it a try.I sent them all my documents to have a lease approved. They never answered to me. I sent them an email follow up and they answered they were getting back to me the following day....It's been three weeks not, no answer from them.I bought a Lexus! Customer service benchmark for all dealers... And I could not be more happy with my decision.
