MB of Pleasanton has very bad and I meant very bad Service. Let me tell you what happen to me. I bought two Cars from them since last year. Bought extra prepaid maintenance. Brought my completely new car in for some installation on parts. Was told it be done in a day. Got a shuttle service back to work. End of day they call and said you need to leave overnight. What the heck! and no one come pick me up from Shuttle so I can get a rental car. I had to take UBER back to their place for a rental car. Now you tell me what kind of service is this? Pick up the car two days later. The service manager name JULIA was a grumpy, very unpleasant, xxxxxxxxx against other race, unfriendly manner, never apologized or at least accommodate the customer to waive the fee of the installation etc. The service advisor overcharged my invoice and didn't realize it until I pointed out to him. They don't deserve to work at a prestige company like Mercedez Benz and what kind of bad attitude customer service are they serving??. I will spread the words to others MB owners that what a disappointment I have in MB of Pleasanton.

I bought a preowned E350 coupe from this dealership a couple month ago and not to mention, it was my worst experience ever from the moment you walk in, to until you close the deal.To start with, while we were reviewing their inventory, their Internet Sales associate David Castro seems least interested in entertaining us going through the cars and even mentions that I may not be able to buy it.. like Really ?? Who are you to define that ?To add further, somehow we managed to close the deal and agreed to return with the payment cheque (from my bank, as I had a pre-approved loan and did not wish to go with MB Finance), David talked us into putting up a petty downpayment to block the car.We returned two days later to take the delivery and was informed that as part of Memorial Day deals, Mercedes is offering a 2- year free prepaid maintenance program on CPO E-class vehicles. And although we should have been entitled for the offer, David devoid us the offer because he had reported our Sale on 30th of last month (just to raise his Sales Bonus for previous month). What a crap !! We reached out to his Manager informing him of the situation and he promised us to get the offer added to our purchase from the backend and requested to us go forward with the purchase. To our surprise, this wasn't accomplished either. By far, the worst experience even while spending nearly $48k on a car. Have been suggesting my family and friends to not visit this dealership even if they try to lure you with 100 lucrative specials.

I recently came in to this dealership to buy my C300 and had a great experience start to finish. They had a bunch of really nice inventory right out front to choose from and when I found the right one the rest was pretty easy. I did a lot of research before coming in so I knew what a good price was and I got it. I was very happy with everything. Would come back again.

I purchased a used Mercedes Benz C230 from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton. The car had one owner and I was shown all service records. Months after the purchase the check engine light came on. I live 26 miles east of Pleasanton, so I took it to Autobahn Motors in Tracy. The mechanic told me the dealership did a required recall service, but they did it wrong and there was oil in the wire harness and control module. I took it to Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton. They said there is no oil in the harness or control module and that I had other problems. Suddenly, over 1.5 years later, consistent check engine light issues, over $7,000 spent and continuous NO there is no oil in harness and control module, NOW there is oil in the harness and control module. Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton told me the car has too many miles on it for them to fix the issue they caused, but they would check with corporate. After being told I would get a call back and having to take the initiative to call Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton myself, I was told corporate would not pay for the fix because the program expired, so it would cost me $5,000 to fix. Now the car is inoperable unless I pay $5,000 for Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton deceitful business practices. I was told on several occasions they would call me back and Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton never did. The mechanic from Autobahn was kind enough to phone Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton and was told corporate will not pay for it, so there is nothing Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton will do. As a consumer you have choices. If you prefer poor customer service, lies, being charged for work that may or may not have been needed and an unwillingness to fix problems caused by your dealership, Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton is your place.

So when your spending 80.000 to 100.000 for a car and part of the sales pitch is how great the service department is , Oh and by the way you gat a loaner car while your car is being serviced .You better ask how many cars are serviced in average , and ask how many loaners are available .This is my 4th request for repair and I received a loaner 1 time .So Mercedes do break down ,plan on having a second car or a budget for a rental because they are not renting you a car.

I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton recently. Let me just start by saying, DO NOT BUY HERE! I saw the SUV online and liked it because it looked clean in pictures, was a 1 owner vehicle and was 4x4. I drove 5 hours to buy this vehicle. What a mistake! I traded in a truck that was only one year old, cost me $70k new and was immaculate. I was hoping the pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing from a huge Mercedes-Benz dealer would at least be detailed and looked over by the service department properly. Immediately, my salesman was being shady but I still wanted the vehicle so I went along with it. When I arrived at the dealership I met the salesman and we took a quick 1 mile test drive. I was in such a hurry to buy it and get out of there because of my 5 hour drive back home that I didn't overlook the vehicle properly. Mistake, but didn't really think I needed to from a dealership like this. Let me add that I paid full asking price for this vehicle. Few days later I had a mechanic look it over and gave me a list of items the vehicle needed. It needed an oil change, front and rear differential fluid, new tires(only about 15% left), a update on the gps and a couple other things. The main problem was that there was a misfire that we thought originally was the torque converter but was actually a misfire. Vehicle needs all new spark plugs and coils. So now I've purchased a vehicle at full sticker and I have to turn around and sink $2,000+ into it to run properly. Kind of rediculous... I've been talking with the owner of the dealership everyday about these issues and he doesn't want to do anything about it. He basically told me that he does the bare minimum servicing used cars and if I wanted a nicer car I should of bought new. Being in a very prominent sales position myself, I would never treat a customer like MB of Pleasanton treated me! I have always tried to rectify mistakes and correct them even if it means paying for it myself! I wish this dealership would care about what they sell and take pride in their career. I was flabbergasted when the owner of this dealership showed no interest in fixing anything and told me "sorry, cars are as is". Well, he did offer something, he told me to drive another 5 hours each way to their dealership and they will "look at it". What a joke! A little sincerity and taking responsibility for overlooking a vehicle and not safety and servicing a vehicle before sale would of fixed this. It's scary enough buying cars from most car salesman...they never tell the truth! If you want a good experience try Mercedes-Benz of Encino or anywhere else, just not here! Oh, and I haven't heard from the salesman yet. You would think when buying a car that they are getting paid a commission the least the salesman could do is call me or send me a letter a few days later asking how I'm liking the car without trying to sell me something.

Don't bother with these guys. They had the exact car i was searching for in stock, however I live in Oregon. Its a 10 hour drive down to Pleasanton from here.I spoke with Kym Chu and I explained my situation and told him what I wanted to do. He quickly verified the car was there. I then asked about giving them a deposit and holding the car till I got down there. He went on this whole rant about how they have 25 salesman, and they don't hold cars and it would be a risk, and so forth. Even saying I should not look so far out of portland for a car.He was extremely rude, arrogant, and wouldn't even let me speak to a manager.I am still very bitter and angry. I have traded cars over 60 times in my life and this by far takes the cake.. I've never been treated so badly before.I can't vouch for ther service department, but after dealing with this goof ball, who made it CLEAR they where only after selling and pushing through as many cars as they could, I will just have to lick my wounds and keep looking.

Walking into the dealership was skeptical, We've been to a few dealerships & all seems the same until we walked in to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Fremont. The experience we had there was amazing. Right from the start, Mike Hamish was very personable & was willing to work with you ( thinking outside the box & presented many options), The dealership is very fortunate to have a person like him. We were introduce to Tom in Sales (knowledgeable of the cars), AJ in Finance (who has personal contacts with the banks & helpful in closing the deal & Ray Wahab (willing to do what it takes to service the client). We've had the opportunity to choose & select the car that we wanted. All of them were instrumental in us walking out with a new 2013 E350. Thank you for making it seamless & that's what car buying experience should be like everywhere else. You can certainly expect no pressure, comfort & ease of buying a new or used car at Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Fremont. Personal connections is what we've made at the dealership!!Thank you again for the amazing experience!!

I recently purchased a used BMW from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton, and our experience was stellar. This rating is more for the salesperson who helped my wife and I, his name is Scott Lubratich. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle from this dealership to reach out to Scott. He has knowledge about every vehicle he sells and stands behind not only what he says before the sale but after as well. An issue arose shortly after we purchased the car and Scott set up a service appointment immediately to have the issue diagnosed and repaired by BMW so it was done right. Above and beyond is the best way to describe our experience with Scott and Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton.

Car was priced well or I would have walked away. Once I decided to buy it, the process took over three hours. That was miserable. Finance manager was rude, tossed papers at me across his desk, often ignored me in trying to sell things I'd already refused, listed wrong finance info, and then acted irritated when having to redo the paperwork. Satisfied with the price of the car but not at all with the buying process.

I recently brought my 2008 E350 to this dealer because the ride was getting a little too firm. Not only did they address that with a solution but they also noted that my warranty was almost over so they did a full inspection on my car and saw an oil leak developing in the engine. They called me up at work and notified me of it AND they fixed it too with no extra charge. Did I mention that the Repair Representative arranged everything including a loaner too? I can't remember her name right now but I also have to mention the service tech who test drove my car who really knew his Mercs. That combo is the reason I'm going to buy my next car at this dealer. I don't care what I'll end up buying but this dealer just made me feel I matter to them. It's not Customer Service. It's Customer Care.

I found this dealership very easy to buy a car. I bought a used corvette sight unseen and had it shipped to southern California. The paperwork process was simple and the car was exactly as advertised. The customer service was excellent as well. Any call or email was answered immediately. I was over 300 miles from home when the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) warning light came on. I rolled into the service dept on a Saturday late afternoon. Kevin the Service Advisor pulled my vehicle in immediately to have service tech Brad run codes. They assured me my vehicle was safe to drive and to bring it in first thing Monday morning (ahead of scheduled appointments) to have it repaired.7:30am I met with Rick, another Service Advisor, he wrote me up and had me shuttled back to my hotel. Within 2 hours he called stating my vehicle was ready and a driver was on his way to pick me up.This service department treated my SRS issue with great concern and care. They also recognized my need to return to So Cal ASAP and helped me meet my goals. I was on my way back home by 10:30am!SIMPLY AMAZING!!!
