This dealership was super friendly in the shopping process. The managers and salespeople were courteous and responsive. This was a low pressure sales environment. Everything was also very professional. If I decided to buy a GMC vehicle, I would definitely go back to this dealership. I did not purchase that day, because I decided to go with a different brand. The selection on the lot was excellent as well.
Love my GMC
My overall experience with Lee Buick GMC was excellent. I never got that 'pushy car salesman' feeling from anyone. Not yet sure if it was the luck of the draw or great customer service on their part, but the vehicle color and options I was looking for was not on their lot when I first spoke to them about what I was looking for. The very next week, the exact truck I had spoken to them about was transferred in from a nearby dealership. Either way, this factor adds to my very positive experience with Troy Smith at Lee Buick GMC!

Hands off approach
I had to take a very hands off approach with this purchase. Lee Buick was very accommodating and didn't discount me when I wasn't able to be right there at the dealership. I really appreciate their willingness to accommodate my crazy schedule and make this deal happen even though all I had time to do was sign papers and drop off a check. I had multiple other dealerships that didn't even want to give me any info over the phone let alone work out a deal. Not only did I get the exact car I wanted but I got a good deal as well! Kayla was my sales person and she did an amazing job making sure it was quick and easy for me and all I had to do was sign papers and pick up keys!!!!!!
New car part replacement

Great experience purchasing new vehicle
Just finished the paperwork on a new GMC truck and found the experience best ever when buying new vehicle. Kayla was our salesperson and was extremely helpful and patient while we were going through the process. Everyone was professional throughout the process from the beginning to the last signature on the paperwork.
