Certified used Accord purchase was great with Tom F. Rear brake issues within 7,000 miles. Experiences with Vince in service, GM Mark and the female owner of Keeler were VERY POOR. Purchased my next Honda elsewhere.

I have been a long time customer of Keeler. I thought I would always buy my cars from them but my experience this summer was horrible. I will never buy or lease car from them again.Firstly I was pressured into leasing a car that I don't really like. I was told that this car was as close as they could get to what I wanted and that I had to sign the papers that day. I did not drive the car and only saw it because I insisted.It took a couple of weeks to actually talk to the manager who finally promised to check on a number of things but he never called me back or returned email. Joseph Colette was the only person who I felt tried to help me.The car will be ok for the 3 years of the lease but I am amazed at the terrible service. I would think Keeler would care about losing a lifetime customer.

My wife and I recently purchased our 4th Honda CR-V. This was the first time we purchased one at Keeler Honda. We were all set to visit 5 local Honda Dealers to see where we could get the best deal. We visited Keeler Honda first, and met up with Scott Davis. Scott was so personable, professional and fair ... we never made it to the second dealership. We were just starting the process that day, and ended up driving our new CR-V home that afternoon. I can't say enough how helpful Scott was. I think this was the best I ever felt about buying a new car.

Great Purchase, Great Service, Excellent price! A sales team and dealership that showed a great response to my needs. Super friendly and efficient to get the paperwork done. Highly recommended to anyone to shop at the dealership.I thoroughly enjoyed my recent experience with Keeler Honda Latham, NY and the service I recieved from Chris Roberts, Richard Knight & Joseph Nolette. From the initial Visit to when I picked up my Minivan, I was made to feel like I mattered every effort to make me feel valued was made. They provided incredible customer service. Although I did not see the service department, I am very happy with the work performed. I will definately be using Keeler Honda, Latham again and hopefully can work with them again. I came to Keeler as a new customer having dealt with a previous dealership that i was unhappy with. I was interested in a lease and Adam was eager to assist from the time I entered the dealership. I was trading in a car and told him what I was looking to pay for the lease and he really worked to get me a very fair and satisfactory payment plan. I then worked with Nate in financing and he as well worked with me so i could get the best for my purchase. I completed the paperwork and was able to pick up the new vehicle the same day. I have never been able to do this with previous purchases. After being lontime Saturn customers we thought it would be very difficult to find comparable service and salemanship. Keeler has exceeded my expectations and i will come back for future purchases

Although we wound up purchasing our Honda through another dealership (due to color), the staff here - Scott Davis in particular - were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us (especially compared to negative experiences at other dealerships). Would've purchased here if they had the color we were looking for, and we would recommend this dealership!

Keeler honda is one of the best car dealer ships in New York. The experience alone is worth a visit you will be treated well and with respect, especially by my now new friend Nathen Eden. He helped me along with the process of buying and made the whole trip worth it. I would recommend this dealership over all others simply because of the caliber of the staff.

I came to Keeler to Test drive two different Hondas. I purchased my Honda Fit because I not only was surprised at how well it performed, but because I really liked my salesperson Scott Davis. He explained the differences in the CRV I also looked at in comparison to the Fit. He did not have my specific car, but stayed in touch and found mine within a few weeks. Also, I ended up paying far less at Keeler then at another "local Honda dealership" who's salesperson knew next to nothing about the Fit. I have already recommended Scott Davis to a couple of friends who are looking for vehicles and would strongly recommend him to you.

My first experience with Keeler Honda came after I was disappointed with another Honda dealership in terms of how I was treated by their sales department. I then met Jeff Lynch at Keeler and found him to be up front, factual and very helpful in facilitating my decision making. I liked the environment at Keeler because it was not high pressure. Jeff was very helpful and stayed connected through the entire transaction start to finish. I think it's important to have a relationship you can feel comfortable with and people you can trust when making the second most expensive investment outside your home. I have purchased four cars at Keeler since 2007 and have had good experiences each time. That's why I keep coming back.

I sent the sales person Adam Dorn informing that I am getting much better deal than he is offering, he replied saying "so if you are getting such a better deal you should run and get it" (which I did :))Then he goes on suggesting that it is "so for you to continue to shop after j worked to get you the best deal I could is very disheartening especially cause Yoh shook my hand and said we had a deal." So in his word, once I shook hand I should take that crappy deal regardless if I am getting better deal some where else with much polite and professional dealership

I could not be more impressed with Keeler Honda. Not only were all of the staff friendly and helpful, but salesman Nate Eden has renewed my faith in car buying. He was engaging, honest, down to earth and I felt a comfort level with him I have never experienced before. He was very knowledgeable and genuine and he gained my trust pretty quickly. Nate took the time to answer all of my questions and really work with me to help figure out the best car for me. I have bought 4 cars previously and this was, without question, the fastest and easiest process I have ever experienced. Nate worked hard to get me the best price and I really appreciated his no pressure attitude. For once, I feel confident I actually got a great deal and had a pleasurable experience in the process. On the 19th of November in the morning, I went to Keeler Honda without an appointment and asked for 5 small things about my Accord. I was accepted without any problem and directed to the waiting room. Two hours and a half later, no news. I went to the entrance desk again, was told nothing had been performed due to many appointments, and after a vague "sorry" I was offered to wait some more time(!) or to make an appointment for the next week. Of course I declined and will never return to that place where I was so despised. I waited 2hours and a half for nothing! Why not let it know upon arrival, the more so as it was planned? Unforgivable. As a 77 year old French citizen, it was the first time in the world and in my life I was exposed to this kind of bad behavior (and this is an euphemism).

High praise for our Sales and Leasing consultant Shafiq Rahim. I cannot thank him enough for helping to make what my mother thought would be a very stressful experience, completely stressfree and enjoyable for her. My sister and I recently helped her to lease her new Civic as she is older now and was nervous and apprehensive about getting a new car. Shafiq's kind and attentive approach completely put her at ease during the whole process, which speaks volumes about his customer service skills. He and his sales manager Michael Speranza worked with us to ensure we received a very fair and reasonable monthly payment my mother could afford. After the paperwork was signed, he was extremely patient and went over every detail of the new car with my mother until she was comfortable that she understood all of the new features and all of her questions were answered. Our experience at Keeler was amazing. We will be sure to refer anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Honda to Shafiq at Keeler Honda in the future. My mother loves her new car. Job well done!!!

I have always dreaded the car buying process but was in the market for a Certified Pre-Owned CR-V. After being to another local dealer I was beginning to doubt if I would be able to find what I wanted that met my criteria in terms of mileage and price. Right from the start my experience with Adam was completely different than the other dealership I had visited. I knew the car I was interested in and had researched what my trade was worth. Adam took the time to show me the many features the CR-V offered (including several the other dealer had not mentioned) and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Keeler's offer on my trade was three times the initial offer from the other dealer and they were willing to meet the final trade in value offered by the other dealer. I had already secured financing through my Credit Union but Nate at Keeler was able to get me an even lower interest rate than my Credit Union offered. I wound up with a fantastic car that looks and drives like new at a payment I can afford. All in all the experience with Keeler was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle.

I go into keeler ready to purchase a used vehicle, we found the perfect vehicle but they were unable to offer financing due to my credit situation. I go and secure my own financing and go back, we agree on a purchase price of the car, I give them all the paperwork necessary over the weekend and I leave it be thinking on monday, I'm going to go pick up my car. I get a phone call on monday saying my loan did not go through. I call my loan company to ask; what is happening...... The loan company says no one even called them! Keeler blatantly did not even bother calling my loan company, but they did run my credit multiple times, nor did they even have the courtesy to call me to say "we refuse to sell you the car". I come to find out they SOLD THE CAR BEHIND MY BACK and never told me, never called me, nothing, extremely dissatisfied with service and negligence here. Lack of honesty and absolutely no commitment to customer. They would rather make money from someone who's willing to pay more than accept your business. BEWARE

I took my car in to have the air conditioner fixed. When I got out of my car, the service guy asked me if I wanted them to look at the "squeak" in my rear tire, a sound I had never heard. He came to me in the waiting room and said my rear brake pads were low. I said I thought they had just recently put new ones in. He said they were the front pads. When I got home with my $300.00 plus bill I looked at my maintenance history and discovered the rear pads had been replaced two years previously. The bill indicated that I had told the service individual about the squeak in the rear week, a blatant falsehood.

Our family of 3 was in the market for a 2007 Honda CR-V, Keeler had one in stock with all the options that were important to us, at a GREAT PRICE. I called and spoke with a salesman named Jeff Lynch, who was courteous and professional on the phone. He took his time to double check that the car was still available, and called me right back to confirm. We drove down, he had the keys ready and the car pulled up as he knew time was important to us. Jeff did a great introduction of the vehicle, talking to me AND my wife throughout. Typically when we shop for a car together, my wife tends to feel ignored by the salespeople, but Jeff was a breath of fresh air. We drove the car and LOVED it. Negotiating a deal was painless. The dealership replaced the brakes, rotors, wipers, tires (even though they looked and drove good to me), and all the fluids. It felt like a brand new car when we drove it off the lot. I had a few questions about the car after we left, and was able to email Jeff, and get FAST answers without delay. We've bought a lot of cars over the years, and what my wife noticed the most, was how professional the staff at the dealership was. While we were there, there was no monkey business, we overheard conversations with salespeople calling in to check on their customers, and the service department answering questions from other customers. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Ask for Jeff - He'll take great care of you. Our dealer is Keeler.

Incredibly aggressive and pushy, the epitome of a slimy car sales guy. Did not want them running my credit app but they did so anyways, and on top of it shot gunned my app out to as many banks as they possibly could and ended up making my credit score drop 50 points in 3 days to make it difficult for me to go anywhere else. Thankfully I was able to still get a good APR. Awful experience will never go back. Rensselaer Honda was great!

We visited the store and negotiated a price. The next day, we called in advance to make sure the store still keeps the sale price for the vehicle we were interested. When we drove all the way to Keeler and ready to buy the car, the manager said he would not offer the price. The store manager was rude and did not have any integrity. It only makes me wondering what their service would be if I bought the car there. I am glad that I didnt make any purchase there, and will never ever visit this store. There are so many Honda dealer in the nearby area, I am surprised this store hired such a terrible manager to harm the reputation of this store. The good review for the Friendliness is for the sale man we worked with, Scott. He went above and beyond to present the car to us and to get us a reasonable offer. He had over 20 years of experience and known the stuff he was talking about. I am just feel sorry that such a good person is in a terrible hand. If Scott is in another dealer, we probably would have made a deal. What a pity.

I just leased a car with Keeler Honda. It was my first time leasing, as I have only always purchased cars before.Wendy Darling was the sales consultant that met with me. She was great to deal with- what a breath of fresh air! She was not your typical salesperson., she was very easy to deal with. My husband and I leased a civic just recently ~ the service was great! Sales rep. Ted Bence is great guy, easy to work with, he listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We purchased a CRV a year ago and came back. Keeler is the best dealer out there, they have great customer service! We went to many dealers before coming to Keeler and I'm glad we did!! No hassles! We definitely recommend going to Keeler. We've never owned or leased a Honda before, we're glad we did! Thank you to everyone at Keeler for making our purchases a great experience! We took our Honda Accord in for the second time for a squealing noise that occurs when driven. Again the mechanic could not duplicate the noise and stated there was no issue. They tried one of their pawn tricks telling us we ride the clutch when we drive. We are very skilled drivers and have driven manual transmissions all of our adult life. In no way do we ever ride the clutch and we take this as a direct insult. The mechanics were very rude and when my wife questioned them they got the manager involved. The manager was also very rude to my wife as well. My wife tried to explain the car she is driving is a rental car and she is not going to purchase it if they cant fix it. The manager rudely told her to buy a car from another dealer. When the lease was up in June of 2015 we were going to purchase a new car from Keeler with cash. Not only has Keeler lost our business but will lose the business of every one of our family, friends, acquaintances and all we can spread the word to with whatever means available. They also charged us $50 for labor costs, I was under the impression as long as you have a lease your vehicle is covered bumper to bumper.

Came in to get inspection done. Promised an hour but turned into two hours and a half. On top of that when I paid and ready to leave, I realized they didn't whole punch my inspection sticker. So they had to bring the car back in and took another thirty minutes. On top of all this, they had scratched my windshield with the tool the used to carve out a while in my inspection sticker and sliced up my registration tag next to it. I was the first to arrive and the last to leave out of the six people they let ahead of me. They weren't even apologetic. I will never be back here again. After years of loyalty, this is what their service has become.

Contacted Keeler Honda because my AC wasn't working and my regular mechanic told me his computer could not diagnose my issue, therefore had to go to the dealership. I left a primary contact number and a secondary, Scott called the secondary number first; no big deal. Called him back to get his voicemail, left a message for him to call me back. 3 1/2 hours later, I had still not heard back from him. Called him back and he picked up after a few rings. Scott was very brief with me, only spitting out lingo that a mechanic would understand. His exact words, "its gonna be around a thousand dollars"(no exact estimate). He stated that I needed a new compressor, contrary to what my mechanic speculated(he was able to give power to the compressor and cold air blew out). I told him to not touch it, and that I would be there after work.Went to keeler after work to pick the car up. Before I left work, I researched the cost of said compressor. I found one for $150. Scott's estimate was for $531. When I brought up the fact that I had seen one for that price, his words, " Great, get it then". Basically telling me to not give them my business. Needless to say, I didn't need any persuasion. After all that, they were more than happy to take $105 for the 'estimate'. Scott was extremely unprofessional, rude and short with his explanations. I would NEVER suggest going to this dealership, unless you absolutely have to. Trust me, you will leave frustrated, or with empty pockets. Or both.

I purchased this fine auto used with only 10,000 miles. My first scheduled service was a complete waste of my time and effort. A 15,000 mile service took about 2 3/4 hours after being told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. The one concern about a noise in the front end was not addressed altho it was explained they could not find anything wrong. Pulling out of the dealership it surfaced again and it still persists. The worst offense was there apparent lack of empathy to a customer who has just traveled 90 miles for this service. A lesson learned the hard way.

My Honda, although approaching 14 years old, works phenomenally. But because of its age I get really anxious on the rare occasion something goes awry. On Friday I went to heat it up before heading to work and it was fine, I went back to it ten minutes later and pretty much all my dash warning lights were on/flashing. I carpooled to work instead of risking it breaking down on me. When I got home later that day, I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't start. I assumed maybe I had a dead battery, but that didn't quite make sense to me since I had been able to start it just fine earlier that morning. So knowing I was going to have to involve a mechanic, I was little anxious and very apprehensiveness because I've personally never had to before. After attempting to jump-start my car in what took a good 40 minutes, I carefully though quickly drove it to the nearest repair shop before my electrical system could fail again. Keeler Honda happened to be that shop. I didn't know the protocol or where exactly to go and I didn't make an appointment, so I just walked in and was greeted instantly by a salesman. I told him my car needed to be seen and he directed me right to the shop, telling me how to pull into it, what to say/who to talk to, and assuring me that the place was heated (it was really cold out!). I did just that and didn't even have to wait to be seen! My mechanic, Steve, was great. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with him. He told me he'd test the electrical system and if it was in fact just a dead battery, he'd go ahead and fix it for me that night after quoting the price. If there was a different or another problem, he said he'd call me before doing anything. A few hours later he called and said after the tests, he determined it wasn't the battery--it was the alternator! Which is what I was beginning to suspect through online research anyway. He quoted me the price and I gave him the go ahead to fix it. The very next day he called and told me it was all fixed, tested, battery re-charged, and ready to go!I went to pick up my car a few hours later, thanking Steve for his help again. He assured me everything checked out once again. I was certainly glad to hear it. And furthermore to my surprise, they also washed my car! It had gotten very dirty and white-streaked because of the recent winter-weather roads, but it was all clean when I got it back. This girl's certainly a happy customer!I'm not really sure what competitors charge for the same service, but I think the pricing was fair. I was happy to pay regardless because of the experience in general. I'm new to the area, but Keeler Honda is most likely where I'll continue to go with my Honda. It was quick, easy, and pretty spectacular.

After requesting online prices from a few Honda dealers, I test drove a Fit, and was very impressed with the salesman who helped us (Frank). He was very low pressure and friendly. Later the same day, I got an offer from another dealer, so I called Frank to see if he could match it and was told he won't be beat on price, so come on in. I did, and we settled on a purchase price and trade-in price. I was very pleased with the purchase price (they matched the other dealer's offer), but I was pretty uncomfortable with the trade-in price. That was the only part of the process when I felt like I was on the spot a little (I'm not a good negotiator). The next day, I asked for more on the trade-in, and the Sales Mgr. agreed to it. The Finance Mgr showed me some extended warranty stuff, but I said no thank you and that was it (no pressure there either). They also matched my credit union loan rates (I had been pre-approved), so that saved me some time. When I went back to take delivery of the car, everything was perfect. All the numbers were what we agreed on (other dealers, like Saturn, have changed the interest rate on the loan -- Keeler did not do that). Frank told me what I need to know about the Fit's controls, features, etc, and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. I plan on getting another car sometime in the next year, and based on this experience, Keeler will absolutely be my first choice.

The salesman Frank Foli spent a good amount of time with us and was very patient. He was able to answer all our questions and we never felt any sales pressure whatsoever, Frank was very friendly and made us feel comfortable dealing with him. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very courteous and professional. The bottom line was that they were easy to do business with and made my wife and I very comfortable and made our car buying experience an enjoyable one. We felt we got a good quality Honda at a fair price. We will recommend them to all our friends.

I have been dealing with Keeler MINI for about 7 years. I bought my first MINI in 2004 and was extremely please with my car and service. I now have my second MINI. I had one particular incident where I felt MINI and it's staff went above and beyond. My 5 year old granddaughter had learned to write her name and carved it with a rock in big letters across the side of my car. I brought it to MINI for a different reason and they saw her name and without a word brought it to the body shop and buffed it out. I consider that exceptional service!

Went to Keeler Honda to get a duplicate key made and was told the key would cost is $140 to replace! We questioned the guy that told us because that price was ridiculously high and we got nothing but a rude attitude from him. We immediately went to the General Manager, Maria, and talked to her. She assured us that is the price for all keys, they were not marking up their keys that much and didn't make a $100 profit on them, and that any key made elsewhere would not work. Her attitude was polite but I could sense through her body language that she wanted nothing more than to just get rid of us.We went to a different Honda Dealership and bought a key that works perfectly for the small sum of $26.I will never go back and give business to Keeler Honda and will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I talk to. Their prices are too much and their customer service is poor.

I wanted to try out Keeler Honda and dropped off my Civic for an oil change on Friday, 7/1. On completion of the oil change, I was given a cool looking "report card" where, according to Keeler, my car was in green which means checked and ok in all the categories. Shawn the service rep said the car was inspected as part of the oil change and everything looked fine. The next time I took my car out on Sunday, I was shocked when the exhaust pipe broke when my husband was driving. One end of the pipe was hanging loose and the car was extremely noisy making it impossible to drive. I called Keeler on Tuesday, 7/5 and explained my experience and my surprise at the fact that the inspection supposedly done by Keeler a couple of days prior to the incident had not flagged this impending problem.

The Keeler representatives and manager that I spoke to were not only unapologetic about the fact that they had not done the inspection properly, but tried to gloss over the issue by telling that they only did a "visual inspection" of the exhaust pipe. When I pointed out that their "report card" clearly mentioned that the underside of the vehicle had been inspected and that the muffler and exhaust pipes were ok, they became highly unfriendly and said that they could do nothing to help me. Eventually, when I took my car to another repair shop, I was even more shocked to discover that my exhaust pipe had been severely corroded and rusted in several places and that even an untrained eye, let alone a dealer, could have easily spotted this by a mere visual examination.

Keeler not only did a poor job, but did their best to make me feel that I was making a hue and cry for nothing. Theirs is probably one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to, and I strongly urge potential customers to deal with them with great caution.
