We went to Nashville recently after looking for a nice last generation Jaguar XJ. We found a nice 2006 there, and understood that it was a ten year old car and would not be perfect. It required a mechanical repair prior to delivery, so on our third trip to Nashville, we finally got to bring it home. I will say that they were very nice to loan us a new Jaguar to get us home and back while our car was being repaired. The following day, I discovered that the car had been run up against a masonry wall and resulted in a deep gouge on the left front bumper cover. We did not see this damage during the buying process and I would not have bought it with this damage. We reached out to the sales person and the owner of the dealership, and were told the car was sold "as is" and would not be repaired. This episode has soured us on the car, and we haven't used it since we bought it. In my opinion, if you choose to deal with this dealership, you owe it to yourself to keep on top of and examine your vehicle throughout the purchase process. The dealership has a very full parking lot, so be careful with your car. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I rate this as the best buying experience I have ever had in my 40 years of purchasing. Their is now way they could improve the current process. You really are family to them. When I purchased my Range Rover, I had running boards installed because I thought it would help my wife (84) get in and out. She kept injuring her legs on them and begged me to remove them. Range Rover was very sympathetic to her problem, removed them at no cost, and offered us partial refund which was most satisfactory. It was done in a very professional manner from the person who sold it to us, the Service Manager, and the Service Department.

I work out of town and have to rely on honesty from a repair facility so my wife does not get "ripped off". My wife's Range Rover over heated and could have easily been led to believe that the engine was damaged beyond repair, as I was afraid may be the case. Turns out it was a busted hose and Land Rover of Nashville had her back on the road within 4 hours. Although we had not planned on a $700 repair to her vehicle, it was such a relief from the $10K - $14K bill that I was afraid we were looking at from my research. We have move a couple of times since purchasing our RR sport and have not had the best service from other Land Rover facilities, but have always believed that we should go to the dealership for service. We are so happy to have Land Rover of Nashvile as our local repair facility.

My experience at Land Rover Nashville has been second to none. The people could not be nicer, particularly Troy in the sales devision who seems to be able to do everything and anything. The service is incredible and I have never been treated better or comparable at any other dealership. They are amazing and clearly put in great efforts and care into their customer service. I strongly recommend this dealership, they are incredible!

While the Land Rover Nashville dealership does a great job with repairs, they have little to no focus on customer service. The service reps are generally nice, but they do not go out of their way to help customers with loaner vehicles, service time estimates, or descriptions of the service work performed that day. They also seem to detest offering their "free car wash" to customers. After five services on my Range Rover, I believe I have received one car wash from this dealership. As a high end dealer, Land Rover Nashville needs to take more pride in their customer service.

I own an older Range Rover, a 91 with somewhere around 164000 miles on it. When I took my older truck into the dealership to identify an issue with a weak idle, they took a real interest in me. They not only looked at my car but were sure to ask questions I didn't quite think of at the time. It turned out that the re-manufactured Alternator that I had put on had gone bad. The service team was excellent in answering all my questions and making sure I was updated at all times. While I was waiting (yes, I waited while they diagnosed this) some of the sales people made sure I had refreshments and suggested places for lunch. They even got me a ride to one of the nearby restaurants. It just seems to me like a real family atmosphere and I'll definitely be going back when I decide to purchase a vehicle considering how above and beyond they went in just servicing my old truck. Thanks again guys.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealerdhip and the overall experiece was just awful to the point where I had to reach out to the corporate office. The car was not clean when I purchased it, the brakes were faulty and the CD player did not work, and I had to fight to get them to conduct the needed service. As a result, I will NEVER shop there again or purchase a Range Rover and I have shared my experience with others.

Owner Nelson Andrews came by vehicle i was test driving and greeted and thanked me for coming to the dealership. My salesman insisted on taking me on road course even after i had agreed to purchase vehicle and took extra time to make sure i knew how to work all the features of the vehicle. They also agreed to install a remote starter on my car and gave me a brand new Land Rover to drive for a few days.
