I purchased a used Infiniti M35 from another dealer. About a month into ownership, the brakes were shuddering. Took it to Infiniti of Valencia. They said that in addition to the brakes, the driver's chair was coming lose from the frame of the vehicle, the drive belts where broken and just flapping around inside, and fan shroud was broken. This would cost me $2,400 to fix. I didn't have that kind of money and so I had them fix the brakes only. I took the vehicle to a non-dealership mechanic. He agreed that the fan shroud was lose, but he took out the drive belts and showed me that they were not broken at all, just a bit cracked--they definitely wouldn't have been "flapping around". He also said that he could find nothing wrong with the driver's seat.Will not be taking my vehicle back to Infiniti of Valencia, even though there is no other Infiniti dealership in my area.

As always, Gerald provided very helpful and friendly guidance and got the repair work I needed done on time. From my initial experience buying the car at Parkway to multiple service visits, I have always found Parkway staff to be reliable, pleasant and competent to deal with. This is a dealership I trust, which is something I can't say about everyone I've encountered in the past. One of the dealership's best assets is Kathy, who answers the phone and handles payments. It's amazing that someone could make such a positive impression in these roles, but she manages to do it (even though I didn't get the cookies others have mentioned).

I have been going to Parkway Infiniti for years and have always been treated fairly and professionally. Gerald Wheeler is typically my service advisor and he has always been very accommodating and fair with my repairs. He was recently on vacation, and Michelle stepped up and didn't miss a beat. All was good, and gets even better when Kathy offers me freshly baked cookies and a smile when its time to pay!

Today I had my car serviced by Gerald(as always) and he never fails to do an amazing job!! He is so kind and gets the work done excellently. Gerald explains everything very well and clearly for me to understand and suggests deals that can save me a lot of money! Also, after the service is done you will have to pay with Kathy, which she is an amazing person as well! She's really friendly and gets her job done fast and accurately! Overall the service at infiniti parkway is fast and easy. I never felt like I was lost or left hanging like some other dealers I have been too! I never leave parkway infiniti without a big smile!

Parkway Infiniti in Valencia, CA is by far the best car sales dealership I have ever worked with. Everyone was very nice and actually cared about customer service first. On 6-27-13, I took my car in for service and every employee I came in contact with exemplified the highest quality of service. The time it took for the service was not long and the price charged was very reasonable. One employee, Gerald Wheeler, the Assistant Service Manager, had gone out of his way to provide the best service there can be. From his scheduling an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change, to drop off, to his explaining the service required, to pickup, he was a pleasure to deal with. He, and all the employees, from the man who worked the assessory counter who made sure fresh coffee was available for me, to the woman at the cashier counter, they all were personable, efficient, and courteous.

I had been looking for an infiniti QX56 for a while online (but started to late and the inventory quicly started to dwindle). When I made an inquiry regarding a vehicle at Parkway, Wes responded promptly with all the information I needed about the vehicle. The interaction was professional and friendly. He was knowledgable and didn't pressure me. The deal Wes offered beat the price of all other deals that I had seen for the same vehicle (price/year/features). I live more than 350 miles from Parkway infiniti but the experience with such a professional, friendly salesman, and of course the best deal, had me ready to make that drive. I even reserved our rental car for the drive! That's how secure I felt and happy I was with the experience with Wes. I know I would not have been willing to make that drive had I been dealing with a high pressure, rude salesperson like I did at another dealership. In any case, It turned out that the vehicle became available in my #1 color choice and a later model, right around the corner from my house. Though I did not ultimately buy from Parkway, I thought that was no reason not to recommend them. Afer all, part of buying a car is the approach dealers take. Recently (Aug 2011) my wife and I purchased a (2008-2010) Infiniti EX35 Journey. Originating with David Ahn, our sales consultant, following through with the Sales and Finance Managers, our buying experience was exceptional within every stage of the car buying process from the initial greeting - to test driving - to follow-up - to price negotiation to deal closing to close-out follow-up. One of the differences between my experience with Parkway Motorcars and other local dealers was that their selling culture was genuinely courteous and sincere, expressing an attitude of gratitude for a new customer relationship that might extend into the future (high customer satisfaction with retention in mind). Yes, their business is to sell cars and maximize profits, which is similar endeavor that extends to other aspects of our lives - to persuade others of our interests and maximize our benefits. However, the negotiation phase was fair, transparent, congenial and compromising. As a buyer, youve got to do your homework, communicate an agreeable attitude and present your offer with reasonable justification. After eight years of owning BMWs, I decided to switch to Infiniti. I went to Parkway Infiniti in Valencia to buy a 2011 M37 - and it was hands down, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. The price was very fair, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly--and best of all, there weren't any games being played there. Ken Eason was terrific and Michael Roth made it all happen. Andrew in Finance was also very informative--my personal thanks to him as well. I walked out feeling I had made some new friends...not to mention a stunning new redesigned M37.
