I went to 'kick' some tires and with the help of a great salesman, George Quantz, I ended up driving away with great used truck. I was looking for a quality hauler and George walked me through two different dealership lots. I found a low mileage used diesel F350 that almost looked new. I was happy with the entire experience, from George's willingness to look over the offerings, to the closing deal. I-5 Toyota definitely earned a fan with me.

Great customer service

My husband and I recently purchased a Mercury Mariner and George helped us wirh the purchase. I will recommend I5 Toyota and him to any friends who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. George has been great to work with. We will be back in the future.

I've purchased 2 cars from here

We bought our first car through Bill Kale, and he was excellent. He comes across as a genuine guy, he's Not too pushy, and did his best to work with us..and got us just the used car we wanted. (we also get all of our services done here too) and everyone is really nice.I actually came back and bought another car from here because of our experiences with Bill.

Dishonest and Misleading

I bought a new 2015 Tundra with Warn bumpers and winch and didn't receive the new truck until after making 2 monthly Toyota financing payments while the truck was in their shop. I had provided a photo of the Warn winch and bumper to the Manager, James. James had a cheaper version installed first but later rectified it by starting over and installing what we had originally agreed upon. It went through about three versions before I got what we had originally agreed upon. That's why it took so long to get my truck! When I finally got the truck I was relieved and they found a way to not send me their "CSS" which is the customer survey form that affects their official ratings with Toyota. I didn't mind too much even though I DID notice the pattern of dishonesty. Then a few months later when I used my winch for the first time, the winch turned out to not be attached to the spindle. I brought it back to them and they said that wasn't their fault, so I took it to Olympia Toyota to fix for an additional $281.02. I will never do business at I-5 Toyota again. They are hucksters and don't know the meaning of repeat business.

Service records

I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry in Olympia and contacted the original owner who had bought the carnew at !-5 Toyota in Chehalis. She said for me to call them and they would have all the service records. When I called they wouldn't release the records to me. I told them I was the new owner and the could check with DMV if they didn't believe me. What is the problem with releasing service records.They could have easily deleted any of her personal information if that was their concern. I wouldn't recommend this dealership as the bad revues they get for simple request and promises that are not followed through on. I will not be using them for service.

Broken Promises

Well all I have to say is be careful with this dealership. Get everything in writing. I was promised a full tank of gas when I bought my check and later told they couldn't afford to give me one. The second issue and the most important, I was told there was a second set of keys for my truck. The night I bought my truck they said the second set was locked up so to come back the next day. I came back the next day and was told they couldn't find it so it must be at the dealership the truck came from and that once my loan was processed the keys would be mailed to me. After waiting a month....no keys. I contacted the other dealership Volkswagen of Olympia and continued to get the run around. Now I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for something that was told to me to be with the truck. So my advice get it in writing with these guys they obviously have no integrity and as a soldier in the US Army I'd recommend to my fellow soldiers do not give them any of our business.

Easyest place to buy a car hands down!

My wife and I needed a second car for our son who just recently turned 16. With this being my sons first car he spent hours and hours online looking for different vehicles that he thought he needed. We were looking for a vehicle that would be a very safe and reliable car something not to spend the boat we didnt want to buy a piece of junk either. We found a new or preowned BMW at I-5 Toyota and we were able to research it on their website. We looked at all of the photos they had online, pulled the Carfax which was available right there on their website then decided that we needed to take it on a test drive to make sure it was the car he wanted. We made an appointment right there on the website for the next day and when we pulled up to the dealership Craig had the car in front of the store ready for us. After the test drive we decided that it would make a good first car for my son. Now I thought to myself comes the hard part negotiating the price. Boy was I wrong! When I asked Craig for the best price he immediately had it ready for us and it was better than I expected. We agreed to buy it and moved into the finance department to sign our paperwork that was a breeze as well. The whole process from test driving the vehicle to signing our paperwork took about 45 minutes which I thought was outstanding. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know is hands-down the easiest place to buy a vehicle actually no pressure and a very family-friendly environment. Thank you, you have customers for life.

Worst Customer Service and the Biggest Liar EVER

My husband and I were working through the USAA auto buying program and we were told we had an agreement on a price. We were excited and scheduled an appointment to sign the contract the next day. When we arrived Christie Primiano wasn't there and the sales staff had no idea about the deal she had promised my husband and I on father's day of all the days. To make me angrier and feel more upset about the whole rotten story, we had to awaken our 1 year old from his nap early in order to make it for the appointment that wasn't even arranged!I warn anyone else who might be looking for a new vehicle to take your search elsewhere! They were unapologetic about blatantly lying and did nothing to make the situation better! Military families beware! They don't know how to treat us with respect!

We bought 3 cars in 4years. The first was a good experience. The second was my husbands 2009 Toyota. We were told if we bought the extended warranty we would get the money back if we didn't use it. My husband went back last week to cash in the unused warranty and was told, "I don't know why they told people that. We don't do that." In a similar situation we bought a used car for my parents with a 2 yr extended warranty 10 months ago. My Dad took the car in with issues and was told the warranty had expired. The financial department failed to point out the mileage restriction. We were lied to plain and simple. They have lost our business.

After several phone call and emails with Bull, he was able to get us exactly the 4Runner we wanted at a price that was satisfactory to us and all while using the computer to make the deal. Through a dealer swap Bull had our salsa red 4Runner waiting for us in a staging area that was top notch. We went for a short test drive then back to I-5 Toyota to do the paperwork and that is when we met with kelly who works in the financing department for I-5 Toyota. Kelly answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. To summerize our experience the dealership facility is top notch, Bull was very thorough and Kelly was easy to work with.

My fiance and I came to the dealership today to sell my 2007 Ford Focus. We had previously spoken with "Bull" on the phone and had let him know that we would be there today. When we arrived, everything went smoothly and "Bull" was extremely friendly and helpful. We had two of our young children with us and "Bull" was not phased by this at all. He was playful with them and understanding about the noise that two young boys can make. I came to this company a long time ago when they were at old place. This new place is pretty, clean, people are so friendly and helpful. The service department washes my car and I love that. Also, if I need to order parts, they are right on it. The also help me reinstall parts that got broken. No one pressures me, but they all seem to be aware of me and ask me if they can help me. They provide refreshments, the seats are comfortable, they have TV if we wish and magazines. The work is very good and they take very good care of my car.

Christy Saunders was very helpful and friendly and then she turned me over to Rodney Sekerak who was an absolute joy to work with. Rodney is truly a gentleman and appeared to be more interested in who I was as a person than he was about "making the sale". I appreciated his laid back, low key demeanor and warmed to his honest, friendly personality. It's not often that you meet people of his caliber and I was very pleased to be able to work with him. Kelly Kabat worked out the best financing deal I've ever had and made the transaction fun and painless. I did not expect to find so many wonderful people at this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a car from an organization who clearly puts the customer first. Went originally looking at a couple of the used vehicles on the lot. After the initial test drive and talking to Bull, we decided to take out a new car for a test drive. He thought he could get us what we wanted for our trade and payment. After negotiations we didn't quite end up with the payment we wanted but was within 75 dollars. Bull was great to work with and would recommend him to friends and family.

Great truck, great customer service, and a fair price. This was definitely worth the trip (twice!) from Seattle. After several months of searching for a rare truck, I found it at I-5 Toyota and I had a great experience with the transaction. I was particularly impressed with the freedom I was given to check out the vehicle without someone peering over my shoulder and asking me how it's going. This is by far, head and shoulders, the best dealership experience I've ever had. With 14 years passed since my last dealership experience, I was not looking forward to it, but it was much more pleasant than any dealer or private transaction I've ever been involved with. I recommend this dealership. I would drive/Amtrak from Seattle again to buy from this dealership. I've told everyone I've discussed my truck with about the great experience I had at this dealership. Ive purchased many ford based vehicles in the past from them, but this was my first toyota purchase. after my wife couldnt handle the looks of the honda, we ventured into the toyota dealer just to take a look, within 5 minutes we were on a test ride. the nice part is, we have 4 children, and the sales person rodney knew this, and instead of the typical lock you down and not let you leave, he was more then confident his product and himself sold themselves, and we would be back. we did come back, and within 5 minutes had a deal worked out, with the price i wanted. we then had another great visit with kelly, papers worked up and we were on our way. we left happy. they didnt forget about us after the sale either, been calling and checking on us ever since, rodney is a stand up sales men. i have been telling my family and friends ever since about how great the i-5 group is!

I went to the I-5 Toyota dealership looking for a new truck. I submitted an email on a particular truck and was quickly contacted by Craig Anderson. He was curteous, informative and kind. We set up an appointment for a test drive for the following week. Craig met us at the front door of the dealrship on the day of our appointment and we spent the good part of the afternoon test driving different trucks.After the test drive we took a look at the numbers. At no time was there any pressure of any kind from the staff at I-5 Toyota. It was unfortunate that we couldn't come to an initial agreement on numbers but the great work of I-5 Toyota didn't stop there. They encouraged me to look at trucks at other dealships and shop the comparison. They had a good idea that I would be back and they were right. Again, absolutely no pressure. Craig stayed in contact with me (at my request) and we continued to talk about the truck. After a week of comparison shopping I went back to I-5 motors and a deal was quickly struck. The deal had tremendous value for both my wife and I.I have bought several new vehicles in the past and I have never had a more positive experience than the one at I-5 Toyota. I would reccommend them to anyone. If you do visit be sure to visit Craig. He is as good and as nice as they come. When you get done with the purchase you feel that Craig was working hard on your behalf at all times. He made sure that we were buying the right truck and that we would be happy. It has now been a week and absolutely no buyers remorse. We loved the experience, the staff, Craig, the no pressure tactics. I will be buying again from I-5 Toyota.

I told them they weren't right the salesman said go ahead and take it home if you still don't want them tomorro we'll replace them. Of course the next day they couldn't take them back because they were used. We've bought 4 new cars in the last 6 years I guess we're not the kind of customer they're looking for. Could have treated us right for just pennies and had customers for life!

I went into the dealership to see what they had on the lot and left a very pleased customer. The salesman Roy Miranda asked me what I was looking for and what my price range was. He showed me a few vehicles and we test drove them. I never felt pressured and did not get the usual car dealership nonsense that I have been used to dealing with. He worked with me and was able to get me into a vehicle that was better than I had expected and the monthly payment was lower than the price range that I wanted to be at. The salesman was very professional and didn't use any pressure tactics. I never felt like I had to buy anything and he actually worked for me to find everything that I described and more at the best price. I had a car that I owed a lot on that no longer fit my needs that I bought from another local dealership and they were able to get me out of that terrible deal. In about 3 decades of buying new cars, I don't remember any salesman who was as helpful and enjoyable as Rodney Sekerak was. Never was there any pressure, and he listened to what our preferences were, searching for what was available and showing us the inventory, the expected trade-in for our vehicle, the invoice when it was requested, etc. When it looked like there was only 1 vehicle within 200 miles that would fit our requirements, he was on the phone and had it for us the next day. While the new vehicle was at the dealership for final prep work, he kept us regularly informed about the progress, either by phone or by text. When we came to the dealership to take possession, he patiently went thru a myriad of details about the car, programmed our phones into the Bluetooth, showed us how to use the navigation system, etc. In all aspects of the transaction he was friendly, attentive, informative, helpful, and respectful. During this process we met several other employees of the dealership as well, and all were very friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience.

My first experience with Rodney was a few minutes after pulling onto the lot. I told my wife if this was a pressure salesman I was going to drive off. Rodney was very professional and I told him we were not in the market to make a purchase that day. Rodney respected that and told me that when we were in the market to consider giving him the first chance. Rodney then showed us several vehicle we mentioned we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all our questions. I never felt any pressure and Rodney spent a considerable amount of time with us that day knowing he was not going to make the sale that day. When we left the lot we knew we had found the salesman and the dealership from who we were going to buy our next vehicle. All the way home we talked about the vehicle and a few days later when we reviewed our finances we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. We ended up buying the truck we wanted and are very happy with the purchase. I do have one regret and that is that we live over an hour away and will not have our service done at the dealership. I actually enjoyed making this purchase and my hat is off to Rodney and Kelly for making the experience an enjoyable one.

This was the best experience we had in purchasing a vehicle. We did come in loaded with our knowledge of the vehicle we were looking for as well as what the blue booksaid of our trade-in value. The dealership did not try to play with the numbers nor did they "fudge" with the blue book value of our truck. It was all honesty from the beginning to the end.

My car buying experience with Kelly at I-5 Toyota was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the level of service I received. I live in Canada and worked with Kelly to purchase a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The import/export process involved a lot of paperwork and details to ensure the vehicle would be admissible into Canada. I was extrememly impressed by the service Kelly provided throughout the entire process. I talked to Kelly almost daily for 2 weeks in order to get all of the documents organized and details in order. Kelly went out of his way to ensure all of the details were taken care of including personally driving several hours to process the title document and picking me up at the airport at 7am (Now that is excellent customer service). Kelly was extrememly friendly and helpful every step of the way. I really cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Kelly and the I-5 dealership. I'm writing to commend Service Advisor Mike White and the dealership team for helping my wife and I when our Mazda van broke down on a vacation trip to Ashland, Ore. We limped into your dealership late in the afternoon on Thursday, June 23 this after having been towed from a nearby rest stop to a service station when our car wouldn't start. The service department was busy, but Mike could see the mess we were in, had an immediate idea what the problem was and quickly got the car in for a diagnosis. We waited in a comfortable customer area and soon learned we had a sensor problem that couldn't be fixed until the next day as the part wasn't immediately available. Mike helped us arrange for a rental car from Enterprise at a special rate and had a driver take us there. We were able to continue on our way that evening and keep our trip on schedule. When we returned to Chehalis on Monday, our van was ready and the repair bill was right in line with Mike's early estimate.

Craig Anderson was the person with whom I worked when I bought my Prius in September 2010. He could not have been more helpful in working with me. I never felt pressured in any way. I felt that everyone at the dealership from the owner to the financial people were honest, caring and helpful. I've been in numerous times since buying my car for help in learning the various components of the car (e.g. GPS system), Craig is patient, caring and always happy to see me. If he's busy with a client, he always calls me back. The service people are wonderful also. I have always been treated wonderfully. Everyone has a welcoming smile. My Salesman, Kelly, was personable, trustworthy and very accommodating. My Finance Manager, KC, answered all of my financing questions in a way I could understand. I never felt any pressure throughout the entire transaction. The staff interacts with each other like family, and while there for my first buying experience with them, I was treated like a highly-valued repeat customer. I made a trip down to I5 Toyota sent some time walking the lot and talking with Chris with my daughter; as soon as we left I had hoped that when I was ready Chris would have the deal for me. Great customer service. They had the car I wanted but they are 75 miles from my house. Craig was so helpful. He told me over the phone how much they would give me for my trade in, how much the vehicle was with added options. So when I went down to test drive I was confindent this was the car I wanted and I bought it that day! I put money down signed the papers and when my funds became available the following friday my new car was ready to go wih all the options I added. When I need a new car again I will gladly take the drive to them again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I followed the superior customer service rating of I-5 Toyota/Scion through this website down to Chehalis from Seattle. It was worth every mile and every minute. First, Craig Anderson was happy to have me contact him by any means if I had questions before I drove down. In fact, he was so responsive and willing to help, we had all the details, trim, color, and much of the finance work finished before I even set foot on the lot. I was impressed that if Craig didnt know the answer to one of my questions, he made calls to get the info for me on things like insurance requirements and taxes. He was even willing to get to the dealership first thing in the morning to make sure I got back to Seattle when I needed to. Mike in finance also came in to accommodate my early arrival. It was a pleasurable experience meeting everyone at I-5 Toyota/Scion and getting the grand tour of my XB. My only complaint is Mikes printer, I think its an 80s vintage and he deserves an upgrade. Everyone (and I mean everyone on-site) was friendly, accommodating, and willing to do all they could to make the experience positive for me. They did a good job explaining all the features of the 08 Subaru Tribeca we were looking at. Chris is really professional,friendly and not pushy at all. The General Manager gave us a really good price on the vehicle and tried really hard to meet us half way to the price we want to pay for the vehicle. They made us feel comfortable. I recently had my car repaired at the I-5 Toyota/Ford Body Shop. The situation was very stressful, but the staff was great at reassuring and communicating with me. The customer service shuttle is very nice, it was convenient that I did not have to find a ride when dropping off or picking up my vehicle. The work on my vehicle was completed quickly, but the quality of the work was perfect! I should also mention, the final cost of repairs ended up being less than the original estimate. I recommend this dealership for any kind of vehicle!

Incredible service from the first phone call to Heidi to pick up on Christmas Eve! And they even had the red bow on the Highlander when we picked it up. The paperwork was all set up for us when we arrived and Casey made it painless when we had to sign everything. Craig gave us more details on the car than we could even keep track of and set up the cell phone so it was ready to go when we drove off the lot. My husband and I have driven from Seattle to I-5 Toyota twice to buy a '08 4Runner and lease an '11 Camry because they are the BEST! Both times we have had incredible service- they even washed by husbands 4Runner while we looked for my new car! Their prices are great and they really work with you on the financing piece. This place was awesome! My husband spent almost a month looking for the perfect car at the perfect price and we found everything we were looking for at I-5 Toyota. Since a car purchase is a TON of money, we think the customer service needs to be superb. I don't want to give my time and money to someone who is not worth it. If you want my business you need to earn it and they absolutely did! I-5 was totally worth it, especially after looking at over 10 other dealerships. We did a ton over the phone, which made the whole process incredibly easy and nice since I didn't have to chase my toddler around the dealership. They beat out all the other offers we received by $2,000. It was by far the best price! An added bonus is that they have the lowest tax in WA, which also helps with the price. We worked with Rodney Sekerak and he was great! Super super nice and friendly guy, he's got his head on straight. He gave us bottom line from the start, we didn't have to mess with the annoying hours of negotiating. He made it so easy and stress free for us! I wish we had gone here from the start! Their dealership is extremely nice and well kept. Casey, the finance guy, was one of the funniest and down to Earth people I have ever met. The reason this dealership far surpasses the others is because of the amazing staff they have. There are no harassing, snake-like people there, which was such a breath of fresh air after the other dealerships we had visited. I took my 2002 Ford diesel truck into I-5 Toyota for an oil change. The first thing that I noticed when I drove into the facility was that everything was clean and nice from the exterior of the building to inside the oil changing area. When I went into the service department I was helped right away. The waiting area was comfortable, had a flat screen TV to watch, and snacks. After about 20 minutes or so my truck was finished. The bill I received was the same price they quoted me; which was less expensive than the local competitors I had checked with before coming in. The service manager explained to me some of maintenance items that would need to be addressed down the road with my truck, but was not pushy about it. And they washed my truck. I had a good experience with I-5 Toyota. The staff was nice, the service was good, the price was right.

I am a recent college graduate and was ready to buy my dream car, a 2010 Toyota 4Runner. I am originally from Olympia Washington and had no idea where I should purchase my new 4Runner. I Googled Toyota 4Runner Olympia and I-5 Toyota in Chehalis Washington was one of the links to click on. I was amazed at how user friendly the website was and loved how they had so many pictures and even videos of each vehicle at their store. I sent an internet request for more information and was contacted less than 10 minutes later by Michael Bannon, the Sales Manager at I-5 Toyota. He sent me an email that said we could communicate by phone, email or even text message! We texted back and forth for a couple days about options, colors and even price. I went over everything with my parents and they told me I needed to contact a couple other dealerships to make sure I was getting a good deal. I contacted two other dealerships and their pricing wasn't even close to the deal I-5 Toyota gave me. Oh, they also informed me that they had the lowest sales tax in Western Washington which saved me hundreds more! I drove to I-5 Toyota one morning (right on interstate 5) and was greeted my Michael himself and he proceeded to show me my new 4Runner. He also gave me a tour of the enormous, brand-new, state of the art building that is, I-5 Toyota/I-5 Ford. It is gorgeous, they have complementary fresh baked cookies, soda, coffee, massage chairs and free wi-fi with computers to use. Talk about impressive! I have never been so comfortable buying anything anywhere, and on a new car purchase??? I was blown away. I am so happy with my new car and tell all my friends to go see Michael and his staff at I-5 Toyota/Ford in Chehalis, it is worth the drive.
