Great Buying Experience--painless!!!

Car buying like it should be. Great tradein value without having to play games going back and forth. Peter Harris was very helpful and thorough explanning my new red 500X.

Be careful. A car salesperson is only after $$$$

Purchased a 2002 GMC Sierra. Was lied about condition and "extras." Have had less than a month, and already had to redo the wiring in the driver's door.......The tow package was completely faulty.....Had a blowout and another tire ready to ride on belt, ergo, 4 new tires and tie rods. Wouldn't trust this dealership ever for anything. Cost almost $1,000.00 and dealer won't do a thing about it. they made no safety check, just polished and stuck me with it. Of course, wouldn't let me take it home for a day or two to have my mechanic check out. Should have been suspicious, but I am a trusting soul. Should have known better.

Service with a smile

I was a hesitant shopper, not sure if I was ready to trade in my car for something new. A ripe target for high pressure sales techniques. However, that did not happen at Harper FIAT of Knoxville. Emmanuel Frederick was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. I came back to the dealership three times before deciding to purchase a cute 500 Lounge. He patiently lead me through test drives and answered endless questions. My experience with Mr. Frederick was top notch. He is a fine representative of Harper FIAT and the dealership's high standard for customer service. I would recommend this dealership based primarily on the pleasant buying experience and the quality of cars they offer.
