I was looking for a used F150 the sales person was very friendly and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, sent additional pictures and made sure i knew about all dings and bents before i made trip to look at truck. Did not end up buying that unit but it was not because of dealer ship just wasnt what i was looking for. im am still in contact as they try to find my perfect truck. i would recommend them to anyone.

Serviceman was very helpful. Looked up service record and found oil hadn't been changed on my F250 truck (a demonstrator) as I had been told. Agreed that passenger door latch needed adjustment and said they could take care of it during regular weekday hours. I was there on a Saturday.

we purchased a ford explorer with the three seats even though we don't use the third seat we keep it down but just went on a trip to Florida and it was so comfortable what a difference we both love it. before we left you changed the oil for us and fixed the trim that was coming off and did a great job thank you for making our trip so successful we didn't have to worry about a thing.

I brought my Mazda Tribute in for service and I asked if I could look at one of the Frontiers on their lot. I ended up trading my Mazda in and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier. I have always been a Chevy owner. But this time when we decided to get a new car we visited several different non-GM dealers, including Oxmoor Ford in Louisville. Took a test drive in a focus. Liked the ride and drove a hybrid. Narrowed our choices to a Buick Encore, a Chevy Malibu and a Ford Focus Hybrid. I called the guy in Louisville and asked him for a price on the Hybrid. On a lark we stopped in at Columbia and met our salesman. He didn't push. Found a vehicle equipped the way we wanted, with a price close to what we were looking for and a payment plan we could live with. We went home and decided to get the Ford. When I called the next morning, he promised to have the vehicle, with our requirements on it with an acceptable mileage (from traveling from another dealership). I spoke to the manager so he would know, if the vehicle did not match our requirements, we were not purchasing the vehicle. It came, was just like we requested. The process was over in about three hours. I am trying to beat the 44 mpg high on the car. So far I have done it twice. 48.8 and 44.9.

My wife and I decided to purchase another vehicle. At first we considered the Fusion, but after we saw the Escape we changed our minds. Previously, we had purchased a new F-150 from Don Franklin Ford.This dealership, without a doubt, is the very best one we have ever experienced. Many vehicle dealerships are rude, and don't listen to customer desires or financial concerns. Everyone we have met and worked with at Don Franklin Ford in Columbia,KY has been friendly and listened to our needs. We look forward toa long term relationship with these folks! Other dealerships should send their personnel to Don Franklinfor retraining and attitude adjustment.

The people at Don Franklin Ford still remember what this business is all about. James Rogers and the staff there are second to known. Even though I was able to come to terms and make a deal, Everyone there does an excellent job of making the process of buying a car seemless. When the owner of a dealerships 16 year old son is working on a Saturday morning to show cars you know this family values hard work and dedication to the customer. I drove from Atlanta, Ga to look at the vehicle they have and the experience was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Unfortunately I had traded an Edge that told me when it needed service and apparently the Focus didn't have that feature so I went over the recommended mileage for my first service but everyone was very helpful and understanding. Great group of guys there!!

I was able to work with Billy over the phone on a deal for the Mustang we purchased and it was a very good experience. When i arrived to pick up the car, the staff cam in on a Holiday to meet me and do the paperwork, i was very impressed. Billy also promised to send the extra set of keys and we received them in the mail a few days later. Very good experience and would recommend them to friends and family.

I brought my 2014 Escape in for routine oil change and mentioned I had to add air to my front left tire more than once because of the tire pressure alert I received. My service tech found and removed a nail from my tire and plugged it. I am very grateful that the service department listened to my concern. Great job!!!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful. I had gotten a small scratch and dent on the left front fender of my 2014 Ford Edge and within a couple of minutes, they were working to get the scratch out. They were so quick because they knew I had initially come in for an oil change. It looked so much better.Very good service!

2015 ford Taurus, I went to the dealership on Wednesday 8-27-14, I was not well though I have gotton my self sick with my mental illness and I regret buying the vehicle but I think I was not operating at full mental capacity to buy such an expensive vehicle. I honestly think what I did was a silent cry for help, I have been under a lot of stress where I live at Galilee ,especially with this guy on the second floor of my building. I'm not making excuses for my self I'm just trying to get help with the situation I'm in, The vehicle I bought is very nice I have never had a vehicle so equipped with technology, it drives so nice, but I honestly cannot afford it.

The Salesman was nice and he knew a great deal about SUV's and Ford cars in all makes. He was well educated on the software and items on the center dashboard display. He was patient when we asked questions and let us test drive 3 SUV's. We have bought 4 new cars in my lifetime and he was the best salesman ever. I am 64 years old.
