Purchased a 2011 Camaro 2LT from Dixie Motors and couldn't be more happy! Mike Tant was my salesperson. He was very friendly and very easy to work with. I told him there was a problem with my on board warning system telling me to check my rear turn signals and he told me to bring it in and they will get it looked at. I went into the dealership just before they closed, on a Tuesday evening and fully expected that I would have to come back the next day to actually purchase the car. I got there at 5:30pm and drove off in the car at 7:30. I would definitely recommend Dixie Motors and Mike Tant to anyone trying to get a fair deal on a great used vehicle!

While shopping online at such sites as Cargurus and Carmax, my husband and I spied the very model, and make of the car we were searching for at Dixie Motors. Despite it being a 3 hour trip each way from home, we went to check it out. It seemed to fit our needs and wants. However, after leaving the lot, the air quit working. We brought it back and left an hour later with it running. The next day, however, the air quit again. After recharging and doing a computer check on it we realized we bought an 'as is' car with a major problem. It cost us $766 to get the air fixed. Heartbroken, but realizing that Dixie motors was not legally obligated to pay for this problem, we decided to chalk it up to experience. Before dropping it, I faxed a letter of complaint and disappointment to Dixie. Within minutes, I received a phone call from the manager. He offered his regrets about the matter and said that they would reimburse us for the repairs. Two days later, I received a check. That's what I call integrity in conducting business ! We were treated right, honestly and kindly. We would recommend them highly!

I was in dire need of a newer vehicle. When I decided to look at Dixie Motors, I was shocked at how many different SUV's they actually had and was willingly to find me. I spoke with Leonard Taylor, at Dixie and told him what i was looking for and not only did he find me what I wanted but also at a fantastic price. We spoke on several occasions and when I drove up to get my KIA SUV, it was even better looking then I anticipated it to be. Not only do I love my KIA SUV, but my husband and children do as well. Thank you Leonard Taylor for a fantastic experience and making car buying as easy as it should be.

I have been searching for a good, used car at a decent price. I went online to Dixie Motors and I spoke With Leonard Taylor, not only did he help me find a vehicle but when I came down to the car lot he showed me and gave me the upmost undivided attention and walked me though what I thought was going to be an agonizing ordeal. He most definitely made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend going to Dixie Motors and when you do, ask for Leonard Taylor. I will be back when I decide to buy another vehicle.

We have been looking for a cadillac esv for several months we found one we call dixie but the saleman said it was sold.He said they another one coming he call in a few days we put a prepayment down went the next week we love it bought it.They had all the paper work done we were out in 20 minutes thanks for every thing.

When I expressed interest in a listed vehicle, I received a phone call almost immediately and made a deposit. When I visited the dealer for pickup, the vehicle was exactly as listed and expected. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX recently. We loved the car, but once driving off the lot realized there was a problem with the navigation system. Typically, when you purchase a used vehicle you do so AS IS. If you find any problems MOST dealers will tell you "too bad." After researching the issue we contacted the dealers we worked with Mike and Randy. We hoped it would be a simple software update but found out it wasn't. The car needed an entirely new navigation system AND radio. These repairs cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Dixie Motors covered this COMPLETELY for us with no questions asked. We did not have to pay a dime. Not to mention they really worked with us to make a phenomenal deal on top of their already rock bottom prices. It is no wonder why this dealership has almost 60 years in the business. The service in unmatched and we will most definitely deal with them from now on. I cannot recommend them enough! Not to mention they send the most amazing cookies to you when you buy from them. ;-)

A friend in TN found the vehicle we have been looking for and told us to call Dixie Motors. I contacted Mike Tant and asked him how the process of buying a car from out of state works. He guided me through the process answering my many questions and my husband and I were in the car heading to Nashville the next day. The car was exactly as described and Mike was even nicer in person. His only concern was our satisfaction. I strongly recommend Dixie Motors and Mike Tant, he's a great person who wants to help the customer. He even referred us to a real estate agent since we're planning a move to TN next year. I just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna LE from Dixie Motors in Nashville, TN. I was pleasantly surprise with how nice and clean their vehicles were, how low-pressure and helpful the sales staff was, and how easy they made the process. As a woman, entering a dealership by myself to look for a car is not always a pleasant experience. But I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Found the car I had been looking for at Dixie Motors. I was hesitant to even consider making an offer/purchase a car 400+ miles away. After doing research on the car and spending some time talking with Reese I decided to put an offer in on the car. I was able to reach and communicate with Reese on the weekend, and finalized the agreed upon selling price on a Sunday! What a guy!. So me and my wife flew down to Nashville from Springfield, MO and were picked up at the airport by Reese. The dealership is a short 5 min drive from the airport. The dealership is extremely clean and comforting environment. They had already done a lot of the back work regarding paperwork so after test driving the car we were in and out in about 30 min. I'd say we walked through the doors at Dixie Motors at 10:30, and after a test drive and paperwork we were headed downtown for early lunch by 11:15. Their selection of cars is top notch. All the vehicles I saw were top of line and extremely clean (especially my new Trailblazer SS!). I won't hesitate to do business with Dixie Motors again, and it was well worth the flight and drive back to MO. Thanks Reese!

My husband and i recently purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester for our son from Dixie Motors. Our salesperson, Will Pace, could not have been more honest and upfront. I had called ahead and he had the CarFax waiting for us as well as the records of service performed since Dixie had received the car. He was very knowledgable about the car concerning its history as well as special features we didn't know about this particular model. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of "alone time" to call our son and to discuss if this was really the vehicle for him. We never felt pushed or rushed. After we agreed upon what we felt was a fair deal, it was time for the paperwork. This went smoothly and quickly with the agent making sure we knew when to expect the title and how to go about paying the sales tax since we were from out of state. I drove the newly purchased Subaru 2 1/2 hours home. (28 mpg) Will had filled the car up with gas so I didn't have to worry about stopping. The car was immaculate and fun to drive. I loved the huge sunroof! If truly performed like a brand new car. When we arrived home our son had already beat us there from Birmingham. He is still delighted with his new car and has already planned a 1000 mile road trip. I feel very confident that he will have no trouble in his new Forester.
