Unimpressed. I found two vehicles of interest through my bank's car search service which were located at this dealership. I was reached by somebody named Andy via text message. When I asked about any special financing for less than perfect credit, he blew me off by referring me to their website application. I hardly see this dealership worth my time if that is how they treat customers. At least all the others have the decency to call or leave messages and act like they want my business.

Purchased a 2006 Land Rover LR3 in December, weeks later Alternator went out twice, the air compressor for the suspension, and now my transmission I called the dealer no one has called me back the car codes were deleted from the dash the auto repair shop showed me the codes in the computer 10 different codes, would not waist my time if you're a soldier they'll butter you up real good after that you're on your own

We went in expecting 'the typical' used car sales pitch and that's the way things started out. But when we showed some unwillingness to continue down that more 'traditional' path, 'Dax' changed tacks and asked straight up what we wanted (something we both appreciated). We stated our terms, he said, "Deal" and the deal was done.

Dax and AJ treated me fairly, and did not waste my time. The cars I bought were both upscale luxury cars with good records. The price was fair, and Dax's checkup on my trade in showed me that he knows how to only get good cars in his lot. Went to check out my favorite of their lot of very nice used cars & got immediately welcomed to a test-drive. Very professional feel to the negotiations. Salesman was not pushy, but he was very polite, helpful, and I felt we were able to make a great decision together. Thanks so much! Will definitely recommend, and will be returning again for future business I'm sure.

Doug was a good salesman, understanding and cooperative. We bought a 4x4 truck and after purchasing it, we found out there was no 4x4 in it. We took it back and Mr. Yarborough agreed to have the 4x4 installed. Very impressed so far. However, when the 4x4 was installed, none of the bolts and nuts were tightened and my friend's life was threatened when the track bar, sway bar, and other components started coming loose as he was driving down the highway at 70 mph and almost wrecked. We were out of town and had to spend over 600 to get the truck fixed just to get it home. When we went back to the dealership for reimbursement on the shoddy work that was done, Mr. Yarborough was rude, demeaning, inconsiderate, and unconcerned with the problem. He stated that he was not going to reimburse us for the money we had to spend to get the truck fixed. He was not concerned about my friend almost wrecking b/c of the shoddy work. I asked him, "What if it was your son or your brother that almost wrecked?" His response was, "What it if was your great-grandmother, WHO CARES?" Very unprofessional, unreasonable, and does not care about being fair. Someone should tell him that there's other things in life besides money.
