I have purchased 3 minis from this dealership and have fairly decent experiences so far. There are other dealerships in the area, but they were previously thought to be worse than this. I am now going to other dealerships in the area.I worked with the manager, Megan, on this last purchase.When they sold me the car, they sold me a warranty that they promised covered the engine and transmission in the vehicle. When they sold me a car that broke down 55 days off the lot (6 month old car,) they wouldn't stand behind their word. Supposedly a certified vehicle as well, Crevier wouldn't honor the warranty I bought, nor the certification with the vehicle. Its important to note, that I have not bought a warranty with any of the other vehicles. DO NOT go to this dealership. The area of town its in is also scary and ghetto. Makes me afraid to get out of my car. My last experience has been the worst experience with any dealer, EVER. It will be my last with this dealer. Another local dealer is working with me and the warranty company to get it covered and they didn't even sell me the warranty!

One sales person we dealt with lied saying that a special order car must be sold at MSRP. Well, thank you but we are not a bunch of newbie idiots. Friendliness with test drive and everything was okay though. Yet, that straight lie without even a blink.

We found him to be very knowledgeable and passionate about Mini vehicles and if you have started any type of shopping with this car line you will soon realize how deep this product line can go with accessories and packages. He was on par the entire process. I will also add our visit with him was on a 93 degree afternoon and he went the extra mile to ensure the cars were cooled down inside for our test drives; small gestures that spoke volumes. I found them online and had a very specific request. I wanted a used MINI, had to be a stick, and it couldn't be black, red, white, or yellow. They checked inventory and had a 2007 Coupe S 2-door in grey (My fave car color); one owner, no accidents and it had only 47,000 on it. I drove it home that night! They respectfully bargained with me, I asked them to throw in the Cooper S keychain for free and they did!!! The 3-4 events they do a year are awesome. The second one I went to benefitted German Shepherd Rescue and So Cal Bulldog Rescue. They asked for a $20 donation which was split between the two charities. They had King Taco and Jamba Juice serve food and smoothies; they had a doggie walk and fashion show; and the two charities had booths set up to buy related merchandise to raise money. Crevier provided each person a cute "Adopt your next best friend" shirt and a goody bag with treats and goodies. Another time, they had just the German Shepherd group and we donated; they fed us, and they gave away a ton of MINI swag including the folding bike and three large travel bags at both events. Free car washes and free shuttle to JWA Airport and they stow your car for free? What more could a MINI-lover like myself want? They are a special breed of business and they're doing it RIGHT, I've already used the shuttle service 4 times in the year I've had my cae. Keep up the good work Crevier!

I went to the dealership last April 24 and test drive the car that my wife wants. After the test drive, I told the sales representative the car would be under my wife's name therefore they should run her credit and not mine because I told the sales representative that my credit is not that good. So, after running my wife's credit it turned out to be 800 which is almost perfect so they told me everything is okay. So, I told my wife about it, and we went to the dealership, when we got to the dealership, they told us that we cannot get the car because they run my credit without my knowledge and it din't turned out that good. And now they're telling us that because of my credit we cannot get the car even though my wife's credit is almost perfect and its going to be under her name. So, I called the bank and told them what happened and they informed me they have nothing to do with it, it's all the dealer's responsibility. I tried calling the dealership but they cannot even give me a reason why we cannot get the car. Maybe because of my race?? I really don't know. I hope this unfortunate incident would not be experienced by other people who are planning on getting the're next car to this dealership.

Adrena was so helpful from the second we got there, she made me feel so comfortable, and didn't pressure us once the whole day. My husband I went to visit the dealership hoping for a new or used mini within our price range. We were greeted by Adrena and she took us on the "mini" journey of our dreams. I've never interacted with a sales person who truly knew what she was selling. She had not only the answer to every question but the accurate answer. She guided us to the mini that was right for us. The best part was her demonstration of how the vehicle drives. You could tell she is passionate about the cars and had all the information to back it up. Kristine in finance was a great help as well and made the process quick, painless and enjoyable. Needless to say we left with the Mini we wanted. If you're new to mini, like we were, or a regular looking for another to add to the collection, go to Crevier Mini and ask for Adrena. We love our Mini and drove off the lot practically experts.

I recently purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper Hardtop from Crevier in Santa Ana, CA. Although I live in Palm Springs, I drove the 76 miles to Santa Ana. Two reasons I made the trip: one, I read other favorable reviews about this dealership online and two, I solicited internet quotes and this dealership had the best prices. When I arrived at Crevier, there was no high pressure. He was very honest and gave me great tips about keeping the car maintained for a long time. My husband and own a Mini convertible that we love, and so when it was time to downsize our ginormous SUV, we decided to checkout the Countryman. Stephan spent a great deal of time explaining the features, especially as compared to the Clubman. He went over and above in terms of understanding our needs, ultimately assisting us with our trade-in and new purchase.As we came in to close the deal, Stephan made several helpful suggestions pertaining to the release of liability for our old car, and the service package "options".Stephan was also able to provide assistance with scheduling service for our other Mini, a convertible, that needs the seat belt retractors adjusted.We were very happy to find the right car at the right price at Crevier because, we have had such great service satisfaction... this is now our third Crevier purchase.

I began my search for a Mini online. I soon learned that Crevier Mini had the most accessible and informative website. This definitely facilitated my search process. Crevier has a large and varied inventory. I submitted a contact request and was promptly contacted with the information I requested. Once I reached the dealership, I was warmly received and accommodated. I was made aware of all the warranty options available for my vehicle by detailed explanations of their purpose but was not subject to an uncomfortable "hard sell". My family and I are very vehicle savvy and have had quite a few experiences with auto dealers. Buying a car should not be painful or frustrating; it should be fun and easy. The experience we had at Crevier MINI was one of the best we have ever had. Kirk Larson, our salesperson, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Captain Kirk found exactly what we were looking for and in the right price range. Enrique Aguilar went the distance and then some to ensure that we received the best deal we could, and he made it look easy. Anthony Scolieri in the finance department finalized the deal and the paperwork with obvious knowledge and professionalism. All of these folks stayed until way after closing time to ensure that we were not shortchanged or rushed through the process. Because of this experience, we will definitely be returning to Crevier MINI and BMW in the future.

I decided to go checkout mini on my lunch break. I was fascinated about the amount of fuel I would be able to save with the mileage difference from that car to mine. I went back to work and all day I couldnt get it off my mind. After work I went back to find out more info. The sales staff made me very comfortable about all the info they were giving me and I gained a lot of knowledge from them. The fallowing day I went back and made my purchase. My Mini Cooper Countryman is AWESOME....I love everything about it, the way it looks, the way it drives and the way I feel when I drive it!!!! and Crevier Rocks, they are the best!!!Because we live in Irvine, we originally went to Irvine Mini (because they are close) to check out the new Mini Countryman...it was not a pleasant experience... my husband and I did not care for the salespeople there...they were not very friendly or helpful and acted like they were doing us a favor to give us information and let us take a test drive...the even gave us the wrong brochure. Then we went to Crevier and met Megan Lujan....We liked her immediately. She was friendly, very helpful and informative....and her enthusiasm for the Mini Cooper was infectious..She was great!!! We went to see her three times before we made up our mind and placed our order, she was always nice and she never acted like we were wasting her time, nor did she try to pressure us in any way. She also answered our e-mail question in a prompt, informative and friendly manner. When we made our decision, there was never any doubt that we would order my new car from Megan at Crevier. Buying a new car can be a stressful, unpleasant experience....but working with Megan was anxiety free and fun!!!...she made great suggestions for my order (the checkerboard interior!)..it was exciting!!! Megan was great about keeping us informed about my Mini's progress thru production etc.....She continued to answer our questions during the waiting period. My Mini showed up a couple of weeks early and Megan called us right away. We also worked with Anthony in finance...he too was wonderful to work, very friendly and helpful.Well I have my new red and black Mini Cooper Countryman and I LOVE IT. I noticed that my mini is a bit cramped when it comes to having a baby seat in there and an extra person traveling with me. I went out and explored me options. BUYER BEWARE !!! CREVIER MINI ARE PRETENTIOUS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!You can definitely get a better deal from LONG BEACH MINI. First of all let me state that I really wanted to be a Crevier customer based on their reputation in Southern California. But I was quickly disillusioned trying to deal with these horrible, shady, scam artist that work for Crevier MINI. Kurt Larson and Peter Maldanado are the epitome of sleazy-car-salesmen and should be avoided at all costs. Let me explain.I started my MINI adventure by going on http://Edmunds.com, and built my MINI order which then is submitted to all local MINI Internet departments, and then the various dealers contact you if they have the car you want and will highlight various promos that attract you to their particular dealership. I chose Crevier based off of reviews on here, and made an appointment with Kurt Larson at first Kurt seemed really cool . He took me on an amazing test drive. He played up our similar interests, and I thought he was cool . . .Until it was time to work my deal. Because I have less than optimal credit he treated me like a criminal and made me feel very embarrassed about minor blemishes on my credit. He asked me to do very unconventional things prior to the finance department shopping my loan. Which is not a typical way to approach auto financing. I was putting $13,000.00 as a down payment. The deal should've been simple, the bank is in an equity position.So my father who had over twenty years as a manager of the country's largest Honda dealership, (but is currently suffering from terminal cancer), called to find out why he was approaching the deal in the way he was. He belittled my father and hung up on him. Kurt got angry that somebody with intimate car deal knowledge was questioning his unusual procedures.So, disappointed with their despicable customer service, I relent and try to work the deal with Long Beach MINI, who were really cool, offered the same percs, were very gracious at the opportunity to have my business, and said the deal was a no brainer and that they would have me financed by the afternoon. In the mean time I find out that the general manager of Crevier is a friend of the family and call him to share my complaint and find out why I was treated so bad. In the mean time Long Beach calls me back and tells me that I'm approved at 2.9% finance. So I text the GM at Crevier that I appreciate his concern but I am purchasing from Long Beach. He then contacts his MINI sales manager. So Peter Maldanado Sales Manager for Crevier MINI calls BMW FINANCE AND HAS MY DEAL TURNED AROUND as a favor!!! HE SABOTAGED MY FINANCE WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE CREVIER ARE THE LARGEST BMW DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THAT KIND OF PULL!! How down right rotten is that? They didn't want to work my deal, (suspecting that I wasn't legit) and when somebody else did, they used their might to sabotage my deal.Then he tried to sway me back saying he'll make up for it and get me financed. He then offered me a lesser car than Long Beach for $2000.00 more and 2 points higher interest. Crevier MINI are horrible and shady and will scam you backwards all the while pretending to be good Samaritans that live up to a legacy of the best customer service. Don't believe them! Do your homework and shop all MINI Dealerships by using http://Edmunds.com, most will give you free car washes, mats, keychains, and valve stem caps, and Long Beach will give you a serious discount, and will be honest with you. I've got the MINI of my dreams!! Screw you Crevier!

I went to the original Mini Cooper web site where I reviewed the various models and familiarized myself with the various options available. I then went to Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue book for pricing information and dealer recommendations. Edmunds sent out an e-mail with my specifications to various dealers in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Mike from Crevier BMW sent me a short message stating that he had some Minis in which I might be interested. That started a very interesting and productive exchange of views and options. Mike was always courteous and fantastically prompt in his replies, even when I was a little obnoxious; he kept his cool. In short he provided me with all the information I requested, even sent pictures, and offered helpful suggestions. When we finally got down to a car that was CLOSE but not exactly what I had in mind, he smoothed out the differences, truthfully acknowledged the missing features I wanted and honestly explained the additional features which I DIDN'T WANT but which my wife loved and two months later still loves (It's her car. I just bought it.) When we finally agreed on the outline of a possible deal, my wife and I went to Crevier for a test drive. Everything was as Mike had described. There were no hassles and no surprises. Basically, we couldn't think of a reason NOT to buy the car (although I don't part with $32K easily). P.S. The whole thing took about two weeks and the deal was done before I started getting messages from other dealers.

Came in for service on my 2008 Mini, and was shocked with the outcome. Took it in for originally a oil change, ended up getting a couple other pieces fixed at no additional cost, they took the initiative and did it all under my warranty. I did not ever think I would use my warranty and then to see them do that I was shocked. Thanks so much for looking out for your Mini family. Nothing but positive experiences over the last 3 years. I have had my MINI for 3yrs. I purchased it and only service it at Crevier MINI. While I cannot speak for the BMW side of the business, I can say confidently that my multiple experiences with the Mini Cooper portion have been excellent. Both the sales and service departments have been very attentive to my needs. I have come for multiple little things, and they are always happy and dependable. I have always wanted a MINI my girlfriend is a happy owner of a MINI from Crevier MINI. I wanted a fast sporty MINI black and stick. That is what I got. We went in and didnt really want the run around we knew what we wanted and our budget sure enough we were able to get the car I wanted at a good price and great warranty. I just bought a 2010 MINI from Crevier MINI and I'm very happy with my MINI.....and the purchasing experience with Crevier was terrific. I mentioned to Christian (my sales advisor) that most people dread the car purchase "game" (he even mentioned that he & his wife had a bad experience once), but my experience at Crevier was one of fantastic communication, respect and heroic service. Christian is very personable and knowledgeable about the MINI and made the experience enjoyable and painless. It's his great communication and service that swayed me to purchase my car at Crevier! You must be giving everyone sensitivity training on how to treat your customers (especially women!). I am definitely telling friends about my great Crevier experience!

On July 21 2006 I brought my 2005 Mini in for its 25,000 mile service and to have a three inch nail removed from the rear left tire.The service man told me that it would cost me $520.00 for the service. I asked him if the maintenance was covered. He said it expried last March; however, I have until January, 2007, if there is anything which the indicator light flags. I took his word for it and told him to go ahead with the srevice.I also show him three inch nail in the left rear tire. He said that I should have it replace becuase it might blow up while driving. I told him to go ahead. Few hours later I paid total $826.45 and drive home in beliving that I have gotten a new tire for my car. On Labor day, I was washing the car and saw the same nail in the tire. The next day I called and the same service man said they had replaced the front tire because it had a nail in it and was losing air. No one ever informed me about the front tire nor did I authorized the replacement of the front tire.I also called their finance department to inquired about the warranty of my car. I was told that I had an extented warranty to March, 2009. I called and left messages for the service man; he never returned my calls. Four days later, I emailed the service manager and also left messages for him. He never return my calls or email. Two days later, I faxed a copy of the emails to every fax number I had found on their website. Within an hour the service manager call me back. He pretty much called me a liar regarding the tire. As for the service charged, he said he would send me a refund. It has been eight days and I am still waiting.
