I purchased my 4-Runner for the quality, I choose Colonial for their reputation and service. Jason Vaughn was excellent and he was there for me through the entire process. Jason went so far to pick up my new vehicle days after the purchase so I could have the dealership install the factory remote starter. These guys got it right the first time!

I went to Colonial Toyota to check out the prices of a new Camry. I have owned 2 previous Camrys and love everything about this model. It was the end of August and they had two new 2016 Camrys left which offered some great incentives. Justin Fuga was the salesman who showed me all the new features on the Camry. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. After a test drive I was convinced that this was the car I wanted. They were able to give me an immediate quote on my 2011 Camry for a trade and I was very pleased with the amount. Since my husband wasn't with me at the time, I put money down on the car and returned 2 days later with him to complete the purchase. I purchased the Weather Tech liners at a price that beat the amount offered online. They also offered ResistAll surface protectant for the exterior paint surfaces and the interior fabrics. Never needing to wax the car again made my husband very happy! All the folks at Colonial were very helpful and knowledgeable. With my trade-in, I paid $3,000 less for this brand new 2016 than I did when I bought my 1 year old used 2011 from another dealer. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new vehicle. And ask for Justin! He knows his cars!

He has always been helpful, courteous, and made buying the cars an enjoyable experience He has always accommodated us with our requests even to the point of coming to the house to set up our Homelink to work the garage door when we were unable to get it to work. When I went to this dealership, I knew exactly what I was going to buy. This being said, they had me as long as the price was right. My only complaints about my experience, and something I believe they can easily work on, was the knowledge of the vehicle I wanted and the time it took to get it.Calling ahead, I was impressed when Jeff had the car pulled up and ready for me. We did a test drive. However, when I had asked important questions, his responses seemed a little uncertain. Luckily, I knew everything I already needed to know about the car. I was just hoping that he could confirm my research.I was there for approximately 4-5 hours after the 15 minute test drive. I understand, they were very busy and I was patient. Though, it should not have taken so long.Among the tiny negatives, I cannot simply express how happy I am that I went to this dealership. Throughout the time I was there, we reached a deal that I was overjoyed with. Literally, I bought the car for the price I wanted. It was even less than what was described on True-Car.Jeff and I conversed back and forth for several hours and he was certainly friendly throughout the entire experience - including the negotiation. Today, I drive my new car with pride and happiness and it was everything that I wanted and more.The experience that I've obtained when purchasing my new Prius C, I have no problem talking about. I even received a follow up call to ensure I will still enjoying my new car.I hope to deal with these guys again in the future!

I was at another dealer the previous day, wow what a trip, so from a major disappointment to meeting Jayson it was a 180, this guy is a real honest car salesman, I was upset & walking out the door, at the bottom line & he said give me 3 minutes, well Jayson sealed the deal, he came back at what I asked & I wrote him a check. My wife and I were vehichle shopping at several dealers and on a Friday, the day colonial closes early, we reached an agreement on a fair price but was really close to closing time. The extremely friendly staff was willing to wait for my wife and I to arrive shortly after closing time to put us in our new 4Runner before the weekend came! If that doesn't say dedictation to customer satisfaction I don't know what does. Highly recommend Colonial Toyota! Two thumbs up!

Jason contacted me regarding new lease offers. Told him exactly what I was looking for, went to the dealership with our 9 month old and we were in and out within a half hour. Excellent service and delivered my new car to me the next day at my work. When a small issue came up with Toyota Financial, Jason took care of it with just a quick phone call. You sometimes hear horror stories regarding leasing, you won't deal with that here. Highly recommend Colonial and Jason as your salesman.

We were dealing with 5 different dealerships when shopping for our new 4runner and Colonial was by far the only no nonsense dealership. With only one visit with Jason they agreed to match the best trade in value we could get for our old 4runner and the price they quoted matched the lowest price we had received from all the other dealers. The Forever Warenty and Jason's salses approach earned them our purchase. Jason was extremely helpful and answered emails on his days off and outside his business hours which kept lines of communication open because I work long hours. There was absolutely no haggling, pressure, and no long sales pitches. It was straight to the point best price and best service. I would definitely recommend Colonial Toyota to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

My frame was under coated by toyota thus extending the warranty to 15 years, which was a very pleasant surprise. They could have given me the run around but they DIDN'T! that was the first thing I was pleased with they truly wanted to help! Next although I would have liked to be read-in more during the process of ordering and approval (cuz that's just how I am) they took care of everything! Finally I received the call, my frame was in and ready to install, it was unbelievable how quickly they installed it! 1 week it was finished! They gave me a brand new rav 4 for free! The install cost me $0.00 dollars I signed the paper when completed and drove away in basically my brand new 03 tacoma! No issues at all have come up, no squeaks, squawks, shimmys or shakes, just a quality done job! I am extremely tickled with the work they have done and from now on I will only have my vehicles serviced at colonial toyota in indiana pa! As long as they continue to be open that is my dealership! Job well done guys! Not to mention the Woman that works the counter in the service center Heather W, is a wonderful service associate! Thank you all from Jeremy, the guy with the red Tacoma :)

My family has been buying and driving toyotas since I can remember so it only felt right that I started my search for my first new vehicle purchase at a Toyota dealership my family trusts (colonial Toyota). Jason Vaughn at colonial.immediately answered all questions and kept me posted on vehicles coming onto the lot that matched what I was looking for. Jason also explained in detail options for leasing versus buying the vehicle and wrote up quotes and gave expert advice to me as a recent college grad and being new to the dealership world. I left with the price I wanted and monthly payments I needed to be able to enjoy my new Toyota tacoma. Jason handled himself in a very professional manner and did not over pursue me to purchase the vehicle he rather gave me all the information I needed to make the decision on my own and did not pester me over the phone or through email to write this review or make the purchase of the vehicle. I went to Colonial to look at a truck I found online. The staff was great, especially Tim Neal who made every step in the process smooth and was always quick with a response or help if I needed it. I absolutely love my toyota tundra and I would recommend anyone looking for a toyota to check them out. The staff is easy going and I never felt pressured. Like the title says it was an all around pleasure doing business with this dealership. Definitely not your traditional dealership experience.

We weren't actually going to buy when we stopped with two grandkids on a cold, rainy, windy Saturday April morning! But, when we met with Jason, with his polite personality towards our grandkids, as well as us, we didn't have any reservations about going ahead with looking and buying! We experienced NO HASSLES as one always encounters with dealerships and salespeople. All of our questions we promptly answered. Although they didn't have the color of Highlander that we wanted, they agreed to dealer-locate one for us. We test drove the one they had on their lot, got what we wanted for our trade and the deal was made....within an hour! Shortly after we got home that afternoon, we received a call that they had located one and it would be on their lot, ready for us to take delivery on Tuesday afternoon! We would surely recommend Colonial Toyota and Jason Vaughn to all of our friends and everyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I would like to thank Tim and Colton both for their help in my purchase of 2012 Camry, I called Tim in December and asked him to start looking for a car with low miles. I called in early March and Tim was not there so I talked to Colton who said they just got in a 2012 with 5850 miles. Before I leased my Toyota Corolla I had purchased a Mazda CX-7 at another dealership. Four long months with struggling with different aspects of the car, my transmission blew on top of it all.. The dealership was clean and had TV , hot tea and comfortable chairs - The service manager Tom and his sfaff were kind and the mechanics did what was needed correctly to the best of my knowledge . In 2013 I was called a liar at Stocker chevy in State College pa.. At the ford Dealer in Altoona I thought that I was in a viraga commercial. Watson and Day chevy didn't take me serious . I have only had issues with my vehicle since my husband and i bought it 3 weeks ago I prob have had it a total of 8 days out of the 3 weeks.. They say they fixed it the 1st time after having it for 2 days and it broke down with me and my kids in the vehicle along the road. The second time was when i was leaving work same issue, NOW the 3RD TIME i am without a vehicle yet again broke down with all of us in the vehicle I believe with the same issue, instead of fixing it right i believe they do little as possible, and to talk to anybody we get the run around because it had to be towed back in for a 3rd time. I am so irritated, that if they dont fix it this time i have a lawyer on standby. I know that you can have issues with any vehicle as we usually always buy used(this is my first used newer vehicle) but we shouldnt have this many issues with the same thing happening each time, and that is my only transportation to work that now me and my husband have to share which intells getting my kids out of bed in the cold weather to take him to work(the 2nd time they offered a loaner car) This time we got offered nothing and have gotten no answers.. They need someone on standby over the weekend just in case things like this happen even if they call you back. I must say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. I live out of state and I found a used vehicle at Colonial on the internet. I contacted them through the website with a few questions and received a response from Justin Fuga (Ill call him Slim Ball Salesman). Soon after I informed Slim Ball I would purchase the vehicle at the stated price on the internet site. The next day I received an e-mail from Marty Hemmes (Ill call him Snake in the Grass Manager). Snake introduced himself and had a few questions about the sale which I answered. Snake then said he would write up the contract and e-mail it to me the next day. At this point I thought I had an agreement to purchase the vehicle and at Colonials asking price. However, when the next day came, instead of received a written contract from Snake, Slim Ball Salesman e-mailed me and said someone else was interested in the vehicle and that I needed to send them payment immediately. I replied saying Snake In the Grass Manager is supposed to send me the contract that day then after I review it, Ill sign it, send it back and pay them in full. But later than same day Slim e-mailed me back and said the vehicle was no longer available. I then wrote him back saying I thought we had a deal but no reply. I then wrote Snake and asked what happened and I havent heard back from him either. Long story short, I dont know about the rest of the folks that work at Colonial but if you have the misfortune to hook up with Snake in the Grass Manager Hemmes or Slim Ball Salesman Fuga DO NOT believe a thing they say. They are the epitome of low life car salesmen.

From the moment I talked to the receptionist to making my final decision to purchase my Toyota, with the help of Jason and Marty, my experience was very relaxed. Jason was thorough in his explanation of the features and warranty on the vehicle. He was also very patient and unhurried with my questions. Marty was able to offer a deal that was both acceptable and a little better than I was expecting. At a time when customer service appears to be non existent in many settings, it is refreshing to see the staff at Colonial Motors genuinely friendly and customer service oriented. I have worked in customer service most of my life and although training is very important, having people who truly believe in what they are doing is key. My last three cars have been purchased at Toyota Colonial in Indiana, PA. Although they are a Toyota dealer, they do not pressure you into buying a Toyota. They have great used cars and will do their best to help you find a car/suv that you like and is within your budget. They don't look down their noses at you if you can't afford a new car. No matter what choice you make, they treat you as if you just purchased the most expensive vehicle on their lot. They do not pressure you into buying. They truly are great people and I will definitely always check with them first before purchasing another car.

I never really expected to buy a Toyota and went to check-out Brand X. After I drove the ... I decided it wasn't for me-- Too big, didn't handle well, over-styled for a PU. This was in Pittsburgh where I live. I was visiting a friend in Indiana & just decided to visit Colonial one day & liked the product and the salesman. Several months later I wandered back in and Brian and I talked some more. I went to another dealer but the ease and efficiency of dealing at Colonial-the quality of the product and Brian's non pushiness stayed with me. I've just come home from a three-and-a-half hour trip to see a used car at Colonial. The trip was a complete waste of time because, by the time I arrived, the car was in the process of being sold to another customer who'd apparently made a prior appointment. This was despite the fact that I made an appointment yesterday afternoon to look at the car today, indicated clearly to the salesman that I would be coming a long way, and gave him my number so that he could call if any issues arose. I even let him to choose the best time for me arrive this afternoon. Colonial failed miserably on several counts. First, when a dealership makes an appointment to show a specific used car to a customer the next day, it is in my view making a commitment to have that car available for the customer to see. Second, this obligation is even greater when the dealership knows that the customer is coming from far away. Third, at an absolute minimum, the dealership has an obligation under these circumstances to inform the customer if it finds out that another person is coming in earlier to see the car, thus allowing the customer to decide whether to make the trip or to delay. Yet Colonial never called. The net result was that I made a completely wasted three-and-a-half hour journey that could easily have been avoided with a minimum of courtesy and consideration on Colonial's part.The salesman who made the appointment and greeted me when I arrived initially said he didn't call because he had no idea the car was being shown to someone else. However, he later told me that all the appointments to show specific cars are recorded on a big board in the main office so he -- or, if he'd only just arrived, his manager -- should have known the situation and informed me. It would have been nice if the salesman had offered me some kind of compensation, however nominal, for my wasted time and money but it's a further sad reflection on Colonial that, even after discussing the situation with his superior, he didn't. Instead, he simply suggested that I think about buying one of the new cars on their lot!

My husband stop on Friday, 3/27/15, to look at the Tundras. Tim Neal took the time to find the one he wanted and the color. It just so happened a truck just came of off the truck the day before. It was the right color and everything he was looking for too. We traded our Ford in for the Tundra. We couldn't have asked for better service from Tim and all we had contact with in this dealership. Let me start off by saying I did my due diligence researching the Tacoma and figuring out what a fair price for a lease would be. I wanted to go through this dealer since my dad and sister highly recommended it. After my sister got her Rav4 through them about a year ago, my dad said he wished he would have looked here instead of going to Toyota of Greensburg back in '08. I shopped around and found the one I wanted at a different dealer and they threw me a couple prices I wasn't too fond of. I came back here the next week to see if Brian Maxwell could get me that truck. I printed out the TrueCar value, probably 20 pages of LeaseGuide.com calculations with different money factors and money down, and the lease calculator from Toyotafinancial.com to show what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, I didn't even need them nor show them. I paid the tax on cash down upfront as well as the title fees, but if I would have included them in the monthly payments it still would have beaten all other quotes I received from other dealers by a considerable amount. This was a very easy experience, and Marty showed me his calculations very simply. I thought I was going to be here for hours negotiating, but the total price they offered was lower than I was initially shooting for. I highly recommend this place. If I buy another Toyota in the future, it will more than likely be from here, and I'm sure my dad will also visit these guys when he gets into the market for another vehicle.

So when I wanted to trade for another Prius I thought of Sue right away. I found the Prius I wanted online, and made the trek to Indiana from Windber to see it. We were greeted in the lot by a woman who turned us over to Mike when we told her why we were there. Mike came out and greeted us and showed us every Prius on the lot, he told me the one I was interested in had been sent to auction, however, he would see if he could get it back, and he did.We test drove one of the Prius's that was available, but I had my heart set on the one I had seen on line. It was the right price, color, and the mileage was great for a used 2013. Mike walked us through the paperwork, got me the payment I needed, and then turned us over to a woman who did the financing paperwork, she went through it like a pro in no time explaining every sheet as we went. I picked up my car a few days later and drove home very happy.

I have been searching for something for four wheel drive for a while and my boyfriend and I saw my fj cuiser on auto trader we called about it and got tim to answer a few questions we decided to drive out and take it for a spin we live in carnegie so it was a bit of a haul.. I fell in love driving it we had a few things we wanted looked over and they got done... tim was so personal and didnt try selling it by shoving the sale down my throat and being that I am a female I always felt belittled when talking to sales men not with tim..... I have a good history of working on vehicles and he really was very honest... Met Mike several years while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and took time to look in the showroom.Although I was not buying at that time, Mike introduced himself and offered to assist in any way. On mysubsequent visits, usually for service, Mike always said hello and was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.For that reason, when I was looking for another used Avalon or other Toyota recently, Mike was there and offered his assistance once again. At that point, only one car was of interest to me, and I felt it was not exactly what I wanted.A few days later, another similar Toyota Avalon was traded. Mike immediately called me to tell me he felt it was veryclose to what he thought I wanted. We set up an appointment, and I felt it was a good opportunity. Since it was going to be used mostly by my wife, we set a time for her to see it and drive it.Shortly after that, we did indeed purchase it.Mike set everything up and it took only a short time to finalize the sale and drive away. Our time that day was limitedand Mike suggested we return when convenient to show us how to set and use the many features. .He also had Tom, the Service Manager, available to answer any questions we might have. I wouldn't send anyone to this establishment. I received nothing but pressure from my salesman and insults from the GM DAN. They matched an offer on my trade from another dealer then acted like I owed them the sale. I told them I needed to sleep on it for a night and then DAN insulted me and said "if I wasn't smart enough to realize a good deal that the offer wouldn't stand the next day", so I left. I forgot my owners card and had to go back. When I got back he did a horrible job of apologizing. He said he wanted to explain that he "was upset when I held them past closing and then did not make a deal. He held up his end of the deal and you didn't hold up yours (me)" He then said "it showed you're not a man of your word and showed my true character" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!! I have bought plenty of vehicles and this place will NEVER sell me one or any of my family members. I have never experienced anything like I did that day. Their service garage might be #1 in the area but their sales are in the gutter. If I was owner, this GM would be canned. I am glad to say I bought the truck from the dealer I had the initial offer from the very next day. Thanks to Dan for increasing my intelligence to what is a truly good deal. I wont mention the sales person I dealt with only because he was probably only trying to do his job. I can deal with pressure, but will not tolerate insults.

From the very beginning of searching for a car at Colonial Toyota I had been in contact with john Woodward, internet sales coordinator. He sent me an email within an hour informing me he will do his best to make the whole experience fun and easy going. He did just that. I drove the 45 minutes to the dealership the first time and spent a good two hours there while he found me exactly what I was looking for. After we found it he made it a point to get me as much as he could for my trade and also make the payments affordable for me. It was very easy going the entire time and non stressful which is great when it comes to buying a car. John went back and forth several times with the general manager to get me the best deal which then the general manager Marty made it a point to sit down with me directly to try to save me money. Which never happens anywhere else!!!My car came in, in a few days and the whole paperwork process was so easy. John showed my husband and I the car which is exactly what I had pictured. The whole process was very easy going thanks to John. I will definitely be back.

In July of 2014 my wife and I began to think that we should at some point in the not-too-distant future begin to think that we should look to trade our 2010 Toyota Corolla on a newer Toyota. We were basically satisfied with our car, were consistently told by Colonial Toyota service managers that our car was in very good shape, and began to believe that Toyotas can run forever. Still, we became concerned that as our car neared 80,000 miles that it could totally lose its trade-in value before we were ready to deal. We also had the idea that we would prefer a new Camry. So we decided to call Michael Derr at Colonial, after receiving a letter assuring us that our 2010 Corolla was still very desirable. That night we stopped by Colonial Toyota just before closing time, only to take a quick look to remind ourselves what a new Camry looked like. Michael pointed to the Camrys and matter-of-factly commented that the new Corolla was a lot larger car than our 2010 model. We found a 2014 slate metallic Corolla we were impressed with and planned to see Michael the following day., still seeing ourselves more as factfinders than potential purchasers. When we returned, though, things moved so quickly and easily that within a couple of hours it became clear that the time was right and that the financial aspects of acting now were all positive The 2014 Corolla is a lot more car than the 2010, it has many high-end features, and we can tell already that the gas mileage will be very good. In other words, yes, definitely found what for us is the right car at the right price.

If you want to buy used, do your research. In doing your research (and I don't just mean on price) you will seldom find a better place to buy than Colonial. Great car buying experience with Jeff Williamson and the whole Colonial Toyota dealership. Recently purchased a used 2011 Toyota corolla. Jeff made the car buying experience great. No sales pressure, no fancy words, no games. The vehicle I purchased had a minor problem with the brakes making noise and Jeff Williamson and sales manager Dan Parise assured me this would be taken care of and offered to hold the vehicle until this service was completed. I opted to take the vehicle home and return to the dealership for the service. When my wife returned for the brake service it was performed with no hassle, in a timely manner, and the brakes are now silky smooth (My compliments to the service department) I would highly recommend Jeff Williamson to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Colonial Toyota.

I was half heartedly looking for another vehicle and stopped at Colonial Toyota and several other dealerships on Sunday. I saw several that interested me. I stopped at the Toyota the next day as I had Monday off to get some info on the RAV 4. Mike Derr was in the showroom and I started to ask him about the RAV. There was one on the showroom floor. He started to explain the features of the vehicle. I got more interested and we took the RAV that I had looked at the day before for a test drive. Really liked the car and also Mike's informative and low key approach. We continued to talk about the vehicle and before you knew it, they had worked up a nice deal for me that I could afford. It was nice to go to a dealership that did not pressure you into buying. Mike was a good salesman. His knowledgeable and low key approach worked for me that day as I bought the RAV and brought it home later that day.

Fine! All was fine! The first thing that immediately impressed me upon my first visit at Colonial Toyota was the visit from Colonial greeter (Judy). Very professional and appropriate. Then along came...Sue!...what a charm. She quickly but without pressure found what I was looking for, although my humor did send her into skids, a few times...There are a number of qualities that require review, such as at no time was I pressured in any way. If I had been pressured, I would have walked. If I had walked, I may never have been introduced to the Tacoma that I purchased. (That in itself would have been shameful on my part.) Then, Sue's knowledge of her "trade" was beyond reproach...basically wonderful. She knew everything. She could be called a "know it all" in the best of sense. Enough...enough...just go see Sue and the crew. They are great!!!!

I stopped at Colonial Toyota Indiana to look at trucks,Tacoma in particular. There wasn't anything on the lot that I was interested in and I was ready to leave. But! Sue Cunningham my sales rep found one parked at a different location. We drove past that truck at a different location and immediately wanted to drive it. We called Sue on her cell phone and she set up a test drive. We took the test drive. Sue didn't just let us drive it. She showed us what a Tacoma will do. We loved the truck. Sue was very helpful and friendly. We got to know her and she got to know us.When we picked up the truck, it was in beautiful with a yellow rose on the seat. I've talked to several Tacoma owners in the last week and they ALL have said how they like Tacomas.Dealing with Colonial was a pleasant experience and I'll be back.Raymond TarrKittanning Pa.

Thank you Tom Moss you deserve a raise. I had purchased a used truck from Colonial which had a few mechanical issues from the point of getting it home, I was very upset and they were having trouble getting the issues corrected. Tom took control and told me this not normal and we want you to have the vehicle you thought you were buying, They took care of anything and everything above and beyond what needed to be done. In the beginning I thought I was dealing with just another dealership looking to push cars but I was wrong at least from my experience.Thanks again Tom

I was looking at a used Cadillac and was handed to Trista. Thank god for that! She was awesome. Helped me out a ton. Great saleswomen with fantastic people skills. I was having problems getting the loan so in popped Preston who took care of business. He was equally as great!!! We will be back for our 2nd car in a few months. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I loved the place and the people. Greeter was great too as she made me coffee and we conversed for a bit. A++++++++

Buying a new car is not our favorite thing to do. It was refreshing to meet a salesperson who was not the typical "hard core" salesman. We enjoyed working with Andrew. He is young, but we think he has great potential. He seems to be a kind, level-headed young man, always courteous, a good listener, and still gets his ideas across. We purchased a Camry from Sue Cunningham. I can not say how friendly and helpful she was. Sue is someone you can talk to and she understand what you want. We traded in a 2010 Camry. We just purchased our second Toyota prius from Mike Derr and Colonial Toyota of Indiana. We bought our first prius from Mike 5 years ago. We also purchased a used Ford escape there. We like Colonial Toyota because there is no hassle with the service department, you pull up to the door and drive right in. Your vehicle is worked on immediately, not there the entire day. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others we speak with. We live 50 miles from this dealership and in our opinion they have the best staff and service in the area. We were very pleased with the overall experience at Colonial Toyota. Mike Derr was our salesman and was very helpful with all questions and concerns. Our biggest reason for our purchase was the warranty available and service. We have had service done on another Toyota that was purchased off of an individual and were treated as if we bought it there, That's why we chose to return to Colonial for our new purchase. My husband and I needed another vehicle due to a change at his work. We were greeted and immediately felt welcome at this dealership. Trista showed us a variety of cars and even took us to the other branches of the dealership. She took the time to make sure that we would absolutely love the new car and that it would fit our needs. Trista took the time to explain all of the features of the new car and even helped me set up the bluetooth in the car! The process of purchasing the car was wonderful and we decided to purchase another vehicle the same day. Trista and Preston worked with us all day to make the process as painless as possible. We absolutely love our new vehicles and the staff at Colonial is phenomenal! I would recommend this dealership and its wonderful staff to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle as they make you feel like family!
