Purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 EV from out of state and was a easy process to do business with this dealership.. They're small lot near the beach with nice quality cars for sale.. They try to go the extra mile to insure your a happy customer.. No pressure to buy.. Johnny Kho great sells man.. But, still waiting for my free dinner for two with a out of state purchase.. Hopefully it in the mail. Lol..

Got a quick response but after application was filled out no more response. Guess they didn't consider that I had the cash for the car just went through the application process to see if I could get a deal. Bad business guys! Thanks though I purchased a 2008 corvette instead.

- Dealer must do work honestly if they give a warranty on their cars and don't try to fool clients.- OCTOBER .., I found a car at cars (.) com, it was 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport in perfect condition with only 34,000 miles on it. We wanted to finance our purchase.- OCTOBER 22, we signed all papers and made a deposit for the car.- NOVEMBER 1, we got our car 10 days after!!! Every day of last week John promised us release the car when he get money from finance company. Other hand finance company didn't want to finance Casey's Cars Inc because I didn't get a car and cannot make an appointment to install GPS tracking device as that was required by finance organization. Only after that they can finance dealership. But Casey's Cars Inc. didn't want to release the car to me. Instead, John asked me to lie to the finance company to say them that I got a car and their specialist can come over to install GPS. I refused to do it. John released the car next day. - We had to rent a car 2 WEEKS since we bought the car. - NOVEMBER 10, 1ST TIME "Check Engine" lamp popped on because of transmission failure. Casey Cars Inc. can't fix it because they do not do transmission repairs! John offered me that they can tow my car to service where the transmission can be repaired. That time I still trusted to John even though we had an issue with release a car to me.- NOVEMBER 11, I brought money to John and got a car back. I didn't get receipt or something like that!!!- NOVEMBER 18, 2ND TIME the transmission won't shift gears again. John still didn't send me a repair order. I drove car back to dealer location. - DECEMBER 7, 3RD TIME "Check Engine" lamp popped up and transmission won't shift gears. I made a call to Casey's Cars Inc. I said that first of all I have to see paper from mechanic about what kind of work they have done with my car and why two times in row I got the same issue with transmission.- DECEMBER 10, I got repair order after numerous reminders. It took 1 MONTH to get it by email, I still didn't have original papers!!! I felt fooled. I drove my car to other service that I chose by myself. VGS Module was faulty and have to be replaced with valve body. Soon after I got my car successfully repaired at other service.- DECEMBER 18, we visited Casey's Cars Inc. again. We wanted to see the mechanic, we asked to make meeting with him. This didn't happened.- JANUARY 4, 2016, I called John about meeting with mechanic. Can you imagine what kind of response I got? John said me that mechanic do not want to come over to meeting because it's not public repair service, some kind of a secret service that works only with dealers!- JANUARY 5, I called to mechanic by name Casey to number that gave me John Kho. He explained me what work has been done I saw that he made a lot of mistakes in repair order related quantity, parts numbers and didn't write that parts was not new, it was rebuild. He said that he told John that he recommended to replace VGS Module. He wrote also that recommendation on the repair order that I got after first repair. That means that first time my car wasn't repaired right and it was unnecessary cause they knew that they unable to get right parts from MBUSA.- JANUARY 6, we came to office Casey's Cars Inc. for meeting. We wanted back our money for repair that has been done first time cause it was unnecessary and compensation in amount 50% of replaced VGS Module in other service. They're apologized but all work have to be made at their service cause we signed contract even despite fact that they don't have transmission specialist there and even their outsource service Casey Cars Repair won't be able to fix my car.- We were hoping that got a car that can drive "Thousands of Miles" without issues. It's already 3RD MONTH since we bought the car and I still have to speak with Casey's Cars Inc. trying to find justice.

Shopping for a used Porsche has been quite the experience. I have dealt with many dealers who just seemed shady. After speaking with Casey over the phone I was confident I found the right place. The next step was to see if this was the car for me. Upon my arrival Casey had the car cleaned and ready for me to view. He showed me all the service history, carfax report and their in house inspection form. It was the easiest buying decision I have ever made and it takes me 30 minutes to figure out what I want to order from a restaurant. Casey had the paperwork completed and I was driving the car after 20 minutes! No waiting for 4 hours like my previous purchase experiences. After taking delivery of the 911 I took it to my local mechanic to have it gone through. My mechanic stated it was well kept and one of the nicest examples he had seen in a while. Looking forward to getting my next vehicle through Casey's. Keep up the good work guys!

Saw a Toyota Tacoma online for a good price. Called and spoke with Casey (Manager) set up appointment to test drive the truck. Came in and Casey flipped me the keys and let me take it by myself. Truck was in good shape with just a minor scratch. Casey showed me their inspection report on the truck. All the services were just done. Even though the truck was already advertised at a great price Casey asked me if I had AAA to get me a better deal! What sales guy tries to get you a lower price?? Anyways so we made a deal in a matter of minutes. By the time I went to the bank to get a bank check Casey had all the paperwork done upon my arrival. Everything was signed in about 3 minutes! I bought my last Toyota at Manhattan Beach Dealer and it took 4 hours to get everything done. These guys are pros. Best buying experience ever! Thanks guys

What a great experience at Casey's yesterday. Called in on a Porsche 911 they had in stock. It was priced less than all the others I was shopping for so I was a little reserved coming in to see it. To my surprise the car was like it just came out of the showroom. It had one minor scuff on one of the wheels but Caseys scheduled to have it repaired next week. The sales process was very easy and Casey's was very transperent. They flipped me the keys and let me take it for a drive by myself and had all the paperwork done in less than 15 minutes. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. My wife couldnt believe I was home so fast with the car! Thanks Casey's Cars and Casey the General Manager. You guys know how buying a car should be!

I have probably purchased over 50 cars in my life time. It has always been a rough experiance dealing with sales guys. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Casey Jones (General Manager/Sales) at Casey's Cars Inc. In Hermosa Beach. He was not the usual pushy aggressive sales guy. He answered all the questions I had on the car perfectly. Was very honest. He let me take the car for a long test drive to make sure it was the right one for me. They inspect/service all their cars so I did not have to spend any money right away. I also found out they service vehicles as well. Casey even offered me a first free oil change with my purchase! The Absolute best buying experience I have ever had! I usually do not write reviews unless they are poor reviews to keep people away but this dealership deserves a lot of respect. PS I also got a great price on my SLK Mercedes! it was the cheapest one on Cars.com and had very low miles and fully loaded! 5 Star Purchase. Thanks Casey!

Came in too look at their great selection of Porsche's. Most dealers over price these vehicles but not Casey's Cars. They had many to choose and all were priced to sell. The sales process was quick and easy. Casey Jones (Sales Manager) let me take the car for a test drive and showed me the inspection sheet on the car and also the vehicle history report then worked out a even better deal. I was in and out in less than an hour! Best buying experiance I have ever had. 5 Star Dealer!
