Great Internet Buying Support
I was on the hunt for a particular vehicle as a project truck. Dan with Car and Van World went above and beyond assisting me as a potential buyer from 900 miles away. He test drive the vehicle and took a very good amount of additional photos to assist me with my remote decision.Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle in question but every interaction with Dan was very helpful and he will go out of the easy to make sure you are informed about your potential purchase.
First time car buyer
Was in need of finding a car while also not having the greatest credit score. Buying a car was a lot easier than I thought it would be. The salesman Dan was very helpful in guiding me through the process! I've used their repair shop for little things like oil changes and inspection and everyone at there was really great. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to any friends or family who may be in the same position I was!

Car didn't last a year!
Let me begin I got the car in August the muffler falls down. I don't understand how you need whole new transmission right before one year warranty.... A set up to me. After getting the car back it should sound like brand new car, but no it whisper and now running hot. Waste of time do NOT buy.

I recently purchased a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country from Car and Van World in early August. Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with our purchase. We just got back from a trip where we drove the van to North Carolina and back with no problem whatsoever. The van is very clean and runs great plus my kids love it because it has TV's in the back with a DVD player. The salesman at the dealership was very friendly and helpful and he worked within my budget. I just feel lucky I found these guys!
Disappointed potential customer!
I made an inquiry by phone to purchase a vehicle listed on Cars.com for $5,400.00. When I told the salesman I would pay cash, He told me he would sell it to me for " about $6,000.00." I refused to do business with a company with deceitful advertising practices!!
