Recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 Cabriolet from Brian's Auto Center. Though initially concerned about dealing with a non-authorized Mercedes dealer, I read a significant number of very positive online reviews that put me at ease enough to place an inquiry call regarding an E350 shown on their website that appeared to have all of the features I was looking for. Co-owner Gary was very knowledgeable about the car's features, and what he did not immediately know, he quickly found answers to from his staff. Stopped in a few days later and ended up spending a very pleasant couple of hours with Gary who accompanied me on a test drive and was hugely patient and helpful in satisfactorily answering every question I could throw at him. Very reasonable on negotiating a final price and Gary and his staff were amazingly helpful in assisting on every other detail from returning my current car (coming off lease the following day) to an area MB dealer, arranging financing for the new car, and even returning my old tags to the DMV. Overall a very pleasant experience which led me to acquiring an extremely clean low mileage car for a great price which is apparently what Brian's Auto is all about. Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises.

When I was on my way to Brians Auto Center to look at a used SUV I had seem online, I had an A, B and C plan of attack. Unbeknownst to me, on arrival, I found me myself totally disarmed, but not necessary to my detriment. Instead of my putting on a facade in pursuit of a good deal, I ended up being charmed into the best way I know how to be, myself. The dealership happens to be multi-generational, a family business. The friendly atmosphere, their funny shtick was all relaxing and infectious. All this is neatly wrapped around a serious business. Little Brian, the latest generation in the business, who attended to me, was not only very professional and personable but also a straight shooter. I was impressed. I guess one can say that he has inherited all the good genes in the family. To put it in a nut-shell, I had remained myself and yet still walked away or maybe I should say drove away in my SUV with a great deal. A very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Brians Auto Center,

I bought a 2014 Honda CRV, that happened to be on the lot at Brian's in November of 2015. I now call it my "hot rod" based on the beautiful cars that are on display at this unique auto dealership. What was most appealing for me, being that I wasn't in the market for a high end car, which would be an obvious reason for stopping in, was the great customer service I received. You would have thought I was buying one of those special vehicles the way I was treated. Little Brian went with me on a test drive and was very easy going and helpful. Brian, his Dad and owner with his brother Gary, took much time explaining all I needed to know in order to help me feel comfortable about making the decision to buy the car, but he was far from pushy. Eric, the nice guy behind the desk in the middle of the store is just that - NICE, and highly efficient, so he made the paperwork process much easier than going to any other dealership. It is obvious the quality of vehicles these guys deal with and they really know their stuff. Their main concern seems to be to make whoever walks in their doors feel at ease. They did it for me and I am most grateful and enjoy just stopping in now to say hi. I was in the market for a CRV but never expected to purchase this car from such a high quality dealership. For me, as well as my new car, I feel like we both got treated as if we mattered, just as much as anyone else who might be shopping there for something quite beyond a Honda CRV.

Then i seen a 2004 Porsche Boxster red with tan in side. i i just love the look of it.it runs just as good as it looks.The experience working with Gary was very good.I will not buy a car anywhere else.Thank you every one.

I started my search on the internet, looking for a four-door Bentley sedan. Through my search, I found Brians Auto Center. I called in, and spoke with Erik, who eventually became my sales consultant. Erik was courteous and professional, and explained in detail all the Bentleys that they have in their inventory, and answered all of my questions. I quickly scheduled an appointment to see and test-drive the Bentley Arnage and a Bentley Continental Flying Spur. Upon my arrival, I noticed what Brians Auto Center is all about: beautiful, high-line cars with an exceptional staff that is knowledgeable, professional and treat you like your part of their family. Not only did they have the Bentleys (and they are gorgeous!), but also many other high-line and exotic cars (all beautiful and with LOW mileage)! It is truly a toy-store for car lovers. From Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Acura, Jaguar, Vipers, Prowlers to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce, they have it all! They have a relaxing environment, and the staff extends that feeling to you! Whether it is Erik, Jason, John, Gary, or Brian, himself, all of them are car guys, who are passionate and love what they do, and want you to have fun while you are there! Erik and Gary took me on test drives in both vehicles, but I could not decide which one to get. Erik explained the differences between each Bentley, and listened to what I needed in a car. Eventually, he helped me decide on the Bentley Continental Flying Spur. What impressed me most about Erik is that he did not try to sell me a car, but help me decide and purchased the car I eventually ended up buying, which was the Continental Flying Spur. The purchase experience was as smooth as can be! Gary and Jason explained everything throughout the process, and were fantastic and upfront. I signed the paperwork, and took the delivery of the car that very evening! The Bentley is amazing, throughout, and drives beautifully! If you are looking for a pre-owned high-line or exotic car, then look no further. Brians Auto Center has it for you! I went all over for a car, and these guys at Brians gave me the nicest car with the lowest mileage and fairest price. For sure, I am a customer for life! I would highly recommend ANYBODY who is looking to buy a late-model and low mileage car to do business with these guys! I promise you feel like and be treated like you are a part of their family. I have purchased many cars over the years and Brians Auto Center was by far the most professional, smoothest, relaxing I have experienced. Brian's Auto Center is like no other car dealership anywhere. This is a family business, and these people are car enthusiasts through and through. They love cars, and they know cars... particularly luxury cars. We were looking for a very specific Mercedes. They happened to have the exact car we were looking for, with very low mileage. We drove over 2 hours to get there. The car was perfect, except that the previous owner had done a significant amount of chrome detailing to the car, which we did not like. We were not even going to test drive it, until Gary told us he could easily take all the chrome off. He had his extremely talented detailing guy start taking it off even before we agreed to buy the car. We spent several hours there while that was being finished. In that time, we got to know the staff and watch the whole operation. These people LOVE what they do, and it shows. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, professional, considerate, and will go the extra mile to make you happy and comfortable. Jason, who handles all paperwork, etc., was efficient, helpful, and a pleasure to spend time with! We had to pick up the car a few days later, and they actually offered to meet us half way on the highway to save us a significant amount of driving time. Amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Brian's Auto Center! I hated car shopping, until I bought a car there. This purchase was actually a fun and pleasant experience! I will never buy a car anywhere else- we are customers for life!!

I recently bought a very low mileage 2009 Jaguar XK Coupe from Brian's. I dealt directly with Brian and was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and the courteous, helpful treatment I received from him and the rest of his staff, especially Joe Rose, Gary and Jason. Brian made sure that I was completely satisfied with the XK and spent a lot of time with me, both during a long test drive and at his dealership. He had the car detailed and took me seemlessly through the buying process with no pressure, no hassles, no missteps and no surprises. I have stopped by the dealership a few times thereafter and was treated like a member of the family. In sum, I was completely satisfied with my experience with Brian's and look forward to doing business with them again.
