After we agreed on a sale price of a per-owned car at this dealer, the sale guy put a car dealer ship fee on my invoice. When I and I asked what that was for? It said that was a mandatory fee and I would pay that same fee at any car dealer. I decided to not buy but go home to think again. After talking with other car dealers, I found that that was a lie. When it called me the date after, i told it to take off that fee, it said "Go another place" and hang off on me. 10 minus later, it called me back and told me that its manager agreed to take off that fee and asked me to come to sign the contract. Then they sent me to a room with a finance manager guy. This guy was more terrible. At first, it showed a very gentlemen attitude to entice me to buy additional insurance and service that it provided. After I denied all, it changed the attitude 100%: Negative and rude. It even not willing to give me a copy of my car fax which it promised to give me. When I insisted to have it, it made a terrible photocopy of the paper and through to my face. Oh, lol. I had to control myself so much to avoid f... to its face. Since I already signed on the paper, so I had to get it without able to cancel.But all of you still have the option NOT TO BUY THERE if you did not sign the contract. The 3 guys I talked and dealt with were all fake in their attitude. DONT GO THERE, otherwise, you will experience the same thing.

Poor Service From Service Department

Service department has been unable to diagnose and repair an issue and doesn't communicate with customer as promised.Ongoing issue since 02/22/16 with battery dying overnight and continuously running water pump after key off. Vehicle brought in to Braman BMW West Palm and issue and possible diagnosis described to service adviser. After several days, service adviser stated 9+ hour diagnostics, unable to pinpoint problem. I went over issue and possible diagnosis again with adviser over phone and was later advised that several components had been found to be in need of replacement... wiring, computer, harness', totaling roughly $3300. 4 months later, battery dying again presumably due to new battery that was replaced in February, now unable to keep up with constant discharge and recharge. Bring vehicle back, re-explain problems to new adviser (old adviser gone), service keeps vehicle 2 days, now late Friday, advise me yes, battery dying overnight and need to keep vehicle over weekend and recharge battery, scan and diagnose problem. One week later get call... water pump is issue. charging me again for 3.5 hours diagnostics and water pump that I originally told them was running for hours after car shut down and was obviously doing so. Vehicle is still in service department, work being performed. Wife spoke to service manager on Wednesday to find out what is going on and why they are just now figuring out that problem is what we told them was the problem 4 months and $3300 ago and was promised he would "take care of it".It is now Friday, after hours, neither the service manager or service rep has contacted us to let us know where we are with repair.Car was also presented to wife after initial repair in February, dirty and unwashed after being left outside while in dealership. Poor service and problem still as of yet, unresolved.

As my car was under warranty, I entrusted the staff with maintenance. However, my service advisor did not inform me of delays or issues on multiple occasions. After one such delay, I went to the dealer to pick up a courtesy vehicle, the staff drove me around the lots for over one hour. Noone could find my car. Last week, I had to replace the oxygen sensor in a car with 21K miles. The mechanic who fixed the car stated the oil and air filter had never been changed. Be wary if you trust your car's maintenance to Braman BMW West Palm.

My experience and buying a car from Mr. Alichwer definitely exceeded my expectations. Mr. Alichwer greeted me ever so kindly and let me know he was there to be of assistance whenever I needed it. I keep having the same problem with my SUV since I bought it. The dealership keeps it for extended lengths of time and routinely notes in my service paperwork that a front end alignment fixed the problem. Since when does a new vehicle need repeated front end alignments? In addition, the dealership performed work on my car that was not identified in the paperwork and even left someone's coffee cup in my car. This has been a horrible experience and extremely disappointing. Don't trust them and if you have to use them, get everything in writing or they will take advantage and conveniently not remember of uphold promises they make.

DON'T EVER buy a car from them. Horrible service center. They always have excuses.i waited with 3 kids and a car seat for over an hour, on the curb, waiting for them to get my car. Which they didn't wash. When I complained they said they would detail it next time. Next time came along and they detailed it. Apparently they used sap to clean it. My car had sap all over it. This is just one of the horrible stories.

Mr Al-Safeer Jamal was the first person I met when I visited the place the first time. He is a very nice guy. He took his time to explain everything. He was very respectful, and took all my thought into consideration. Mr Mario Ceresa also had to bring his part into it too. He was the one available for the test drive and to discuss the deal. They both did their best to make my dream comes true. Thanks to both of them and to the guys at the finance department. I almost forgot the receptionists who always come to offer something to eat or drink. They are all nice people, including Tiffany who took her time to teach me how to use the car when I picked it up.

My overall experience at Braman was top notch. Donna Shankman is not your typical "hey buddy" type sales person. Our deal was straight forward and completed in record time. Something that's difficult to find in the auto industry. The downside is how they try to "work you" in the Finance Department. Still plenty of room for improvement in that department.

The 2016 X3 is the third BMW car I have purchased from Sarwat. It was because of my positive previous experiences with Sarwat that I chose to return to Braman West Palm Beachrather than go to the BMW dealer in Jupiter which is closer to where I live. Any time that I had need to be in the dealership Sarwat always treated me and my husband like an old friend. Sarwat knows his products and was able to cut to the chase in our recent visit by pointing out how the 2016 X3 is different from my 2013, He remembered what we like and need in our car. I went into Braman two weeks ago to buy a BMW. As a four-time BMW owner for the last 20 years, I knew the performance I was missing with my other two cars. I had complicated needs for the car however, that made it difficult to decide which model was the right one. My sales consultant, Joe Mingolla, patiently went for numerous test drives with me and tried mightily to match my needs to the right vehicle. Finally, we settled on a new 228 convertible, and we were able to come to terms on it for a three year lease. I don't know many sales consultants who would have had the patience and determination to not only sell me a car, but find the right car for me. Joe is tops in my book, and my experience with the team at Braman was very positive.

We had a lease turn in and walked in on a busy Saturday, but were promptly greeted and serviced by Mike Belo. Even though they sell the most Rolls Royce in the country (maybe the world), he made us feel our business was valued and greatly appreciated. He walked us over to the cafe inside the dealership while he looked up the vehicles we were interested in. He did all the leg work, while we relaxed. We thought we were going to "shop around" and look at other brands, but after our test drive, I fell in love with my BMW 5 series again. Even though only the color is different, this car is amazing- just like the service at Braman West Palm Beach! A great team!

I just found Sarwat to be a snake and he told us hat he would not run credit and when we got home.....and looked online a credit check had indeed been run!!! They give you this spill about how all of their celebrity clients come and they have bbqs with them! I want to buy a car and not listen to Sarwats BS! He wanted us to pay 10000 down on a 58000 car! Really! They didn't try! Picking up from a different dealer. Do NOT use Abraham EVER!

I recently had someone total my 2008 328I BMW convertible which needless to say was not a fun experience. We had the rental car for a month which is not long to find another car. We had recently purchased a new home so buying a new car right now was not in the plan so getting a great deal was very important. We found Braman on auto trader after two weeks of looking. I was getting very stressed at the thought of 30 a day for my rental so the pressure was on. Once we contacted Mike at Braman the rest was simple. It was a 2.5 hour drive from Ft Myers to Palm Beach. Mike was very so helpful. He even offered to stay for us so we could get this transaction done. He had the car washed and filled was fuel. He was so professional and made the experience speedy without making us feel rushed. We will buy our next car from Braman and MIke in the near future. As we know she is a transition car as I will have my convertible in a couple of years. Thank you Braman and Mike.

Great car buying experience at this dealership. Salesman Adam Levy was very helpful. Informative and not pushy. I came in to see a particular car I found on the internet so I knew what I wanted. Equally as important as the sales department is the finance department. Many a deal has gone sour once you go into the finance department. I can say that Jim Gilarmo was the most helpful and caring finance person. He put in the effort to find just the right program for me and was helpful in guiding me with the upgrades I added to my financing. I am a long time BMW fan and owned my 2005 X3 for 10 1/2 years. Two important factors to weigh in when I started looking for my vehicle: 1) car shopping/buying is a time-consuming experience; 2) I'm a hard-working single mother with no spare time on my hands. I contacted Braman via phone first in an attempt to save time (both mine and the dealer's). The friendliness, direct-to-the-point approach and attentiveness had me driving over to the dealership immediately. Neil Vota, in the internet sales department, did an excellent sales job. He was very well informed, not too pushy, but still managed to get me to buy a car on the spot. After driving home I found a couple of small "defects" on the car. I called the next morning and he asked me to come right up to the dealership, even though their service department was swamped. Neil managed to fix both "defects" himself, and in addition programmed the bluetooth hook-up for my iphone, which I didn't have time for when I bought the car. That's what I call service!As to the dealership, they had the largest selection of BMW's I have ever seen, and it was easy to find a used BMW on their lot that matched my requirements as to model color, and accessories. All in all it was a very pleasant buying experience.

I bid on a 750i xdrive that was on eBay and it did not meet the reserve. I called Neil and worked out a price. We dealt with a few issues that had to be addressed and had the total price of the sale worked out and I sent a wire transfer. Neil picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the dealership. We thought that we would be able to start our 1700 mile journey right away. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not clean and detailed since it had been paid for a week. The only other issue that I had was the finance employee being rude and asking for more money when all the figures had been agreed to. We resolved that issue and we left the dealership. I think that 3 hours was too long for the purchase of a vehicle that was already paid for. Overall Neil was a polite and nice salesman. All I would recommend is they have the vehicle detailed and paperwork ready so that anyone out of state can get on the road.

I specifically dealt the Willie Orth for my transaction.I purchased a lightly used 2007 BMW X5 and was VERY surprised as they treated me as if I purchased a new Bentley! My purchase was probably one of the cheaper, more used vehicles on the lot and yet they delivered a spotless car meeting every promise made. While waiting for the minor "reconditioning" it needed (took a couple of days for the new tires, trailer hitch, etc.) they even loaned me a BMW for my use!!After returning to pick up my X5, I was greeted by Willie and his team to deal with the delivery, financing aspect and the quick overview of how the car "works". The car was in perfect condition (as promised), the other personnel I dealt with were wonderful and the "Genius" (Robert) took care of my quick lesson even throwing in an iPhone specific cable for my audio listening pleasure! Another nice "touch"! First I want to say that when I came to Bramen, I wasn't sure that I even wanted a BMW. Mike Belo approached us quickly ( but not aggressively - I hate when a salesman make me feel attacked ) . He asked us what our needs and wants were regarding a car we would be interested in. Between the three of us , we made a few choices and started the test drives. Our decision was made relatively quick , and Mike ran the numbers and various payment options. He was straight with us , didn't try to force me into anything I couldn't afford. I was very appreciative of his approach. It made us feel like we could trust him, especially since we already had rough numbers run before he came back with his. So we finished our financing and paperwork and we took the new car home that night. Since we closed the dealership , Mike offered me to come back the next day I wasn't working , and he would have the car detailed. It's the little things like that, a customer appreciates. I have given Mike's name to three people from my work already. I typically hate the process of buying a car. Mike really made it as easy as possible.

Just signed for my first BMW 435i Convertible. I always prefer a non-salesy experience and got one here. From the first time I dropped in to see the car, and then test drive, it it was an easy experience. After I gave Tom my contact info he did not harass me. He contacted me from time to time to check in. We even talked general contractors since I was doing some work to my PB apt and it made the connection more friendly. When I turned my Honda Civic over to my daughter, I decided to treat myself to a "luxury" car. I went into Braman BMW in WPB to look at a new 3-series BMW and was teamed with Rob Sadler. After talking with Rob about the BMW 335i and going on a test drive, it was all over. My decision was a foregone conclusion. I never even made it to the Mercedes dealer. Due to the number and type of options I wanted, my car had to be built-to-order, which meant an unavoidable delay in receiving the car. After negotiating a mutually acceptable price, the order was placed and Rob kept me up-to-speed on a weekly basis on my car's production progress. Once my car arrived, we discovered that one of the ordered options had not been included. However, Rob and Phil Roe, the General Manager, bent over backwards to remedy the error and, as a result, I ended up a very happy and satisfied customer thrilled with my new purchase. Since the purchase, Rob has stayed in touch to make sure that all is going well and I look forward to meeting with him shortly to review in-depth some of the amazing technical features of the iDrive system.Because of his technical expertise, Rob is now a BMW "Genius" and is no longer on the sales floor. While I am very happy for him on his new appointment, I regret that others will not be able to have the wonderful experience I did with him as my sales person. Moe Nadar (Zee) kindly received me at the door of the dealership. He patiently showed me different models and even drove me to a different lot where they keep more vehicles. We discussed the pros/cons of all the models and then helped me made my decision without being "aggressive" about the process (most car dealerships are very pushy and force you to make a decision).He even suggested that I take my time and test other cars before making my decision which I did, but I returned to this dealership. My decision was not triggered only by the fact that I like the car better, but also because I knew that I will feel very comfortable bringing the car to a dealership where the service simply rocks!After purchasing a car, I received a courteous follow-up call to make sure everything was OK. In other dealerships, people tend to "force" you to give them good reviews but I hate that. With them, I just felt compelled to do this even though I have not been asked to do so. My wife and I recently received a promotional offer from BMW to trade-in our 535i early. We decided to check out this opportunity, but more from an interest perspective as we didn't think they would be able to make a deal that made financial sense when we still had many months left on the lease. We were wrong. Neil Vota and his manager Brian Wallan were determined to meet our requirements and they did. They were both highly professional and customer focused. I had a number of key requirement and they were able to meet all of them. I had to be a little flexible and they did to. A deal works only if it is good for all parties. The entire acquisition process took about 3 hours and was very easy and painless. We drove in with a 535i and left with an X328i loaded with even more bells and whistles than we expected at a a price that made us comfortable. I would highly recommend Braman BMW and especially Neil and Brian. The Braman Team knows how to get a customer and keep them for the long-term.

We knew what we wanted, and at no time did Oscar try to put us into something else. When all was said and done, we wound up buying a new BMW 328d. The dealership closed at 5:00 PM, but the necessary staff stayed until after 7:00 PM completing paperwork and preparing the vehicle for us. I have had the opportunity to buy several vehicles from many dealerships; Braman far surpassed my expectations. It was a great experience.

Service manager Rob Ortega helped me on my first visit for service. He proceeded to look at the paint issue on the front grill. I told him it may be a defect since the paint came off when I waxed it only in that one spot, and you can also see how the paint is foggy and there are lines through it (on a 2014 BMW X1). He then turned to me and with a extreme attitude asked are you a paint expert and then proceeded with its not a defect or BMWs fault. He was very rude and I was shocked that he would have such an attitude with a customer. I seriously felt like I was talking to a bum in the street with the kind of attitude this so called manager had. To have an attitude, and insult a customer is not what I expected of BMW. He did not even care to examine the issue, but only look across the rest of the bumper and hood trying to match up another spot blaming it on a bug. I have owned many cars, and a bug is not going to take off paint. So unless BMW has very crappy paint that a bug on a highway would take off the paint, this guy was seriously mistaken. I repeatedly told him its only that one spot where the paint came off as I waxed the vehicle myself. Again answered back with an attitude like we were in a bar fight. The end result was him saying BMW would fix the issue, but they will not fix it a second time. Although I am happy BMW offered to fix the problem, I would have rathered someone with a less hostile attitude servicing me and NOT fix the issue. Following that he just walked away. In addition to that, not Rob or my advisor Joy mentioned the key beep issue that I explained earlier and they did not seem to care. I emailed the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he contacted me back in about an hour. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, this guy did not even once apologize or even seem to care about how disrespectful the service manager was to me. All I got was "Rob is a highly respected manager around here". No apologies for the rudeness or anything. So I guess when you are a manager it gives you the right to treat people like dirt and be an xxxxxxx. Will I go there again and lease/buy a BMW, NO, will I bring my current lease there for service again, certainly not.This was my first BMW service experience, and I have to say it left a very bad taste in mouth. My advice to management there, do not be rude to people especially customers. If you think they are wrong proceed to explain your side of the issue politely and respectfully. It is pretty sad that someone without years of management experience has to educate a Service Advisor Manager how to treat people. We all have our bad days, and Im sure managers at a high end place like Braman deal with a lot of up tight customers. But I was nothing but nice, and did not deserve to be insulted or treated that way.

The 2011 G37 with low miles was listed as having Audio activated Navigation. It was Buy It Now priced, but I called to confirm the Nav option. Neil Voto verbally on phone and in writing assured the navigation option was correct. The dealership is also not good at transaction, added an undisclosed "dealership charge" that was removed, but dilatory in processing a $2K deposit and then a wiering of finds from SC to them. Delivery took an addition week, and then title delayed another week. On delivery, the vehicle had no Navigation. Mr Voto acknowledged his mistake. It took time to inquire about Infiniti installed, cost for parts and options. One estimated, Voto and Braman walked away from their misrepresented product, and left us cheated on a luxury auto. This dealer and Mr Voto have no integrity.

I purchased a lightly-used Fiat 500 ABARTH from Neil Vota at Braman Motorcars. First time in quite a while I've not purchased from an individual, a little apprehensive of buying from a big dealer (don't love supporting somebody's overhead) but read great reviews of Braman on here and after speaking with Neil I felt comfortable.Forgot to mention - purchased this car sight-unseen. It's my 8th car (yes, I am a car addict.) \Anyway, Neil was patient and worked with me throughout a fairly long process of negotiation and payment. For different reasons, the paperwork had to be redone but Neil was never short or angry about having to spend more time than originally anticipated on the transaction.Communication from him and others at Braman was also top notch. Have not received the car yet, but as long as it arrives as it looked in the photos, Braman gets an A+++ in my book. They were excellent and professional all-around on this purchase.

There is a reason why I keep buying cars from here and recommending them to my friends and family. Braman treats customers like family! Every time you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly face. My husband and I have bought several cars from Marc Jaffe and we will continue to do so. He gets me great deals on the perfect vehicle for me, and is always there to assist me with any problem big or small. The relationship with him doesn't end when you leave the dealership as with most salespeople. He has sent help for me when my car was in an accident and even helped me with silly things like programming my radio. A lot of people think buying a car is an unpleasant experience. I have purchased four cars through the internet, the first three were all positive transactions. My last purchase was from Braman Motorcars in West Palm Beach Florida. Living in Kansas 1700 miles away you might understand my hesitation on making this deal. I do have to say Neil Vota (the salesman) tried everything in his power to make me feel at ease. So we made the deal and I got on the plane headed for Florida. Neil picked me up at the airport and we headed to the dealership. When he showed me the car I was relieved as it was as nice or even nicer than I expected. I was introduced to several people at the dealership including Mr. Braman. After the paperwork was finished I was headed back to Kansas with a full tank of gas. Everyone at Braman Motorcars made me feel welcome. The deal and experience was spot on. all of the employees at the dealership from the receptionist to the girl in the boutique are very friendly. They take very good care of the people, who are there to either purchase a car or for service, making them feel welcome. We arrived at the dealership for our appointment with Neil Vota and were greeted by Janine Bonomo and made to feel comfortable. Neil is a consummate professional who knows his products and patiently answered all our questions, and we had lot of them. He then selected three vehicles for us to drive and helped us to select the perfect vehicle to purchase, which we did. We then work with Matt Seidle to complete the necessary paperwork, again a knowledgeable and patient approach. Then Rafael Vazquez, the product genius, helped us to navigate all the features on our new vehicle, very knowledgeable and patient as well. Our final contact was with Peter Althoff when we returned the next day to make the final payment for the vehicle, he spent time with us to answer additional questions and made our total experience with the dealership a pleasant experience.We went to three other dealerships in our quest for a new vehicle and all three experiences were unpleasant.
