Jim is outstanding with his customer service interface. I have found him extremely knowledgeable of the Audi series of cars and automobiles in general. He pays attention to the details and concerns with potentially needed service and follows through with a precise description of the diagnostic results and recommended action. Audi Burlington has a phenomenal sales team. Brian worked with me to find the perfect fit car without pressuring me to buy or rushing me out of the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, answered all of my questions, and most importantly respected myself as well as my time. I won't buy an Audi anywhere else!P.S. Their service team is excellent as well. If you are ever having an issue with your car Jim will get to the bottom of it and work with you to put your mind at ease. I have known Jeff Buchholz for more than 12 years as my Audi Service Advisor. In that period of time I have NEVER seen him get flustered or raise his voice out of frustration with any client. He is a true pleasure to deal with. A bit of history....we first met when he worked at Brookline Audi and more recently for the last few years at Audi Burlington. Jeff is a consummate professional and knows these cars especially since he has been with the "brand" for so many years. I really think that lineage makes him very experienced and confident as to what he advises. He also understands that people that buy these high-end vehicles expect their car to perform as designed. He knows how to get every Audi I have owned (and there have been many ) to that definitive point where it drives as it should. He never tries to push me into any service or products I don't need, and his first hand knowledge and enthusiasm for the Audi brand is always evident. In short, he is a gem! I've been to Audi Burlington many times with multiple vehicles over the past few years, and I have worked with Derek on plenty of those visits. He has always been helpful, friendly and professional. As an example, on one visit I needed a new tire but forgot to mention tire replacement was included in my lease agreement. When I realized my oversight more than half way through the visit, I went up to the service counter to ask if it had been accounted for. It hadn't, but he went the extra step late in the game to reprocess the work order. Simply put, he makes sure everything is done right. Thank you, Derek!

I was doing research on what car I was going to buy and it was probably a 4 or 5 week process. Burlington Audi was my first stop. I was greeted by Peter Matton, and I did a test drive and then we chatted. There were several features that were not offered on the car that I wanted (A5 Cabriolet convertible), so I decided to shop around. I was recently almost killed in a head-on collision and wanted to make sure I choose a car with the most safety features (yes, I see the irony that I was buying a convertible!). I shopped around for a number of weeks, and after extensive research, a person I trust for his knowledge about automobiles suggested that an A5 Cabriolet was the car I should get. Needless to say, that clinched it. I went back to the dealership and started the process. Peter was great about negotiating with me so we came to an acceptable price for both parties. He has followed up with me a number of times, which, as a business person myself, is extremely impressive and important to me. I In addition, I have had to make a couple of trips to the service department (one because I locked both keys in the trunk and the other because the brake light wouldn't go off). Both Jim and Tim were very helpful. Jim has also called me several times to follow up with me, which blew me away. Also, I happened to see Peter Matton on the day I locked the keys in the trunk and Peter went right out to my car and showed me what to do. I was blown away! Great people, great service, and a great car!

I have owned two Audis, starting in 1999. There is just not enough room in this review to say what good hands you are in with Jeff as your service adviser! Whether it is for routine maintenance or that unexpected problem, Jeff handles the situation with efficiency and accuracy. His level of professionalism is superior as he keeps his customers informed about the nature of the issue and the status of the repair. I keep going back to Burlington Audi even though I moved closer to a different dealer.

Jeff is very helpful & responsive. I am able to get appointments very quickly, usually the next day. Jeff calls to explain the work that will be done and any other work needed, and the car is always ready (and washed!) when promised. Being able to get a loaner car for the day is also a huge plus.

I had a very good experience with the Service Department of Audi Burlington, visiting for the 1st time this summer. I have a 2009 B8 A4 that had developed some problems, and I worked with Jim Parolisi, and he was great to work with. I recently brought my car in after receiving a dash warning light. I was immediately warmly greeted by Brendan and Jim, and as if we were long lost friends, we all shot the bull for a good long time.Nitra kept me informed and updated around the clock, and Jason did a bang up job on what ended up being a replacement fuel pump.And although the part was being delivered from Germany, they were able to get it in several days sooner than expected and me happily back into my car early.All in all, a great service experience with a wonderful team.

I had an ongoing oil consumption issue with my 2009 Audi A4 which I brought to the attention of Ira Audi in Danvers almost from the time of purchasing the certified vehicle. They were not helpful to say the least. Jim Parolisi at Audi Burlington explained the history of the problem and helped present the case to Audi America. The result was very positive; Audi America stood behind the vehicle even though it was out of warranty and I feel that Jim played a role in the decision. The repairs we done quickly and now my car runs better then ever. For now on when I need major service I will look to Audi Burlington and Jim Parolisi. Drive right by Ira Audi in Danvers and head to Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington if you want people who really know how to treat customers and the best Service techs you will find for your Audi.

After owning German cars for the last 14 years I've come to appreciate many parts of ownership. Trips to the service department haven't always been one of those parts. Jeff and the service department at Audi Burlington are so exceptional that now when my S4 requires service that I don't mind as much. The work is always finished promptly and to my satisfaction. Throughout the process and without prompt, Jeff always keeps me informed of the diagnosis and the progress. I have no hesitation to call them up and schedule my vehicle for service and have recommended friends and family to do the same. Their level of attention to detail and professionalism, as well as capability in servicing my vehicle is well beyond anything I've experienced at other service departments.

We have three Audi's in the family, and between the regular scheduled maintenance, and the occasional issues with our cars, we frequently visit their service department. I cannot say enough good things about the service department, which I strongly believe it is the best in the area. Their service advisor are top notch, always courteous and professional, the appointments are timely, and they always have a loaner car available. Last, but not least, I cannot say enough about Jim Parolisi who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.On the sales side, we are on our second lease though this dealership, and the second car was custom ordered from Germany because the color/trim/options package we wanted was not available in the US. They made the process a breeze and my only regret was not going the "extra mile" to chose European delivery.

No matter how miniscule an issue I may have with my car may be Jeff addresses it with the utmost importance. He will go into depth on the issue and how they plan to address it. I have never once left my car with him and felt uncomfortable. Anyone I know that has an Audi I only refer them to Jeff as I have had nothing but the best experience and service. Jeff is not only a great service manager he is also a good guy.

Very good experience overall. If I have to pick some bones from an egg, I would say I got an A3 as a loner car, although I own a Q7. I didn't have many passengers anyway and I don't need to worry about the gas for the A3. So I was totally fine with it. But if you do need a bigger loner car, you'd better check with the service center before hand.

I made an appointment at Audi of Burlington for a scheduled maintenance and to replace a road hazard tire under my insurance policy I bought with the new carWhen I arrived I was greeted by 2 friendly attendants in a very clean drive thru area and ushered into a service advisor Derek Brodeur He looked up my info and within minutes saw I had the tire insurance ,found out the new tire was in stock and told me my car would be serviced,tire replaced and the car would be cleaned .This would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and ushered me to a very comfortable waiting area where I could do some work and watch TVHe called me over in about 1 hour & 45 minutes ,the car was all set and within a few minutes I was on my way. It was a ver pleasant experience.

Went in looking at various CPO vehicles. Black on black CPO A4 caught my eye on the showroom floor. After a brief negotiation, I had realized the entire bottom of the front passenger side door was repainted. Drip marks, orange peel, and even missing clear in one spot. I pointed this out to the "Audi Brand Specialist" who denied everything and said it went through the Audi "HOWEVER MANY POINT" inspection. Shame on Herb Chambers for trying to pass this off and cheat the system, but I'm not surprised from visits to other Herb Chambers dealerships. They wouldn't budge on the price and told me they couldn't do anything for me. Moral of the story, they are another dirty car stealership up to no good. They called me and begged me to come back for 2 weeks while I happily purchased a car at Prime Audi in Westwood, MA with no shenanigans or hidden surprises. Peter I don't appreciate the run around, and same goes for Herb Chambers.

My experience with Audi Burlington was a positive one with no pressure to buy. Kathleen Hutchinson Was my sales rep and she was awesome. Kathleen was extremely knowledgable and took the time to listen to me as I was expressing what I was looking for in a car. Kathleen Knew I was trying out many different SUV's from several dealerships such as BMW of Sudbury and Mercedez of Natick. Kathleen was considerate of my time and allowed me the opportunity to explore these other brands. Although I did not purchase the Audi Q7 Kathleen Hutchinson and the GM remained positive and courteous with me. The dealership was in no way the reason I chose a different brand. I was very cautious buying an Audi mainly due to the VW press reports and the long term reliability of VW and Audi. I chose to purchase an 2017 Acura MDX mainly because I just came out of an 07 Honda Pilot with 210,000 miles which I gave to my son. The ten years I owned my Pilot were trouble free and I'm confident my son is now driving a safe reliable car which I anticipate he'll get many additional years out of.. So in summary I chose not to buy an Audi due to the corporate mindset and the misleading fraudulent behaviors of the company as well as the poor reliability after 60,000 miles which would have cost large amounts of my money.

This is the second S8 that I leased from Herb Chambers Burlington Audi with Brendan Leary serving as my Sales Advisor. Now I would be very happy with a single Hole in One, but Brendan knocked it out of the park this time again with outstanding service. Avoid Service department at Audi Burlington. Manager David Gomes is a rude and impolite person."Before taking loaner car inspect the car yourself and photograph the car completely. Do not trust Herb chamber Audi Burlington. They may giving you undamaged car. They do have some rude and impolite service manager"Sales staff at Audi Q5 are fantastic people. However, I ended up buying my Q5 at different dealership just because they did not have the color i needed.I had been to Audi Burlington for checking friction noise. The service representative Jim Parolisi was very knowledgeable and answered all my question. They offered a courtesy loaner car till they fix my car.A day later when we went back to get our car and return the loaner car. The car checker did not notice it but a technician while walking by noticed that there the bottom rear red tail light had red tape over it.The manager "David Gomes" approached us rudely accusing of damaging the car. I understand that it is natural for him ask us about the damage. But there is a polite way of inquiring and he totally lacked it.Anyways one of their customer who used the loaner was not a good person.Herb chambers Audi Burlington employee David Gomes should understand that they are in service company and should have manners to inquire politely.

Every single person we worked with through the first moment I stepped through the doors to the moment I drove off the lot exceeded my expectations. Sometimes, when a car is purchased, the service wavers after the deal is signed, but that was so not the case with Audi Burlington. The service and friendliness continued through to the moment I drove off the lot. Brian greeted us right away and was friendly to my and to my 9 year old son. He genuinely wanted to make a connection with us and help us find a vehicle that suited our needs. He was efficient with time, which was huge because I needed to pick up my 5 year old daughter by 1pm. I was able to see, explore, and test drive two vehicles as well as discuss my needs in about 90 minutes on my first visit. Then, we we returned with my husband two days later, Brian enthusiastically went over everything a second time with him. We had been considering another brand of vehicle, but went with the Q7. Mikail was great about working with us on getting a deal we were comfortable with and Josh made the financial paperwork a breeze.Every point of contact I had with someone at Audi Burlington exceeded my expectations. Even the people who were not directly involved with our transaction were helpful and friendly to us. On the day we made the deal, we were there with our 9 and 5 year old children. One woman came over with a coloring book and crayons. They offered us water, coffee, tea, ice cream, apples. It was amazing. I feel like we joined a family. Each time we returned in the days after the deal was signed everyone greeted us happily and by name. I know that this was the right place for us and this is the right car, too.

Purchasing a car can oftentimes be an incredibly arduous experience, as was my previous car purchasing experience. However, then I met Kathleen Hutchinson who actually made this a relatively fun experience. This lady knew everything, and answered every silly question I had relative to that particular vehicle. It did not stop there either as she made it a point to make sure I understood all of the nuances during delivery. She never made me feel rushed or, that I was taking up too much of her time. Easily the BEST car purchasing experience of my lifetime. Also a shout out to Zac Nolen a really nice guy who made the financing a real breeze. I have not bought a new car in a while, but when I went to Burlington Audi, I was surprised how comfortable it was. Peter Matton was great. He was straight and honest from the start. I gave him a number that I needed to be at and he worked hard to get me to that number. The time and effort he gave me was above and beyond what I expected. On the day of delivery we went for a ride in the car and he took the time to show me all the features. He took the time to make sure I was happy and answered all my questions.On the finance side Zak was great to deal with. No pressure and answered all my questions. Working with Ryan Beattie was actually a wonderful (and fun) buying experience! And even though the poor guy had to put up with my multiple visits to the showroom since I was trading in two cars, his enthusiasm never wavered. Not only is Ryan very knowledgeable, but he also was diligent in tracking down the "perfect" car for me and then explaining how everything worked. Since my cars were about 15 years old (and manual transmission) there was a steep learning curve for me, but Ryan was incredibly patient. I had been to several other dealerships over the previous few months and basically wanted to run away from the salesperson, but definitely NOT from Ryan. My purchase of a 2016 Audi A6 TDI from Audi of Burlington was a very positive experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knew his product well. He was very knowledgeable of the mechanical issues, showed care explaining the issues to me thoroughly and followed up as appropriate as to when my car would be ready. The dealership provided a loaner car to help ease the disruption of my daily routine. Absolutely horrendous experience here on Memorial Day. My husband and I were working with a sales associate who seemed to understand what we were looking for. The associate called his sales manager (Nick Dota) who came over and became quite aggressive after a misunderstanding re:timing of availability of one of the cars we wanted (never offering a dealer swap, short term use of courtesy car, etc and instead trying to upsell navigation on a car on the lot). My husband tried to clarify his message, after which the sales manager shouted, "you must not be listening." My husband said, "excuse me?" The sales manager proceeded to throw our keys at my husband and told us to take our business elsewhere. He followed us out of the dealership shouting threats multiple times in front of at least five other customers (maybe more?) in the show room on the holiday weekend. He continued to scream as we drove away. Unfortunately, I think this had a lot to do with what we were wearing and not being taken seriously as a customer. Horrified, we thought this must be representative of a Herb Chambers dealership and not the Audi brand. Luckily, we were able to purchase the two cars we were looking for at another Audi location later the same day (which was able to easily accommodate our requests).

Terrible experience when I had an issue with the car. Leasing experience was good but I received awful customer service from Adnan Sheovic the general manager. Adnan didn't return my email and when I called he was rude. A follow up to my email or a phone call would have gone a long way. FYI if you're thinking of buying/leasing an Audi, bank on any repairs taking months because the parts are slow to arrive. I wasn't the only person waiting over a month to get my Audi back.

Jim is by far the best service man that we've encounter in the past. Hands down. Very straight upfront and courteous. He went beyond his duty to make sure that we are happy with the service performed. It was our 35K service for our vehicle. Front break pads and rotor were replaced promptly after Jim called to give us a quote. Though it's expensive given it's Audi OEM parts comparing to other vehicle brands, he found us a coupon to use which saved a bit money. There were minor scratches present in the front of the vehicles that I noted(not Audi's fault/cause). Jim agreed to take a look and arranged me to come in on a separate day. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes. The vehicle came out clean as before(95% of scratches were buffed out and gone, and I'm pleased with the outcome). I highly recommend anyone who's looking to service their Audi's. This dealership in my opinion is by far the best. Thank you Jim.

Jeff in the Audi service department is a rare find! He is a true Audi enthusiast and knows his stuff... He's been my A8 service rep for the past three years and it's truly the best service I have received. He has an honest no pressure approach. I've been an Audi driver for ten years and have yet to find better service. I live an hour away from the dealership but continue to seek Jeff and his service team out for routine maintenance and repairs. Even last minute repairs on a Friday afternoon are a breeze after a quick phone call...and he even was able to secure a loaner last minute. As long as I drive an Audi, I will continue to seek out their service department. They are always flexible in accommodating my unusual schedule. In on instance, which speaks volumes to their level of service and commitment, Jeff arranged a conference call with the head service technician so he could better explain the diagnostics and what needed to be fixed, since I didn't initially understand the issue at hand... I've had my car service at five or sex other Audi locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and no one has come close to the level of service that Jeff and his team provide. Although I did not buy my Audi at this location, I will certainly be purchasing my next. I have bought within the Herb Chambers brand before and when I have consulted the sales staff at this location, they are polite, curteous, and nothing but professional. They have a customer for life...

Spoke with Jen on the phone for a 15k service for my A3. I was given a price of 240.00 + tax. Also, I had a 15% off my 15k service from IRA audi peabody. She told me they honor any prices/specials/coupons from audi dealers in the area that was not expired.When I came in for the service the price was 359.00+ tax, not 240, and would not honor and specials from any audi dealer. Tip for everyone with an Audi in this area: drive the extra 10 miles to IRA audi Peabody. Better service department, better sales department, and most of all better customer service.

I had a truly exceptional car buying/leasing experience with the Sales Team made up of Ismael, Lauren, and Stephanie at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. Stephanie and Lauren were my first point of contact via an inquiry I made on their website. Both ladies worked diligently to provide me with the pricing options I was seeking out on the A3. They answered any and all questions I had. If they didn't have the answer right away, they sought it out for me. On the day of my test drive, Ismael (my sales agent) picked me up from public transportation (I live in the city) with the car I was interested in and I started my test drive. He was polite, accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any moment during the test drive or at our sit down back at the dealership. This made my decision to move forward easy. On the day I picked up my car, the weather was a bit nasty. Despite those circumstances, Ismael picked me up at the Alewife T station and drove me to the dealership as I was anxious to be in my new car. Since I drove off the lot, Lauren and Ismael have been in touch ensuring I'm happy with my choice and making sure I have all questions that have come up answered. Had the the occasion to visit the Audi store in Burlington & was interviewed by Sales consultant on what I was looking for in a SUV. Individual was patient with all of my answers & questions & able to id my needs & budget constraints. With those in mind, I test drove an almost new CPO Premium Plus with tech package. Very good vehicle with the fun to drive quotient! Price & trade value not so good! Follow-up is always tricky in the sales business & I acknowledge that as you don't want the dealership to be a nuisance, yet we all want to feel special. Not sure where my perception of dealership behavior changed, but was not pleased & purchased elsewhere. No names used above as I chalk it up to my not communicating more strongly my activity of shopping for what I considered a fair price on product as well as my trade!

I bought a previously owned Mercedes from Jay. The car was absolutely beautiful, Jay never used any "pressure tactics, was very patient with me and always professional. We took multiple cars on test drives and discussed the pros and cons of each during and after the drives. When it came time to negotiate price we had a bit of back and forth, but it wasn't uncomfortable or contentious. Took a while - but to say the least, I was quite pleased!After picking up the car and driving it for a few days there were a few specific things I either didn't like about the way the car drove. I brought it back and then met with Mikail and Jay together. First of all, they helped me understand a few things about this newer model car after going out driving with me and observing my operation. Then we in fact discovered a few minor things (previously not noticed wheel rash and some brake vibration. They fixed everything - i don't think I ever even got to the point of even asking/ demanding. If it wasn't quite right they offered to have it fixed - and they did so in no time. Mind you - the deal was closed. They had no obligation, but did it to make sure I was happy - and - I'd come back again!Well, my wife loves the car - and I am excited about the 2017 Audi Q5 - probably going to visit the guys again in a year or so.Wonderful experience - Jeff

Brendan Leary was wonderful. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, genuine and got me into a beautiful car. He went above and beyond -- because I started a new job the week I got the new car, I did not have a lot of time to pick it up and get the plates transferred and the vehicle inspected. He drove the new car to my work, and did the switch with the old one. I went into work in the morning with a 2013 and left work and drove home in my new 2016. Fun and wonderful! I also had a couple of issues within days of owning the new car -- even though they were not sales related, Brendan was on top of it and made great recommendations for next steps. Really enjoyed working with him!

(Writing from my Internet-equipped, WiFi-equipped, Audi; that is, broadcasting to the world from my Audi) Let me tell you all about the wonderful experience I had buying my 333-horsepower Audi S5 Prestige Manual at Audi Burlington. I had been soul-searching as to which Audi to buy. Sorry, S7, you too are a beauty (and a beast) but you do not have a stick shift model and your price is really getting up there, yeykes. In late August early September, I communicated several times with Taylor Phillips, Client Care Specialist, and this was really quite pressure free and uniquely helpful. Then one evening, I wrote an email describing an order for the car that I ended up buying and communicated the out-of-the-door price that I considered reasonable. (By the way, I will not tell you how much this car set me back, or rather perhaps, set me ahead. But I will whisper it into your ear if you ask me.) The reasonable price for me is 1000/2000 above what is called the good price on many Internet venues. As a matter of principle, I do not negotiate. But I have good news for my enemies, of which I hope I have few: I do take prisoners. I wrote out the reasonable price and within minutes Lauren Savage, Business Development Manager, wrote back with a price, obtained in consultation with a sales manager (I believe that must have been Josh), that came in $446 below that. That was a magical moment. The deal was done! The next day I visited the brand new facility at Burlington and was much impressed by its shiny spaceship-like look and its convenient location right on I-95/Route 128. There, I made the acquaintance of Juan Tejada, Audi Brand Specialist, who expertly answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns and would guide me through the entire buying process. The deal was sealed and then the wait was on. The car was promised for December. For a while, all remained quiet on the Eastern front. In mid September, I added the Sports Differential to gun out of curves even faster and Audi made the accommodation. So I do not want to hear anyone whining that I did not put it in. Stop complaining! Then, one Saturday morning beginning November, Juan sent me an email that the car had arrived a month early from Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. Deutschland ueber Alles! The scramble was on. On Monday, I met Derek Giardina, financial manager, and I bought all the protection and programs that I could get. I am sure that you know what they say about car dealerships and car buying. There are these annoying customers who keep pressuring car salesmen to pitch more and more products to them so they might be able to buy them. I confess that I did put Derek, expert finance whizz, through the ringer. I wanted to cement all the misgivings that people have about car buying. I asked him more than once whether this is all the protection that I could buy at this time. He was visibly sweating and I enjoyed causing putting him through all this misery because car buying is supposed to be this completely wretched experience that everyone thinks it is. It was so satisfying to set the record straight and to maintain a time-honored tradition. Anyway, folks, I am really done car buying now. I held on to my first car ever for more than 18 years and still have it, having it expertly serviced at Acura Walpole for more than 16 years. It is an Acura 1997 CL. And it is a wonderful car. I still have it. Difficult to believe that they made such a car 20 years ago. It runs exactly as it ran in 1997. But Acura does not have two-doors in its current lineup. And two-door was non-negotiable. In the end, I needed a car that offered me complete freedom from distraction for a long time because I have a lot of thinking to do in the years ahead. Enough car-buying. Thank God! I wonder what car He drives. I was guessing an Audi. Or should that be audi. I want to be in His good graces because I am hearing that He has a lot of clout. Maybe He has more than one car. Maybe He even has one of each make and model. Just to impress the ladies. Or would that be all the ladies? What do you think? In the end, to me, the Audi A5/S5 is the car that most reminds me of an aria by Pergolesi, whom I consider the greatest composer of music of all time. It is, as the celebrated Charles Burney described Pergolesis music, simple, clear, true, and also sweet. And I would like to add: A little mischievous. It is nature itself. Many, many thanks for helping me make my transition to my second car, an Audi S5 top of the line Prestige with Sports Differential and Luxury Package, to Taylor (Phillips) for much help with soul-searching, to Lauren (Savage) for a pretty incisive proposal at a critical juncture, and to Juan (Tejada) for the many conversations and tutorials (Juan, I will take good care of the car: Tu tienes mi palabra de honor e de caballero). I knew that I needed a conservatively but beautifully styled two-door car to get me through the next decade and beyond, after more than 18 years with my first car. I am a great admirer and reader of the Tao Te Ching by the master Lao Tzu. Understatement is everything. Audi is providing me with the understatement that I need. The fact that Walter Silva of Italy designed the car is good to know. As one says in the language of Italy, where Silva is from: Audi rappresenta quello che e` veramente importante in Italia: Eccellenza in nome delleccellenza. On my way back from Audi Burlington, I drove most of the way in the left most lane. With a car like this, driving anywhere more to the right would have been quite beneath my newly resumed stature. I quite realized that I was the sexiest on the road so I was swinging my hips and leaving all the other cars panting for sheer lust. I lost little or nothing of my ability to drive manual after 18 months of last having done so (on the German Autobahn at 100/110 miles just cruising and more passing).
