The car buying experience is typically dreadful. After walking out of a dealership down south, we went to Arrigo to find that all car dealers/ salespeople/sales managers ARE NOT THE SAME. I was a TOTAL PLEASURE to buy from Arrigo. Don't buy a Dodge anywhere else. From sales to finance..Arrigo is the BEST!

I wrote this to the Service DirectorMr. Pete MartinoI have a modified Dodge Grand Caravan 2005, because it has a ramp to enter with my wheelchair. I Went to Arrigo Sawgrass to fix a problem I had with the door locks of my van. They came to the conclusion that the body control module was bad and they would have to replace it. The van spend all day in the workshop, I got a call from Bob Greenberg. He asked if the van had been modified and I answer Yes, but that company does not touch what refers to door locks. He told me that it was OK and that they would work in the car. That was all that he told me. Check your recordings.At the end of the evening he call me to pick up the van, they couldn't fix anything and Bob Greenberg said that I had to pay for the work that they did. Arriving at the office of Bob Greenberg I said that I would carry my van, and he said that for that, I would have to pay two hours of labor, they never fix the problem, How I'm going to pay for something that was not fixed, Bob Greenberg said that when he call me by phone He told me that changing the BCM would not resolve the problem and that I told him to just do it. Bob Greenberg never told me that by phone or in person, instead he gave me the assurance that changing the BCM all would be well. I did not want to discuss because talking with Bob Greenberg is like talking to a wall, in addition to make up that I told him "that if the work repair would not fix the problem, I want it anyways", I said that he didn't tell me that and He replied that he told me that by phone (NOT TRUE), I was with my wife and prefer not to discuss with him. I have had previous problems to repair my car in Arrigo Sawgrass, I thought it was a serious company and ensured his work, but I was wrong. I have been his client for more than 5 years and you can be sure that I will never go to Arrigo Sawgrass again, they just lose a good client like my wife who has a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012, and myself with a Dodge grand caravan 2005. These are 2 cars that in the near future will need service, but because of their ineptitude to do the job we won't come to Arrigo Sawgrass not even to do an oil change. I Paid $445.20 for the BCM malfunctioning and charged me $251.29 for labor that didn't solve the problem. The only thing I ask is that they returned me the money that I paid for something that does not work.He answer me that He will talk to Bob Greenberg on June 14 but nothing has happened since that day, I wrote him 4 times and no answer.

I contacted this dealership regarding a car I found online and spoke with Howard from Broward. He was very helpful and I confirmed with him that I wanted to purchase the car and that I just had to get the paperwork from my bank. I had confirmed that I was approved for the purchase, I just needed the specifics to let them know the information my bank needed to send them the money for the vehicle. All of this would have been in place on Monday morning. As far as I was concerned I was ready to buy this vehicle. I arranged for time off of work and was checking out flights that would work for my time frame (I am in Colorado) and was under the impression it was pretty much a done deal, that I would be getting the car. Then on Sunday morning I received an e-mail from Howard saying that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. I would have been perfectly willing to put down a deposit if I had been asked for one, or if I had needed to sign something I again would have been perfectly willing to do that. I was not given any warning that the car was going to be sold to someone else. That is just poor business practice and customer service. Howard apologized, but I fear that it is just too little too late. Glad I hadn't already spent the money on an airline ticket. I am incredibly disappointed after all of the glowing reviews people gave this dealership.

Our recent purchase was our 4th Chrysler Town & Country purchased from an Arrigo dealership. The previous 3 were with the West Palm Beach location. However, we happened to be in Miami on other business and decided to check the Sawgrass location. We were equally impressed with the sales staff at Sawgrass and would highly recommend either of the Arrigo Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram facilities.

Arrigo at Sawgrass gave us the easiest and most honest car buying experience. We worked with Chris in internet sales before coming in to test drive our car and he was able to lock in an out the door price which did not change once we came in. Dominick was our salesman and was wonderful to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the car. The experience was quick and easy and they never changed the agreed upon price or tried to up-sell us anything we didnt want. Very professional crew! We are so happy with your service and with our new 2015 Dodge Dart! I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone!

I recently leased a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland from Arrigo Sawgrass. I received a great deal and excellent treatment from everyone involved including the sales manager Gordon Cramer, sales person Don Waleski, F&I Mike, GM Jim Doyle, and Mark after dark. I would refer anyone there without a second thought. Truly a class act and an excellent product. Thanks to the Arrigo Sawgrass team for everything!

Really really quick easy and painless buying a car at Arrigo. The facility alone looks like a club and is comfortable. The people that work there were ever so helpful from salemen that said Hello to the receptionists to our delightful salesperson.We told what we were looking for and were directed to a good variety of models..liked some, others not. Finally decided on a car we liked took it for a drive and voila' we had a car. The finance guys were great finding terms and discounts that we could take advantage of ! Just fantastic. I will recommend Arrigo Sawgrass to anyone looking for a car.

After selecting a NEW 2013 Chrysler 200 Hardtop Convertible, we test drove a comparable vehicle. The test drive with Lt. Dan was excellent and he bent over bavkwards to answer all our questions. When we returned to the dealership, the car that we looked at in the dealer showroom was moved outside. We then has them appraise our current vehicle. I went on line and had 3 appraisal that we're within $300. All coming in around $10,500 a $10,800. After Lt. Dan returned from his visit with the finance department, our appraisal came out at $7,500 or in other words, a LOW BALL PRICE. We got up to leave, totally disatisfied with the proceedings when the Sales or Credit Manager stopped us at the doer and asked why we were leaving? I told him I didn't appreciate the low ball price on our trade so he says I could go up another $1,500. Wasn't that so nice of him. We felt like we needed a shower after this experience. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went in looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but left with nothing because of poor customer service. Sales staff was less knowledgeable about the product than I was and they spent more time away consulting each other about specific features of the car that I knew were available but they never heard of. I left the dealership realizing a deal wan't going to take place and a few days later the salesperson called making me an offer. When I countered with a reasonable offer he and a person in the background can be heard laughing, which I found extremely unprofessional.

I bought an used 2005 Grand Cherokee from Arrigo Dodge on January 2014. During the test drive, I did not notice any issue in my brakes and the retailer told me that the car had all mechanical inspection and was very good. Therefore I trusted him since it is an authorized dealer. Normally, we take our cars for inspection to them and they tell us whatever the car has. But they did not tell me about this issue. After I bought my car, during on my way to home I have noticed the problem. I need to press till to the end of my brakes to stop my car. It was not even slowing down when I press to the half of my brakes. My foot got tired to brake. I got afraid to have a accident. I went to Planet Dodge, an authorized delaer in Doral as well, for mechanical inspection and they told me that all of the brake pads and rotors are broken and need to be changed!! Also they did not even tell me that the right rear interior door handle is broken which requires 560 bucks to fix it! In shortly, Do not trust Arrigo Dodge as an authorized dealer!!!

Hands down, purchasing my first Jeep from these guys was pleasant and painless. In my first trip to Arrigo, I met with Ozzie Bringas, Certified Internet Sales Manager. Ozzie was beyond knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was able to answer all the technical questions I had, as being a first-time Jeep Wrangler buyer I had quite a few. After dealing with 10 different Jeep dealerships through out Florida, I came back to Arrigo. Arrigo was the ONLY dealership able to answer all my questions and the most eager to assist in finding the Jeep I wanted. Opting to order a Wrangler Unlimited with a specific set of features, my next visit to Arrigo involved meeting back up with Ozzie and meeting Jason Nadler, a Business Development Director at Arrigo. Jason was able to guide me through the order process with great ease and simplicity. Jason and Ozzie advised delivery of Jeep would take no less than 6-8 weeks. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I received word my new Jeep had arrived and in less than 4 weeks! Fortunately, I was able to pick up my new Jeep the same day. I chose to finance my new Jeep through the Finance Department at Arrigo. Rob Geroni, a Finance Manager there, treated me in a friendly and professional manner. I also met with Tyler, who guided me a few tips and tricks a first time Wrangler owner. Without a doubt, buying a car from Arrigo was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had to date. I'll be keeping these guys at the top of my list for my next car. Thanks Arrigo!

I was all geared up to purchase a vehicle based on he online price. However, when it came time to close the deal and sign the papers an additional $600 plus was added to the price. What a disappointment. The price advertised is not the price you will get despite paying cash up from. The customer service offered by the sales person David Kelly was excellent though!

This dealer is #1 in Ping Pong pricing . You checking his inventory online and when you show up the price is SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THEN ADVERTISED ! Why ? They don't know ... They are many alternative and i will not recommend this dealership to anyone . im sure the other reviews were written by ARRIGO EMPLOYEES .

I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect only what I needed. (A vehicle that can fit a wheelchair for my son who is an 11 yr. old with Quadra Spastic Cerebral Palsy w/ Grandmal seizure disorder.) Everyone was extremely friendly, honest and compassionate to my unique situation; going above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Walking into a place not knowing what you can afford or what you'd qualify for when there is already so much on your plate and walking out with such peace-of-mind is 'priceless'. I'd recommend Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Sawgrass to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle.

Great experience. Nice and easy lease of a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I had gone to 2 closer dealerships in Pembroke Pines and Miami Lakes and would not recommend. I went by Arrigo on Sunday, its a little far away but I had purchased 2 vehicles previoulsy from this location- I just did not really want to drive up there on Sunday. I am glad I did. Rick Jones made it nice and easy.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I was well taken care of. Todd Evans was the salesman that opened the door and welcomed me. I told him I was looking for Jeep Wrangler and was trading in my car, and we were going to make a deal before I left. I was given a more than fair price on my trade-in and an excellent deal on the Wrangler. Todd worked hard with everyone else at the dealership to get me into my new ride. He even bought Pizza for lunch. (Sorry Todd, now your secret is out.) Jimmy Mullen and Robert Karp helped with getting me the most for my trade and getting the best price on the Wrangler. Joe Calabro in Finance was able to get me financing that I could live with and I believe everyone finished happy. I have received several calls and correspondence from the dealership to ensure that I was well treated. I would and have recommended them to my fellow employees and neighbors. Hopefully we'll have an Arrigo South enclave down in Palmetto Bay. Thank you.
