I purchased a certified 2008 Ford Explorer from Alford Motors, and shortly after I purchased it the computer said "oil change needed soon". The dealership assured me that they had changed the oil, so I reset the indication on the computer. A few months later I took it for an oil change, and when the technician removed the air filter, it looked like it had never been changed since the car was new. It certainly didn't get that dirty in the few months I had owned it. Clearly, Alford Motors didn't do all they said they did before they sold me the vehicle. A few months later, I received an email from my sales representative, and when I attempted to reply, my reply was returned as undeliverable. I'll never again buy a vehicle from Alford Motors.

My salesman Jason Karmales did an awesome job in putting me in a car that was right for my budget. Then the finance lady did an awesome job in getting me a low APR rate. I was expecting to be at the top of the chart but she worked until someone gave me a good rate.

I've had my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe a year now, and still think I have the best salesman ever! It was due for it's second oil change and service, and Jason Karamales, my salesman, picked up and returned my Tahoe to me at my work. Not many would do that a year after the sale!

Every visit I've had with this dealership service department have been great. I've had two visit to the service department for two different vehicles each by appointment, my vehicles were taken in at the scheduled appointment time and services were performed in a timely manner. I have had great experience and great service here and would strongly recommend the service department for this dealership.

I actually had to bring my vehicle in on two separate occasions a week apart. The first time I took it for maintenance and an issue with one of the outlets not working I was also told that there was a recall issue. I was a little disappointed that both the outlet issue and the recall issue had to be rescheduled due to the dealership not having parts on hand. Aside from having to make two trips, the service staff and my salesperson were very nice and accommodating on both occasions. I hope my salesperson stays for years to come because I will definitely be doing all of business with him as long as he is with Alford.

I brought my GMC Envoy in for a repair when I could not get it to shift out of park. After getting it towed to the dealer, they did not look at it for almost a week. Upon finally finishing the "repair", I went to pick up the car and was told that nothing was wrong but was of course charged the diagnostic fee. The problem was not fixed however as I could not even drive the car off the lot. The service people did not believe me until I tried to get them to move the vehicle and they couldn't do it either. It was another week before the car was diagnosed and the gear shift part was eventually ordered and installed. Overall, my vehicle spent over a month at the dealership and I was never compensated for this delay. Not even a discount. I would have hoped they would vacuum or wash the vehicle before returning it to me, but even this simple step wasn't done and the car was returned dirty , inside and out. Security is a problem as well as I stopped by the dealership twice unannounced and found my vehicle unlocked in an unsecured area both during and after business hours. If I had any other choice, I wouldn't return to this dealer.

I dropped off my Car for several repairs, to include rotor repair.. They offered me a ride to work, and picked me up, at the end of the day. I was expecting, a call telling me that my rotors needed to be replaced, and I had to pay $100's for the repair. They were honest, fixed my car, and did not attempt to over fix what didn't need fixing! The service department is excellent, I recommend fixing your car there.. They'll give you an estimate, and it's usually right on!

The first salesman was very dry and not to friendly. my trade-in was a 2004 explorer. He kept telling me that it wasn't that good, etc... My car was my car, and it has been a very good car. On the brighter,side, my friend Vicky Watson, who had bought one from you the week before, asked for Whitney, we had called the day before and told him we were coming over. Whitney is a very good salesman, doesn't make you feel like you don't belong there. He took very good care of me. He helped me find the one I needed or wanted, and then he went to work trying to get me the best deal on my explorer and then getting my car financed. The lady who told care of my paper work was also very good. All in all it was a good day. Love my new car.

I was passing by the dealership when this beautiful truck caught my eyes. I stop in the inquire about the vehicle and the personnel was very helpful. The entire experience was awesome until it came time to finalize the paperwork. It was great that I was an experience car buyer because they tried to tact on all kinds of unnecessary things that I did not need. I notice that it was difficult for them to tell me the overall price prior to trying to incorporate their sales pitch for all the inside hidden charges. I don't mind passing alone their information but I will also pass alone to be sure you check all before signing.

I searched for the car I wanted on cars.com and sent a request for availability through the website after business hours. First thing the next morning, the sales rep called me and gave me further details about the vehicle. I arranged to come see the vehicle after work that evening, and after test driving it, the sales rep got me approved for financing and my wife and I took the vehicle home that night. Several days later, the first time we needed gas, we discovered the gas gauge was reading 3/4 when the tank was full. Being a six year old vehicle, the dealer would not be legally bound to fix this, but they promptly agreed to repair the problem, even providing a loaner car while mine is in the shop.
