I've been an Acura MDX owner for more than 10 years. I just got a brand new 2017 Acura MDX with advance ent package and love everything about it. I had been indecisive for the last three years about which SUV to get: MB GLE (ML), Volvo XC90, Lexus RX350, or Acura MDX. Since I experienced first hand in driving Acura MDX all these years, I know how well rounded Acura MDX is. But other competitors' features, specs, and tech are very serious too. I test-drove GLE at a Arcadia dealership, XC90 at Pasadena, and RX350 at Longo. Almost got my hands on one of them. With Acura MDX 2017, it gives me the overall satisfaction; not just on the level of comfort, fun, safety, performance, but it gives you the biggest bang for your bucks. $10,000 less than its competitors. I got a good deal from Alton Ho. I looked at the curve of how much people in the States pay for the MDX with this package I have, I'm at the lowest (left) end of the curve! Alton Ho is not a salesman, he is my friend.

Manny, Tony and Sedrak are honest and courteous, they have my best interest in mind, and will answer any question I have, or find an answer for me! Brad has always been very professional and accommodating. He has a positive attitude towards his clients at all times. That sure helps when you had to wait for almost a month before a recalled part of your car gets replaced, had to use a rental car and had to ask for a replacement because the first rental car was acting up, AND Acura financial accidentally charged you for monthly payment twice. (Yes, I've been refunded and they have apologized...)Thanks Brad and Service Team!

Although Santa Monica Acura is only 3 miles from where I live, it is worth the aggravation of a 25 mile drive and 1 1/2 hours of traffic. I dealt with Manny Esquivel, a very knowledgeable and sincere service employee. Manny exceeded my expectations on the servicing of my Acura TSX. Car was brought in to replace door lock actuator(s) and on both occasions the service was 5 stars due to Manny. 3 years ago I leased an ILX from Dwight Rogers at Acura Glendale and the process couldn't have been easier. I emailed a handful of dealerships indicating what I wanted and waited for their responses. Dwight's quote was by far the best. Upon arriving at the dealership he had the car ready, we test drove it, he had all the paperwork prepared (everything was exactly what he had quoted me, no funny business), I signed and drove away with a new car. It was the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I ever had.The lease on the ILX was due to expire next month so I once again emailed several dealerships (this time about an RDX) and once again Dwight's quote was signficantly better than all the other offers. We arranged a time for me to come in, I dropped off the old car, test drove the new one and signed for it. They didn't try to sneak in any fees or penalties on my old car and because I was under mileage Dwight suggested that we rollover the miles and that I lease this new car for fewer miles a year, which saved me some money. Overall, this is my second time dealing with this dealership (specifically Dwight Rogers) and both times I've been very happy--best pricing, very easy process, and no last minute changes or attempts to add extra fees. I would recommend Acura of Glendale to anyone and I would STRONGLY recommend that you ask for Dwight Rogers when you go!

My husband and I recently purchased a new RDX from Acura of Glendale. Alton and Dwight are fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend asking for them if you're in the market for an Acura. We knew the make/model we wanted and started our search online. I emailed multiple dealers for comparison quotes. From the beginning, Alton was incredibly prompt with responses and helpful with questions. After comparing multiple quotes from 5 dealerships, Acura of Glendale not only quoted us the lowest price (below paid averages that comparison sites were showing), but was the most upfront with details about what was included, etc. We scheduled a time with Alton & Dwight for a test drive and ended up purchasing the car the same day! Alton helped us with the financing paperwork; he was really honest and gave us all our options but wasn't at all pushy during the process, like you would expect, by trying to pressure or up-sell us on anything unnecessary. When our car was ready, Dwight took the time to walk us through all the features (there were tons!) and helped us with initial set up of the audio/nav/bluetooth/safety systems. Overall, this has been the most efficient and seamless car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We got a great price, felt zero sales pressure, and Alton/Dwight were so helpful. And of course, we love our new car. Would definitely do business with them again.

I traded my 2013 Acura for a 2015 Acura ILX on Wednesday. I found the car I wanted online and began negotiating with the manager of the online sales team. He was conscientious without being pushy, professional, and accurate about price of the new car and my trade in. We drove 65 miles in LA traffic to the dealership and it was worth it! We were in and out within two hours and drove my lovely new car home. I would highly recommend this dealer even if you have to drive to get there.

My husband and I first went to the Acura dealership in Sherman Oaks, closer to home, but it was quite clear that Raffi lacked tact, professional and only wanted to make his commission. After reading reviews, we contacted Alton at Acura of Glendale and he was so helpful! Answered our questions in a professional and thorough manner over the phone, and over email, and was really prompt in responding to us. When we met him for an appt, he showed genuine interest in helping meet our needs and budget and explained everything in detail. He was honest, patient and most importantly, very knowledgable of the various models and features. We got our 2016 MDX with the Tech package for a great deal!! This is the fifth car I've leased and the first Acura and it was the best experience I've had to date. We worked directly with Alton and Dwight. Alton sat with us and explained the Acura RDX Advance Package, then we took a RDX out for a spin. Alton understood that I wanted to look at other vehicles and get my best price possible. No stress to buy that visit although once we walked out the door chances are we may not return. I searched and worked my best price for the RDX that we wanted. Every time we recieved a low price, Alton and Acura of Glendale would match the price. Once I told other dealerships of the price I recieved, I was warned that the car would not be there or they didn't include destination charges or would add accessories that would drive the price and payment of the vehicle. The contrary happened, the vehicle was there, at the price and payment agreed upon and had accessories at no additional charge as it was a dealer trade.The financial officer kept everything running smooth and stress free. Overall an excellent experience handled virtually entirely via email. If you are in the market for an Acura, I highly recommend Alton and Dwight of Acura of Glendale.

To say Dwight goes the extra mile would be an understatement. This is my 5th car with Acura of Glendale and my 6th Acura overall and the buying experience is flawless. I received a letter in the mail from Acura about buting m out of my lease early and the next day Dwight was reaching out to me to ask me if I got the letter and when would I like to come in and get my new car. When I arrived at the dealership my paperwork was ready to be signed. It was quick and easy, I think I spent more time in IKEA afterwards trying to buy something. I have been looking at the 2015 Acura TLX for a while and already decided on the options and color (interior and exterior) that I wanted. Though I live in Arizona, I am from Southern California, and frequently travel to Southern California. I was not able to find the exact combination of options and colors for the TLX that I wanted in Arizona. However, I did find several matches in Southern California, and so started contacting dealers to see if I might be able to buy a car in California. I was going to be out there for a 1 week vacation, and hoped that I might be able to buy a new car while out there that I could drive back to Arizona with. I worked with two other dealers in California trying to arrange a deal. Unfortunately, in the case of these dealers, one had a good price, but after 5-6 days of going back and forth on email, he was not able to deliver the car I wanted even though he originally stated he could get one. I had to call and email him several times, because he was not responding, and finally, on the final day of my vacation, he verified that he could not deliver what I asked for. So then I went to a 2nd dealer, and he did not offer a competitive price, and was not flexible. So finally, with most hope lost of being able to get a car, I found that Acura of Glendale might have the car I wanted. So I contacted Alton and Dwight of Acura of Glendale, and WOW, what a pleasant experience! Not only did they have the car I wanted, the price quote was competitive, and I drove down to Glendale and bought the car within hours of making my initial contact! My experience at the Acura of Glendale dealer was very pleasant - all of the staff were professional, and very nice. Within 1.5-2 hours, I drove away with a brand new car, feeling very confident of my purchase. Thank you Alton and Dwight!!

After contacting several dealerships in my area, Acura of Glendale had the best price for a new 2015 Acura MDX. Alton Ho beat the nearest competitor hands down!. The best part is that the dealership is the closest to my home! I appreciated the honest, open transaction with this dealer. No switch or needless markups! My wife and I had our own financing coming into the deal, but Robert Stern in finance was able to beat that rate. A very efficient and painless process. After purchase, we had a glitch with one key not working. Since my wife had left the dealer with the single working key, Alton personally drove me to meet my wife. He delivered the car to our home the next day as promised and helped my wife understand how to use the features of the car. I sent an email to Acura of Glendake asking for a quote on a 2015 MDX, I also sent in emails to almost every Acura dealership that had the MDX I was looking for. I was immediately contacted by Dwight for Acua of Glendale. Dwight gave me clear and honest numbers on what the MDX would cost. The online sales representatives from the other Acura dealerships were not as responsive as Dwight, taking several hours to get back to me. One of the other dealers quoted me a price and then during our email conversation raised the price on me by adding in $2,000 in accessories that I didn't ask for! Another dealer didn't disclose all the fees until I specifically asked about certain fees. Like I said, Dwight from Acura of Glendale made me feel very comfortable and he was very honest and straightforward with what the cost of the MDX was going to be. Dwight was also able to give me the best price out of all the dealers in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire area. Going to Acura of Glendale and buying the car was also a very pleasant experience. There was no hard sell on any of the options like the extended warranty or anything. They gave me their best price on the options and asked me if I was interested or needed more information and when I said I didn't want it they moved on with the transaction. I did end up buying some of the options because they were such a great value. This is how buying a new car should be! I was very impressed with Dwight and the finance guy's professional, honest, and caring customer service. I really felt like they went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted at the right price and with the right options.

I showed interest for this car six weeks ago, but for variety of reasons could not get to the dealers until 11 Novermber.As promised the car was "Like New" and Acura Certified. The only problem which was not the dealers fault was that Acura does not include the spare tire on two wheel MDX. This is not well acknowledged, and in my opinion a major omission. This dealer went the extra mile to retify this issue and I feel they should be recognized and complamented for solving the problem.

I have had two TSXs and am now driving the new 2015 TLX 4-cyl with the 8-speed dual-clutch automatic. Only have 680 miles on it (according to AcuraLink) and it is a fantastic car. I made a round trip to Las Vegas and back and, based on the miles driven and the number of gallons of gas I personally pumped into the car, I got an absolutely unbelievable 45.2 mpg.This is the second car I have purchased from Maurice. My wife and I purchased a 2014 MDX Technology approximately 1 month ago. Both my wife and I were impressed by the quick e-mail communication with Dwight before we even came into the dealership. We had decided on a color and option package prior to arrival. Once we arrived, the vehicle we decided upon was detailed and ready to go. Dwight spent time going over the questions we had with no high pressure sales pitches. We moved onto Alton who was quick and efficient going through the paperwork. The best car buying experience ever. We have been a loyal VW family for years. We have leased 5 cars from a dealership in Pasadena. Our lease was due to expire in August. I went into VW dealer to negotiate a new lease. They not only quoted me a price of $50 a month more but the process took forever. We started with one salesman, handed of to another because I knew more than he did. they gave me a more experienced salesman. Now the dance started, back and forth between the salesman and his sales manager. Eventually, we got the price down the $50 they originally quoted. Stupid dealer and a waste of my time. We decided to look for other options. I e-mailed Dwight on Monday. He responded immediately on Monday and set an appt. for Tuesday. He showed me car and we completed the paperwork. Everything was approved. All I had to do was bring my wife in to see if she liked the car. Dwight followed up on Tuesday afternoon to set the appt. on Weds. We showed up and my wife loved the car. We took a test drive and Dwight showed my wife all the options on the car. He was very patient and professional. He sent us to finance to sign the papers. Done deal. The whole process took less than hour. In addition, they agreed to keep the car for two weeks until we turned our expiring lease in. They also volunteered to pick me up at the VW dealer to drive me to their dealership to pick up my new vehicle. Dwight and Alton were a pleasure to work with and they made the whole process easy. Once my current VW lease expires, I will be getting another car from Acura of Glendale.

I decided to email/call this dealership weeks before my birthday. Dwight Rogers responded, left me a message, etc etc... I waited, we waited... so the 2-month long question and answer portion through emails started... Dwight asked me to fill out the online forms. I was excited... Until one day, I got a letter from Acura financial that I'm DENIED. ??. I emailed Dwight right away and asked him if I still got a chance. (Anyway, I looked up "Dwight Rogers" on google/ facebook so I was kinda confident that he could handle it). He said he was CONFIDENT that I/ we could get approved. I was happy (already). The process continued...Fast forward to May. Memorial day weekend is one of the most memorable weekends ever. Friday night was my friend's birthday so I went out for a dinner with her, thinking, wishing, hoping that the next day, Saturday would be a happy one. Saturday came, I checked my email and YES, it was indeed a happy Saturday. Dwight was telling me that everything was ready and I could pick my Acura ILX already. How cool is that?! I didn't get to pick it up untill Monday, though, for some reasons. Dwight was inderstanding and kind enough to hold my check till Friday although I got the car on Monday the 26th! I know it wasn't easy, I admit it was stressful for me, and for Dwight for sure(maybe a little bit for him since he's an EXPERT), but Dwight made it all easy, cool, light, and fun. I appreciate Dwight for being so helpful, POSITIVE, kind,and very professional. I NEVER bought/lease a car before and this 1st time experience of having my 1st dream car is unforgettable. I take the credit for dealing with a great manager all by myself from little things to more complicated stuff about car-purchasing. I did it, i guess, THANKS to Dwight Rogers and the team! *Anything from car payment to service appoinment, Dwight is a text or an email away. I could go on and on... I GOT LUCKY! ??

To associate car buying to "pain free" means the dealer, the sales associates know exactly what they are doing. I use to hate buying a car. Dwight Rogers has made this process not only "pain-free" but truly enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about Acura and helps you understand the buying/leasing process. I have purchased/lease 2 cars from this dealership and each time the customer service has exceeded my expectation. I use to believe that a good luxury car has to be European. WRONG!!! I bought my Acura MDX here new in 2007 and their service department has been taking excellent care of it ever since. I usually work with Manny Esquivel. Manny has gone above and beyond for me many times. When my passenger side window was smashed during a break-in, Manny told me to bring the car directly in. He immediately found a loaner car for me to use (not easy on short notice). Then he got my car repaired and all the glass cleaned out by the end of the day! He got it turned around so quickly and thoroughly that it almost felt like nothing had happened. I don't take my car anywhere else for repairs.

I've been taking my 2007 MDX there since I purchased it (new) and they have consistently shown excellence in customer service. More than once, Manny Esquival has gone above and beyond for me. Last year my passenger side window was smashed in a break-in. Manny told me to just bring my car straight in to him. He somehow immediately found a loaner car for me (which is not always easy to do) and had my window repaired and all broken glass cleaned up by the next day. Came in not too long ago to have my brakes changed and everything went smoothly without any hiccups! Told the service guy (I think his name was Manuel?) that I was in a hurry and once I got there they were so on top of things that you'd swear they'd have a La-Z-Boy and foot masseuse on hand if you asked for it! For 10 years I have been bringing my 2004 TSX to Acura of Glendale for service. Not that I have to go very often -- my Acura has proven incredibly reliable and has had no major mechanical problems. Tony in Service is fantastic -- always returns my calls quickly and gets the job done promptly. If I don't need a service, he tells me, he is not out to do anything that's unnecessary. A couple of times, he comped me out-of-warranty repairs for a few little things that went wrong. They always provide me with a loaner car for the day, even if I'm just getting an oil change. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

When I purchased my 2014 MDX with Tech Package, I submitted my offer to 5 Acura dealerships . Dwight Rogers stood so far in front of all the dealers I had internet contact with that he really is in a class by himself. He didn't fool around. He was educated, pleasant, and arrow straight. He gave me the price, quickly and efficiently. When it was time to pick the car up, he was at the door to greet my wife and I. The papers were all on his desk stacked neatly and ready to go. He explained every paper I signed and why. Then he sat us in the new MDX and for an hour, explained all the bells and whistles. He programmed our iphones to work, he made sure Pandora came through. He explained and entered our home address on the Navi. He said, many times: "Just call me anytime and I'll help you", and he did. When I emailed questions to him, he not only answered, but sent illustrative photos of the screen in the car so my fixing the problem was easy. Dwight is a consummate and very fine professional, in an area of sales known for unprofessional slick behavior. He made buying a real pleasure and this is my second MDX and the car is a gem. So is Dwight Rogers.

came in late night weekend and got my 2012 TSX at this dealer few months ago, car was great also the management was great. I was very satified with pricing and process of paper work. unfortunately when i came back to the dealership to get my free car wash which the sale person promised me that if i get the car from him i would get my car wash free as long as i still own the car, and they told me there is no such thing as free car wash. It made me look stupid when i drove into the dealer so i went talk to him and he told me different story from what i was told by him before i agree to buy the car.

There was no pressure-- he showed me several cars and when I finally made what I felt was my final selection , it still took me several days to make my decision. He outlined all the options, monthly payments etc. When I got to the person for the paperwork, that was a different story. He was young and a bit inexperienced. He did not explain or articulated the information well and this became frustrating.

Bought a new '08 TSX from this dealer. EVERYONE here provides excellent service, is well informed, professional and NICE (compared to the other Acura dealers I visited in SoCal). Dwight Rogers is my main contact. He rocks! Anytime I have questions or need something done, it gets done!! Having gone there for all my car's service needs for the past 3+ years, the staff at Acura of Glendale have become my "car" family. I know almost everyone by name - from the car runner to the dealership owner. I would HIGHLY recommend if anyone is looking to buy an Acura to check out Acura of Glendale before going anywhere else. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and it was obvious they were going out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Salesman Alton Ho was very courteous and patient with us and spent a good amount of time familiarizing us with our car so that when we drove out we felt very comfortable with all of its features. Overall a pleasant experience!

i was there last month shopping for new car with my dad. i was looking for sale person who can speak our language and at acura glendale they have sale person speak difference languages . They help me find the right car i want and also the color i like as well with very good price. When i got there, no one came out to help me. I had to go look for a salesman. The salesman who "helped" me was horrible. He was rude and not willing to negotiate whatsoever. I don't know how he plans to make it as a salesman who his attitude and his extreme lack of customer service. When I attempted to contact the dealership through cars.com, I did not receive a response. Horrible dealership! I would not recommend this place to anyone! It makes sense why they still have brand new 2011s.

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships both purchasing and servicing cars for me and my family. This dealership is by far the best I've ever dealt with. It's a mom and pop type dealership. It's owned by a couple, not a large corporation or a conglomerate of dealer franchises and you definitely get that family owned feeling every time you come in. Their service, parts, and sales departments all work efficiently with an honest and personal touch.Service:I have an Acura TL and I now get my car serviced there exclusively. The service manager, John, does a fantastic job running the service department. You can tell he trained the service advisers to be knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely care about providing you with the proper service. They're all great, but for my money, I prefer Tony as my service adviser. He's always treated my really well, contacting me regularly to keep me posted on what's happening with my car, honestly telling me what's necessary for me to do with my car rather than up-selling me like a lot of other dealers do, and making certain every thing was done correctly the first time. He hasn't made a mistake and I haven't had to go back in for anything. That also has something to do with the fact that the technician who always works on my car, Raffi. All the service staff has been fantastic, but having Tony as my service adviser and Raffi as my tech has been perfect for me.Parts:Much like the service dept, the parts dept has the same family, yet professional feel to it. Hector has always taken good care of me. He's always done a great job explaining products to me, both stock and custom, and illustrating what they'll do for me. Sales:I bought my TL pre-owned. It was about 2 years old. Their CPO program is great. Not only does this dealership go through all the inspections they're supposed to, but they go above and beyond what the factory requires. They even offer to show you service records. You never feel like they want to hide anything from you. The sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You get the feeling they genuinely want to help you the way you want to be helped. From showing me the car, to negotiating, to signing paperwork, I couldn't have realistically asked for more. They even gave me a great deal on extended warranty (It's less money for Certified Pre-Owned cars). Dale is a great sales rep; he's been with this dealership a long time and is close with the owners. He's very professional and great to get along with. By far the best sales rep I've ever dealt with.This dealership is a perfect example of how a car dealership should be run. It's rare to find a place like this with all the horrific experiences everyone's had before. This place rocks.

I just recently got an Acura MDX and I had such a great experience here that I wanted to share. I shopped around at a couple other places and not only did I get the best deal here I had a such a great experience overall. My sales woman Sadie was so helpful and patient answering all my questions and going up over and beyond any other sales person I have dealt with in the past. Sady sat with me for an hour going over my new gps system. She made sure my phone was paired, all my contacts were synced, walked me thru how every accessory works and followed up with a very sweet call. The finance and insurance aspect of it was a breeze and all my paperwork and logistics were taken care of like they said it would be. I also got to meet the owner whom congratulated me on my new car and was very friendly and wanted to make sure I left with my car with all my questions answered and happy. I bought my 2006 RSX from another dealer but have had it serviced from the beginning at Acura of Glendale. As a new car, I preferred to have a dealer service it, all the while knowing the reputation for "excessive" charging and/or unnecessary costs that follow "dealers". My husband usually took the car in for servicing. Over these 5-1/2 years, we have been fine with the relationship. For the 80K service, I took the car in and specifically asked that the clutch be checked, noting that my husband remarks that I ride the clutch. Upon completion of the service, I was told that "Yes, the clutch is slipping" and it would cost $1,750 to replace it. In horror, I asked how much time we still had on the clutch. Manny could give me no answer. I asked to speak to the mechanic, initials "JM", who had assessed this, hoping for a remaining life guestimate and tips to refine my clutch work. (I have bragged that I can shift without a clutch knowing that is for emergencies.) Manny stammered that the mechanic was not available. I know to get a second opinion for such things and my brother-in-law is a lifelong Porsche-Rolls Royce-Mercedes Benz mechanic. He tested it himself and said there was nothing wrong with the clutch. So I blew this off as a dealer taking advantage of the "stupid female customer".Two weeks later, my husband had to leave for an IMPORTANT JOB and the car battery was dead, dead, dead! Caveat emperor, I should have asked them to check my battery, tires, wipers, and everything else for the 80K maintenance -- or at least looked at what was included in that was supposedly 80K maintenance. But I really thought such a fundamental check would have been included. I have other cars which do just that. No more Acura of Glendale for me.
