Hi future customers,I can absolutely recommend this dealer! I have been to more than 10 dealers and made very bad experiences. I brought a used BMW X5 in August and I have absolutely no problems with the car. Everyone at the dealer was friendly from day one and that was the main reason I got the car at this place. I see a lot of complains about the prices are not accurate, well it is common sense that the internet price is not the sales price when you are going to buy the car!!! I recommended this dealer already and I am sure I will buy my next cars here again.

Worse car buying experience

Went there got the worse youngest sales person the receptionists are very very rude and unprofessional. Did the paperwork for a loan never received a call tried talking to the the manager everyday they wouldn't talk to me. Looked like they didint want to sell the car never seen anything like that in my life. Worse place to buy a car. I recommend you don't go here at all.

Customer Service Horrible

I have been calling trying to reach the Manager of the dealer. Haven't gotten a return call and Sales People that answer the phone have been very nasty!! It makes you not want to spend your money there!

worst dealership ever!

I have called in because I was very interested in purchasing the white 2015 Mercedes c300 4Matic. I was told someone will call me back but never happened so I filled out the online form but again nothing. I waited few days and called again just so I had to deal with the unpleasant woman who answers the phone. Long story short the price of the car wasn't as advertised it's what you'll pay after 30% down payment, thanks for wasting my time. Buyers stay away.

Very poor customer service. Called a couple of times and nobody responded back to me. Was told someone will call me regarding the prize of a car. Never got a call back.

Salesman Frank

I inquired about a 2010 MDX ... Salesman Frank ! Was so polite and helpful , I couldn't get there do to work he went outside to the MDX and told me every thing -condition ! Little dings , scratched and mechanical repairs needed and what he would take care of !!! VERY VERY HELPFULL !!! 5 thumbs up for Frank !! It was priced a little to high for me ! Do I will wait to see if it drops in price or if Frank calls me back with a better price ! Haven't heard anything yet ! Still waiting ! But you camber your life if it does drop in price and Frank calls me HE HAS A SALE !!!

Horrible and unprofessional at its finest

Wow is all I can say. Made an appointment to look at a car for my fiancee. Made the appointment for Sunday two days prior for 11:30. Showed up at 11 and looked around yet nobody was there at 11 when there suppose to open. Waited outside in my car till about 12 when a few people who worked there showed up and where parading around like a bunch of hood rats. Disgusting and very unprofessional. Glad I dodged this place. On top of all this the car was filthy and had a lot of blemishes including deep scratches on the roof and massive peeling on the rims. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience.

The price wadTotally different from what they posted on cars.com. Customer service was horrible. Getting to that place was a total nightmare, coming from westchester county, it took me around 4 hours. Would never recommend it to anybody.

Horrible Experience !!

I Called and inquire about their S550 and talked to Joseph their GM. he said the MB is available and I will call you back and he never call me back I call back again couple of times and I told he will call you back and later when I called again and ask the operator whats going on ? why is he is not calling me back she said he trying to sell the S class to someone else I wasted my 02 days just trying to talk to Joseph ... total waste of time !!

This place is a joke. I called a hour before arriving at the dealership inquiring about a car and to find out the car was sold before me getting there. And the price you see online is incorrect you'll have to add30% on the price.

Price you see is wrong

The Price that you see on cars.com or their website (internet price) is not the right price. The price you see is after the 30% down payment. Called and get the right price before going. Wasted my time, was actually planning on buying the car today's.

Broken promises

This dealership NEVER returned my calls. I called and sent several emails which were replied to with promises that a sales manager will be returning my call, but that hasn't happened yet, some 3 weeks later. Not a good first impression at all. I was VERY disappointed........

WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!

I live out of state and seen an add posted on cars.com. I made several calls over a three day period and everyone I spoke to didn't Know anything about anything. It was like calling a greenhouse to buy a car. I even asked to talk to the manager or owner with no luck.... I sat on hold a solid 2 hrs throughout the calls made. The vehicle I was looking at was a Cadillac Escalade so I was willing to spend a decent amount of money with them and it just blows my mind how they are even in business. If you are reading this post please take my word to not deal with these people.

shady place

Went there this pass weekend to go see a car around 12pm. No staff was around, doors where locked but there was light inside. They said they opened at 11am. So i assumed maybe they went for a test drive with a customer. So i proceeded to look at the cars, most of them had flats, scratches, dirty interior..all looked beat up.. This lot looked more like a junkyard. When i was done looking n decided to leave 2 cars pulled up thinlin finally service!!... Nope it was a angry customer coming to exchange a few words to this place. Oh n let me not forget the police presence 2 min after the other customer came

Fake Advertising to get you there!

I called about an Infiniti FX 35 and confirmed three times before I showed up. When I got there I reconfirmed with the receptionist who contacted a salesman and he had no idea about the vehicle they had posted online. In short I realize they had several cars that were posted online without them being at the actual dealership. Waste of my time!!!!

Cons!!!

I emailed an inquiry and they called me back in a half hour. I let them know I was coming a long way and I needed confirmation that the two cars I was looking for were available and at the location she assured me they were and ask that I come in. Not only were the cars not there the staff unknowingly had a conversation that I over heard about who was going to be the one to tell me the cars were not there and which car they were going to try and get me to buy. Not only did the guy showing me the car tell me he wasn't a sales man but said the girl does it all the time. I was beyond up set and wanted nothing to do with the company or the beat up car that he said "drove well"!! this place is a JOKE.

My family and I came across this dealership while we were shopping for an SUV. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and courteous. We ended up doing business with them due to their exceptional customer service, their knowledge about cars as well as faster loan processing. Their inventory on Cars/Trucks is really attractive. They have quality cars at good price. We ended up getting an Infinity QX56 2008 Model. In about few days after financing my SUV, we received our plates and registration, I didn't even have to fill out any paperwork; their staff did it for me. Their customer service is one of the best that i have ever seen when it comes to car selection, financing, buying extended warranties or getting new plates/registration. I will definitely get my second SUV from 5 towns drive and would highly recommend anyone out there who is looking to buy a car/suv/van/trucks should consider visiting this dealership.

BEST DEALER WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

From beginning to end everyone was so helpful and nice. Put down $850 for my 2009 Nissan Murano last Monday 7/20/15, and drove off the same night. Mike and Mark were the BEST!!! Brought it back to get breaks and sensors changed and Mark and others stayed late that night to make sure we had our car for work the next morning. I already recommended them to co-workers! Very good service

I bought a Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5, Blue. The service I received at this dealership was far better than any I've ever come across. The customer service down to the maintained of the car is remarkable. They helped me and my dad build our credit through financing and gave is a very very fair deal. I recommend this place to anybody looking to buy a beautiful car for a better deal than any other dealerships.
