This is the second car I have purchased from 5 Star Autos, but the first I purchased on my own. The experience was just amazing. It was a long day of looking at cars and negotiating pricing, but I was so happy to have a team of people that actually seemed to care about ME getting a car and ME being happy, not the sale. When I purchase another car in the future, 5 Star will definitely be my first contact.

The best car buying experience ever!

I would definitely recommend 5 Star Auto to anyone! My salesman Daniel doesn't just try to sale you anything he needs off the lot, he makes sure you get into a vehicle to fit your personal and financial needs. Christian the finance manager was also awesome to work with! I'm very great full for all the help I received from everyone I came in contact with at 5 Star Auto and would definitely go back in the future.

I was in the worst situation financially both money in hand and horrible credit score. I had a trade in that got more than what I expected. They worked with me over a 3 day period. They made a promise and delivered. I got the car I wanted. They even found someone to insure me when my quotes were outrageous. Thank you very much 5star auto plaza. William was a great help.

Very poor customer service

Was made to feel as if other customers business was more valuable than mine. I was asked to wait for the next day to see if I could be financed because it was getting late in the day...... Even though I had been in the office since 1:30 in the afternoon. Was promised that they would work on my deal first thing in the morning and would call me before noon. Never heard from them. I called after 12, and was told that they had been way too busy working with other customers to work on my deal, but would call me back. I never received a call. After 7messages left for TJ, they finally put him on the phone. He said to me " Your just going to have to be patient, I have been very busy with other customers. If you need to buy from enterprise then go ahead." I was made to feel like my business and my concerns were not important. This car dealership could CARELESS if I did business with them or anyone else! Very disappointed in them. I came to their dealership, because I was invited to do so...... I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get to their car lot, only to be treated like an insignificant piece of crap!!!! And just for the record......... The nickel down promotion DOES NOT APPLY FOR EVERYONE. They wanted $ 1500 dollars down, even though they couldn't even tell me if could get financed for the car I was looking at.....remember, because they were too busy with "OTHER" customers!

I was going through a bankruptcy and I was without a car for three months I heard about five-star through a friend and I met with Chris and he helped me throughout the whole bankruptcy experience he help me find affordable car that I love I did not have to settle. Good buying experience.

They were helpful in getting me in what I wanted as well as getting me connected to the right people for car insurance. The only thing I would say is do not be afraid to name your price. There were a few times they acted as if they were going to give me some super deal when it was merely a couple hundred bucks here and there. No pressure to buy

Need to get a car after my car died. Went to several dealerships who pressured me to buy "TODAY". TJ made the experience a breeze. I had to miss several appointments with him because I did not have a car to get there, TJ kept the car for me did not pressure me to buy and worked out a deal for me that work with my budget and my situation. I worked with TJ but all of the people there are very knowledgeable and have the customer best interest first and foremost and not focus on the profit/commission.

He sat down with me, reviewed my credit and really talked to me about the benefits of purchasing my vehicle. It took me an hour to sign my name and make a decision but it was all worth it. This is my 3rd purchase from them, my last vehicle lasting almost 10 years with no major problems, just traded it on yesterday!!! worst experience EVER

I go in to get details on how much of a loan and if I can get a loan.....Mt experience is as follows. 1. Made an appointment2. Get to my appointment time and dealership, two guys talking at the front and had to seek someone for help, no greeting. 3. Meet with the financial guy "Christian", give him my paperwork exchange a few details. Christian says I'll be right back.4. I am sitting in a room alone not knowing xxx is going on, no word from christian all I knew he was making copies. Copies that took 15-20 minutes at a time. 5. Comes in goes over what payment would be per a certain vehicle I'm looking for. Leaves again with no clue on xxx is going on. 6. Comes in later denies me for a loan, OK that's fine. Request a down pymt. OK....doable.7. I leave with no hope because yes I do have bad credit but if I filed bankruptcy they would be able to help me more. WHAT! 8. Christian sends me an email saying thank you for coming in, blah blah generic sales pitch. I respond back with more questions.9. Christian never responds and its been over a week. How do you deserve someone's business when you can not even let them know what is going on and not even answer simple questions? I am not sure how they are a "5 star" rating. All I can say is be careful, to me this is not 5 star guarantee.

horrible experience.

Bought a car. Didnt bother to tell me where the title was until i had to pay late fees. Car is junk. Haven't had it for 6 weeks now. Their response..."no big deal". Yet they want their money. Refereed a friend and they give 100 bucks...8 weeks later still haven't seen that. Sent it to an address i don't live at. How dumb. Their goal...."to sell you 2 cars in 2 years". I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. Wish i could get out of this lemon they sold. UPDATE been in the same home for over 2 years and got the car back sooner than expected yet its still broke. What a joke.

I came to this place because I heard they take bad credit, no credit, and good credit. Being a teenager, I didn't have much credit at all. I told them my budget and they got under that by more than $50, and gave me a low interest rate , and I didn't need a down payment plus I had 45 days until my first bill. Great place for a teenager that has a job.

Not anymore

I would recommend this place to anyone until they lied to me just to sell me the car. My parents even went to them n had nothing bad to say till all of this. When I bought my they told me I get 2 yrs free maintenence that comes with free oil changes n brakes n ect. Well when i went up there to get an oil change they told me I needed brakes n that it was gonna cost me 300 dollars. N that it wasn't covered n I don't have that covered on maintenence. N Christian is the one who sold me the cat n lied to me. So no I will never go there again. U can guys can have ur car back in 6 months.

I never leave reviews, especially when they are negative, but I have to tell my bitter story. After reading their reviews online, i decided to give them a try. Everything was going smoothly, loved that they "pretended" to be honest with me. Agreed on a price, only for my paper work on my loan to come out, and they added a whole extra $3000+ to the initial price of the vehicle they had told me. And when I confronted them with their earlier statements, they all lied like a bunch of kids like no one ever mentioned that price to me. I felt very humiliated and absolutely hurt by their dishonesty. To think you are dealing with adults. Very sad! I was completely hurt, tears built in my eyes.Long story short, I'm glad I went elsewhere.

I will never go anywhere else but 5 Star. TJ was not at ALL pushy, my credit is challenging to say the least and he didn't just make my dreams come true he made the whole experience a very very relaxed and happy one. Never once did I feel compromised as a person and he listened to my monthly limits and got me well below what I was expecting per month. Don't go anywhere else and ask for TJ.

Awesome Dlrship

I came in this dlrship just to browse due to all the good things I have heard about them. I didn't plan on making a purchase today at all. It was a holiday so banks are close.. so I thought I would look and come back if something caught my eye. Also due to my recent bankruptcy filing of a chptr 7 I was just waiting on my discharge papers to proceed with buying as I was told by many dlrships! Well 5 star held up their word they got me financed & I drove off in a '12 Hyundai elantra yep that's right in the middle of bankruptcy no discharge papers. TJ Watkins is the bomb.com & he was patient and everything was thoroughly went over with me no pressure to do anything & fully informative from start to finish. They also gave me plenty of perks my first 4 oil changes are free & a lot of more goodies..So believe them when they say they can get u financed. I am forever an 5 star customer now!!!??? just got my car nov 13 it's dec 8 they gone call nd tell me I'm already behind to payments really !! Then when i got the car failed emissions lights on the dashboard and I paid at least $2500 but did I complain no I called to see if they could work around my payment schedule for payments xxxxx Cindy got rude nd whoever answered b4 her was even dummer IMMA pay my car note but I would not recommend car lot to anyone WISH I COULD GO BACK TO INSTACREDIT AUTO MART THEIR AT LEAST THEY HAVE More than one location nd they work with U I love them ??

I was recently in a car accident, and the car insurance told me that my 2004 Grand Prix was only worth 4500, but unfortunately I still owed 5500 on the car I was heartbroken. How the kids going to get to school? How am I going to get to work? So I went back to 5star auto where I got my 04 Grand Prix from and was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Christian Rosa. We discussed options and I told he stairght forward look you have a 2013 challenger on your lot, what's it going to take to get me in that, cause I'm not settling for another car with over 100,000 miles for 3-4 more years if I'm doing another lease I'm getting what I want. He simply said "just bring me your check stub" so I did expecting the worst, waiting on him to come back in the room and say I need 1,000,000 dollars down payment to drive of with that car, knowing I had only $20 dollars to my name at that time. 5 hours past I start to become les optimistic, and started convincing myself maybe what I asked for was a little much to go from a 04 to a 13.... 5 hours later I'm just ready to go, I'm like how long does it take to hear "NO". But I did realize the reason I was there so long is because, THEY were going to back for me, even the owner was talking to banks for me, trying way beyond their call of duty for me. Not cause they felt sorry for me it's because 1st I've established a relationship over 2 years with them, and two I did my part and made all my payments on time. After 7 hours of waiting, tired, hungry.... Christian came out the office & shook my hand smiling. I tired not to get to excited but I not they were getting paperwork ready for me to drive today. Wow I just walked in there to just hear a estimate of how much I need down, instead I drove off in a 2013 challenger with only 32,000+ miles all original warranties for 0 down... I still can't believe what they did for me and they will do it for anyone, cause they didn't owe me anything nor did I expect anything. They just take care of their costumer, especially when they take care of their end of the bargain.... THANK YOU SO MUCH 5star auto plaza I love you GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO Thankful for the Great Service

I didn't think I would ever say this about a car dealership, but I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership buying my car. This was clearly the best and easiest experience I've ever had trying to buy a new vehicle. He called Mary to notify them that he was leaving the country for a family funeral. He paid a whole monthearly, and when he got home from the airport they have towed his car. They wanted $900 to give him Back his car for the towing fee. Which they towed for no reason. So he spent over $3,800 for a car that he only had for 3 months.
