I couldn't have been any happier with the Service department this week. I have a full size Promaster van that needed knew brakes. Earlier in the week I called and spoke with Cesar over the phone and he got me all set up making sure they would be able to take care of me on Saturday. He made sure the parts department had everything necessary to get my van serviced. I showed up and dropped it off Saturday morning and an hour later I receive a phone call from Eddie explaining to me all 4 brake pads and the current status of the rotors. I explained to Eddie the most important thing for me is for my work van to be on the road. He said "no problem, I will call you back with all the pricing". He called me back and rather than just giving me the full price he took the extra effort and looked into my van qualifying for a warranty on the breaks! All said and done I paid just half of what the total would have been for the initial parts and labor. Great service, I will definitely come back the next time my van needs maintenance!!!

Bottom line is if you're buying a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep anywhere else, you're doing yourself a dis-service. The owner, Tony Ghandchi takes a personal interest in sales and service support. He truly wants you to have a great experience. The finance officer, Jim Sefarian is a personable gentleman who takes pride in making your purchase the best available. Mr. Oscar Kulins from Service is simply awesome. He bends over backwards to ensure your vehicle needs are taken care of smartly and with a personal touch. Oscar is the best I've ever dealt with. My family have bought 3 trucks and 4 cars over the past 10 years and without exception, the entire 495 staff, has been there for us in all considerations. We won't buy a vehicle anywhere else.

I brought my truck in for service today. The usual lubrication, oil and filter as well as a sticker. Normally I could go anywhere for that type of service, but I know when I deal with Oscar things will be done right. Oscar is always a pleasure to deal with and he makes sure I am satisfied with everything before I leave the shop. I purchased my vehicle from 495 and have always had my service done there. When I deal with Oscar he is always pleasant and I feel comfortable that he will ensure that the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. 495 is fortunate to have such a dedicated and helpful service manager. I know when I am ready for a new vehicle I will be sure to consider 495. Thanks again, and be sure to thank Oscar for me.

I was told to speak with a man named Eddie and I walked in the dealership and the manager personally greeted me and walked me over to him. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on the safest car for my grandchildren. I'm very picky and with problem credit and no money down, never did he hesitate in providing good service. The last dealer I went to ran for the hills when he heard my score and no money down and a current loan on my car. Eddie had my loan paid off, and got me into a new jeep compass.. I love it! He was dedicated to seeing the whole deal through never and when I decided on the car he pulled out this yellow sold sticker I signed and he had the biggest smile as if he were truly happy. great experience. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Eddie Cruz, I advised him I was approved through my bank and was concerned about the high interest rate I was offered. He instantly began working with me and broke down all of my options and asked if he could have the opportunity to check another lender for a better rate. I inclined and he returned with news he had got my rate down 6%. I was never left sitting more than 5 minutes without being checked on or offered something to make me happy. He was patient and showed me car after car with a complete breakdown of what each could do to favor my needs. Needless to say, I walked in at 3pm by 4pm I found the car I loved he gave me a great deal I saved over 4k and he gave me the max for my trade, which was a garbage tank. Eddie walked me over to the second phase of signing my agreements and made sure that I was aware of who I was dealing with and sat patiently with me making sure all went well. The manager I met with was Shaw and he broke down every line of the agreement and I have to say it was the greatest car buying experience EVER. I left Friday fully aware that they were going to do all the leg work and by Monday 12pm I got a call from Eddie car was ready. It was immaculately clean, full tank of gas, top of the line rubber mats, boy did they take care of me ... I hope to have a long relationship with JEEP in the years to come. Both my mother and dad also got cars today from Eddie and he was just amazing and GENUINE. Good luck guys!

Sam Cruz worked many hours researching to find the car I wanted. He did not pressure me into getting a car I did not want or could not afford. The dealership has a great atmosphere and keeps their cars clean during all seasons.

If you want to buy with out stress, 495 CJD Lowell is where you should go for your next car. The way they welcome you at the door. The way they make you feel important as a customer makes you want to leave with a new car. I had my second experience with them and it was great.

Great low pressure experience with the salesman Shaheen.Negotiating on the price/trade in was the usual experience, but did not feel as pressured. I definitely could have done better selling my car, rather than taking the trade in value, but I was anxious to drive off in my new Challenger!The only downside was taking delivery of the car. Since I live in NH it had to be driven to my town hall. The salesman that was supposed to bring it up, didn't. The transporter was over 1.5 hours late. Multiple calls to the dealership were not helpful. No one seemed to know where he was ( in my car), and I was on my lunch break.I am so happy with my car and a fair price, so overall a good experience! They also had a huge selection of vehicles.

The reviews are accurate. As a first time car buyer, my husband, a car nerd, did the leg work to help find my "perfect" Jeep Wrangler Sport. He researched local car dealerships and found an excellent rating with 495 Jeep and decided we would go there last to actually buy a vehicle. We were NOT disappointed. We used cars.com to check out the local inventory and vehicle features and came in hand with a print out of the vehicle we were interested in in stock at 495 Jeep. Josue Berberena greeted us and it was all up hill from there. Josue got us a better deal than the sticker price and our Tread Lightly membership and we received a better APR rate than the lowest rate offered by our bank. We were not hassled in anyway or pushed to add any additional features or services. The dealership even prepped and got the vehicle ready for us before we took it off the lot. Our experience was excellent from our first walk through the door to picking up the vehicle the next day. It is difficult to impress both me and my husband--especially through customer service--but we both highly recommend 495 Jeep and especially Josue.

i went there looking at a car and they barley went down on the price even though it was sitting in their lot for months and months. they didnt even bother to negociate the price and also didnt seem to care to sell us a car. then we went back a few months later to look at another car ive seen there before and they went up on the price of that car and that car has been sitting there for months and is still sitting there.

My experience with this dealership could not have been better. The car was right. The price was ever-so-right. The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and seems genuinely caring. Even the financial guy was terrific -- no attempt to sell me stuff that I did not want. An overall excellent experience.
