Just bought our THIRD car from Phil !!!

We just had another great car-buying experience with Phil when we purchased a used SUV for our daughter! The process went smoothly and quickly as always. Phil was very knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing and was very helpful in pointing out its flaws as well as its features. We felt that we were making an informed decision when we decided to purchase the car. They even stayed open a little late for us on a Saturday when we finally decided to buy it and then had to fill out the paperwork! All of the staff were very friendly and there was no pressure whatsoever. We WILL be returning to 443 Auto Sales and talking to Phil when we need car # 4 !!!

Great buying experience!

We drove 2 hours to test drive a Jeep. Liked it and bought it! The paperwork was very easy and Jeff was very fair with the pricing. We test drove the Jeep with Phil who as helpful in pointing out things to check such as the oil, transmission fluid and belts, lights etc. It was comforting to know they have mechanics on duty that check out the cars on the lot and that they also can perform the emission testings for PA.

Great Place

We had a great experience here. The people were really nice and friendly. Our check engine light came on and they fixed it no questions asked. I look forward to eventually trading my car in and purchasing a different one.

THEY'VE CHANGED

THEY'VE CHANGED!!! This was the 4th car. The first 2 cars over the last 8-10 years were good. Over the past year, I purchased a 2007 Nissan versa, and the check engine light stayed on. So I traded it in at 443 Auto Sales on a more expensive 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. It came with a 90-day warranty. I knew when I bought it, that the transmission needed to be changed. It was replaced with a used junkyard transmission. Inside of a few miles the check engine light went on. I called the dealer. I was told it's no big deal. After that, in the first month. It was towed back to the dealer twice. The first time I understood, things happen with old cars. The transmission connection needed to be fixed or looked at again. The second time it was something else with the transmission connection. The check engine light went on again and the 4-wheel drive light went on. I made an appointment. I asked them to make sure all the warning lights stayed off. I wanted to take it and trade it in on a new car. It got the point, even when the blazer was at the shop, no one would call me back. They weren't able to fix it. I traded it in on a new car. I lost about $3,500 plus towing cost.

443 Auto Sales Is Great

We recently purchased 2 vehicles from 443 Auto. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Joey was a great help in finding what we wanted. Both vehicles had just come on the lot. They were exactly what we had been looking for. Truck guided us through the paperwork like the professional he is. Jeff came and talked to us during the process all the while helping other customers. And all the while we were entertained by the jokes and easy camaraderie of everyone there. We never went there looking for perfection but came out with 2 great vehicles and the absolute best customer experience. We had bought brand new back in 2008 and that was the worst vehicle ever! We will definitely be back to purchase any future vehicles from 443 auto! And to anyone posting negative reviews, if you went there looking for perfection you're not going to get it. But you will get a great car at a great price with great customer service!

I purchased a really nice honda and i am so happy with it. It is a very nice and gas friendly car. The staff at 443 was so very friendly and helpful they went out of there way to help me with any problems or concerns about my purchase. Buying a car and having such friendly people to help you was a very unstressful process. I would recommend 443 to anyone whom is looking for a nice car and people whom will help you thru the process without making this feel like it is a big process. After spending weeks looking for a used pick up truck within the price point looking for,went to 443 Auto Sales. The personnel were very pleasant, helpful and very easy to work with. My only recommendation would be to list the prices on the cars. Other than that, I would and do plan on going back next time I'm looking to purchase a used vehicle.
