Great Buying Experience

My wife and I were were looking to buy a used pickup truck. We saw one in the lot at 4 Wheels and stopped to take a look. Rick Neubauer helped us and after some negotiations, we were driving a beautiful 2008 Ram 1500 quad cab home. Afterwards, I was in my driveway looking at the back bumper (someone had glued part of the plastic top on the bumper and it was coming off)when Nick from 4 Wheels pulled up. He saw the truck and me and thought I might have gotten into an accident already. I showed him the bumped and he said they would order a new part (free of charge) and call me when they have it so they can install it.Now THAT is service!!!

OUTSTANDING CAR LOT AND REPRESENTATIVES!!!

THIS CAR LOT AND IT'S REPRESENTATIVES ARE AMAZING!!!I was referred to this location by a local mechanic. I went here due to a rough situation with a vehicle that I had purchased. I privately purchased a horrible car that would not be purchased from any dealer other than 4 Wheels of Fox Lake. I don't think 4 Wheels even wanted to purchase my vehicle from me, but I told my representative (Nick) the situation that I was in, and he was more than happy to help in any way that he could. He was very understanding that some people make mistakes when purchasing vehicles, so he bought my horrid car from me at a price that I would have never imagined it would go for, and sold me a used Toyota Corolla that was like new, and for cheaper than I believed to be a fair price.Before I purchased the Corolla, he encouraged me to test drive it to a local mechanic who did a full 40 point inspection, to include the entire under carriage, interior inspection, electrical circuits, and more for free, and I was able to watch him do the inspection to make sure he wasn't scamming me. The Corolla was in pristine condition with the exception of a few minor less than $20 fixes. Upon return to 4 Wheels, I informed Nick of the minor repairs needed and he said he would take care of all of them for me at no cost. I was still unsure about whether or not I wanted to go through with it. He told me to take my time and that there was no rush. I let him know I was going to go think more about it over dinner, and he told me to take the Corolla with me. There is no doubt in my mind that he would let me test drive it for as long as i wanted (within reason) before making the purchase.To summarize, he purchased my awefule car that I owned at a more than acceptable price. He sold me a Toyota Corolla that is in phenomenal condition at a price that was more than fair. He even threw in a warranty at no cost, that at any other dealer, would have probably been over $1,000....that's how confident they are in their cars.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO PURCHASE A USED CAR!!!Pro's:-Staff is extremely friendly, flexible, and has a great quality that I wish every car dealer would have, which is a "no pressure" type of quality, where they don't try to force you into a vehicle, but instead let you make your own decisions and give you some friendly advice and pointers along the way.-They will probably purchase any vehicle from you, regardless of condition, at a price that anybody would love.-They will sell you a car without forcing you into making the purchase at an incredible price.-They will let you test drive to wherever you want, for as long as you want (within reason) in order to help you make your decision.-They have a VERY good selection of used vehicles to purchase.Con's:ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Best Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased an SUV from 4 Wheels of Fox Lake, and I cannot thank Gino and his team enough for the great car buying experience. There were no pressure sales and Gino was down to earth and forthcoming with any and all knowledge he had on the history of my vehicle. He even allowed my husband to take the vehicle for a full inspection prior to working out a deal. When it came to the sale, Gino was all ears to our budget and needs, making the deal an easy and affordable decision for us. Great Place to do Business

I purchased a truck here recently. The staff were very helpful. I called ahead inquiring about the vehicle and they were very informative over the phone. I decided to go see the truck then I ended up buying it. They even had receipts for service work done to the truck in the past from the previous owner! They are not like most car lots out there. There was no pressure to buy and they were very friendly. It was defiantly worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car or truck.

Bad customer service

I went in there because I was recommended by Springleaf finicial. I check their reviews online and it everything sound it like a good idea. So we found an SUV that we liked, my wife and I spoke to Gino about it and after a little negation we agreed on an amount. They were Going to make some repairs on it and in a few days it will be ready. So the next day I spoke to Springleaf and gave them the info of the SUV. A few hours later they said everything was ready for me to come and sing well the next day I call the dealer and spoke to Gino and told him if the SUV was ready so I can check it before I sing any papers. He imidiatly responds that he cannot sell to me for the price we agree on! He said go somewhere also I'm not going to sell it to you. And literally hangs up!

Great people great service

Gino and Nick are very friendly people. They will do anything they can to help out their customers. We know many people that have bought cars from them and they have never been done wrong by 4 wheels. I will continue to send people to 4 wheels and will be going back to gino and Nick for future car purchases. We have gone to 4 wheels since 2004 and have had nothing but good luck with the 4 cars bought from them.

Great service, awesome prices

The moment I walked in they were not pushy. The salesman, Rick, was very nice and helped me out a lot. He let me test drive the cars I was interested in, and he worked with me on pricing. The owner let me take a vehicle home for the weekend. Rick was the most helpful person I found while on my search for a new/used car. 4 Wheels welcomed us with opened arms, and always invites us back if we have any problems. Just bought a used Toyota Matrix in great shape at an awesome price. The staff, especially Gino, were all very helpful and made the whole experience smooth and painless. I can't imagine going anywhere else to buy my next car.

Excellent start to finish!!

My daughter was looking for a decent used car. 4 Wheels was recommended by a friend. I see why. From the minute we walked in the door until we drove away with a "new" car we were treated like old friends. Gino was easy to talk to and really treated my daughter with respect and caring. He would not have let her make a purchase she could not afford and worked within her budget. The rest of the staff were just as awesome. I loved the fact that they go out of their way to make sure the car is in the best condition before leaving the lot. It was an extremely cold day and the car had issues starting. They replaced the battery. Gino told my daughter if the air conditioning doesn't work this summer, bring the car back and he will get it fixed. His daughter, Jessica, confirmed he is genuine in his business practice. It is a true family business. It was such a pleasure to buy from them. WOW what a great group of people, Gino was the best to work with. We purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler for our daughter, they replaced the truck with new tires. The next day we called about the rotors and they had no problem replacing them and the brake pads. Gino assured my daughter if she needed anything concerning the car, to just give them a call. These guys have a nice selection of GOOD used cars no junk. They are very kind and you do not get the feeling that they are trying to rip you off. The prices are reasonable and fair and we negotiated a good price. The vehicle I got was clean and had new tires put on and they backed up everything on it. I was very pleased with the owner and his son and will come back when I need another car.

My Wife and I were looking for a Ford Explorer for her because we were in a car crash and her old one was totaled. When we came to 4Wheels we knew we found a used car dealer we could trust. Gino and Nick have been nothing but kind and upfront with us. The repairs that were needed were made free of charge and we felt very comfortable with them. The buying experience was simple and smooth. They even worked to find me a lower rate for our financing! I will be back soon to buy myself a new vehicle and will not hesitate to go back to 4 wheels to let them get me a new one. and the fact that they will find me the exact one I would want is just icing on the cake. THE BEST!

I was shopping around for utility truck for home use. Went to all the larger dealerships and found them to be "out of touch", asking too much money and sterile. Nick and the team at 4 Wheels of Fox Lake are GREAT! Fun, easy to talk with and best of all, easy to deal with. 4 Wheels get Georgia Rae Family Band on the ROAD!

Honest sales and mechanic. Friendly and listens to your needs and gives you the time. Never felt pressured or hurried. Explained everything abut the car and the financing. The car we bought had just come back from being detailed, and we left very happy. We were leaving for a trip early in the morning, so we were anxious to get the transaction completed. After we left, Gino followed me and pulled up at the intersection, red light. Said he was not sure if it had a chance to get the oil and filter changed, so that we should do so and bring him the bill. He did not have to do that, but he did. THis place will also service the car. Good mechanic on site. The mechanic even took the time to talk to us about the car, since he did the inspection on it. He shared with us where they get most of their cars. He did not have to do that. I felt this dealer was open about the car and everything he knew about it. Has been there for over 10 years. WE will come again.

Easy buy, good repairs

The buying expireance was very easy and fast. The Jeep Grand Cherokee that was purchased was great and the small issues with it were repaired by the dealer quickly. Nick was easy to work with.

A Great Family Owned Business!!!!

I had a great experience with Gino and his staff.If your anything like me and scared to buy from a big dealership and this is a great place to go. I bought 2 cars here and the first one was a 2000 dodge truck. It started to make a noise in the rear end i told Gino about it and he had me bring it in and he had it fixed for free no questions asked. They also do in house financing if you put half the money down.Gino really believes in making the customer happy and because of that i will continue to buy from him. Both times i bought they gave me a great trade in value for my existing cars and they don't pressure you into something you don't want.My second car i bought was a 2008 impala he gave me a great deal and the car had low miles and still smelled new. A GREAT PLACE TO BUY USED CARS!!!
