Still waiting....

Called the dealership after inquiring about a car could not get the sales person to answer simple questions and they told me they were not allowed to give an out of door cost for the car. I was paying with cash and she kept telling me to just come in and I told her I lived three states away. Fininaly she said se was going to have the manager call me and he never did. I am still waiting on that call.

Go to a real dealership

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would recommend going to an actual dealership. You live and learn. I have learned from this experience. The General Manager, Mark C. Carr, was rude, condescending and beyond unhelpful. He was degrading. I'm so dissappointed with the service I received, especially because I puchased a Mercedes Benz. Through and through, this was a horrible experience. Though, the one kind person in this establishment was Joseph, the service Manager. He is Gold amongst bronze. He was kind, helpful and just a stan up human with morals and values. They say you have to take the good with the bad, ladies and gentlemen-- this place is all bad. Just avoid it.

So helpful did not pressure

They were so helpful and helped with all the answers I had. Also they did not pressure me at all. They tried to make sure the car was the best fit. The person who helped me choose the right car for me was John Pardo. He was so nice and made sure I was happy with my choice and helped me understand the prices plus taxes and stuff! Great way to end my year

Just wanted to come on here and say great way to end m fourth quarter for the year. Came to 21st Century Auto and left more than satisfied. I got to give props to Justice for pulling the strings for me and being a man of his word.

I worked with Justice, and he is by far the most honest used car salesman that I have ever worked with. The place is exceptionally clean and the selection of used cars is extensive. I would recommend seeing Justice if you are in the market for a used car. He makes the process as painless as possible.

Do not waste your time at this dealership

It was my worst experience at any dealership ever. For an hour and a half I was trying to test drive a car I wanted to purchase and I was sent around from one salesperson to another. I was waiting for the first salesperson assigned to me for near 30 min. Then, he showed up and said that someone else would be helping me. Another salesperson could not find a price of a car .. but just in case, he told me that the price is $10K more than the advertised price on the internet. Then, he could not find a car key. After that, he told me that there are too many cars that have to be moved to take this one out of the showroom. Once I complained to the General Manager, I was assigned another salesperson, who started telling me .. how difficult it is to move the car out of the showroom and he better tell me about how much this car would cost me. So, he just started throwing one fee after another, which added another 4K to the advertised price. I still said I wanted to see the car and waited for another 15 min. Still no actions. No one was going to get the car I wanted to purchase from the showroom. At that point, I decided not to waste my time there anymore and just left the dealership. Strongly, will not advise anybody to go there. They are not more than just a bunch of lazy crooks.

Easy, no pressure.

I am very pleased with my experience at 21 Century Auto Group. I worked primarily with Eric Zagadou, who wascourteous and professional at all times. Eric answered all questions to my satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending this dealership or Eric to friends and family. As a matter of fact, two days later my husband went to 21 Century Auto Group and bought a car. Eric Zagadou was as helpful to him as he was to me.

I had a lot of questions in regards to this vehicle , I found that he was very knowledgeable and able to explain things thoroughly. Which put my mind at easy.

Pleasant car buying experience

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from this dealership. My original experience was good and that is what brought me in the 2nd time 6+ years later. My 2nd trip was just as pleasant as the first. I worked with Stephanie in internet sales to discuss what I was looking for. She sent me some information on the car I was interested in and later in the day I went in to test drive the car. When I arrived I was set up with Bellah, my sales adviser. We test drove the car, I liked it - he answered any questions I had and then we made a deal. It was a very smooth car buying experience. There is no "hard sell" even when you go into the little office to sign the paperwork, there was no additional pressure from Karina to buy extended warranties etc. She let me know what was available I made a decision as whether I wanted to add anything and that was that. All in all we had everything wrapped up in a few hours, very smooth. Very friendly staff. I would certainly recommend and plan to return again when I am ready for my next car.

Easy experience

worst ever

Actually the worst expirience I ever had with dealership. Personal litterally lie to you!. Overoll reviews on cas.Com is not real what they have, if you google just the name of this dealership, you'll find out a lot of intersting stuff, like complains, and actually it evening was sued!!!!!! Otherwise resourses there probably more complicated to bye reviews usually don't have more than 2 stars.Once again the worst expirience I ever has in any of institution I was a customer!!!!

Great experience

Recently bought a Civic from the dealership. My sales representative, John, was great to deal with. They offered a great price for the car and an okay price for my trade-in. Also, the whole buying experience only took two hours with the test drive, trade-in, etc which was terrific.

Internet not accurate, scammers!

after calling and giving them a Vin number they said the car was there. After that we drove one hour to visit this car dealer we were told that car was not there. And they had other car is comparable to what we were looking for but they were very beat up scuffed one look like you had a new windshield put on it was bubbling at the top another had cigarette burns in the seat . beware because the sticker prices in the windows are double to what the Internet prices say, and it looks like they put up really really cheap prices on the Internet prices and yet when you go there the cars are not even there. Beware beware!

Very Satisfied

I've generally had negative experiences with buying a car, but this one was actually good. Bellah was friendly and knowledgable. I did purchase the car (2015 Rogue) I was initially interested in. I received a good trade-in value on my 15 year old car. I had a few issues (mainly cosmetic) and they are being taken care of. Overall a good experience.

We had a great car buying experience at 21 Century Auto Group. When it comes to a major purchase, a sales person can make or break the sale for us, even if we like the product. So, our deal was made due to our wonderful salesman, Garry, and the staff that took care of us. Garry was courteous, pleasant, professional, & knowledgeable. He "encouraged" us to buy the car, without being pushy at all. The negotiation process was even pleasant even though it took some time to come up with a final price that we were all happy with. The sales manager, Mark was easy to work with was able to get us a better finance rate than we had lined up with our own credit union. We even had a very enjoyable conversation with Mr. Zeldin while we were waiting for the car to be cleaned up so we could take it home the same day. We really like our Ford Edge and had such a good experience at 21 Century, we are recommending them to everyone we talk to.

AMAZING!!!!

I am from Buffalo Ny and this is the first time buying a car over the internet and trading in my 328xi . I had about a million questions and was very nervous because I would be driving 5 1/2 hours to pick up my car. Bella was amazing and very patient! I swear everyday I had about 20 annoying questions and he answered all of them and right away. I wanted pictures of the car and he sent them from his personal cell. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

About a year ago I wanted to buy my first car but I had no credit but justice helped me out and made it possible and not to long ago I went to refinance and he really helped me out by getting me a way better rate than before.

Bad experience!

Came all over from CT to see a 2015 BMWx5, They said don't have that car and it was in inspection. then they introduced me to another 2016 x5 car. The car you saw on website with good price doesn't even exist, it was their marketing tactics I think. And also they don't let me test drive!!!saying has to passed financial test first, i don't get it! unprofessional, Don't waste your time and money on this dealer.

I bought a car from 21st Century Auto Group in June 2016. I worked with salesman Jeovanny and had a wonderful experience. I ended up at 21st century after weeks of searching for the perfect Porsche Cayenne Turbo. The entire experience was very different from your average used car dealership...instead I felt like I was dealing with family. We ended up with a great car at a very good price. Jeovanny took care of me from beginning to end and earned a customer for life.

I was looked online for some car dealership; 21st Century was the first to pop up. I called to see if they had the 2015 Land Rover Range Rover available. Luckily they did I made our appointment and rushed to see the car; as soon as we arrived we were greeted by two Very friendly ladies! They assisted us and introduced us Justice! Oh man, He was GREAT! He made our first New Jersey car experience so fast, friendly, and easy. Justice was honest at answering questions and kept in mind our budget, needs, and resale in the future. They gave us a great deal and we have no buyers remorse...which in car buying is a big deal! I would recommend them to our friends and family for buying and renting of vehicles .THANK YOU GUYS!

These guys were awesome! I bought a 2013 BMW X6. I was worried a little bit because the mileage was little high but I have been loving this car from the get go. Jeovanny helped me out. I was debating between the X5 or an X6 and a Lexus they had. They were very personable and after test driving the three, they helped me make the right choice. There was a little issue with the sunroof and they had their mechanic fix it in a few min. Sweet! .. overall it was a fast and easy proses, great people!

Worst Experience

Went in looking for a Honda Accord, needless to say the salesperson who dealt with us Jeo was extremely patient and looked after our needs but when his boss (I don't remember his name) came in he was extremely rude and impatient. He was so aggressive in his selling pitch that he completely forgot we were customers and not his employees

Previously, I have owned 5 cars and all were bought through Dealership, but my experience last Saturday at 21St Century will be one I will remember and mainly because of a special employee Bruce Hodges. Easy, friendly, responsive!!

I haven't bought a car in a decade so everything is new to me. Jeovanny was responsive to all my concerns. He wasn't pushy and never pressured me but was knowledgeable. We focused on getting the deal done. I drove 50 minutes out of the way to get my car from the dealership but it was well worth it.

I just purchased a 2012 C300 from 21 Century Auto Group, and was pleasantly suprised to work with Jeovanny. As soon as I walked in, he said hello, and we started talking about what I was looking for, what price range, etc. etc.. Not once did Jeo ever try to get me out of my price range, and he did not give me a song and dance about ANYTHING. Throughout this 10 day process (including 4 total visits), Jeo was professional and willing to listen. I did have to wait quite a while on 1 particular evening, but his previous customer was having some difficulties, and even throghout the delay, he checked in with me and got me set up to test drive a vehicle, while I waited for him. This showed me, not only his customer service to his prior customer, but his attentiveness and awareness of me and my time. I went to a few other dealerships in the area and outside the Union County area, but I was most comfortable with the knowledge and treatment I received at 21 Century. Jeo's manager, Diego, also was very visible and supportive during my decision making period. I was never treated with anything less than respect and consideration by both Jeo and Diego. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from this location, and this was the best experience for car shopping and subsequent, purchasing, I've had. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. Nothing's ever perfect, but Jeovanny and Diego are pretty darn close to giving a perfect car buying experience

False advertising, deceptive sales practices, scam artists

READ AND TRUST THE YELP REVIEWS!!!!! BEWARE - this dealership has been sued (2013) and settled (2014) for deceptive practices, including false advertising. They tried false advertising shenanigans with me, earning a complaint to the state of NJ. They try to tack the cost of rebates onto the advertised price despite assurances on the phone that the price is the price and not subject to rebates, and despite the clear language of the disclaimer that the rebates are not part of the advertised price. Shady, shady people. And rude to boot!My wife and I were interested in a 2013 Volkswagen GTI with 44,564 miles listed for $12,500 at 21st Century Auto Group (21 CAG). The sales ad, appearing on the 21 CAG website, Cars.com, Edmunds.com, and Autotrader.com, had the same listed price and details (all advertisements saved from the webpages as of May 27, 2016 and attached). None of the advertisements noted that the offer was subject to any caveats. On the 21 CAG website, there is no fine print or other indication that the advertised price was subject to any other terms. There is a disclaimer link, however, and I checked onthat (disclaimer language screenshot attached) before going to the dealership. The relevant language is:"Internet Pricing! In order to receive any New and Used car price listed on this site, the buyer must present the internet advertising including the listed price of the desired vehicle to our Sales Manager prior to purchase. It is this site's intent and policy to be in good-faith compliance with state laws regulating automotive advertising." ... "NOTE: Prices do not include additional fees and costs of closing, including government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer documentation fees, any emissions testing fees or other fees." ... As we sat down to hash out numbers, the sales rep said that the advertised price was subject to obtaining all 3 of the rebates - college, military, loyalty - otherwise the price was - $2,500 more. After a great deal of argument, including a second sales rep coming over to take over as the first one drove us to start to walk out, they could not point to the specific language of the advertisement that stated the price was subject to the rebates. Instead, Diego (who was kind but otherwise part of this obvious fraud) pointed out that at $12,500 they would be selling at a loss. I pointed out it's not my problem - they clearly advertised a price and fraudulently said that price was not, in fact, the price, or that it was subject to several rebates. Nothing in their own language on their own website made it so. Specifically galling is the fact - confirmed by their own disclamer - that 1) a sales price may not be combined with rebates, and 2) rebates may not be combined. So even if their advertisement stated that the price was subject to rebates or other offers - and it clearly does not - the language of the disclaimer would bely that claim as offers cannot be combined. Either way, they are lying and deceptive and cannot be trusted.

I came into Century 21 Auto Group looking for a BMW 3 series. Even though the price listed online did not include additional fees that I discovered once negotiating the price, Roland and I were able to settle on a price that satisfied both of us. Roland was very helpful and I recommend you ask for him when purchasing your car. However before coming here, be aware that the cost listed online does that include additional fees that the dealership may charge.

Comfortable and content environment

When purchasing this car I was very nervous not knowing where to start, but I was helped by Miguel and he helped me figure out the perfect plan to buying my car and being comfortable with how much I was paying each month, Also, getting my plates was no hassle at all, I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Misleading

I found a car listed on their inventory around the price and with the features I wanted. I called in advance in regards to the availability of the vehicle and was told it was available, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment (was told they would have the car ready for me). once there I was introduced to a salesman, we sat and spoke about the vehicle I was interested in and left to go find it. A couple of minutes later he comes back to tell me that he can't find the car and tries to encourage me to select from other similar models they had on the showroom. I have generally heard similar tatics of dealers lying just to get you in the door but since I had read so many good reviews I trusted this won't be one of them. I'm writing this not to bash them but I am disappointed at the misleading information.

He worked overtime to help me get the deal done, even sacrificed his family time to let them know he was helping the customer. Easy Breezy!

As a female, I have always found car shopping to be a little intimidating. I always feel like I am being taken advantage of or pushed towards a car or options that I do not want. The process stresses me out and I end up walking away frustrated. Luckily for me, when I walked into 21st Century Auto all my hesitations were put to rest. My salesman, Carvin was amazing and really put my mind at ease. He made the process easy and simple. He was able to handle all my "girly" questions like a champ and didn't once make me feel pressured. Wonderful experience

It was a wonderful experience purchasing my car with this 21 century dealership. The dealer who help me took the time to show me the cars that fit my budget. Most of their cars are in really good shape. The customer service was exceptional. I got a good deal despite my bad credit and my Toyota Camry 2014 is brand new. I really recommend them.

Car already sold

I drove over an hour because I was assured that the vehicle I was interested was there. After sitting with the salesman he left to get the keys. Five minutes later he returns to tell me that the car was sold the day before. A second salesman was eager to see if I was interested in another type of vehicle. I walked out. The auto that supposedly sold is still listed on their website. Poor first impression, I won't be going back.

Great Experience!

I had a very good experience going through the buying process with 21st Century Auto Group. They had the best deal available on a 2014 Murano and no other dealership could beat there price. I went to the dealership three separate times to play hard ball on negotiating a price. I feel I came away very satisfied on the price. Through the process I met: Bella - Sales Rep. - He was great! Very knowledgeable, gave us our space and was not pushy at all. He took the time to spend time with us and answer any questions we might have. I actually met with him 3 separate times and all three times, he was great. You would think most sales rep's at dealerships would probably end up getting frustrated that they are wasting there time but not him. Diego - Manager - I had a great experience with him. We kept going back and forth with the numbers and he really tried to make a fair deal for both sides. Yes, I would recommend this place to others.
