Overpaid 4k

Overpaid 4k for a 2007 Nissan Versa, Nick sold it to me on labor day weekend , 3 weeks later the car got totaled. Geico said the best Value the can get for the car was 4k under the price that they sold it to me for.

Nightmare

This was honestly the worse experience of my life . I purchased a vehicle from 112 last Friday & immediately when I drove off the lot I realized their was something wrong with my brakes. I contacted my sales person Equashia who seemed to not really care about my problem . She stated a tow truck would pick the car up "hopefully " ,never happened . Sunday Morning I get in the car & step on the brakes & try to take it for a drive , the gear stick wouldn't move . I called in again & expressed my issues . After my intial call on Friday it took 112 4 days to finally pick the car up . Which left me without a car for almost a week which was a big inconvenience. I was never even contacted about how long the process would take. With the lack of Communication & Unprofessionalism that I experienced I decided I know longer wanted the car . I left serveral messages for the manager to contact me about the matter , that also never happened . Yesterday, I finally decided to just go down their in person to discuss the matter , the manager seemed very careless & even with the car being returned because they failed to do their job , I was denied the reimbursement of my down payment. These people are SCAMMERS!!!

Nick is great he got my car going and when u ever have problems he got u with no problem just a really great man he cares about hes customers come down to 112 auto sales if you think hes bull shitting you guess what your wrong hes giving you the best service out there

I went to multiple dealers and I must say there is not much customer service around these days, I knew nick from while back and I decided let me go back and see what he has in stop for me. Absolute satisfaction

I've been taken advantage of several times buying used cars. But I must say, hands down, this has been a wonderful experience. Quay, Nick and Tommy have treated me like family from day 1! I've had my car about 2 months now and I can still go to them if I have a problem. To make matters even better their repair shop is superb. I've never experienced anything like it. Thanks 112 Auto... Nick Egan made it happen when NO ONE else would!!

I went into 112 Auto Sales with credit issues and a very limited down payment. Nick Egan was VERY patient and VERY helpful!! I left a deposit and Nick held car for me as he said he would. I love my new Mazda 6!! If you need a car and have any issues with credit or down payment they will work with you!! Make sure to ask for Nick Egan!! He is off Tuesdays but is their every other day.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! LIARS!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STAR I WOULD! NICK SOLD US A CAR THAT HAD SOOO MANY PROBLEMS. WE GOT THE CAR AND WITHIN THE FIRST 5 WEEKS THE CAR WAS AT THEIR MECHANICS 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WHICH WE HAD TO LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT. THE FIRST TIME IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS, SECOND TIME LEFT THE CAR FOR 6 DAYS AND LASTLY 9 DAYS.. FOR THEM TO RETURN IT TO US IN THE SAME EXACT CONDITION. WE GOT INTO DEBT BECAUSE WE FIGURED IT WILL HELP BUILD OUR CREDIT SINCE THEY PROMISED TO REPORT PAYMENTS TO CREDIT BUREAU THEY ONLY DID IT FOR 3 MONTHS. OF COURSE WHEN I THREATEN TO RETURN THE CAR BECAUSE OF THE MANY PROBLEMS IT HAS WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE REPORTED AND IT WILL AFFECT MY CREDIT. THANK YOU 112 AUTO SALES!!!

I recommend 112 Auto to anyone who asks me where to purchase a vehicle from. I was able to establish my credit, I went from an 03 Ford Explorer to a 2010 (really doesn't matter what it is) in a year! Nick was extremely friendly and put up with my numerous amount of phone calls when I was approved for my first vehicle. I was a pain in the xxx, and to this day all of the staff is still extremely nice.

Great Customer Service

My husband and I needed to replace 2 vehicles last month and this was not planned. I went on the website on 9/19/15 found the 2 vehicles we liked and on Sunday 9/20 we were at the shop and completed paper work. My husband was able to pick up his on Monday 9/21 and mine was picked up on Tuesday 9/22

Nick Egan from 112 Auto sales is great, best salesman I have dealt wit. I was in a jamb that I thought I was going to be car-less because a week prior to meeting Nick I was be jerked around from someone else. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 12:00 PM, I had my car from Nick (112 Auto Sales) Monday at 4:30. You could not ask for better service. I am definitely going to use 112 on all my used vehicles. It all started when the vehicle I owned, broke down the day I found out that I got my new job which was located in Woodbury, NY which is approx 20 miles away from my home. I was referred from a friend to 112 auto sales, where I met Nick Egan. When I came to see if he could help me, I felt like my life was crashing down on me. It seemed like just when I thought things were getting better something else would go wrong. He helped me every step of the way. Just when I thought I was going to pick up the car, They advised me that I couldn't take the car from the lot because my license was expired. I didn't know what I was going to do because I didn't have any money....Well Nick went onto DMV's website and took out his own credit card and paid for my license for me. What dealer do you know would take out there own credit card to pay for something for you. Not even a friend would do that!!!!! But he did!!!!!! Then he showed his boss and then I was able to leave that day with my new car. I honestly never had anyone do anything like that for me before, especially not a car dealer!!!!!! He was so thoughtful and I honestly will never forget that he did that for me. I will forever go to him if I need a vehicle because I know he is just not in it for the money like all the rest of these car dealers out there. He was the best dealer I have ever met and I'm so glad I found him. I will refer anyone and everyone to him because he really cares !!!!!!! A+++++ experience !!!!!!! Nick Egan is the best!!!!!!!!!!! He goes above and beyond for people!!!!!!! He really touched my heart. If it wasn't for him paying for my license, I wouldn't have been able to get to work.
