We went on to purchase a car and after running all information and being there for over an hour, we were passed from 1 person to another because the 1st person had other people who came in that he needed to take care of. We were told we needed certain information which is fine, so i printed mine out while i was there and my husband couldnt so we had to come back. We were told to BRING back the paperwork the next morning and we did only to be told by, of course someone else, that our paperwork was no good because it wasnt PRINTED at Carmax. It needed to say that on the bottom. I explained that mine was and i was told no it wasnt, so you just called me a liar. This went on and on and needless to say we left and they lost a sale. I have never been treated so badly before ever.
