Beautiful 2011 Range Rover HSE Sport, well maintained SUV in fantastic condition. Nav, Heated Seats, Moon Roof, Premium sound, all the goodies that make Range Rover so wonderful Please see independent review below: Range Rover Sport 2011 • Luxury, luxury, luxury! • Completely smooth and comfortable for long distances, • Perky performance and handling when you need it, • Will go anywhere you want off-road. Range Rovers are all the fashion these days, not necessarily because they are highly capable off road vehicles, which they are, but because they have become a fashionable cachet at tennis tournaments, polo matches, and other upscale venues. They are tough, stylish vehicles with armchair comfort that are willing to get dirty and will take you almost anywhere. The smaller Range Rover Sport is part of this family, but is aimed more directly at the well-heeled who never go off the road. You realize at once that this is a shorter Range Rover, closer in dimensions to a Land Rover proper than others in its own family. Its almost 8 inches shorter, with two-and-a-half inches less ground clearance. Nevertheless, you have full-time four-wheel drive and all the devices you can possibly need to go seriously into the muckwhich is more than you can say of some of its competitors. This is a five-passenger SUV, with a Dynamic Response suspension system improves performance off the road. The various packages available allowed owners to equip their Sports with almost any configuration of goodies you can imagine. In short, this is a high-end SUV. The freeways were heavily congested the day I drove the Sport, so I elected for country roads and the mountains, on the grounds that this would give me a variety of insights into handling and performance. Your immediate impression is one of quiet. This is an impressively smooth automobile that cushions you in luxury and allows you to have civilized conversations even when you are pushing it. Among the hairpins, and using the manual mode, especially second and third, the handling was impeccable for what is a heavy vehicle weighing about 5500 pounds. The V-8 moves you along with impressive torque, especially at higher revs. In the corners, and being lightly laden, I had to be a little careful about the rear end despite the all-wheel drive, for it could be skittish if pushed hard, but add a few bodies and you are well dampened. The steering carved nice lines and the acceleration was controlled, enabling you to move nimbly through the bends with an impressive lack of body roll. Most drivers will never be aggressive in the mountains, but there is a pleasant nimbleness to the Sport that is appealing. On wider two-lane highways, you move along smoothly and serenely in an SUV that belies its weight, is easy to drive, and cossets you. It is also a winner in traffic, although the sloping roof somewhat restricts visibility at closer quarters. This upscale SUV has a quiet ride and very comfortable interior that makes this the epitome of a ladys or gentlemans sport utility vehicle. The Sport does not have a great deal of cargo space and only two rows of seats, but it will appeal to affluent owners who are looking for a vehicle that glides around, does nothing to excess, and is utterly luxurious. And if you do want to get tough, the Sport will deliver. With over 80,000 miles on the clock, this very nice example of a Sport is in spotless condition and has lightly colored upholstery. It drives with nary a rattle or squeak. Range Rover Sports seem to have a particular appeal to women drivers who transport families. This nicely priced example is worth serious consideration, for there are more than a few years of trouble-free driving ahead of it.

I've had my Range Rover for 6 months and around 10,000 miles on it. In that time I've had 2 major service visits that required the SUV to stay at the dealer a combined total of 3 weeks. On the first visit the engine had an oil leak. A gally plug near the started was the culprit but oil leak Oma brand new engine with on 3000 miles was surprising. At 9500 miles the started showing an error and would not move up or down. Turns out the compressor went bad. Ive also had both seals on the main windows replaced, on the passenger side the mirror had to be replaced all together It's way too many issues for a brand new vehicle this expensive.

Super all around vehicle, maybe built more for those who go off road...

I bought this car after my wife had a 2010 RR Sport for a year, we both loved it. I needed something a bit larger, so opted for the HSE. I am a bit more used to some technological bells and whistles, but still love this car. First, i find it odd, there is no unlock in park, I later learned even the supercharged does not, just odd. the Nav system's screen is not the greatest, but compared to my 2012 Audi A-6, maybe nothing would. The driving of this car however is amazing, comfortable and powerful, I LOVE IT. However, i have no real off road use for this vehicle, it seems to me a lot of $$ you pay are for those features, and they seem to be plenty. It handles well in snow and ice

Not Worth the Money

I have a 2010 and have had nothing buy issues. With 19,000 miles the rotors are warped and the tech said I am 5,000 miles away from needing back breaks. Before the Rover I had a GMC Denali I still have it. The Denali has 105,000 miles and I still do not need breaks. In addition the Rover Satellite radio and electronic system is a joke for the money you pay. My recommendation is save the money or buy a BMW, Porsche, or Mercedes bottom line the Rover is not worth it.

I Love My Range Rover

I had a 2003 Range Rover that over the past few years has proven to be...well less than reliable. After considering all alternatives, I couldn't find anything that offered the Range Rover's unique styling--especially the interior. So I took a bit of a chance on a new Range Rover. The new vehicle s significantly enhanced over the 2003. Better stereo, now with iPod integration. Bluetooth, needed horsepower (the 2003 was slow to accelerate on the highway), backup camera, etc. Mine is white, with an ivory and black interior. I love the vehicle, and so far, no problems.
